Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang membahas tentang model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran di Pondok Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid Bandung. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran yang diterapkan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan santri khususnya santri taḥfīẓ Alquran mukim mahasiswa hingga mampu melahirkan generasi yang ḥafīẓ Alquran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi serta triangulasi. Sedangkan dalam  analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, display data, koding dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Program STQ mahasiswa di Daarut Tauhiid Bandung memiliki visi dan misi serta tujuan yang jelas untuk melahirkan generasi ḥafīẓ Alquran yang memiliki ruhiah yang bagus dan akhlak mulia dengan dilandasi nilai-nilai Qurani. Selain itu, pada bagian perencanaan, kurikulum yang digunakan adalah kurikulum yang dirancang sendiri yang mencakup latar belakang program, tujuan program, struktur organisasi, sasaran dan target program, reciutmen program, tahapan kegiatan, metodologi pembelajaran, materi-materi, fasilitas dan mempersiapkan segala sesuatu yang mendukung pembinaan program taḥfīẓ Alquran. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan pembinaan ini menyesuaikan dengan keadaan santri mengingat santri memiliki aktivitas di luar asrama sebagai seorang mahasiswa yang aktif di kampus. Selain itu proses pendidikan Islam tidak hanya didapatkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar saja, melainkan dari pembiasaan ibadah, kedisiplinan, dan lingkungan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung yang sangat mendukung. Sedangkan evaluasi yang terdapat dalam pembinaan ini di antaranya evaluasi santri, evaluasi aspek kinerja musyrifah dan evaluasi program itu sendiri yang dilaksanakan dengan rutin disetiap jadwal yang telah ditentutkan. Adapun model pembinaan taḥfīẓ Alquran yang diterapkan Daarut Tauhiid Bandung dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan santri taḥfīẓ Alquran mukim mahasiswa adalah model halaqah. Implikasinya, hasil penelitian mengenai model pembinaan taḥfiẓ Alquran ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu contoh pada pelaksanaan program taḥfiẓ Alquran dalam melahirkan generasi ḥafīẓ Alquran yang memiliki ruhiah yang bagus dan akhlak mulia dengan dilandasi nilai-nilai Qurani.   This paper is a field research which discusses the model of taḥfīẓ Quran formation at the Daarut Tauhiid Islamic Boarding School in Bandung. This research uses descriptive method using qualitative. The program which is the object of research is the taḥfīẓ Alquran Daarut Tauhiid Bandung program specifically for the santri taḥfīẓ Quran mukim student program. In collecting data using interview, observation, and documentation studies and triangulation techniques. While the technique of data analysis uses data reduction, displaying data, coding and concluding. Based on the results of research, vision, mission and the purpose of the birth of this program integrated between the life of the world and the hereafter. In addition, in the planning section, the curriculum used is a self-designed curriculum that is installed program background, program objectives, organizational structure, target targets and programs, reciutmen program, excavation of activities, learning training, materials, facilities and search assistance. support the taḥfīẓ Quran coaching program. While in its implementation, this coaching activity adapts to the santri because the santri have activities in the outside dormitory as students who are active on campus. In addition, the process of Islamic education is not only obtained from teaching and learning activities, but also required by the guidance of worship, discipline, and the very supportive Daarut Tauhiid Bandung environment. While evaluations needed in this training are evaluated by the students, evaluation of the performance appraisal program and program evaluation itself is carried out routinely in every schedule that has been determined. Whereas the model for the guidance of the taḥfīẓ Quran applied by Daarut Tauhiid Bandung in educating and developing santri taḥfīẓ Quran mukim students is a model of halaqah. The implication, the results of research on the model of guidance of the taḥfīẓ Quran can be used as an example in the implementation of the taḥfīẓ Quran program in giving birth to a generation of ḥafīẓ Quran who have a good spirit and noble character based on Quranic values.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan  KH Dede Saepudin dalam meningkatkan kinerja Asatidz di Pondok Pesantren Al-Mua’awanah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun analisis data dilakukan melalui penafsiran logika yang dihubungkan dengan konteks Manajemen Dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, Gaya Komunikasi KH. Dede Saepudin dalam meningkatkan kinerja asatidz Pondok Pesantren Al-Mu’awanah menggunakan dua gaya komunikasi, yaitu gaya komunikasi satu arah kepada para santri dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan metode sorogan, setoran hafalan dan ceramah.; Kedua, Jenis pemberian motivasi yang digunakan oleh KH. Dede Saepudin kepada para asatidz adalah motivasi positif yang berupa non-materiil berupa dukungan sosial dan psikologis berupa pendekatan face to face dan musyawarah keluarga setiap bulannya.; Ketiga, Proses pengawasan KH. Dede Saepudin terhadap kinerja asatidz dilakukan dengan cara melihat dari segi kehadiran dan peningkatan belajar santri yang akan dibahas dalam musyawarah keluarga setiap bulannya.   This study aims to find out how the style of KH Dede Saepudin's leadership in improving Asatidz's performance at Al-Mua'awanah Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis is carried out through the interpretation of logic which is related to the context of Da'wah Management. The results showed that: First, Communication Style KH. Dede Saepudin in improving the performance of asatidz Al-Mu'awanah Islamic Boarding School using two communication styles, namely the one-way communication style to the students in the teaching and learning process with the sorogan method, rote deposit and lecture; Second, the type of motivation given by KH. Dede Saepudin to the asatidz is a positive motivation in the form of non-material in the form of social and psychological support in the form of a face to face approach and family deliberations every month; Third, the supervision process of KH. Dede Saepudin on the performance of asatidz is carried out by looking at the presence and improvement of students' learning which will be discussed in family meetings every month.

<p class="ABSTRACT"><span lang="EN">This study discusses the development of extracurricular activities in Arabic at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton-Probolinggo, which includes: 1) Types of activities, 2) Planning activities, 3) Implementation of activities, and 4) Evaluating activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The qualitative data in this study included extracurricular activities in Arabic. The data sources of this research are the core management and students in the LPBA. The instrument is the researcher himself (human instrument). Data collection was obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed a number of things, namely (1) twelve extracurricular activities attended by students at ula and wushta levels with the hope that students often get used to listening to hiwar or Arabic conversations from native Arabs, and can apply them in daily conversations. day (2) Planning activities consist of student organizations, curriculum, schedule arrangements, activity themes, and regulations, (3) This activity is carried out every night after teaching and learning activities (KBM) and Friday from morning to evening, and (4) Evaluation of this activity is carried out once a month with the aim of finding solutions to problems experienced by students.</span></p>

Abstract Purpose ‒The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between teachers’ performance appraisal methods and teachers’ job performance and its implications to teaching and learning explicitly in the context of Islamic Boarding Schools in Gontor, East Java Indonesia, a district that has more than 10 school branches in Indonesia. Designed/methodology/approach ‒A survey method was employed to collect the data from 110 teachers who had two to five years of teaching experiences. In data analysis, the researchers had applied a two-step approach to test the measured variables representing three latent constructs namely classroom observation, lesson planning, self-appraisal, and teachers’ job performance as the criterion variable.   Findings and Results ‒ The findings from descriptive analysis indicated that teachers perceived self-appraisal and classroom observation more frequently than lesson plan. Teachers viewed lesson plan as an adequate method used in teachers’ appraisal. Moreover, correlation analysis revealed that two of TPA methods namely classroom observation and self-appraisal, were positively correlated with teachers’ job performance, while lesson planning was found to have no correlation with job performance. The regression results concluded that the best predictor of teachers’ job performance was lesson planning. Research limitations/implications ‒This research only focuses on Islamic boarding school in Gontor East Java Indonesia.  Originality/value: The implementation of teachers’ appraisal in Islamic Boarding School is unique to educational institutions in Muslim country such as in Indonesia. Thus, the findings could be generalized to other school branches of Gontor and schools which have similar characteristic and curriculum to those of Gontor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pondok pesantren At Taubah di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas II B Cianjur mengenai pembinaan Akhlak Narapidana. Dengan memahami perencanaan program dan pelaksanaan pembinaan akhlak narapidana. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Peran pesantren At Taubah yang berada di LAPAS Klas II B Cianjur dalam membina akhlak narapidana yaitu memberikan sumbangsih besar terhadap pembinaan yang secara umum merupakan tugas dari Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Hal ini terlihat dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh pesantren yang begitu terorganisir.   This study aims to determine the role of the At Taubah Islamic boarding school in Cianjur Class II B Correctional Institution regarding the Moral Guidance of Prisoners. By understanding program planning and the implementation of moral guidance for prisoners. This research uses a descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the At Taubah Islamic Boarding School in the Class II B Classroom in Cianjur in building up the morals of prisoners is to contribute greatly to coaching which is generally the task of the Penitentiary. This can be seen from the activities carried out by pesantren that are so organized.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Abstract: One of national education aim is to developing student’s potentials in order to become a faithful man. It is based on Republic of Indonesia’s Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Chapter II Article 3. Islamic Religious Education is one of education that done to create a faithful man. Prayer is one of Islamic Religious Education’s matter should be learned by all Moslem’s students, include students with special needs. Research of prayer practice guidance is an important thing to be done. The important thing should be researched is about prayer practice that taught in the inclusion school. Inclusion school have regular (common) students and special needs students. How the teacher can teach prayer practice for students with special needs in the inclusion school. Once of inclusion school is Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan. The goal of this research is to explore and to describe about how teacher guides prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan Purwokerto Banyumas. This research belongs to field research on qualitative descriptive form. The methods of collecting data used by the author are interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile to analyze of data, it’s done by collecting data, reducing, presenting and verifying data to be valid and reliable report. The findings of this research show that guidance of prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan done through some ways namely dividing students into two class that regular and inclusion class, establishing guidance of prayer practice program, using musyafahah and demonstration methods. This study aims to describe and analyze it critical about the implementation of the development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods at SD Islam Plus Masyithoh Kroya, Cilacap district. This type of research is field research or field research. This research is presented in descriptive form with the aim to describe a process that occurs in the field. While the approach taken is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model, which consists of: Data Reduction, Data Display and Verification (Conclusion Drawing). The results of this study found that the forms of development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods at SD Islam Plus Masyithoh Kroya were divided into two activities, namely: first, programmed habituation activities, including extracurricular activities scheduled every Saturday namely extracurricular tilawah, tambourine and calligraphy . In addition, outdoor learning, activities that have been scheduled each year for grade 5 (five) students, are religious tourism. Second, habituation activities are not programmed in the development of children's spiritual intelligence through habituation methods. a) routine activities, carried out continuously and scheduled. The routine activities include: morning munajat activities (asmaul husna, daily prayers, tartil juz 30, and memorizing selected hadith) which are carried out before teaching and learning activities, dhuha prayer, dzuhur prayer in congregation, and social service activities, b) spontaneous namely activities that occur when experiencing special events. In this case the spontaneous activities carried out included: greeting, apologizing before asking for help, always dhikr, and thanking, c) exemplary is a habituation activity shown by the teacher in daily actions. Exemplary here is shown by the performance of the teacher both in the classroom providing subject matter as well as outside the classroom.

This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

This article aims to determine the Darussalam Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School's efforts in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of the santri? Second, how is the development of Amidas Gontor Mineral Water in the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics? This article using field research (field research), the method used in this study using a qualitative approach, namely the author obtains data directly from sources from teachers/managers and students of the Darrusalam Gontor Islamic boarding school, Ponorogo. Research results 1) The Darussalam Gontor modern cottage's efforts in shaping the entrepreneurial spirit of the Santri, which are taught, have five characteristics, namely: confidence is cultivated to the students, by giving confidence in carrying out the production of Amidas Gontor brand mineral water—having continuous and innovative initiatives, in developing the business unit it holds and having achievement motives, which can provide the students with provisions to apply what they have learned after becoming alumni regarding entrepreneurship. The spirit of leadership, where the alumni who serve are entrusted to manage Amidas Gontor. Dare to take calculated risks, introduce the entrepreneurial results of the santri, events and expos are often held in the cottage, apart from the students, caretakers, guardians of Santri, and the wider community. 2) Development of Gontor Amidas mineral water in the perspective of Islamic business ethics principles; Unity/State; Obedience to worship is a belief in the existence of one God. Balance (Justice); evenly distributed. Free Will, done verbally for the Ponorogo area, the outer island area is done through an online application. The Pondok Gontor party is responsible for compensating for damage to the Ponorogo area outside the island. 3) Virtue: Truth and Honesty. Honest and true in establishing partnerships with agents, shops, distributors, retailers of mineral water Amidas.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya Pondok Pesantren Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha santri? Kedua, Bagaimana Pengembangan Air Mineral Amidas Gontor Dalam Perspektif Etika Bisnis Syariah? Artikel ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research), metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu penulis memperoleh data langsung dari narasumber dari guru/pengelola dan santri pondok pesantren Darrusalam Gontor Ponorogo. Hasil Penelitian 1) Upaya Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha santri yang diajarkan memiliki lima ciri, yaitu: menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri kepada santri, dengan memberikan rasa percaya diri dalam melaksanakan produksi air mineral merk Amidas Gontor. —memiliki inisiatif yang berkesinambungan dan inovatif, dalam mengembangkan unit bisnis yang dimilikinya dan memiliki motif berprestasi, yang dapat membekali mahasiswa dengan bekal untuk menerapkan apa yang telah dipelajarinya setelah menjadi alumni tentang kewirausahaan. Semangat kepemimpinan, dimana para alumni yang mengabdi dipercayakan untuk mengelola Amidas Gontor. Berani mengambil resiko yang diperhitungkan, memperkenalkan hasil wirausaha para santri, event dan expo sering diadakan di pondok, selain para santri, pengasuh, wali santri, dan masyarakat luas. 2) Pengembangan air mineral Gontor Amidas dalam perspektif prinsip etika bisnis Islam; Persatuan/Negara; Ketaatan untuk beribadah adalah keyakinan akan adanya satu Tuhan. Keseimbangan (Keadilan); didistribusikan secara merata. Kehendak Bebas, dilakukan secara lisan untuk wilayah Ponorogo, wilayah pulau terluar dilakukan melalui aplikasi online. Pihak Pondok Gontor bertanggung jawab untuk mengganti kerugian daerah Ponorogo di luar pulau. 3) Kebajikan: Kebenaran dan Kejujuran. Jujur dan benar dalam menjalin kemitraan dengan agen, toko, distributor, pengecer air mineral Amidas.

  In this digital era, all information and communication technology emhanched faster all the time. This issue gives a big chance on communication practice become more effective than before. Hence, to full the tight competition on digital era such as online media, the researcher wanted to investigate about applying ethic of journalist code in the online media and in journalist understanding to the ethic journalist code. The researcher used qualitative descriptive method which oriented on the field research and literature. On the other side, the qualitative research also directs into the finding of basic theory which is emphasized the process over the result. It also limits the research with the focus which has criteria on finding the trustwothiness dta. Based on the result on the research about applying ethic of journalist code in the Islamic rubrik OASE at Depok POS.com, online media in Depok POS always apply the ethic of journalist code with colaborate on that ethic such as the way which always used in the field by journalist and the ethic of journalist understanding are the specific detail and detail things which manage about how should the media worker such as journalist, editor, chief of reporter, news achor and every profession which can called a journalist can behave on ethic of journalist code. Further, ethic of journalist code is the basic of journalist thought.
