This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the internet on learning motivation and whether there is an influence of the internet on the learning interest of students in Class XI IPA at SMAN 1 Ciampel. This research activity was carried out online using the google form application with the address in November 2021. The research subjects were students of SMAN 1 Ciampel and the sample used was class XI IPA class 2020. The research method in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The instrument used is a questionnaire. Collecting data using 3 instruments, namely, first, the influence of the internet, the second is students' learning motivation and the third is students' interest in learning. The reliability test of the instrument obtained Cronbah's Alpha value of 0.880 for the influence of the internet, 0.915 for learning motivation and 0.862 for interest in learning. The data analysis technique used in this study is a description of the data using the mean while for the influence factor using regression. The results showed that the influence of internet media on students' learning motivation has a very strong relationship and the influence of internet media on students' interest in learning also has a very strong relationship as well. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh internet terhadap motivasi belajar dan adakah pengaruh internet terhadap minat belajar peserta didik Kelas XI IPA di SMAN 1 Ciampel. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan bantuan aplikasi google form pada bulan November 2021. Subjek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik SMAN 1 Ciampel dan sampel yang digunakan adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA angkatan 2020. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian desktiptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 3 instrumen yaitu pertama, intrumen pengaruh internet, kedua motivasi belajar peserta didik dan ketiga adalah minat belajar peserta didik. Uji coba reliabilitas instrumen didapatkan nilai Alpha Cronbah sebesar 0,880 untuk pengaruh internet, 0,915 untuk motivasi belajar dan 0,862 untuk minat belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Deskripsi data menggunakan mean sedangkan untuk faktor pengaruh menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh media internet terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat serta pengaruh media internet terhadap minat belajar siswa juga memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat pula.

This article aims to determine the form of Shift's religious expression and the factor of the Shift community's interest in the context of cyberreligion. The research method is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. There are 5 research subjects (subscribers) and the research object of the YouTube channel Shift. The interactive model analysis technique of Miles & Huberman from the results of data collection that the authors get. The results showed that the phenomenon of cyberreligion has touched various circles and was used by Ust. Hanan Attaki by establishing a Shift which targets the younger generation in the form of online religion. The use of YouTube as a means of spreading Shift's da'wah is categorized into the File-Sharing category. The study, which is nicely packaged by Ust. Hanan Attaki, has made it loved by the younger generation as an alternative in their religious information.

This study aims to determine the relationship between the character of discipline and students 'thinking skills in economic learning activities at SMAN 2 Singingi which is motivated by the students' low ability to think in economic learning activities at SMAN 2 Singingi. This type of research is quantitative research. Subjects in the study of the relationship of character education with thinking skills of students in economic learning activities. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, documentation and tests. The data analysis technique used is the correlation test using the Produck moment correlation formula. Based on the corelation test results obtained by Person Corelation value of 0.727 this means that there is a strong relationship between the character of discipline with students' thinking ability on economic subjects at SMAN 2 Singingi. this is also done by comparing r Count with r Table where (1% 0.727> 0.232), (5% 0.727> 0.275). Then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected and from the results of the hypothesis test above it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the character of discipline and students' thinking ability on economic subjects at SMAN 2 Singingi.

The purpose of this study is to determine the reliability, assurance, empathy can affect consumer satisfaction for Gojek for students of Cokroaminoto University Yogyakarta. The method used by the writer is survey research method. The method used in research conducted in direct observation of a symptom in a large or small population. Quantitative research is a research method that is descriptive in nature and uses more analysis, while quantitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects in a holistic manner. Data collection methods used in this study were interviews and a list of questions. The types of data collected are primary and secondary. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, which is data that can be measured in a numerical scale (numbers). The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis which consists of editing, coding, tabulating, quantitative analysis which consists of a reliability test, a validity test and a classic assumption deviation test. Based on the results of this study, the variables of reliability, assurance and empathy in online motorcycle taxi transportation are Fh> Ft or 25,383> 2.70 which means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. And the more dominant influence on customer satisfaction is the assurance variable (assurance), namely 3.058

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim to find out how much influence the contextual teaching learning model of learning motivation of Islamic education study program students at the Islamic University of Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. The research method used is a quantitative research method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 25 Islamic education study program students. Based on the results of data processing and discussion, it can be concluded that the contextual teaching learning model has a low effect of 11.56% on student learning motivation. But when testing the hypothesis,   implies that  is accepted and rejected . AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh model pembelajaran contextual teaching learning terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang. Metode  penelitian yang digunakan  adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif  dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran angket. Responden  penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil olah data dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasanya Model Pembelajaran contextual teaching learning berpengaruh rendah 11,56% terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Namun pada saat pengujian hipotesis,  hal ini mengandung arti bahwasanya diterimanya dan ditolaknya .

The covid-19 pandemic has shifted the learning system in Indonesia to distance learning, or better known as online learning. Various education units carry out online learning, this can bring about changes in learning activities. Whether it’s from students, teachers and the learning environment. From the existing phenomena, the researcher wants to conduct an analysis related to learning motivation and student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This study aims (1) to find out how student motivation during the covid-19 pandemic and (2) to find out how student learning outcomes during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative descriptive study using a qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of X OTKP class, vocational high school 1 Ngawi while the value of student learning outcomes was taken in the General Administration subject. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses percentages. From the research conducted, it was found that the six indicators of learning motivation got an average of 84,28%, which means that student learning motivation falls into the high motivation category. While the average value of student learning outcomes got a percentage of 82,64%. Which means that student learning the category of good learning outcomes.

This study was conducted to seek the consistency of the results of previous studies on the influence of Intellectual Capital, with the mediation of financial performance, on the value of banking firms. The quantitative research method used the PLS-SEM analysis technique by using the Smart PLS 3 application. The research subjects were 45 banks listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results showed the consistency of the financial performance of banking companies with ROE and ROA indicators as mediating variables between Intellectual Capital as the dependent variable on the value of conventional banking companies using PER indicator as an independent variable. The type of mediation formed in the PLS-SEM equation model is partial mediation.

The background of this research is that after the many cases of Covid-19 in Indonesia, especially in Central Java, make every university learn online / online. The formulation of this problem is how the learning motivation of Upgris PJKR students via online / online during the covid-19 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning motivation of Upgris PJKR students via online /online during the covid-19 period. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research using a survey. The sample in this study were 89 students of PJKR Upgris. This research sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The data collection method used by researchers is a questionnaire.The results showed that students who were motivated to attend lectures online during the Covid-19 period were 56 respondents or 62.9%, while those who had low motivation to attendlectures online during the Covid-19 period were 19. respondents or 21.4%, while those who had high motivation in taking online lectures during the Covid-19 period were 14 respondents or 15.7%. It was concluded that PJKR Upgris students were not motivated or enthusiastic in attending lectures and only attended online / online lectures because they followed the regulations imposed from the campus only. Based on data processing, it was found that there was moderate motivation in attending lectures online during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 56 respondents or 62.9%. Suggestions 1) To increase student motivation in taking online / online lectures during the Covid-19 period, this can be done by providing additional value for students who fulfill assignments given by lecturers. 2) To increasestudent discipline in taking online / online lectures, the lecturer can impose sanctions on students who do not take online / online lectures. 3) Lecturers can plan learning systems and delivery of more interesting materials such as making pictures and videos related to the lectures being conducted. Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Setelah banyaknya kasus covid-19 di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Tengah, menjadikan setiap perguruan tinggi melakukan pembelajaran via daring/online.Rumusan masalah ini bagaimana motivasi pembelajaran mahasiswa PJKR Upgris via daring/online selama masa covid-19.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi pembelajaran mahasiswa PJKR Upgris via daring/online selama masa covid-19.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survey.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR Upgris yang berjumlah 89 mahasiswa.Teknik sampling penelitian ini menggunakan proposional random sampling.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah angket/kuisioner.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki motivasi yang sedang dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden atau 62,9 %, sedangkan yang memiliki motivasi rendah dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 sebanyak 19 responden atau 21,4 %, sementara yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa Covid-19 sebanyak 14 responden atau 15,7 %. Disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa PJKR Upgris belum termotivasi atau tidak terlalu antusias dalam mengikuti perkuliahan dan hanya mengikuti perkuliahan daring/online karena mengikuti peraturan yang diberlakukan dari kampus saja. Berdasarkan pengolahan data didapatkan motivasi sedang dalam mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online selama masa pandemi covid-19 yaitu sebanyak 56 responden atau 62,9 %. Saran 1) Untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan melalui daring/online di masa Covid-19 ini dapat dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai tambahan bagi mahasiswa yang memenuhi tugas yang diberikan dosen. 2) Untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan bagi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan melalui daring/online maka dosen dapat memberikan sanksi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak mengikuti perkuliahan secara daring/online. 3) Dosen dapat merencanakan sistem pembelajaran dan penyampaian materi yang lebih menarik seperti membuat picture maupun video yang berkaitan dengan perkuliahan yang dilakukan.   Kata kunci : Motivasi, Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Daring, Motivasi Belajar.

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. The aim of this research is to observe visual media using in subject Islamic Cultural History or Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) and to increase the learning motivation of MTs Laboratorium Jambi students. The research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in 2 cycles. The research subjects are 20 students of class VIII MTs Laboratorium Jambi. The data technique was carried out through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique is a qualitative descriptive analysis with a proportion formula. The results of the study are obtained from the teacher activity observation sheet in cycle 1 with an average proportion formula of 80.76% and in cycle II an increase in the average proportion value of 92.30% (very good) and the results of processing student motivation questionnaire data. in the subject of Islamic cultural history (SKI) using visual media in the first cycle, it reached 87% and in the second cycle increased 96.5% including in the very high category. Thus, the use of visual media can increase student motivation at MTs Laboratorium Jambi.   Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui penggunaan media visual dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dan peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa MTs Laboratorium Jambi. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Laboratorium Jambi sebanyak 20 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi aktifitas guru pada siklus 1 dengan rumus persentase rata-rata 80,76%, dan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan dengan nilai persentase rata-rata 92,30% (sangat baik) dan hasil dari pengolahan data angket motivasi siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dengan menggunakan media visual pada siklus I mencapai 87% dan pada siklus II meningkat meningkat 96,5% termasuk dalam katagori sangat tinggi. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada MTs Laboratorium Jambi.
