Based on field data in 2016-2018, 18 regional regulations have been successfully enacted. However, according to information from the legal bureau, all regional regulations from 2016-2018 have been sourced from regional executive regulations, and there are no DPRD-initiated regulations. Every year, draft regional regulations on DPRD initiatives are included in the priority scales of the regional regulations but have not been enacted. Quality of DPRD members. With the limited quality of board members in understanding legal drafting for the formation of regional regulations, the board members encourage establishing a technical guidance program related to legal drafting. However, in its implementation, it is the members of the council who do not take it seriously, so the substance of the materials for technical guidance is not implemented in forming regional regulations. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the legislative function of the DPRD of North Sulawesi Province for the 2016-2018 period. In connection with one of the council's functions in terms of legislation, namely forming regional regulations. In it further analyzes the things that make the DPRD less than optimal in the field of legislation. So that it gets a result from the discussion that can be a reference for improving the system and scientific literacy material in the study of public administration management. The approach used in this research is qualitative—data collection using interviews, observations and documentaries. Data analysis uses data analysis techniques according to the Miles and Huberman model, namely Data Reduction, Data Display, and Verification. The results showed that implementing the legislative function of the DPRD of North Sulawesi Province has not run optimally. This refers to the achievements of local initiative regulations, all of which are sourced from regional executive regulations. The timeliness of DPRD in formulating regional regulations has not been optimal. The process of forming regional regulations is less than optimal, hampered by several factors, including the Absence of DPRD members at the special committee meeting for regional regulations, the quality of DPRD members, more lengthy procedures for DPRD initiatives.

The method used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques in this study using a descriptive model. The conclusion of this article is all parties must be able to support the efforts of the election organizers in terms of improving the quality of electoral processes; Increase voter participation; Improving public confidence in the democratic process; Generating volunteerism and civil society in the elections and democratization agenda.

This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Ambon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service Offices, and the dimensions of employee professionalism which are supporting and inhibiting factors for improving the quality of public services at the Ambon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service Offices. The data was collected in this study were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques through steps, or components of interactive model data analysis. Data collection techniques used through this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate, the level of quality of public services by the administering apparatus of the field of population administration and civil registration at the Ambon City’s Population and Civil Registration Service is in sufficient condition, this is a contribution of the employee's work professionalism factor.

At present, the usefulness of the website is seen only as a complement to the services of government agencies, many Ministry of Religion websites have an attractive appearance, but the quality of the information content presented on the website is not always updated. This study aims to analyze the use of the website of the Ministry of Religion of the Special Province of Yogyakarta and Riau Province. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method to explore a case with data analysis techniques using the help of Nvivo12 Plus software. The results showed that in general the two websites both already have website content that refers to regulations, but in terms of the quality of presenting data, the website of the Ministry of Religion of Riau Province is considered better and meets 3 (three) website usability criteria, namely: Accessibility related to availability and ease of users to access content from a website can be seen from the comparison in terms of ease in understanding the appearance of the number of visitors between the two websites of the Ministry of Religion. second, Easy of use is related to the effort or effort made to use a website or how easily a website can be seen and differences in the availability of data that is still empty in some website columns, and third, namely Customization and Personalization relating to a website that provides content or content dynamic looks of the level of popularity of news on the website. Saat ini, kegunaan dari websiteterlihat hanya sebagai pelengkap dari pelayanan lembaga pemerintahan saja, banyak websiteKementerian Agama yang memiliki tampilan yang menarik, namun kualitas isi informasi yang disajikan di website tidak selalu di perbaharui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kegunaan websiteKementerian Agama Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan Provinsi Riau. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif untuk mengeksplorasi suatu kasus dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan softwareNvivo12Plus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara umum kedua websitesama-sama telah memiliki konten websiteyang mengacu pada regulasi, namun dalam hal kualitas menyajikan data, website Kementerian Agama Provinsi Riau dinilai lebih baik dan memenuhi 3 (tiga) kriteria kegunaan websiteyaitu: Accessibility yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan dan kemudahan pengguna untuk mengakses konten dari suatu website terlihat dari perbandingan dari sisi kemudahan dalam memahami tampilan jumlah pengunjung antara kedua website Kementerian Agama. kedua,Easy of use berkaitan dengan usaha atau upaya yang dilakukan untuk menggunakan sebuah website atau seberapa mudah website dapat digunakan terlihat dan perbedaan ketersediaan data yang masih kosong dibeberapa kolom website, dan ketiga yaitu Customization and Personalization yang berkaitan dengan suatu website yang menyediakan konten atau isi yang dinamis terlihat dari tingkat popularitas sebuah berita diwebsite.

This paper discusses the impact of facilities and infrastructure management on student’s satisfaction. The success of learning in schools one of which is supported by the facilities and infrastructure of learning. Management of the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools effectively and efficiently will greatly support the success of the learning process in schools and improve the quality of student’s satisfaction. This study aims to determine whether Product Quality has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Speaking with quality and buying interest is certainly very tied to marketing. The essence of marketing according to Daryanto (2011) "marketing is a social and managerial process where individuals and groups get their needs and desires by creating, offering, and exchanging something of value with each other". This type of research is quantitative research with data analysis techniques using a skla likert research instrument, test validity, reliability, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study the influence of product quality is a variable that does not affect consumer buying interest. Then it can be concluded that product quality does not significantly influence consumer buying interest. If the quality of the product is good, there will be buying interest and consumers will feel satisfied. In this case, Pia Deisy's business must further improve product quality so that it will be more attractive and will have a good impact on Pia Deisy's home business.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial management and infrastructure management on the quality of the learning process in elementary schools in the area of UPTD Education Balongan. The method used descriptive analysis uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques using regression analysis techniques. The findings of this study are financial management, facilities and infrastructure management and the quality of the learning process have been carried out well; (1) Financial management has a significant effect on the quality of the learning process (2) Infrastructure management has an influence on the quality of the learning process and shows a significant relationship, (3) Financial management and infrastructure management together have a significant effect on the quality of the learning process teachers are expected to improve and create a learning atmosphere. The purpose in this study is 1) to know the effect of accountability on the awareness of muzakki paying zakat. 2) To know the effect of the quality of service on the quality of service affects the awareness of muzakki paying zakat. 3) To know the effect of the quality of service moderating the effect of ability on the awareness of musakki paying zakat Data analysis techniques using the Partial Least Squart (PLS) based Structure Equation Model (SEM) method of SmartPls software version 3 for windows. The result of accountability is affected by the awareness of muzakki paying zakat the better and the better the quality of service will increase the awareness of muzakki in paying zakat to the zakat management institution. For management of zakat institution is always pay attention to the accountability of zakat management because it has a significant effect on the awareness of paying zakat, for researchers who want to continue this research to pay attention to variables and populations in this study in order to be developed.

Serve is a part of action/service for others to be able to meet the needs and desires. Customers satisfaction might be checked by comparing the expectations of consumers with the desired quality of service what they receive in fact. This research was conducted to find out how customer satisfaction with the quality of service the management of Grand City Balikpapan. Research used qualitative methods. Data sources are secondary and primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data collection instruments through the interview grid with the 5W + 1H method. The validity of the data was examined through triangulation and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification (conlusion drawing / verification). Finally Grand City Balikpapan consumers have been satisfied with the quality of service provided by the Sinarmas Land Group management.
