The main aim of this work was to create a complex educational kit for learning about poisonous plants growing in the Czech Republic. This set is intended especially for juniors at grammar schools, where it may be utilized in biology seminars. The kit aims to showcase interdisciplinary connections between biology and other natural as well as social sciences, which is a way of positively impacting students’ interests in the sciences through topics that are not strictly related to biology. Using the RWCT (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking) method allows the students to connect what they already know with new knowledge, develop a complex opinion thanks to that connection and understand issues that overlap to different fields, which may not be necessarily related. The main contribution of this work lies in the educational set consisting of four parts: the teaching brochure, a board game, a matching game, and several worksheets. The whole set is designed to make the students actively think about the subject, its overlaps, and connections to other fields of study, and then to lead them towards creating a complex opinion on the given topic. Another important feature of the set is that it leads the students to make use of their textbook, rather than any digital sources of information (e.g.\ slides from a teacher, to which they are accustomed nowadays in classes). The teaching set was tested in a sample biology seminar classes attended by 18 students. Following the lesson, the usefulness of the set was evaluated through semi-structured interviews with three respondents, who had taken part in the class. However, more testing lessons and more similar interviews with attending students would be needed to conclusively prove the effectiveness of this teaching set.

Abstract In the context of reflections on modernity, an increasingly widespread belief seems to be emerging: the subject at which it is necessary to direct our attention, to which to throw a lifeline as it were, is the concrete and real human being, alone and at the same time besieged by increasingly tight and numerous systemic schemes. Are the “human subject” and his social context only undergoing a deep transformation, or are they actually in danger? This “new” knowledge involves all the humanistic and social sciences, such as philosophy, anthropology, psychology, economics, political science, and theology, in a sort of fusion and pact for mankind. Great spiritualities include life experiences and ideas that reverberate on everyday life, lifestyles, and culture. From the very beginning, Chiara Lubich’s spirituality, is based on two fundamental concepts: unity and forsaken Jesus, has been perceived as a new way to know God, but also as an idea that is able to renew human life, as well as to penetrate social and cultural realities.

The main concern of this paper is John Perry's attempt to analyze phenomenal knowledge in a way that avoids the objection which states that the non-deducibility of this kind of knowledge leads to the ontological conclusion that physicalism must be false. The attempt in question determines the content of phenomenal knowledge with a help of the reflexive-referential semantic theory which enables us to explain a growth in knowledge without introducing new (non-physical) facts on the subject matter level as the object of this new knowledge. I will argue that even on the assumption that the case of phenomenal knowledge is just another case of recognition knowledge, as Perry argues, the end result of the analysis suffers from unavoidable inconsistencies and the given analysis of the content of phenomenal knowledge proves to be incompatible with the basic assumptions of the central argumentation.

The subject area and reviewed various sources of information relevant to a given topic will be considered. For implementation of algorithm of generation of the texts was chosen the C# language, as it has a large number of advantages compared to other programming languages, and it also has many libraries which it would be convenient to use in solving a given task. The text presents the structure of the generated article and the scheme of the developed algorithm for the application. Also it describes the structures that are used to implement such applications. The implementation of algorithm of generation of short articles on a given topic in English was discussed. Familiarization with the application was conducted and the results of generation were shown.  It was shown that the generated articles have a good percentage of the plagiarism by experimental studies. It was shown that the articles would not be repeated even more than 50 generations, as a result of tests. Also was shown the implementation of the program on C# language, it’s interface, design generation and design of the English translation.

The categories «income» and «wealth» are now at the center of the study of many social sciences and if «income» clearly tends to the field of scientific research of economists and financiers (but is not limited to them), «wealth», is a category in which researchers in the fields of sociology, psychology, philosophy and other sciences are no less interested. The interest of a wide range of sciences in the essence of the studied categories reflects social changes taking place in the world in general and in Ukraine in particular. Thus, according to Credit Suisse, the lower half of wealth owners in mid-2019 owned less than 1% of total world wealth, while the richest 10% owned 82% of world wealth, and the richest 1% of owners – 45%. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the essence of the categories «income» and «wealth» and to form a theoretical basis for the asymmetries of their distribution. The article considers the theoretical essence of the categories «income» and «wealth» and reveals the differences between them. The definition of these categories in the reference literature is analyzed, the key features that characterize them are identified and the definition of the categories «income» and «wealth» in accordance with the given features is formulated and substantiated. A graphical interpretation of the asymmetries of the distribution of income and wealth of the population, corporate income and national income and wealth is given. The study showed that the key differences between the categories of «income» and «wealth» is that wealth can take both tangible and intangible expression, and income is only valuable. At the same time, wealth involves owning a large number of goods. By influencing the subject, income improves his material condition, and wealth arises from the assertion of tangible or intangible goods as such in the human mind.

In this article, we strive to explore what are some of the causes of the scarcity of women researchers in Czech international relations in comparison to the representation of women students in the field. To answer this question, we analysed a set of semi-structured interviews with international relations students and accessible syllabi using the conceptual framework of Sandra Harding´ s gendered universe, which differentiates between the operations of gender on the individual, structural and symbolic level. We identified some gendered barriers that might be blocking women researchers´ access to the field. On this basis we suggest that the lack of women researchers in the field parallels the situation in other social sciences and humanities disciplines, but the situation in international relations is further exacerbated by the local circumstances of the foundation of the discipline, which shaped it as a predominantly masculine field with a specific gender-blind version of doing research and academic careers.

Fakir Baykurt’s stories from Germany, regarding the reality they represent, are among the literary forms that coincide with the facts supplied by social sciences. These stories take their sources from true life experiences as the products of observations and experiences with migrant workers and their families in Germany where the writer has passed twenty years of his life and worked for the education of the worker’s children; therefore information related to Fakir Baykurt’s life and his years in Germany are provided in the first part of the study.  The life of children reflected in the stories constitutes the main theme of the study.  Under  the subtitles of “Family and Home Life”, “Education Life and related issues”, “Social environment, friendships and Turkish-German disparity” and “Amidst two cultures”, the lives in Germany of children who have been  raised in working class  families and  who have immigrated from Turkey are  evaluated under the light of facts provided by the stories and examples are given.
