Suku Minangkabau memiliki berbagai kesenian, di antaranya adalah Randai. Randai hidup dan berkembang dalam kehidupan masyarakat, dan hampir di setiap daerah di Minangkabau mempunyai Randai. Salah satu grup yang mengembangkan Randai yaitu Grup Parewa Limo Suku yang berada di Kuranji Kota Padang Sumatera Barat. Randai ini dilaksanakan dengan berbagai unsur seni yaitu Silek, Tari, Musik dan Teater. Randai termasuk kedalam Drama Musikal  kedaerahan dengan memliki unsur seni yang kompleks. penyajian Randai diawali oleh permainan musik untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat. Berikutnya pidato dari Tukang Gore yang kemudian masuk ke dalam Legaran dengan diiringi musik untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada pelaku cerita memasuki lingkaran. Naskah cerita yang digunakan berjudul Untuang Sudah yang memiliiki permasalahan dan perselisihan dengan  Rajo Angek Garang. Cerita ini dilaksanakan dalam lima legaran, cerita  dalam Randai pada umumnya merupakan perumpamaan  dalam  masyarakat yang didalamnya mengandung nasehat-nasehat yang berisikan pesan moral. Cerita Untuang Sudah dalam Randai sering dibawakan dalam acara hiburan Baralek  oleh Parewa Limo Suku. Musik iringan dalam Randai berperan sangat penting dimana musik  membuat karakter suasana yang berbeda-beda yakni sebagai ilustrasi cerita dan sebagai penguat suasana dalam penyampaian pesan di setiap adegan Randai. Tujuan Grup Parewa Limo Suku, yaitu untuk melestarikan kebudayaan Minangkabau, serta turut aktif membantu pemerintah dalam membina dan mengembangkan seni budaya khususnya seni budaya Minangkabau. Randai saat ini masih digunakan dalam pertunjukan rakyat Minangkabau dan bentuk penyajiannya disesuaikan dengan drama musikal yang menggunakan berbagai unsur-unsur kesenian yang ada dalam masyarakat Minangkabau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan Etnomusikologi. Minangkabau tribe has a variety of arts, including Randai. Randai lives and develops in community life, and almost every area in Minangkabau has Randai. One of the groups that developed Randai is the Parewa Limo Tribe Group located in Kuranji, Padang, West Sumatra. This randai is carried out with various elements of art namely Silek, Dance, Music and Theater. Randai included in the Regional Musical Drama with a complex element of art. Randai's presentation was preceded by a musical game to attract the attention of the public. Next was the speech from Tukang Gore which then entered Legaran accompanied by music to give the story actors a chance to enter the circle. The text of the story used is titled Untuang Sudah which has problems and disputes with Rajo Angek Garang. This story is carried out in five stories, the story in Randai is generally a parable in a society which contains advice which contains a moral message. Untuang Stories Already in Randai is often sung in Baralek entertainment programs by the Parewa Limo Tribe. Accompanied music in Randai plays a very important role where the music makes the character of a different atmosphere that is as an illustration of the story and as a reinforcement of the atmosphere in delivering messages in each Randai scene. The aim of the Parewa Limo Suku Group is to preserve the Minangkabau culture, and to actively assist the government in fostering and developing cultural arts, especially Minangkabau cultural arts. Randai is currently still used in Minangkabau folk performances and the form of presentation is adapted to musical dramas that use various artistic elements in the Minangkabau community. “Batombe” is an oral tradition of the Nagari Abai society at Sangir Batanghari Subdistrict, South Solok District, West Sumatra Province. Batombe is exchanging rhymes (berbalas pantun) which is performed as an entertainment on the wedding party (baralek). Batombe is identical with Great House (Rumah Gadang) Nagari Abai which is a unique house because it is a long traditional custom house that has many rooms. It reaches 21 rooms. The rhymes in batombe tends to deliver a feeling of lilting so the singers often drift into the atmosphere of the show. Therefore, as part of community life, batombe often cause a negative effects for the singers soul. This paper describes various things, such as: who batombe singer is; the time to perform this activity; the relationship between batombe and Great House (Rumah Gadang) at Nagari Abai; and the negative effects caused by batombe for the singers. This paper based on the fact that in oral tradition there is a close relationship between text and the speakers and text with context (place, time and atmosphere), a multidisciplinary approach is used in this paper, such as historical, sociological, anthropological, and psychological approach. Batombe identik dengan rumah gadang Nagari Abai yang unik, yakni rumah adat dengan ruangan yang sangat panjang hingga 21 ruangan. Pantun-pantun batombe cenderung menyampaikan perasaan yang mendayu-dayu sehingga para pedendangnya sering hanyut ke dalam suasana pertunjukan. Oleh sebab itu, sebagai bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat, seringkali batombe menyebabkan efek negatif bagi (kejiwaan) para pedendangnya. Tulisan ini mendeskripsikan berbagai hal, seperti penutur batombe, waktu untuk melakukan batombe, hubungan batombe dengan rumah gadang di Nagari Abai, dan efek negatif yang ditimbulkan batombe bagi pedendangnya. Tulisan ini bertolak dari kenyataan bahwa pada tradisi lisan terdapat hubungan erat, antara lain seperti teks dengan penutur dan teks dengan konteks (tempat, waktu, dan suasana). Pendekatan multidisipliner digunakan pada tulisan ini, yakni pendekatan historis, sosiologis, antropologis, dan psikologis. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif.

Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.

This study aims to determine how Administration, Reporting and Accountability of Dana Nagari in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. There are three (3) aspects in village funds, administration, reporting and accountability. To achieve these objectives, descriptive qualitative research methods are used. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: (1) Administration carried out by the treasurer in the form of receipts and expenditures which are recorded in the general cash book, bank book, income details book, and financing details book which is equipped with receipts. (2) Reporting that the delay in disbursing village funds was due to the late regulation of the Regulations of the Regent of Padang Pariaman which caused the disbursement of stage I and phase II village funds to be delayed too late. (3) Accountability Submission of accountability reports to the public through various media, such as websites and billboards. Submission through this media can make it easier for the public to obtain information about the performance of the village government.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. Government Regulation No. 71 of 2010 concerning Government Accounting Standards in recording inventory can realize the performance performed by government agencies, especially in the presentation of inventory reporting. The purpose of this study was to determine the government accounting standard policies in reporting inventory at the Office of Public Works and Regional Spatial Planning of North Sulawesi Province according to Government Regulation Nomber. 71 of 2010 based on PSAP 05 concerning Inventory Accounting and the method used in this research is the service inventory reporting analysis method Public Works and Regional Spatial Planning of North Sulawesi Province with the technique of science and technology collecting inventory data and conducting analysis. The results of this study indicate that inventory reports at the Public Works Agency and Regional Spatial Planning of North Sulawesi Province are stated to be in accordance with government accounting standards.Keywords: Policies, government regulations, Inventory Reporting

Abstrak Desa Kepuhsari Kecamatan Manyaran, Kabupaten Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah, sudah sejak lama dikenal sebagai sentra produksi wayang kulit tatah sungging. Proses pembuatannya yang rumit dengan bahan kulit dan tanduk berkualitas dikemas menjadi produk yang ekslusif. Hasil tatah sunggingnya terkenal tebal, rapi, dan halus sehingga menjadi salah satu produk unggulan dari Kabupaten Wonogiri. Bahkan, pada tahun 2014 pemerintah telah memberi identitas pada Desa Kepuhsari sebagai ‘Kampung Wayang’. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dianalisa dengan metode analisis model interaktif, serta divalidasi dengan triangulasi data ini, mampu menemukenali beberapa potensi di Desa Kepuhsari berupa potensi SDM, alam, wisata budaya dan religi, anyaman bambu, cinderamata, kelompok seni pertunjukan, serta utamanya berupa kerajinan wayang kulit tatah sungging. Kemudian juga menemukan upaya internal yang sudah dilakukan oleh pengelola Kampung Wayang dan pemerintah setempat berupah pembentukan Pokdarwis Tetuko, pengelolaan Kampung Wayang, serta pengembangan industri kreatif untuk perajin wayang tatah sungging. Berdasar temuan data menyoal potensi dan upaya internal tersebut maka dapat dirumuskan beberapa strategi dalam upaya penguatan branding Desa Kepuhsari sebagai Destinasi Wisata Kampung Wayang Tatah Sungging agar keberadaannya tetap eksis dan makin dikenal oleh masyarakat luas baik dalam maupun luar negeri. Kata kunci: industri kreatif, branding, destinasi wisata, kampung wayang, kewirausahaan   Abstract Kepuhsari Village of Manyaran Sub District, Wonogiri Regency, Central Java has been long known as wayang kulit tatah sungging production centre. Its elaborate production process with high-quality leather and animal horn material is packaged into exclusive product. Its tatah sungging product is neat, thick, and fine, thereby becoming one of superior products in Wonogiri Regency. Even in ­­­­2014 the government had identified Kepuhsari Village as “Kampung Wayang (Puppet Village). Through research conducted with descriptive qualitative approach, analyzed by interactive model analysis method, and validated by triangulation data, we able to identify some potency in Kepuhsari Village in the form of human resource potential, nature, cultural and religious tourism, woven bamboo, souvenir, performance art, and especially wayang kulit tatah sungging production. Another finding is the internal efforts that have been done by the manager of Wayang Village and the local government in form of Pokdarwis Tetuko, the management of Wayang Village, and the development of creative industries for tatah sungging artists. Based on the findings of the data questioning the potential and internal efforts can be formulated several strategies in efforts to strengthen the branding of Kepuhsari Village as a Tatah Sungging Tourism Village and retain its existence and to be widely known by the public both domestic and foreign.  Keywords: creative industry, branding, tourist destination, puppets village, entrepreneurship

This research uses the theory of Symbolic Convergence, with the Subjective-Interpretive paradigm, with the Qualitative approach, and the Fantasy Theme Analysis method. The object of this research is the public audience/netizens who use Youtube-TVONE social media, during the broadcast of the 2019 Presidential Election Debate (Pilpres). Methods of data collection, using Observation and Documentation techniques. Netizens’ comments on Youtube social media at the time of the Debate show, are data that are the object of research. The research data is in the form of comments from netizens who are considered relevant are support presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret fantasy themes that appear in comments on Youtube. The results showed that fantasy themes that often appear in netizen’s comments are Leadership and Character. The meaning of the imagination of Prabowo’s support group is that the public wants Prabowo to be president, because he has a good character, honest, courageous, assertive, and has a leadership spirit, so he can regulate and discipline state ofcials and realize national economic independence. Prabowo’s support group was convinced that the president had to be replaced, because he did not have a leadership spirit, and the government was now considered less effective, and not pro-people.

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

Kalijodo green open space has vegetated area 48 %. The ideal green open space, has vegetated area ​​80-90 % of total area. The results of the thermal comfort index in the Kalijodo green open space is 30.75. This condition makes the Kalijodo green open space in very uncomfortable status, and the thermal comfort index is categorized as comfortable is in 29 and below. This research was conducted to determine and analyze the perception of thermal comfort that  felt by the public in the green open space of Kalijodo. Descriptive analysis method is used to examine any information obtained from data processing from questionnaires filled out by 50 respondents. The results of this research on the perception of thermal comfort show that as many as 24 respondents felt very uncomfortable, 14 respondents felt comfortable, and 12 respondents felt uncomfortable when they were in the green open space of Kalijodo. These results indicate that the majority of people living in green open spaces are in line with the results of research on thermal comfort in the Kalijodo green open space which is in the very uncomfortable category. The condition of the Kalijodo green open space, which lacks vegetation, results in a very uncomfortable thermal comfort index value, so that the people there also feel the discomfort.
