Aim. To study the clinical and epidemiological features of typical foodborne botulism in children.Materials and methods. We conducted an epidemiological investigation of 132 registered cases of typical foodborne botulism in the Republic of Tajikistan in 2019 and 2020. The clinical observation was carried out for 24 sick children in hospitals of the State Institution “City Children’s Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital” and the Central District Hospital of Gissar. The diagnosis was established based on clinical and epidemiological data with the establishment of patients’ consumption of preservatives prepared from vegetables at homeResearch and discussion. In the Republic of Tajikistan, according to the Republican Sanitary and Epidemiological Service for 2019 and 2020, only 132 patients with botulism were registered, with the largest number of diseases, 68 (51.5%), registered in 2019, and in 2021, 64 (48.5%). Analysis of the incidence of botulism for The presented period indicates that the disease in the Republic of Tajikistan was registered in the form of sporadic cases. Botulism disease was of a group (mostly familial) nature and in 2019 19 (14.4%) cases were detected, in 2020 17 (12.8%) cases with the number of victims from 3 to 5. The age structure of patients with botulism was predominantly adults (62%) over children (38%).Conclusion. Epidemiological features of typical foodborne botulism in children in the Republic of Tajikistan showed that in cases 78 (59.1%) of the disease, it was registered after the consumption of traditional canned homemade products in the form of mixed vegetable spices (shakarob) and the autumn-winter period (100%).

Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumor, both world-wide and in the Russian Federation (RF), possessing one of the highest mortality rates. The aim of current research was to analyze the main epidemiological data, the rates reflecting the diagnostics and results of treatment of GC patients in the Republic of Crimea (RC) and to compare with national trends. Using the extensive, intensive, standardized rates, estimated by world standard method, structural analysis of the epidemiology of GC in RC for the period from 2007 to 2016 was carried out. The obtained results made it possible to compare these data with the main GC rates in RF. Results of the study. The incidence of GC in RC decreased during 10 years, for men - 16,42 (4th place), for women - 6,68 (9th place) per 100 000 of the population. By 2021 a further decline in morbidity in men is expected to be 30,27% and a possible increase in the female incidence rate - by 17,54%. The average age of GC patients in RC was 66,5 years. Index accuracy was 0,75, which testified to satisfactory conditions of specialized treatment for this tumor. Mortality from GC at the 1st year of life in RC was higher than in RF - 56,0%, which was due to low active diagnostics - 3,6% and accordingly a high proportion of GC patients of IV stage - 43,3%. Ratio index in RC for 10 years was higher than in RF and increased from 3,5 to 4,4; prevalence rate of GC in RC was lower - 84,1 per 100 000 of the population in comparison with RF, GC mortality index - 15,3 per 100 000 of the population that was lower than in RF. The proportion of patients who have been observed for 5 years or more in RC was 57,3% that was more than in RF. Conclusions. The rates reflecting early diagnostics of GC in RC are worse than all-Russian ones, which makes it necessary to develop medical examination program for the population of RC for this malignancy. The growth of ratio index, the lower mortality rates and the greater proportion of people who have been observed for 5 years or more indicates the best results of treatment of patients with GC in RC compared with similar data in RF.

Abstrak Desa adalah suatu lembaga Negara yang merupakan kesatuan masyarakat yang memiliki batas-batas wilayah yang berwenang untuk mengatur dan mengurus kepentingan masyarakat setempat, berdasarkan asal usul dan adat istiadat setempat yang diakui dan dihormati dalam sistem Pemerintahan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Salah satu wujud kewenangan desa untuk mengatur kepentingan masyarakatn melalui pembentukkan produk hukum desa dalam bentuk peraturan desa (Perdes). Salah satu tujuan dari pembentukkan produk hukum desa untuk menertibkan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa serta mengatur pelaksanaan pembangunan dan pelayanan umum. Peraturan desa yang ada di Desa Buluh Cina hanya mencakup pada perdes tentang Anggaran Belanja Desa dan Bumdes. Melihat dari potensi wisata yang dimiliki Desa Buluh Cina terdapat Danau, Hutan lindung serta keramba ikan. Jika tidak ada aturan yang mengikat maka lambat laun  akan memicu konflik di masyarakat terkait pengelolaan potensi wisata. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang benar terhadap fungsi, kedudukan, dan tata cara pembuatan produk hukum desa menjadi hal penting yang harus diketahui oleh aparat pemerintah desa, agar produk hukum yang dibuat benar-benar dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya dan tidak bertentangan dengan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. Kata Kunci: Desa, Pendampingan, Peraturan   Abstract The village is a state institution which is a community unit that has territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and manage the interests of the local community, based on local origins and customs that are recognized and respected in the system of Government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. One form of village authority to regulate community interests through the formation of village legal products in the form of village regulations (Perdes). One of the goals of the formation of village legal products is to bring order in the administration of village government and to regulate the implementation of development and public services. The village regulations in Desa Buluh Cina only cover village regulations on Village Expenditures and Bumdes. Seeing from the tourism potential that is owned by the Village of China there are lakes, protected forests and fish cages. If there are no binding rules, it will gradually trigger conflicts in the community related to the management of tourism potential. Therefore, a correct understanding of the functions, position and procedures for making village legal products is an important thing that must be known by village government officials, so that legal products that are made can function properly and are not in conflict with applicable laws and regulations.   Keywords: Village, Assistance, Regulation

The purpose of the study the improvement of early diagnostics of Lyme disease on the based of clinical and epidemiological analysis of the main clinical forms of the acute course of the disease in new natural foci in the Krasnodar Krai. Patients and methods. There was analyzed the clinical course of disease and epidemiological data for 207 patients in the early period of acute course of Lyme disease within the period from 2004 to 2013. Results. In the territory of the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygea there has formed a set of foci of tick-borne borreliosis (TB), i.e. Lyme disease (LD). The infection of cases is observed not only in the natural foci of disease, but also within the city limits. The disease is registered mainly in the erythematous form (74% of patients), non-erythematous form accounts for 26%. The average age of patients was 41,1±1,83, years, males 38%, females 62%. In the non-erythematous form initial clinical symptoms are recorded in average in 11,6 ± 2,20 days after tick suction; in the erythematous form in 6,4 ± 0,70 days ( p

The Republic of Indonesia as a world maritime country and an archipelagic country which has 17,504 islands whose territorial area is dominated by the ocean. As a maritime country, Indonesia has 4 (four) points that become international chokepoints, namely the Malacca Strait, Sunda Strait, Lombok Strait and the Ombai-Wetar Strait. Indonesia has established three Indonesian Archipelagic Sea Lanes (ALKI) for the peaceful passage of international shipping, which are guaranteed by international and national law. The Indonesian Maritime Security Agency is a Non-Ministerial State Institution whose position is under and directly responsible to the President and has the authority to enforce the law at sea and is justified by law, so that with the issuance of Law Number 32 of 2014 concerning Marine Affairs and Presidential Regulation Number 178 of 2014 concerning the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency, it can be interpreted that there is legal legitimacy for the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency in carrying out its duties, functions and authorities to carry out law enforcement against special crimes at sea. This study aims to explore Indonesia's strategic role in law enforcement at sea towards national maritime security and resilience. The method used is a literature study approach and the data analysis technique used is a qualitative data approach by conducting secondary data analysis to explain the findings obtained. This research produces findings in the form of an analysis of Indonesia's strategic role in law enforcement at sea towards maritime resilience and security both nationally and regionally.

The article refers to the research work carried out in recent years at the poultry farms of the Khachmaz region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the influence of opportunistic microbes on the activities of the farm. The role of opportunistic microbes in the occurrence of certain diseases with deficiencies in the process of feeding and raising of birds, and the microclimate in poultry farms is shown. During the bacteriological examination of breeding eggs by seasons there were revealed the presence of infection in the winter season with E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus and Streptococcus – with each infection separately 13.0 %, in the spring season with E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus – with each infection separately 20.0 %, in the autumn period with E. coli 27.0%, Salmonella 40.0 %, Staphylococcus 13.0 % and Streptococcus 13.0 %. In the course of bacteriological examination of dead embryos, the presence of infection in the winter period with E. coli 20.0 %, salmonella 30.0 %, staphylococcus 25.0 % and streptococcus 25.0 %, in the spring  season with E. coli 30.0 %, salmonella 40.0 %, staphylococcus 15.0 % and streptococcus 15.0 %, in the autumn season with E. coli 45.0 %, salmonella 55.0 % was revealed. In the autumn period, infection with staphylococci and streptococci was not detected. When studying as a whole, pseudomoniasis and mold fungi were not found.

Introduction: Information on the clinical characteristics of local patients with confirmed COVID-19 is limited. This study aims to report the clinical characteristics of 147 patients admitted and receiving treatment at a teaching hospital. Methodology: Patients’ socio-demographic and epidemiological data, clinical features, laboratory findings and clinical outcomes were extracted using a data sheet. Results: The median patient age was 25 [interquartile range (IQR)] 20–44) years, and most of patients were male (68.7%) and of Malaysian nationality (88.4%). Almost half of the patients were from a case cluster related to a religious event (48.3%) and 12.9% had a history of overseas travel. A total of 33.3% of patients were not related to any case cluster, i.e. sporadic cases. Radiological investigation showed that 13.6% of the patients had chest X-ray changes and all laboratory parameters were within the normal ranges. Sixty-six patients (44.9%) experienced symptoms. The most common symptoms were rhinitis (66.7%), followed by fever (19.7%) and cough (15.2%). Age, gender, case cluster, comorbidity status, haemoglobin, albumin, total protein, bilirubin total and alkaline phosphatase level were associated with symptomatic status. Conclusions: In this single-centre study, COVID-19 infection led not only to case clusters, but also to sporadic infections, with patients being either symptomatic or asymptomatic. These sporadic cases and asymptomatic patients may hamper effective contact tracing, leading to rapid human-to-human transmission in our population. Future studies on the prevalence and clinical significance of asymptomatic and presymptomatic COVID-19 patients would pre-emptively address issues on further containment of the pandemic.

There were studied epidemiological features of the prevalence rate of acute intestinal infections (AII) in the Republic of Dagestan (RD). The prevalence rate of acute intestinal infections in RD was shown to correspond taken as a whole, to Russian indices, however, the regional feature is the high prevalence rate of shigellosis, there is remained a high proportion of the AII of unidentified etiology. There was substantiated the necessity of development and implementation of targeted programmes aimed at the decline in the morbidity rate in problematic territories. The solution to the problem of the AII in the Republic is possible only under the coordination of efforts of federal and local authorities, sanitary - epidemiological and medical institutions.

The establishment of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia so called Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD-RI) at least has two objectives. The first is to enhance justice for the people in the region. Secondly, to expanding and increasing the participation of local communities in national life. The process to form this state institution is done by amending the 3rd amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic Indonesia. However, in doing that  amendment there was an internal conflict within the body of DPD-RI involving the old and the new leaders of this institution last year. The length of leadership tenure which was initially made 5 years was amended to became 2.5 years. The different length of leadership tenure was then canceled by the Supreme Court and it was decided to be the same as other institution such as The People’s Consultative Assembly and The House of Representative in that the leadership tenure should be in accordance with the electoral cycle of 5 years. However, although the regulation of DPD-RI has been canceled, the Supreme Court keeps sending its representative to guide the oath of position of the new DPD-RI leadership. The only regulation that has been introduced by the state was regulation toward conflict between state institutions and this conflict can merely be resolved by the Constitutional Court. Therefore, there is an urgent need for the state to seek solution to solve this problem to prevent the same thing happened to other state institution in the future.

The dynamics in the system and structure of the Indonesian constitution began in the reform era so quickly developed. All can run properly and correctly because it was initiated by reforming the constitution through an amendment or constitutional amendment mechanism (the 1945 Constitution) in four stages of change (1999 - 2002). One of the essence of the amendment, gave birth to the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) as a state institution with its constitutionality can be found explicitly in Chapter VIIA Article 22 C Paragraph 1 - Paragraph 4 and Article 22 D Paragraph 1 - Paragraph 4. And UUNO. 17 of 2014 Jo UUNo.2 of 2018 concerning the MPR, DPR, DPD, DPRD. As a new post-amendment state institution, the DPD is designed as a strong bicameral second chamber of our parliament which was originally only unicameral, namely the DPR RI as a state institution and a representative institution of the people. But one of the characteristics of bicameral is if both parliamentary chambers carry out the legislative function as they should. However, if examined carefully until now based on the substitution of article 22 C and Article 22D of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945 the authority and authority of the DPD is still very limited. So that as an organic law does not give much space for the implementation of authority to the DPD in carrying out its main duties and functions, especially the legislative function like the DPR. For this reason, in order to strengthen and empower the future, the DPD's consistency and authority need to get priority place in the context of the subsequent amendments to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the Holder of strategic and fundamental national political decision authority. Everything is inseparable from the problems in the DPD now is a matter of the authority granted by the constitution to him, especially in the context of the legislative function to make laws. Its existence is expected to bridge the relationship between the center and the regions, in a two-chamber parliamentary frame which has strong bicameralism authority.
