В статье рассматриваются особенности использования инновационных технологий в учебном процессе. Затрагивая вопрос о содержании термина «инновация», введенный впервые в научный оборот Н. Нурахметовым, автор приводит примеры «повального» использования инновационных технологий в учебном процессе в условиях современного глобализирующегося общества. Актуальность статьи связана с поиском эффективных методов обучения иностранному языку в неязыковом вузе. Использование метода работы в малых группах позволило повысить эффективность обучения, развить творческую активность студентов и проявить индивидуальный подход к обучению. In the article features the use of innovative technologies in the educational process. Touching on the issue of the content of the term «innovation», was first introduced into scientific by N. Nurachmetov, the author gives examples of «indiscriminate» use of innovative technologies in the educational process in today’s globalized society. The relevance of the article is related to the search for effective methods of teaching a foreign language in a non-linguistic University. The use of the method of working in small groups made it possible to increase the effectiveness of learning, develop creative activity of students and show an individual approach to learning.

The purpose of the study the attitude of nurses to the existing system of advanced training and determine ways to optimize it. Results. An analysis of the opinions of nursing staff on improving the system of additional vocational education in accordance with personal needs showed that most of the students of advanced training courses expressed a desire to be present in the training process of practical health care professionals from large medical organizations using modern and innovative teaching methods; introduction of distance learning into the educational process of nursing staff with a flexible schedule and an individual student's plan; the use of modern and innovative technologies, methods and forms of professional and educational activities, formed taking into account the opinions of the students themselves; maintaining a high professional level of the teacher, the main qualities of which are the ability to motivate to study, maintain interest in the classroom and create a favorable psychological attitude. Conclusion. In improving the quality of medical care for patients, specialists with secondary medical education, in the development of new innovative technologies, additional professional education is a key resource, which goes along with the specialist throughout his entire professional activity and is able to adapt them to new professional requirements.

The author of the study explores new trends and technologies in the education process. This suggests the suitabil-ity of introducing innovations not only to teaching methods and forms, but also to change the concept of teaching content, and to change students' approach to learning, to teach them (Petlák E., 2012, pp. 18-19). Of the many approaches to innovative teaching, humanistic principles are considered as a key. They try to present the view on neuropedagogy and neurodidactics, their common feature is the desire to increase the level of pro-gress and the results of the educational process.

The article presents the methodology of creative approach to learning a foreign language in the modern school. The creative process helps students to think critically, to understand rationally the opportunities and to solve the emerging tasks, to develop communication skills, independence. Innovative technologies are showed on the example of the pedagogical workshop of building knowledge in the lesson of Spanish. The author presents methods of teaching in interchangeable pairs to work in the workshops. Innovative technologies allow the student: to be liberated during exercise; to understand that his opinion is important to others; to understand that he can be wrong, and nobody will judge; to assess and develop his abilities; to take decisions independently.

The article highlights the importance of English reading as a type of linguistic activity that has great cognitive value and actually implements communicative, educational, and developmental function for high school students, and at the same time, considers the specifics of usage of innovative technologies as modern tools for English reading and learning a foreign language in general, as well as the suitability of using innovative technologies in the process of learning foreign languages at schools for high school students. There are many new methods of teaching English, and a necessary condition for choosing a particular method of teaching that is suitable for both teacher and student - knowledge of innovative learning technologies. Innovative technologies have become an integral part of a holistic educational process and can increase its effectiveness, as they affect the student's consciousness, feelings and will, form a creative personality that is able to effectively apply the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in practice in any sphere of public life. English reading is a type of linguistic activity that allows not to imitate, but to reproduce one of the forms of real communication in English. With the help of reading in a foreign language, students get acquainted with the world of their foreign peers, with songs, poetry and fairy tales, available samples of children's fiction of the country whose language is studied. Looking at the process of reading from a psychological point of view, we can say that the process of perception and understanding of the text is directly related to thinking and memory. When a student perceives a text, he identifies the most important links in it and synthesizes them into a single whole. At the same time, memory helps logical and technical thinking. The main principles of integration of innovative technologies in the process of learning English are: movement from whole to separate, student-centred classes, purposefulness and relevance of classes, their focus on achieving social interaction facilitated by teacher’s faith in their students' success, language integration and language acquisition using knowledge from other fields of science. As a result of the use of innovative technologies, an information-rich educational process is created.

The topical problem of using innovative technologies in teaching professional English, due to the modification of the content of foreign language teaching, increasing the volume and complexity of the studied material, is investigated. Particular attention is paid to innovative teaching methods. It is noted that modern information technology has become an integral tool in ESP training. It is emphasized that teachers integrate technologies into their own courses, bringing them as much as possible in line with the future professional needs of the student. The division of innovative forms of education into groups is characterized. The innovative forms of education are divided into two groups: the ones based on Internet technologies and on the computer technologies. It is noted that innovative forms of learning can be synchronous and asynchronous. It is noted that the European template for learning foreign languages is aimed at the practical interdisciplinary and professional orientation of foreign language classes. The research methods used are search on the available methodological and scientific literature with the analysis of the found material, classification, elucidation of causal relationships, systematization and analysis of documentation and results of researchers on the problem of the study. It is emphasized that the active use of innovative technologies is a tool to ensure access to information resources in a foreign language and to establish interaction with those who speak other languages. The most innovative products used in learning English are considered. The advantages of innovative forms of learning based on information technologies in the study and teaching of ESP are described. It is emphasized that the student was given the opportunity to build a more flexible and independent way of learning, a wider choice of the best learning technology. Modern life requires an active creative person whose formation is possible only if the pedagogical practice of modern methods of education and upbringing is introduced. Therefore, the focus of the present education is not the very educational subjects, but the ways of thinking and activities of the student.This orientation of the modern educational process determines the choice of innovative technologies by the teacher, which is based on preparing a young person for an active position in society, activating educational opportunities, etc. The article substantiates the necessity of using innovative technologies in the practice of teaching in higher education, in particular, the issue of introducing multimedia teaching methods in classes on the Ukrainian language as a foreign language is substantiated. The focus is on the specifics and effectiveness of using such forms of work. The advantages and disadvantages of applying a multimedia presentation during the acquisition of language material have been analyzed. The use of multimedia technologies in classes in the Ukrainian language as a foreign language is driven by the desire to make the level of use of visibility more qualitative, increase the productivity of classes, realize interdisciplinary connections, implement a two-way student-teacher relationship, etc. The multimedia presentation is effective when working with students in different groups and at all stages of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language. It allows to model the conditions of communicative activity, master lexical and grammatical skills, individualize and differentiate learning, increase the amount of language training, increase motivation, promote the development of students' self-esteem, ensure the transfer of linguistic material to other types of speech activity. The article describes the possibilities of using the computer program Power Point in order to teach students the Ukrainian language as a foreign language. The program provides the teacher with unlimited opportunities for creativity in the use of information in any form of presentation, in the layout of the material in accordance with the purpose, objectives of the particular occupation and allows you to take into account the individual approach to students of different groups.

The article considers the actual problem of using the innovative technologies during the educational process in higher education institutions for training of future social workers. Professionalism in the activities of a social worker is in constant motion. Actions that take place in a society require constant professional changes in methods and technologies of social work. Social work is inseparable from society as a whole and is aimed at the population. Designing in social work is a constructive, complex, creative activity, the essence of which is in advanced reflection of reality in order to transform the personality of oneself, own life situation and the surrounding world with the help of a social worker. Social work refers to the category of innovative, creative technologies, because it involves a change of reality. It is based on the existing life situation, which can be unified, mastered and refined. A social worker is the initiator of innovation, the purpose of which is to create, modernize or maintain in a changed environment material or spiritual value of people, recognized as positive in its social value.

Innovative processes in the field of education and innovation as a scientific discipline are designed to reveal the essence of scientific design and masterful implementation of innovative technologies, to identify regular links between traditions and innovations, to substantiate management models of systemic innovations in educational institutions.The article analyzes the effectiveness of innovative technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages at non-language specialties in higher educational institutions. The concepts of “innovation”, “educational innovations”, “innovative learning” in the context of foreign language training of students of non-language specialties of higher education institutions are characterized. It was found out that innovative technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages in higher education institutions are considered by scientists on the basis of the principles of competence, activity and communicative approaches, in developing effective teaching models based on systematic research, application of modern teaching methods, involvement of students in project activities, problem methods using, application of information and telecommunication technologies. The author emphasized that the most effective among educational innovations that promote the study of foreign languages in non-language higher education institutions are interactive and information and communication technologies that give the educational process a dialogical nature, which can significantly improve and facilitate foreign language learning. The study confirms the effectiveness and efficiency of innovative technologies in the teaching of foreign languages in non-language HEIs, which provide unlimited opportunities for independent work of students, are the means by which teachers can develop individual characteristics of students, their intellectual, communicative and creative abilities, increase motivation to learn a foreign language, create a comfortable learning environment.
