In this article we will look at what innovative methods can be used in view of e-learning. In the last two and a half years, education changeд completely, both in Bulgaria and in the world. This is because of the global pandemic that humanity is struggling with. All teachers, students and people in the educational environment have fundamentally changed the way they work. The main goal is to receive quality education.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of various teaching methods used in higher education and the perception of the students regarding these methods. In order to determine the possible ways to obtain strategic advantages and benefit from the strengths, the university has to know what drives foreign students in choosing a certain study program, even if it is outside their country of origin. At the same time, knowing the disadvantages that prevent them from doing so, helps the university include ways to correct the weaknesses or to offer solutions to them. The students, participating in this research, are enrolled at the European University in Madrid, from different study programs and degrees (license, master and doctoral programs) and were asked to answer a questionnaire about the use of teaching methods, about their perceptions upon effective teaching and the reasons that have determined them to choose to follow a study program. The results were in favor of a higher use of projects, group activities and case studies during classes and seminars at the European University of Madrid and of using new technologies in the educational system (e-learning, simulations, use of intranet, and activities in laboratories). As a primer characteristic searched for when choosing a study program, the students mentioned practice, mainly for developing abilities useful for applying for a job as soon as possible. It is, therefore, important to analyze the teaching methods and this research helps us understand how students see the teaching process and which are the methods that help them to better understand and to be more active during classes. Key words: creativity development, innovative teaching, practical activities, teaching methods.

The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. This paper describes the concept of teaching methods and their distribution to the various scientific methods, in addition to described innovative teaching methods. Considered innovative teaching methods advantages and disadvantages of teaching mathematics, the math topics examples. College mathematics teachers survey showed that the most applied are traditional methods by integrating into them innovative methods, based on technologies and different methodologies.

Innovation methods are an effective educational technology due to its inherent qualities of interactivity, flexibility and integration of various types of educational information, as well as with the ability to take into consideration the individual characteristics of students and enhance their motivation. The article discusses innovative teaching methods that are used in the system of the modern educational process. The characteristic features of the means, forms and methods of innovative teaching are determined, the specifics of their use in an interactive educational environment to improve the quality of student education at medical universities are revealed.

The article defines the concepts of "innovation" and "innovative teaching methods", provides a generalized characteristic of innovative methods and technologies of teaching a foreign language at a higher education institution of the non-linguistic profile. The emphasis is given on the necessity of implementing an integrated approach when applying the innovative teaching methods. The efficiency of using the newest technologies of teaching a foreign language in the learning process has been proved. The features of modern teaching methods of foreign languages ​​are defined, which offers a wide range of teaching concepts, methods and technologies - both traditional and innovative. It is suggested to give preference to one or another method depending on the purpose of studying, the student contingent, the duration and intensity of the training course. The authors of the article carried out a thorough analysis of contemporary research and publications regarding the problem of innovative approaches involved in teaching foreign languages ​​at a higher school and identified the relevance of research tasks that require significant changes in the educational system. The article points to the need for an optimal balance of traditions and innovations, a comprehensive combination of various technologies and methods of teaching a foreign language, which requires the use of an integrated approach. The purpose of the article is to justify the expediency of using an integrated approach in applying the innovative methods and technologies of teaching foreign languages ​​at higher education institutions of the non-formal profile.

Abstract The world is shocked by a global pandemic, known as covid-19 (Corona Virus Diseases-19). Almost all affected countries, including Indonesia. 2020 is the year marked by the global pandemic of coronavirus (COVID-19), which affected humanity to a great extent, creating unfavorable social, health, and economic conditions. As in the world, so in Greece the school is affected by this new social situation, resulting in schools having been closed for long periods of time and the lessons for all their students done remotely through a special electronic platform. Principals are called upon to manage a crisis situation, creating smooth e-learning conditions for all the students, including the children who belong to ethnic minorities. This study aims to demonstrate that school leaders can play a significant role in the co-education of the refugee and migrant students through distance learning. At the same time, the author also offers proposals regarding the implementation of relevant actions in this direction.
