Implementation of Demonstration Methods in PAI Subjects on Body Care Sub Material SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas. This research is motivated by the large number of families who cannotafford the care of the corpse so it is carried out by other people. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of demonstration methods of PAI subjects in the sub-material of corpse care at SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas , Cianjur Regency and it is hoped that it can provide useful contributions for the future of students. The method used by researchers is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the planning of learning PAI K-13 material for body care in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas  Cianjur has been prepared by the government where the PAI teacher only implements it. The implementation of PAI learning material for body care uses a scientific approach with a demonstration method. Evaluation of PAI learning material on body care in class XI SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas Cianjur includes three aspects, including affective, psychomotor, and cognitive assessment. The supporting factors for the implementation of the demonstration method in PAI learning material on the care of the corpse at SMK Negeri 1 Cipanas include: teachers, students, learning environment and facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the lack of critical attitude of students in learning PAI in the material of funeral care.

Kebijakan kurikulum 2013 yang dikeluarkan oleh Pemerintah merupakan upaya dari penyederhanaan pembelajaran dan adanya penilaian sikap dalam struktur kurikulumnya yang bertujuan agar peserta didik memiliki kompetensi sikap, ketrampilan dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penyimpulan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan K-13 sudah berjalan dengan baik tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu melihat dari efektivitas dalam pelaksanaannya belum  sesuai karena materi ujian nasional masih berdasarkan KTSP; terkait dengan efesiensi jumlah guru masih kurang; terkait dengan kecukupan dalam materi K-13 belum mendukung kompetensi belajar peserta didik untuk materi ujian nasional, terkait dengan perataan masih belum merata karena kelas satu sampai kelas enam tidak semua melaksanakan K-13, terkait dengan responsivitas yaitu adanya respon dari peserta didik maupun wali murid dalam pembelajaran yang mudah diterima dan terkait dengan ketepatan dalam pelaksanaannya sudah tepat sasaran kepada peserta didik. Simpulan dari peneliti masih ada kendala yaitu jumlah SDM yang kurang memadai, semua guru belum mendapatkan pelatihan, dan tidak sinkronnya materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Disarankan sebaiknya dilakukan penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia atau guru (tenaga pendidik) dan ruang kelas, Sinkronisasi materi UN (Ujian Nasional) dengan kurikulum yang berlaku serta pelatihan guru yang dilaksanakan oleh semua guru.   Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013, UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik   The 2013 curriculum policy issued by the Government is an effort to simplify learning and the existence of an attitude assessment in the curriculum structure that aims to make students have better competency attitudes, skills and knowledge in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to describe the 2013 Curriculum Implementation Evaluation in Class IVB UPT SD Negeri 144 Gresik, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of K-13 has been going well but there are still obstacles in its implementation, namely seeing the effectiveness in its implementation is not appropriate because the material for the national exam is still based on KTSP; related to the efficiency of the number of teachers is still lacking; related to the adequacy of the K-13 material, it does not support the learning competence of students for the national exam material, related to evenness it is still not evenly distributed because not all grades one to six grades implement K-13, related to responsiveness, namely the response of students and guardians in learning that is easily accepted and associated with accuracy in its implementation is right on target for students. The conclusion from the researchers there are still obstacles, namely the number of human resources is inadequate, all teachers have not received training, and the material is not synchronized with the applicable curriculum. It is suggested that the addition of human resources or teachers (teaching staff) and classrooms, synchronization of National Examination (National Examination) material with the applicable curriculum and teacher training carried out by all teachers. Attitude is essential issue to be considered in designing an appropriate learning for learners because it greatly affects the performance and implementation of the teaching and learning process in the classroom. One of the most important attitudes to be explored is the willingness of teachers to implement the curriculum set by the government. This study aims to determine the willingness of English teachers to carry out scientific approach and also to know the implementation of scientific approach in the learning. This research applies qualitative approach with case study design. It is conducted in SMAN 1 Situbondo with three teachers become the informants. Interview and observation are implemented to explore the willingness and the implementation of Scientific Approach. Data analysis in this research using Spradley’s method. From this research, it can be seen that the teachers has enough willingness to apply scientific approach totally. Furthermore, the implementation of scientific approach has been implemented well enough and has implemented it in accordance with government regulation.

This article aims to examine the concept of ‘aql based on the neuroscience and the Qur’an perspective, the implications to the scientific approach in the Islamic education as well. This article is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of data collection was done by analytic descriptive by using the related themes as the data. The results of the study indicate that reasoning function is equivalent to brain function. Brain optimization not only makes students smart rationally but also emotionally and spiritually. The equality of ‘aql and brain functions will produce the students who have a good skill of life. These skills include specific skills and the three pillars of students' success such as knowledge, skills, and motivation. These three pillars form a superior personality, which called as ulil albab in the Qur’an perspective.

The industrial revolution marked by the term "Age Now" which is rife over the rapid advances in technology will certainly always bring negative changes to society in general and students in particular. It is characterized by negative behaviors that we often encounter in students who lack morality or morality. The reality is also indisputable because the flow of technology will increasingly develop according to modern times. One effort to filter the heavy behavior of the negative is the world of education, which is expected not only to be able to educate, provide the ability to live better in the future, but also able to improve moral eroded by the flow of negative changes. The 2013 curriculum carried by the government is an effort to realize students who are not only qualified on the cognitive side, but also excel in psychomotor and affective students. But the question is, is this positive view of K-13 able to answer the negative stigma of parents and the problems of teachers in educating students who in fact are born from different cultures, and have been strong based on the selfishness caused by ethnicity and dissent? So, this paper raises the authors of the many problems of teachers about the 2013 Curriculum Scientific Approach with descriptive qualitative research methods through the study of library reseach.

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the curriculum of 2013 early childhood education (PAUD) in Islamic kindergarten Istana Dhuafa. In the implementation of this early childhood education, the curriculum of 2013 PAUD has a very important role as media to achieve educational objectives. But, in it’s implementation, it still has many obstacles. Scientific approach is used in the implementation of the curriculum of 2013 PAUD. Scientific approach is a process of instruction designed in such a way that student actively construct the competence of attitude, knowledge, and skills through observing, asking, gathering information, thinking, and communicating. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection technique is conducted through observation, interview, and documentation. This research produces some important things about the implementation of scientific approach.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Kurikulum 2013 Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di TK Islam Istana Dhuafa. Dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan usia dini, Kurikulum 2013 PAUD berperan sangat penting sebagai alat untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih mengalami berbagai kendala. Pendekatan saintifik digunakan dalam pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 PAUD. Pendekatan saintifik merupakan proses pembelajaran yang dirancang sedemikian rupa agar peserta didik secara aktif mengkonstruksi kompetensi sikap, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan melalui tahapan mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, menalar, dan  mengomunikasikan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal penting mengenai implementasi pendekatan saintifik.

Waste management is very important to achieve a clean and healthy environmental quality, thus waste must be managed as well as possible by implementing established planning and regulations so that things that are negative for life do not happen. Reuse accompanied by reduced usage is an effective step to overcome existing problems and the lifestyle of the community must be changed with existing waste to be processed into something of value, therefore the government has created innovations in overcoming waste problems, namely using environmentally friendly technology or PLTSa Garbage power plant). The purpose of this research is to describe, know and analyze the effectiveness of waste management as a source of electrical energy in TPA Benowo, Surabaya. This research is a form of research conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation to obtain information related to environmentally friendly technological innovations. The results show that the effectiveness of waste management as a source of electrical energy in TPA Benowo, Surabaya city is effective and is running according to existing regulations by measuring indicators from Riant Nugroho's theory so that with Appropriate the effectiveness of established policies can turn waste into useful goods. with environmentally friendly technology.

Social conflict can make a group of affected people choose to leave the country and move to another country to gain a sense of security. Pekanbaru is one of the areas in Indonesia which is a temporary shelter for immigrant refugees. Common psychological problems experienced by refugee immigrants include stress and loss of interest as a result of staying in a shelter for too long. This study aims to analyze the incidence of depression in refugee immigrants in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The population in this study were all registered immigrants living in Tasqya House under the supervision of the Immigration Detention Center (Rudenim) and Kesbangpol Pekanbaru, totaling 136 people. This study used a purposive sampling procedure for selecting respondents. Data collection tools used the Beck Depression Inventory II (BDI II) and interview guides. Analysis of interview data using Collaizi analysis. In this study only 6 (six) subjects were taken for case studies based on the availability of respondents who matched the required characteristics. In the results of the study, it was found that most of the participants experienced moderate depression. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the government to take action on psychological problems experienced by immigrants.

The Administrative Court and Law No. 5 of 1986 on State Administrative Justice have been provided facilities for the public to sue the government and ask to cancel the decision made by the government. Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration has been stipulated that Government Administration Act more or less supersedes the provisions contained in the Law of the State administrative justice. Especially in this Law which attracts attention is the expansion of object disputes state Administration. The object of the state Administration dispute in this Act is different from its elements to the Law of the State administrative justice. One of these is a written stipulation that includes factual action. There is no explanation for the meaning of factual acts in this Administrative Administration Act. Therefore, further research is needed in this regard. This study aims to find out and understand the meaning of factual actions in Article 87 letter (a) of Law Number 30 of 2014. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research Normative Juridical. Data collection techniques are Library study is to collect data conducted by reading, quoting, recording and understanding various literature that have to do with research material. The object of the state Administration disputed in Law Number 5 of 1986 and its amendment has expanded on Law Number 30 Year 2014 on Government Administration. When the object of the dispute expands, it will affect the decision taken by the legal practitioner in this case is the state Administration judge.

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the Indonesian economy, especially the welfare of Indonesian workers. During this pandemic, there are still violations of the law on immigrant or foreign workers. This study aims to discuss how the conditions that occur during the arrival of Chinese work migrants and how the rules or policies regulate this. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection using literature studies. Based on research results from literature studies, the government claimed to have brought workers from China into Indonesia. This action is of course very contrary to what is happening and the government's efforts so far to suppress the number of COVID-19. Even though the unemployment rate is increasing due to layoffs such as the number of 1,722,958 people, the government still allows foreign workers from China to enter and seems to prevent local Indonesian workers from working. In fact, in Government Regulation Number 34 of 2021 as the central legal basis, permits for extension of workers and strict selection of workers must still be carried out consistently. In conclusion, the immigration and labor sector in Indonesia still shows clear shortcomings.

Pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien adalah tuntutan dari masyarakat kepada instansi pemerintah dalam memberikan pelayanannya. DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah yang meluncurkan inovasi pelayanan publik. Inovasi yang diluncurkan oleh DPMPTSP adalah Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, yaitu Jemput Online Single Submission Bersama Instansi Terkait dan Malam Hari Bisa. Inovasi ini merupakan bukti bahwa DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar telah melakukan percepatan pelayanan dan sekaligus menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Jauhnya lokasi kantor yang berada di tengah kota serta persyaratan yang belum diketahui banyak masyarakat menjadi dasar diluncurkannya inovasi Joss Banget Mas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendeskripsikan terkait pelayanan Joss Banget Mas. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang dipilih oleh peneliti dengan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa inovasi pelayanan Joss Banget Mas telah beroperasi dengan baik dan sesuai dengan kebijakan PP No. 24 Tahun 2018. Selanjutnya sumber ide-ide inovasi mendapatkan masukan dari pegawai maupun masyarakat. Budaya inovasi pada inovasi Joss Banget Mas adalah penyederhanaan syarat-syarat sehingga memudahkan masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan perizinan usahanya. Selanjutnya kemampuan dan alat inovasi Joss Banget Mas cukup memadahi tetapi terdapat kekurangan pada bagian alat yang digunakan. Kemudian tujuan, hasil, pendorong dan hambatan adalah untuk mempermudah pelaku usaha dalam memperoleh perizinan berusaha, hambatannya yaitu sering terjadi error dan down pada server OSS. Terakhir, DPMPTSP Kabupaten Blitar mengadakan pelayanan mandiri kepada masyarakat guna mengumpulkan data inovasi untuk inovasi tunggal. Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan Publik, Pelayanan Joss Banget Mas, Online Single Submission (OSS).   Effective and efficient services are demands from the community on government agencies in providing their services. DPMPTSP Blitar regency of the government agencies that has launched public service innovations. The innovation launched by the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency call as Joss Banget Mas Service with Online Single Submission Delivery with Related Agencies and Can Night. This innovation is proof that the DPMPTSP Blitar Regency and at the same time answers the problems faced by the community. The remote location of the launch of the Joss Banget Mas innovation. The purpose of this research is to describe the services related to Joss Banget Mas. Descriptive research with a qualitative approach is the type with the data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the Joss Banget Mas service innovation had operated well and was in accordance with applicable policies. The second indicator of governance and innovation in its implementation is in accordance with PP. 24 of 2018. Furthermore, sources of innovative ideas get input from employees and the public. The culture of innovation in Joss Banget Mas innovation is the simplification of the requirements so that it makes it easier for the public to register business licenses. Furthermore, the capabilities and innovation tools of Joss Banget Mas were sufficient but there were shortcoming in the parts of the tools used. Then the objectives, results, drivers and obstacles are to make it easier for business actors to obtain business licenses, there are also obstacles, namely frequent errors and downs on the OSS server. Finally, DPMPTSP Blitar Regency provides independent services to the community to collect innovation data for a single innovation.
