The Village

The purpose of this study was to find out how to implement the Village Fund Allocation Policy (ADD) in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. The basis of the research used in this study is qualitative research methods and the type of research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The informant withdrawal technique in this study was purposively by selecting the number of informants as many as 5 people who were considered to have knowledge about the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) policy program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results obtained by the researchers that from the aspects / dimensions of Communication, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure it has been going well. However, related to the aspect of resources, especially human resources, the results are still not good, so the authors conclude that the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program in Kotarindau Village, Dolo District, Sigi Regency is quite good. The supporting factors for the program are the establishment of good communication between program implementers and the target group, commitment and responsibility for implementing the program in accordance with community expectations.

The Village

The research objective was to analyze the structure of drama manuscript of Musi Rawas folklore. The approach used was qualitative descriptive approach with library research method. The data were collected through reading technique, inventory technique and noting technique. The data were obtained from reading and coding were classified based on the object, described, organized into the report. The results presented: the conflict was when Gentayu recognized her mother was still alive and she kept meeting her, so that  Remas Samar, whose father, was angry. It becomes the main problem in drama manuscript in Musi Rawas folklore "Gentayu Ulak Dalam". The plot in the drama was straightforward. The settings were in the village, forest, Baru Hill and river. In conclusion, according to the analysis, the drama included as tragedy because the climax of the story described the sadness and death.  Keywords: Analysis, drama manuscript, structural approach

The problems that occur in Batujajar Timur Village are the mismatch of village fund allocations received according to the realization, the delay in disbursing village fund allocations, the uneven physical development in Batujajar Timur Village. The management of village fund allocations cannot be said to be effective, if it is reviewed correctly, quickly, economically, and safely. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The data obtained through the results of library research, field studies through in-depth interviews and observations, and documentation. The results showed that the management of Village Fund Allocation in Physical Development in Batujajar Timur Village, Batujajar Subdistrict, West Bandung Regency, cannot be said to be effective, due to the lack of community participation in musrenbangdes, the village fund allocation received is not by government regulations which in theory were obtained in January. and it was reported in December, the facilities for infrastructure funds were not yet supported, the allocation of village funds obtained did not match the realization. The Village

Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is one source of rural income which is generally still the main source of income used in the conduct of geverment village. On efforts to oversee the transparency of village financial management, BPKP and the ministry of home affairs developed a village finansial system application in 2015. The purpose of this study is to describe of the result of the evaluation of the village financial syystem on ADD financial management. And can provide goverment of ADD in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. This research used qualitative descriptive approach whit the case study research sites in Rambigundam village, Rambipuji, Jember. The data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to get the validity of the data, carriet out technical examination of the validity of the data which is testing the credibility,  tranferability, depability, and confirmability. The result showed that the planning stage until the accountability village Allocation Fund stage have well done, but there are same problems of the implementation, they are the lack of participation from people, the lack of participation of Badan Permusyawaran Desa (BPD), and the lack of village Implementation Teams in preparing the report Accountability Village Fund Allocation.

The basis of this research is qualitative while the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The technique of withdrawing informants as many as 5 people who are considered to have knowledge of, Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, Data collection techniques are carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies consisting of observation, interviews and documentation. The method used in this research is using qualitative analysis methods. Based on the research results obtained by researchers from interviews with informants and facts in the field that from the aspect of planning, organizing, actuating dimensions are good, but in the controlling dimension the results are not optimal, so the authors conclude that the Village Fund Allocation Management (ADD) in Sibedi Village, Marawola District Sigi Regency, Central Sulawesi Province, in order to further strive for the ability to provide services to communities in villages, it means that the activities carried out are more focused on controlling based on agreed policies and rules, so that the duties and functions of the apparatus in serving are in accordance with what is expected.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. ABSTRACTOne of the government's strategies to help the village become independent and autonomous by giving the allocation of village funds. The funds allocated for the rural area, and expected to support the implementation of the people’s empowerment and the rural development, so that funds can improve the people’s prosperity. Furthermore, the aims of this study to look at the influence of Fiscal Intervention which are representated by Village Fund, Village Fund Allocation, and part of Local Earning and Retribution toward Poverty which is representated by Poverty Rate of Residences/Cities in Kalimantan Island during 2015-2017. This research used quantitative descriptive approach with Panel Data Model. The result showed of Fixed Effect Model regression that, Village Fund, Village Fund Allocation, and part of Local Earning and Retribution have have negative significant influence at Poverty Rate for 47 Residences/Cities in Kalimantan Island.

This study intends to look at the role of parents in socializing sex education to adolescents in lower middle families and the forms of socialization and the obstacles faced by parents in socializing the values of sex education to their teenage children. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach, data traversing began with initial surveys, literature studies, field studies and in-depth interviews and observations. The results of research on the importance of the role of parents in the socialization of knowledge about sex to children are needed. Lack of knowledge about sex education and being busy working means that most parents do not want to provide knowledge about sex to adolescents for fear of misinforming them so that parents tend to give up the responsibility for providing knowledge on adolescent sex to schools or youth organizations. Development is a process of social change with broad participation a society that is intended to achieve social and material progress (including increasing the amount of justice, freedom and other valued qualities) for the majority of the people through the greater control they have over their environment. To plan development is not to build ideas and future strategies only without considering the social, cultural, and community adoption ability to change, so a lot of planning has been successful in stimulating economic growth in the short term but failed in building social cohesion, resisting vulnerability and reinforcing the cultural value. In relation to this, the village development planning should be put in a comprehensive manner to bridge the development needs of the region, strengthening the sector and harmonization of development actors.This study aims to see how the results of the evaluation of the Middle-Term Development Plan of the village of LubukSuli, DepatiTujuh District, Kerinci 2018 district. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this study using interviews and documentation. the general aspects of planning and implementation are good enough.

<p class="Isi">Conflict within a team of student teachers during their internship is one problem that needs to be managed and overcome in order to make their performance better. Student teachers are expected to establish good communication and resolve conflicts wisely. The subjects of this study were six student teachers who had internships in a YSKI school in Semarang from July to November 2016. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results are presented in descriptive narration to explain the conflict and how it was resolved.</p><p><em>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:  Konflik dalam tim mahasiswa guru internship merupakan salah satu masalah yang dapat harus dikelola dan diatasi agar tidak meluas dan mengganggu kinerja mereka dalam praktek mengajar di sekolah. Mahasiswa guru diharapkan dapat membangun komunikasi yang baik dan menyelesaikan konflik dengan bijaksana. Subyek penelitian ini adalah enam mahasiswa guru yang melakukan internship di sekolah YSKI Semarang periode Juli-November 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya disajikan secara deskriptif narasi menjelaskan terjadinya konflik dan mengatasinya.</em></p><p><em> </em></p>

The Village

This research aims to provide information to the society related to the information openness and transparency of Blitar Government and Village Government in the implementation of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) of Village Fund Allocation. Several issues stated in MoU include safety and orderliness, action, investigation, apparatus source, society protection, and connection. Other issues include prevention, supervision, and security of village fund. This research employed qualitative method with descriptive approach. The data were obtained from the document of interactive dialog broadcast named “Hallo Bupati-- aired by Local Public Broadcast Department (LPPM) radio, Persada FM, Blitar, edition of Monday, January 23, 2018. The informant of this interactive dialog program was the Regent of Blitar. Data analysis was performed by transcribing the broadcast document, organizing and analyzing data, and interpreting the findings.  The result showed that all the village governments getting Village Fund Allocation in Blitar have madeMemorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Regent and the Chief Police Officer of the Regency Then, it was followed by supervision and evaluation towards the expenditure of the fund in village level.
