Academization of art is based on the evolution of thinking and artistic creativity of mankind, which allows considering this process as a global one, both temporally and spatially. However, in musical educational establishments in the process of future musicians training, thinking and creativity of each student is academized separately, which allows us to talk about individual academization. In this aspect, academization is studied for the first time. The article defines characteristic features of individual academization: first, temporary duration – while the global academization lasts for centuries and millennia, the individual academization is limited by the years and decades of learning the art by the individual; secondly, as in the vast majority of cases private academization takes place in educational organizations, it is always artificial in type. At the same time, as the author’s previously published articles demonstrate, artificial academization is more often characterized by the greater number of negative trends (so-called post-academic syndrome) and is more acute (painful) than a natural academization process. This fact requires special attention of specialists to the content of music education and the choice of teaching methods.

The paper deals with the analysis and collection of information for state cadastral registration of real estate objects with certain design features. Previously, these design and technological features were not reflected in the cadastral documentation and quite often became a source of contradictions between stakeholders. Certain technical issues were settled only after going to court and pronouncing of a judgment. A list of problems that a cadastral engineer may encounter when collecting and analyzing data on an object in the matter of cadastral registering various types of underground structures, multi-level, multi-tiered objects and buildings of different heights for various purposes and profiles, as well as objects equipped with hidden niches and openings is given. The issues related to the state cadastral registration of casting structures are considered in terms of the individual characteristics of this process. The use of 3D cadastre technology is proposed as a real tool for solving the above issues. The positive experience of this practice in foreign countries is described. National features of the application of these technologies in the Russian Federation are given.

This paper discusses the concept of “motivation” in relation to the process of music education. The most effective ways of teaching are highlighted, which allow achieving a high level of motivation among students learning music, among which the method of active learning is recognized as the most effective for achieving this goal. The system of various motives that induce the student to educational activity is considered. Particular attention is paid to the process of formation and development of motives and needs; emphasis is placed on the importance of a personal approach to learning, taking into account the individual characteristics and abilities of each student. The personality of the teacher and the nature of his relationship with students are recognized as one of the fundamental factors affecting the success of training. The main pedagogical conditions that contribute to the increase of the motivational sphere of students are highlighted, such as: a personal approach, the creation of a special motivational atmosphere, the aspiration for the transition to self-education and self-development, the choice of the most effective forms of work. The conclusion is made about the necessary presence of internal motivation for the process of learning a subject (in this case, music) for productive educational activity. The problems in the field of music education are revealed, which consists in the lack of psychological knowledge among music teachers about the specifics of the formation of the motivational sphere of students.

Abstract Background Reintegrating to society is a significant challenge during burn survivors’ rehabilitation. Aim This study aims to describe what Iranian female survivors from unintentional severe burns experience as enablers and barriers of social reintegration (SR). Methods Fourteen adult female burn survivors whose burns were unintentional participated in this qualitative study. Data were gathered through semi-structured face-to-face or telephone interviews and analyzed using inductive content analysis. Results Thirteen subcategories and six categories were emerged. Categories and subcategories of enablers content area were as follows: positive impact of society on SR (normal treatment of society, instrumental support), positive impact of family on SR (magnifying personal abilities assets, empathy and emotional support), and positive impact of personal characteristics on SR (coping with others stares, right to have a normal social life). Categories and subcategories of Barriers content area were as follows: negative impact of society on SR (being questioned in public, incorrect judgment about intent of burns, burns as a contagious disease), negative impact of family on SR (embarrassment of appearing in public with the survivor, family mistrust), and negative impact of intra-personal factors on SR (exaggeration of the post-burn changes, being over-sensitive to the others looks). From the deep interpretation of the data two overarching themes were emerged: “acceptance of the new normal by the society and the individual” and “being encompassed by misconceptions and mistreatments”. Conclusions Society, family and the individual characteristics have a dual role to play in the success of social reintegration in Iranian female unintentional burn survivors.

The artistic phenomenon of fanfare music for ensembles made up of children and youth has seen a large development in the NV region of the country in recent years, through the enthusiasm of some musicians, teachers or conductors, but also through the openness to culture of some local communities. The assimilation of musical and instrumental notions was done through individual study coordinated by teachers or conductors, and the musical product was assembled in the band, to be presented in concerts and parades. The teaching methods used in the training of these instrumentalists are the methods used in vocational art education, although they studied the instrument as amateurs. The artistic results made the individual products (instrumentalists) become a nursery for music faculties and academies in Transylvania.
