Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan fanatisme terhadap perilaku konsumtif (studi pada fandom ARMY SMR) di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 60 orang fandom ARMY SMR yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku konsumtif, skala intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan skala fanatisme. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh dan signifikan intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan fanatisme terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada fandom ARMY SMR yang melakukan perilaku konsumtif dengan nilai f hitung > f table (7.626 > 0.211) dan nilai p=0.001 (p<0.05).  Kontribusi pengaruh (R2) intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan fanatisme dengan perilaku konsumtif pada fandom ARMY SMR yang melakukan perilaku konsumtif adalah sebesar 0,211; (2) ada pengaruh intensitas penggunaan media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada fandom ARMY SMR yang melakukan perilaku konsumtif dengan koefisien beta (β)=0.453, serta nilai t hitung > t tabel (3.851 > 2.002) dan nilai p=0.000 (p< 0.05); (3) tidak ada pengaruh fanatisme terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada fandom ARMY SMR yang melakukan perilaku konsumtif dengan koefisien This study aims to find out the influence of the intensity of social media use and fanaticism on consumptive behavior (study on ARMY SMR fandom) in Samarinda City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were 60 ARMY SMR fandom people who were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The data collection methods used are the consumptive behavior scale, the intensity scale of social media use and the fanaticism scale. The collected data was analyzed with multiple regression analysis tests with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for windows program. The results showed that: (1) there was an influence and significant intensity of social media use and fanaticism on consumptive behavior in ARMY SMR fandoms that performed consumptive behavior with a value of f calculated > f table (7,626 > 0.211) and a value of p = 0.001 (p<0.05).  The contribution of influence (R2) intensity of social media use and fanaticism with consumptive behavior in army SMR fandom that commits consumptive behavior is 0.211; (2) there is an influence on the intensity of social media use on consumptive behavior in ARMY SMR fandom that performs consumptive behavior with beta coefficient (β)=0.453, as well as a t-count value of > t table (3,851 > 2,002) and a value of p=0.000 (p< 0.05); (3) there is no influence of fanaticism on consumptive behavior in ARMY SMR fandoms that perform consumptive behavior with beta coefficient (β)= -0.070, and t calculate < t table (-0.594 < 0.05) and value p = 0.555 (p> 0.05).

Abstract The effectiveness of the use biologically active substances in the rooting of cuttings privet common (Ligustrum vulgare L.) in its introduction in the region of Nizhny Novgorod was studied. The processes of callus adventitious root formation were studied. The research target was an arboretum collection of common privet in Nizhny Novgorod State Agricultural Academy with geographical coordinates 56°19′43” N, 44°00′O7” E and an altitude of 141 m above sea level. Tested nine industrially produced biologically active preparations widely used in tree and forest nurseries to increase the efficiency of rooting cuttings. The positive effect of cutting treatment with biologically active preparations was confirmed. A significant intensity of callus formation was recorded in the variants with profistim (98.50±1.05%) and extrasol (96.50±0.76%). A noticeable increase in the number of adnexal roots was caused by the use of the drugs heteroauxin (24.55±1.08 pcs.) and ferovit (22.00±1.38 pcs.). The best results for the total length of adventive roots were obtained after the use of heteroauxin (266.92±16.71 cm) and ecofus (272.22±14.42 cm). The effectiveness of bioactive drugs in stimulating regeneration processes on privet cuttings, increasing in the intensity of callus formation and the rate of linear growth of adventitious roots has been proven.

Начальная массовая скорость компактного движения выброшенного ледово-каменного материала ледника Колка, достигнутая на стадии газового ускорения в эпицентральной зоне взрывоподобного внезапного газодинамического выброса ледника, составляла около 300 м/с. Именно столь высокие значения величины начальной массовой скорости выброса основного количества ледово-каменного материала определили возможность образования сопутствовавшей выбросу ударной воздушной волны, которая и на большом расстоянии от эпицентра выброса (порядка 15 км) все еще имела значительную интенсивность. Воздушным был характер несущей среды для всего Геналдонского лавинообразного потока в пределах выделенной прежде всего по этому признаку зоны транзита на всем многокилометровом ее протяжении, а для начальной и основной стадий выброса – и за пределами этой зоны (до Скалистого хребта). Дальность же действия взрывоподобного внезапного газодинамического выброса ледника Колка 20 сентября 2002 года, безусловно, не ограничивалась лишь вместилищем ледника Колка или Колкинским цирком, как иногда полагают, а захватывала огромную территорию Колкинского и Геналдонского ущелий и была ограничена (да и то не полностью) лишь непреодолимой механической преградой Скалистого хребта. Цель работы. В плане сопоставления с взрывоподобными направленными газодинамическими выбросами ледников рассматривается вопрос об истории изучения направленных вулканических взрывов, установленных полстолетием ранее. Методы работы. Проведен анализ имеющихся данных и существующих походов их оценок. Результаты работы. Показана огромная мощность взрывоподобных направленных газодинамических выбросов ледника Колка, вполне сопоставимых в данном отношении с крупными направленными вулканическими взрывами. The initial mass velocity of the compact movement of the ejected glacial-stone material of the Kolka glacier, reached at the stage of gas acceleration in the epicentral zone of the sudden explosion-like gas-dynamic surge of the glacier, was about 300 m/s. Exactly such high values of the initial mass velocity of the surge of the main amount of glacial-stone material that determined the possibility of the formation of an accompanying ejection of the air-blast, which had a significant intensity even at a great distance from the surge epicenter (about 15 km). The nature of the carrier medium for the entire Genaldon avalanche flow was aerial within the transit zone distinguished primarily according this character along its entire length of many kilometers; and for the initial and main stages of the surge the nature was the same outside this zone (up to the Skalisty (Rocky) Ridge). The range of action of the sudden explosion-like gas-dynamic surge of the Kolka glacier on September 20, 2002, was certainly not limited only by the reservoir of the Kolka glacier or the Kolka cirque, as it is sometimes supposed, but captured the vast territory of the Kolka and Genaldon gorges and was limited (and even then not completely) only by the insurmountable mechanical barrier of the Skalisty (Rocky Ridge). Aim. In terms of the comparison with explosion-like directional gas-dynamic surges of glaciers, the article considers an issue of the history of study of directional volcanic explosions determined half a century earlier. Methods. The analysis of the available data and the existing approaches for their assessments was carried out. Results. The results of the work show the enormous power of explosion-like directed gas-dynamic surges of the Kolka glacier, which are quite comparable in this respect with large directed volcanic explosions.

AbstractDiabetic retinopathy (DR) is an important retinal disease threatening people with the long diabetic history. Blood leakage in retina leads to the formation of red lesions in retina the analysis of which is helpful in the determination of severity of disease. In this paper, a novel red-lesion extraction method is proposed. The new method firstly determines the boundary pixels of blood vessel and red lesions. Then, it determines the distinguishing features of boundary pixels of red-lesions to discriminate them from other boundary pixels. The main point utilized here is that a red lesion can be observed as significant intensity changes in almost all directions in the fundus image. This can be feasible through considering special neighborhood windows around the extracted boundary pixels. The performance of the proposed method has been evaluated for three different datasets including Diaretdb0, Diaretdb1 and Kaggle datasets. It is shown that the method is capable of providing the values of 0.87 and 0.88 for sensitivity and specificity of Diaretdb1, 0.89 and 0.9 for sensitivity and specificity of Diaretdb0, 0.82 and 0.9 for sensitivity and specificity of Kaggle. Also, the proposed method has a time-efficient performance in the red-lesion extraction process.

Abstract The study aims to identify Escherichia coli specific and Extended Spectrum β- Lactamase (ESBL) indicative peptide spectra when co-exposed with ceftazidime or other beta-lactams with clavulanic acid in ESBL producing isolates in community acquired urinary tract infected E. coli by Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time - of - Flight Mass Spectrometry (MALDI-TOF) technique. Among 100 tested E. coli isolates, 13 antibiotics were used to profile the resistant isolates. They were mainly demonstrated the resistance to ampicillin, cefoxitin, cefotaxime, ceftazidime, amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, and tetracycline. The high-, low-, and non-ESBL producers, 43.86%, 40.35% and 15.79%, were classified from these resistant isolates according to the ratio of MIC fold between ceftazidime and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid by E-test. Using the MALDI-TOF technique, 5 E. coli -specific peptide spectra were identified which were located at 4362, 4531, 5380, 6254, and 9063 Da using a cut-off value of 60% of frequency. The significant intensity reduction of spectra at 10477, and 5096 Da were recorded and suspected as ESBL indicative peptide spectra after the exposure to ceftazidime or cefotaxime alone and concomitantly with amoxicillin/clavulanic acid in the high and low ESBL producers, respectively. The further significant spectra located at 2548, and 8371 and 9713 Da were exclusively related to ceftazidime hydrolysis in the low and high ESBL producers, respectively. There were 3 and 4 significant peptide spectra which were located at 5968, 7153, 9713 and 10477 Da, and 2548, 5096, and 9537 Da were also suspected as being ESBL spectra after exposure to other tested β-lactams in the high and low-ESBL producers, respectively. Expansive lesions of the posterior fossa or the malformation in the occipitocervical transition can cause headache triggered by Valsalva maneuver, usually of sudden onset and of significant intensity, which usually lasts for a short time. Brainstem tumor is rarely related to cause headache, hence the interest in documenting this patient's case in this article.

Abstract Background and Aims Despite progress these recent years in support the hemodialysis, chronic pain remains a problem concern that ultimately affect the quality of life and psycho-emotional state, even among dialysis patients already psychologically fragile. However, it is often overlooked and its characteristics in chronic hemodialysis (HDC) are poorly understood. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the prevalence, features, impact and treatment of pain in our population of chronic hemodialysis patients and to determine the factors associated with it. Method cross-sectional study conducted in January 2020 including 71 chronic hemodialysis patients from the nephrology department of the CHU ibn rochd CASABLANCA. They were subjected to a questionnaire on socio-demographic characteristics, the characteristics of the pain, its impact on daily life, the various treatments performed. The pain is chronic if it persists for more than 3 months. The intensity was assessed using a visual analog scale. Results Of the 71 patients, 64.4% report chronic pain, the average age of our patients was 46.5 years, ranging from 16 to 93 years, with a sex ratio M/F 1.1, seniority hemodialysis was 17.3 years. The pain is continuous, frequent, intermittent and rare in respectively 55.5%, 27.5%, 13.7%, 3.44% of cases, it is a weak, moderate, severe, very severe in respectively: 13.7%, 58.6%, 17.24%, 10.3%, causing musculoskeletal was predominant in 75.8% of cases, the most common sites are: shoulders (47,23%), knees (34.5%), the head (41.2%) and the back (19.65%). It resounded on the patient's daily activity in 55.17%, and sleep in 41.3%, the treatment was essentially based analgesics in 58.6% of cases, these analgesics were level 1 in 47.1% cases and level 2 in 52.9% of cases. This is taken daily in 28.5% of patients, common in 42.8% and 28.5% rare among of them, the disappearance of pain was achieved in 65.51% of cases. In perdialyse, the intensity of the pain does not change in 79.4% of patients. Pain was favored by advanced age and age dialysis (advanced age (p = 0.043) and age dialysis (p = 0.01).) Conclusion Chronic pain is a major problem in hemodialysis by its high prevalence, its significant intensity and its impact on life daily patient. However its management remains inadequate. Regular assessment of pain using a well-codified questionnaire is necessary to improve the care of dialysis patients.

The article raises one of the urgent problems in modern sports of the highest achievements - the problem of psychological support for the superiority of athletes. Considered as one of the priority directions of state policy. Modern sport is distinguished by a significant intensity of training loads, a reduction in time limits in the preparation of athletes, a great personal responsibility, both a coach and an athlete for the result in competitions of various levels. All of these factors affect the mental state of the athlete. In this connection, disturbances in the stability of the neuropsychic state, psycho-emotional lability and tension, and low resistance to stress may appear. It is obvious that there is a need for psychological support of athletes at all stages of sports activity in order to form stress resistance, an active life position, a competitive and healthy personality. Excellence in sports is considered as the achievement of high sports results, the peak of skill in sports activities, as well as the achievement of the athlete's superiority in setting and implementing the goal, the sports activity itself and to ensure the quality of the sports process as an end result. In our opinion, psychological support in elite sports is a system for managing the processes of an athlete's personality development, mental states, processes of social behavior, adaptation of an athlete to the end of a sports professional career, as well as a study of the psychological patterns of mental improvement in the process of sports formation. Psychological support of athletes at different stages of the development of a sports career is an important component of the activity of a sports psychologist and includes the following areas: primary psychological diagnostics; psychodiagnostic control; psychological correction; psychological counseling of athletes, their parents (if necessary), coaches.

Abstract. Wide-field spectrometers for Earth observation missions require in-flight radiometric calibration for which the Sun can be used as a known reference. Therefore, a diffuser is placed in front of the spectrometer in order to scatter the incoming light into the entrance slit and provide homogeneous illumination. The diffuser, however, introduces interference patterns known as speckles into the system, yielding potentially significant intensity variations at the detector plane, called spectral features. There have been several approaches implemented to characterize the spectral features of a spectrometer, e.g., end-to-end measurements with representative instruments. Additionally, in previous publications a measurement technique was proposed, which is based on the acquisition of monochromatic speckles in the entrance slit following a numerical propagation through the disperser to the detection plane. Based on this measurement technique, we present a stand-alone prediction model for the magnitude of spectral features in imaging spectrometers, requiring only few input parameters and, therefore, mitigating the need for expensive measurement campaigns.

In spite of significant intensity and composition variability of dyke magmatism in the Ingul mega-block, in the Korsun- Novomyrhorod anorthosite-rapakivi granite pluton (KNP) dyke magmatism is restricted. To present day, dykes of basic composition have not been described in this pluton. Previously mentioned gabbro-diabases dykes or diabase porphyrites should be classified as medium rocks as well as they are enriched by SiO2, Na2O and K2O. The authors succeeded studied the dyke from the Nosachiv massif, which can be considered the only known dyke of basic composition in KNP. By chemical composition, this rock is similar to the Ti-enriched gabroids of KNP, but differs in the presence of high-Ti magnetite (not typical mineral in plutonic rocks of KNP), and in terms of SiO2 and Na2O + K2O it should be classified as subalkaline. Most of the dikes known in the KNP are mainly monzonites, monzosienites, less widespread syenites, granite dikes are quite rare too. As our studies have shown, in the previously described porphyry dykes diabase structure is not exihibited. Furthermore pyroxene content is the first percent, and a significant (or most) of them are probably xenogeneic. According to chemical composition such dykes should be classified as medium in composition, because the SiO2 content in them is in the range of 54-60 % and elevated content of K2O, often prevails over Na2O, by low MgO and higher TiO2 they are similar to gabroid of KNP. In these rocks, normative orthoclase and quartz are calculated in significant quantities. Therefore, we offer to consider these rocks as dyke analogues of monzonites (quartz-containing or quartz) and regard as monzonite porphyry. The significant distribution of monzonites and syenites and their dyke analogues denote clear pronounced monzonite-syenite trend of evolution in KNP.
