This study used qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected by means of observation, interview, and documentation. This study aims at describing the management of extracurricular activities in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah Singosari. Extracurricular activities are performed outside the lesson haours that must be developed properly by a school, so that interest talent, and potential learners an be more optimally. In order to extracurricular activities an be run effectively then in the implementation required management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, and evaluation of extracurricular activities. The result achieved of implementation activities extracurricular in SMK Terpadu Al-Ishlahiyah is the active participation of students and development of talent learners in both academic and non academic.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi 4C (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, & Collaborative). Kompetensi 4C sangat diperlukan di masa mendatang dalam mencari tenaga kerja karena persaingan semakin ketat. Banyak juga tugas-tugas yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh manusia tetapi tergantikan dengan robot. Hal tersebut dikarenakan pada abad ke-21 ini perkembangan teknologi semakin pesat. Sehingga perlu ada keterampilan yang tidak dimiliki oleh robot yaitu keterampilan kompetensi 4C. SIDH (Sekolah Indonesia Den Haag) merupakan salah satu sekolah Indonesia luar negeri yang sangat memperhatikan kompetensi 4C. Pada sekolah tersebut selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi 4C dengan berbagai strategi. Dengan cara diskusi saat pembelajaran, mengikuti ekstrakulikuler, dan bekerjasama dengan pusdatin. Meningkatkan kompetensi 4C di SIDH juga dapat melalui melalui pembelajarn PAI. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini memberikan data berupa data verbal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara dengan guru di SIDH yaitu Safreni Candra Sari dan Ponco Handayawati melalui media aplikasi zoom dan dokumen yang diperoleh berupa gambar atau foto yang menunjukkan beberapa kegiatan di SIDH. Strategies to Improve 4C Competencies (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication & Collaborative)The purpose of this research is to find out strategies to improve 4C competence (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, & Collaborative). 4C competence is needed in the future is looking for workers because the competition is getting tougher. There are also many tasks that should be done by humans but are replaced by robots. This is because in the 21st century the development of technology is increasingly rapid. So there need to be skills that robots don't have, namely 4C competency skills. SIDH (Sekolah Indonesia Den Haag) is one of the Indonesian overseas schools that pays attention to 4C competencies. The school always tries to improve 4C competence with various strategies. For example, through discussions during learning, taking extracurricular activities, and collaborating with Pusdatin. Improving 4C competence at SIDH can also be done through learning PAI. This study using a qualitative descriptive method. This method provides data in the form of verbal data. Data collection techniques used were interviews with teachers at SIDH, namely Safreni Candra Sari and Ponco Handayawati through the zoom application media and documents obtained in the form of pictures or photos showing some of the activities at SIDH.

<p>This research aims to find out the scouting extracurricular activities for character education in discipline at Zaid Bin Thabit SMPIT Bogor. The formation of this character is very important, education in Indonesia must have the development of the potential of students to become human beings who believe and obey God Almighty, have good character, have good knowledge, are creative, independent, disciplined and become citizens who are democratic and responsible, and one of the activities that is able to change it is scouting extracurricular activities. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with 30 respondents in eighth grade. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documents. Data analysis technique is done by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that character education can be obtained namely, the accuracy of program targets, program implementation, and program monitoring in scouting extracurricular activities for disciplined character education. More than half of the students enjoyed participating in scouting activities, and stated that scouting activities needed to be carried out at school. Based on this research, scouting activities can be an alternative in discipline character education.</p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="16bIsiAbstrak">Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam kedisplinan di SMPIT Zaid Bin Tsabit Bogor. Pembentukan karakter ini sangat penting, pendidikan di Indonesia harus memiliki perkembangan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dani bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, berilmu cakap, kreatif, mandiri, disiplin dan menjadi warga negara yangi demokratis serta bertanggung jawab, dan salah satu kegiatan yang mampu merubahnya adalah kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang pada kelas delapan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter dapat diperoleh yakni, ketepatan sasaran program, pelaksanaan program, dan pemantauan program dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan terhadap pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan. Lebih dari setengahnya siswa senang mengikuti kegiatan kepramukaan, dan menyatakan bahwa kegiatan kepramukaan perlu dilaksanakan di sekolah. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, kegiatan kepramukaan dapat menjadi alternatif dalam pendidikan karakter kedisiplinan.</p>

This study aims to examine the tradition of volunteerism in Pondok Modern Gontor 7 Putera Southeast Sulawesi, which includes basic values developed in building the tradition of volunteerism and Pondok Modern Gontor 7 Putera efforts to encourage his citizens to produce the best performance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, display, and verification. Data validity is tested through member check, triangulation, extended observation, and increased perseverance. The results of this study indicate that voluntary behavior is an application of the values of the five souls which are sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, freedom, which is the basis in carrying out self-service and self-giving attitude. In improving performance, leaders motivate implementing the concept of five souls as the main reference in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, including in the application of management functions.

School is one of the places that used to guide, educate, direct, and forman individual person to behave well. School also has contribution in introducing, cultivating, nurturing, and enhancing the value of disciplined to learners, including to the compliance of the school’s rules. This research used qualitative descriptive method and implemented at SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin. As informants in this study were the Principal, Vice Principal of Students’ Affairs, Sub Vice Principal of Students’ Affairs, counseling guidance teacher, and teachers of school subjects. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Coaching which is conducted on students at SMAN 8 Banjarmasin looked pretty good seen from the application of discipline that uses Points System. As the result, the application of the Points System was poorly socialized to the students and their parents/guardians. The school also facilitate the students to follow the organizational activities such as OSIS (Intra-School Students Organization), as well as the activities of self-development through extracurricular activities. In addition, every teacher in the school also implemented discipline during the teaching and learning process. The Points System which has been applied by the school is very precise to construct discipline to their students.  Keywords: Coaching, Discipline

<p class="ABSTRACT"><span lang="EN">This study discusses the development of extracurricular activities in Arabic at Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School, Paiton-Probolinggo, which includes: 1) Types of activities, 2) Planning activities, 3) Implementation of activities, and 4) Evaluating activities. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The qualitative data in this study included extracurricular activities in Arabic. The data sources of this research are the core management and students in the LPBA. The instrument is the researcher himself (human instrument). Data collection was obtained through the results of distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed a number of things, namely (1) twelve extracurricular activities attended by students at ula and wushta levels with the hope that students often get used to listening to hiwar or Arabic conversations from native Arabs, and can apply them in daily conversations. day (2) Planning activities consist of student organizations, curriculum, schedule arrangements, activity themes, and regulations, (3) This activity is carried out every night after teaching and learning activities (KBM) and Friday from morning to evening, and (4) Evaluation of this activity is carried out once a month with the aim of finding solutions to problems experienced by students.</span></p>

Parking is an inseparable component or aspect of the need for a transportation system because every trip with a private vehicle generally always starts and ends in the parking lot. Regarding parking management in this study, namely analyzing how the Garut Regency Transportation Service carries out parking management in Garut Regency in its implementation, the inhibiting factors that affect parking management, and how the efforts are made to overcome the parking management problem in the Regency arrowroot. The method used by the researcher is a qualitative descriptive method that describes parking management with data collection techniques that include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study in parking management are analyzed with management functions, namely planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring where there are still many things that need to be improved again because there are so many obstacles and problems in conducting the parking management analysis, which is caused by factors that hinder into the parking lot. Parking management is factors of awareness, communication and coordination, and resource factors carried out by employees and parking attendants involved in managing the parking lot.

In the tourism industry, fluctuations in room occupancy are common. Many hotels offer various types of accommodation and service options needed by guests, causing competition between one hotel and another hotel. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of room allotment in an effort to increase room occupancy at a one 5-star hotel in the southern part of Bali. This study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with analysis of POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) and SWBR (Strength, Weakness, Benefit, Risk). Data is obtained using the interview method. This study also explains how the implications of room allotment management on management strategy at the hotel. The results of this study indicate that the management of the allotment room has been done quite well but has not provided maximum results in increasing room occupancy. The implications of giving room allotment based on management functions indicate that negotiations still have problems with the prices determined, there are strengths, weaknesses, benefits and risks in organizing the people who regulate the room allotment, the room allotment given has not been 100% fulfilled and there is no a special system to control room allotment. Future research is recommended with regard to the effectiveness of room allotment through the system.

This study aims to determine the implementation of local wisdom-based schools at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; know the understanding of school principals, school developers and teachers about local wisdom-based school development; knowing the form of local wisdom being developed; and the local wisdom-based school development strategy implemented and the impact of its implementation on students at SDN 49 Liano. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data checking techniques using triagulation techniques and data sources. The results showed that the understanding of the meaning of school based on local wisdom between the principal, the development team and the teacher was the same, namely the condition of the school which applied local wisdom in a learning atmosphere. Local wisdom applied at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo includes language, arts and culinary specialties. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo uses five strategies in local wisdom-based school development, namely preparing an agenda for teaching the priorities of local wisdom values, preparing supporting facilities, implementing implementation strategies, collaborating with outsiders, and establishing cooperation with the community. The form of implementing school based on local wisdom at SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo can be seen from the integration of local wisdom in learning and extracurricular activities. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo, Kab. Bombana; mengetahuai pemahaman kepala sekolah, pengembang sekolah dan guru tentang pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal; mengetahui bentuk kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan; dan strategi pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan serta dampak dari implementasinya terhadap peserta didik di SDN 49 Liano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pemeriksaan data dengan menggunakan triagulasi teknik dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pengertian sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal antara kepala sekolah, tim pengembang dan guru sama, yaitu kondisi sekolah yang menerapkan kearifan lokal dalam suasana pembelajaran. Kearifan lokal yang diterapkan di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo di antaranya adalah bahasa, seni dan kuliner khas daerah. SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo menggunakan lima strategi dalam pengembangan sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal yaitu menyusun agenda pengajaran perioritas nilai-nilai luhur kearifan lokal, menyiapkan fasilitas penunjang, melakukan strategi pelaksanaan, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak luar, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan masyarakat. Bentuk implementasi sekolah berbasis kearifan lokal di SDN 49 Liano, Kec. Mataoleo dapat dilihat dari pengintegrasian kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.
