The article gives a comparative aspect of the organism development periodization, depending on the gender and age of the fetus. It was established that in the individual development of animals, there is a specific biological regularity of periodicity. It is indicated by the unequal growth of individual organs and the organism as a whole at different stages of ontogenesis, age-related features in the growth of individual parts and proportions of the body, as well as changes in the requirements of a growing organism to living conditions. At different stages of animal embryogenesis, there is a rather short period of a sharp increase in metabolism, as well as the intensity and usefulness of self-renewal, which to some extent, is an indicator of the growth rate of the fetus depending on gender. Pituitary and serum gonadotropins were used to induce ovulation of cows. As a result, in the group where pituitary gonadotropin was used, 87.5% of cows with pregnancy of 91.7% showed desire, 75% of serum gonadotropin with 87.5% of pregnancy. An analysis of the obtained data shows that in the second stage of embryonic development, the intensity of the formation of internal organs slows down, while the intensity of increasing the live weight of the fetus increases, regardless of groups.

Since changes in linear measurements and the live weight of animals are manifested in a very multifaceted way, it is difficult to imagine their study and accounting using a single universal method. This problem can be solved by using a variety of methods and techniques for studying the individual development of the body. This article is devoted to the study of the features of growth and development in purebred breeding and interbreed hybridization based on the study of the intensity of live weight growth, the dynamics of average daily increases in relative growth rate and linear measurements of experimental animals.

Mycotoxins have been formed in feed are secondary metabolites of fungi and are quite stable substances that have teratogenic, mutagenic and carcinogenic effects. An effective way to combat mycotoxins in feed is the use of feed additives that adsorb toxins, prevent their absorption in the gastrointestinal tract of the animal and are excreted from the body. The infl uence of coconut enterosorbent Shelltic Es on fattening and meat qualities of young pigs has been studied. It has been found in the process of fattening that the highest feed digestibility was in pigs of the experimental group, in the diet of which enterosorbent has been added. The results of studies of the chemical composition and technological properties of pork have been provided. The positive eff ect of enterosorbent on precocity, absolute average daily gain of live weight and reduction of feed expenditures per 1 kg of gain has been revealed. In pigs from the experimental group the average thickness of the fat was higher and the area of the “muscle eye” was lower compared with animals of the control group, which indicates that higher rates of carcass yield have been obtained due to faster accumulation of fat tissue. The weight of internal organs of pigs indicates the intensity of metabolic processes in the body. In experimental animals the weight of the lungs was 0,1 kg lower, and the liver and heart were higher by 0,13 and 0,01 kg, respectively. Enterosorbent had no effect on the content of vitamins in the liver of pigs of the compared groups. The content of impurities of organochlorine toxicants and toxic elements in the meat and liver of animals of the experimental group was lower than that of control analogues. Therefore, the use of enterosorbent Shelltic Es promotes more active excretion of them from the body.

Abstract To trace joyful emotions in the practice of the Japanese art of fencing is quiet complicate and uncommon. As a former martial art Kendo is straightly connected with the mortal sword fighting of the Middle Ages. Today the fight with sharp swords has been replaced by a competition trough using the sportive protection armor and bamboo sword. The serious contest between the opponents with the reference to the life-or-death constellation of ancient times marks the activity in Kendo. The primary aim is the verification of the individual development, arising from the combination of an adult character and sportive skills. At the highest level of Kendo the development of a positive personal relation to the partner is being created via the hard and battlesome competition. Under specified conditions the fight yells harmony and empathy in a social interaction through the body activity of two individuals.

Individual analyses of forty Light Sussex cockerels of twenty-two weeks of age yielded the following results:1. There is a highly negative correlation between the fat percentage of the carcass and the moisture percentage.2. Owing to the large variability in the fat content of individuals, live-weight increases are unreliable as a measure of energy storage.3. Comparison of the fat content of the bones with that of the flesh and offal leads to the conclusion that the bones as well as the flesh and offal play a significant role in the general fat metabolism of the body.4. There exists a strongly positive correlation between the ash content of the bones and that of the flesh and offal.5. The protein ash ratio of both the Light Sussex breed and the White Leghorn breed is practically constant for all individuals after the age of seven weeks, indicating that the growth of the skeletal and the muscular tissues are closely correlated and controlled by the same growth impulse.6. The individual variation in energy content is shown to be ± 11.42% of the total energy content.

The aim of the study was a comparative characteristic of the size of internal organs according to ultrasonography data in subjects with various deviations in stature, determined using international standardized norms. Materials and methods. The stature was measured in 93 adolescents, aged 13 to 17 years. Based on the measurements, the Z-score of body length was calculated according to the WHO Growth Reference, 2007 and three groups were formed for comparing the sizes of internal organs: average, above average, below average. Ultrasonography data of the internal organs dimensions and thyroid gland was performed using a Toshiba Aplio 500 ultrasound scanner. Results. There were statistically significantly lower values of the liver span and the longitudinal size of the gallbladder in the examined subjects from the below average group compared to the rest of the subjects. The length of the spleen and the total volume of the thyroid gland were statistically significantly different in subjects from all three groups, with the highest values in volunteers from the above average group. A weak direct correlation was shown between the Z-score of body length and liver span, the length of the cauda of the pancreas, and the width of the spleen. An average direct statistical relationship was found between the Z-score of stature and the length of the spleen, as well as the total volume of the thyroid gland. Conclusion. To a greater extent, body length is associated with the size of the parenchymal organs with a pronounced connective tissue frame - the liver and spleen, as well as the thyroid gland due to the relationship of its volume with hormones that regulate growth and development. Clinical substantiation of the relationship between the structure of the body and internal organs opens up the possibility of creating anatomical standards that allow ultrasound morphometric assessment of internal organs, taking into account the individual characteristics of the patients body size.

The main task in meat poultry production is to obtain products in a short period of fattening with the minimum feed costs. In economic terms, fodders occupy the largest share in the cost structure of poultry meat. The feed in its composition and properties should satisfy the physiological needs of the chicken, as much as possible, and this, in turn, directly depends on its usefulness and quality. In this regard, the actual issue of feeding is the use of antioxidants to improve the conservation of feed and optimize metabolism in the body of the bird. The inclusion of “Bisfenol-5” antioxidant in full-feed mixed doses in doses of 0.002-0.015% of the feed weight positively affected the growth rate of broiler chickens and feed conversion. The highest effect was obtained with the addition of “Bisfenol-5” in the amount of 0.008% to the compound feed. The use of antioxidant-enriched mixed fodder for growing chicken broilers allowed to increase meat production to 17.5%, to increase feed conversion to 12.1%, to reduce the cost of 1 kg of live weight gain to 6.99 rubles and to improve the efficiency index to 0.2 points.

1. The recoveries of radioactivity in cattle urine following the intravenous administration of Nτ-[14CH3]methyl histidine were essentially quantitative in 5–7 d in non-lactating cows, bulls and steers and did not change with age.2. The Nτ-methyl histidine was excreted unchanged in urine.3. Nτ-methyl histidine occurred in muscle extracts both in the free form and as a perchloric acid-soluble, acid-labile form which accounted for approximately 85% of the total non-protein-bound Nτ-methyl histidine in muscle and appeared identical to a similar component identified in muscle extracts of sheep and pigs.4. There was probably an age-related decrease in the concentration of the acid-labile component in muscle but which did not produce a measurable change in recovery of radioactivity in urine.5. The daily excretion of Nτ-methyl histidine (E, μmol) by male cattle was highly correlated with live weight (W, kg) by the equation: <m:math><m:mrow><m:mtext>E</m:mtext><m:mo>=</m:mo><m:mn>50</m:mn><m:mo>⋅</m:mo><m:mn>4</m:mn><m:mo>+</m:mo><m:mn>3</m:mn><m:mo>⋅</m:mo><m:mn>536</m:mn><m:mo stretchy=“false”>(</m:mo><m:mo>±</m:mo><m:mn>0</m:mn><m:mo>⋅</m:mo><m:mn>044</m:mn><m:mo stretchy=“false”>)</m:mo><m:mtext>W</m:mtext><m:mspace width=“1”/><m:mo stretchy=“false”>(</m:mo><m:mi>r</m:mi><m:mspace width=“0.3”/><m:mn>0</m:mn><m:mo>⋅</m:mo><m:mn>997</m:mn><m:mo stretchy=“false”>)</m:mo><m:mo>.</m:mo></m:mrow></m:math> The excretions progressively decreased from 4.04 μmol/d per kg at 100 kg weight to 3.62 μmol/d per kg at 600 kg.6. By the criterion of the rate of clearance of labelled Nτ-methyl histidine from the body, the excretion of Nτ-methyl histidine in urine appears to be a valid index of muscle protein breakdown in cattle.

Quadriplegic is a term that is used as the identification of individual who have difficulty in optimizing the function of the body. Various obstacles faced by raising various negative reactions from the quadriplegic. Types of schools chosen by the individual quadriplegic as a means to get an education can bring out difference in environmental conditions encountered, which will certainly affect the learning performance of the individual. Outside of the phenomenon, uniquely, researcher found that there were cases of quadriplegic who attended public school and extraordinary school, which are able to accept the condition of themselves to be able to achieve the achievement in adolescence. Self-acceptance is an individual consciousness to accept the conditions of self as it is, which self-acceptance is one of the individual development task that are in the age range in adolescence. Based on this thing, the researcher is interested to find out about the process of self-acceptance on meritorious quadriplegic adolescent. This study used a qualitative research method with case study research design. Respondents in this study can be divided into two categories based on gender that is male and female, which in each category used each number one respondent. The result of this study indicates that there are three phases passed by quadriplegic adolescents in the process of self-acceptance, which is the initial phase, conflict phase, and the receiving phase. There are some differences in the dynamics at each phase that passed between male and female quadriplegic adolescents.   Keywords: self-acceptance process, quadriplegic adolescent, meritorious, public school, extraordinary school.

AbstractA mummy, or rather, a dessicated body, from Salts Cave, Kentucky, has been subjected to a comprehensive analysis. Radiocarbon analysis of internal body tissue placed the individual in the Woodland cultural period. A careful dissection of the body cavity revealed the presence of all internal organs but, due to dehydration, in a collapsed form. The diet of the individual, and indirectly of the population, was determined from the contents of the fecal material in the lower intestine and colon. Examination of the external side of the body revealed the individual to be a male, and radiographic and dental evidence indicated that he was around nine years of age. Blood group studies are still somewhat inconclusive, but tests are being conducted to clarify that problem. This paper was originally presented at the 35th Annual Meeting of the Society for American Archaeology, Museo Nacional de Antropologia, Mexico, D.F.
