This study aims to (1) analyze the availability of food in the city of Medan (2) the availability of nutrients (energy, protein, and fat) compared to the Nutritional Adequacy Rate (RDA) (3) the diversity of food availability in the city of Medan. The research data were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive method using the Food Balance Sheet (FBS). The results showed that the availability of food in Medan City in 2020 was in the available category of 1,350.25 grams/capita/day or 489.93 kg/capita/year. The availability of nutrients (energy, protein, and fat) of food in Medan City has exceeded the recommended nutritional adequacy rate and is classified in the available category. The diversity of food availability in the city of Medan is quite diverse.

This study aims to determine murabahah financing problem and how to handle it. The method used in this research using the descriptive method with the qualitative approach. Primary data sources were obtained using interviews and field observations. Secondary data were obtained through literature study related to murabahah problem and documentation study. The result of research indicates that murabahah financing in BPRS always related to wakalah contract. Wakalah is a contract between two parties in which one party submits, delegates, represents an affair to another party and the other undertakes the mandate at the request of the representative party. The cause of murabahah financing is problematic due to several factors, namely external and internal factors of the bank. External factors of the bank that comes from customers such as: losing in business competition, the business is run relatively new, side stream use of funds, the death of the key person, divorce key person, sick family members, and the character of customers who are not good. While the internal factors due to errors in conducting the analysis and weak aspects of supervision and monitoring. Handling of non-performing financing is done through collection activities, rescue activities (revitalization), settlement of guarantee activities and write off. Billing activities are done by contacting or visiting customers intensively, giving warning letters. Rescue of troubled financing is done by revitalizing rescheduling and restructuring. While write-off is a write-off of financing that is congested from on-balance sheets and recorded on the off-balance sheet. Keywords: murabahah, problem financing, sharia bank

Tourism in Indonesia has recently grown rapidly in one of them in the city of Bali. Bali has a very beautiful natural potential, one of the natural potentials developed is coastal tourism. Dream Island Mertasari Sanur Beach is one of the beaches that is still new but has a lot of potentials. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the existing conditions and marketing strategies that exist on Dream Island the Mertasari Beach Sanur Kauh City of Denpasar. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are data sourced from direct observation to the location of the study and by interviewing informants. While secondary data in this study are data obtained from documentation and literature to complete the primary data. The technique of determining the informants used was purposive sampling. The results showed that the existing conditions on Dream Island Beach based on Concept 4a were still lacking. The condition of the attraction is very good but for access and facilities still, have some disadvantages that need to be improved in the future. The reality that is on Dream Island Beach only consists of private parties and village institutions. The marketing strategy at Dream Island Beach has not been optimal due to several problems such as business license constraints and lack of cooperation with promotional media.   Keywords:  Marketing Strategic, attraction, Dream Island Beach

<p>Tofu is one of the foodstuffs that plays a role for nutritional balance and is one of the people's favorite side dishes. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence consumer demand for white tofu in the city of Medan. The sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers who consumed white tofu in the household. Information obtained from white tofu sellers in Petisah Market, Sei Sikambing Market and Helvetia Market and samples taken were 45 respondents, each 15 respondents in each market. Data collected are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test with SPSS 20. The results of this study concluded that the variable price of white tofu, tempe prices, fish prices, income and the number of dependents simultaneously had a significant effect on the demand for white tofu in Medan. Partially the variable price of white tofu and fish prices has a significant effect on the demand for white tofu in Medan, while the variable price of tempe, income and the number of dependents does not significantly influence the demand for white tofu in Medan.</p>

<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 21.25pt; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;" lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">The objectives of this research were to: (1) analyze animal food supply in West Lampung District; (2) analyze ideal animal food target and; (3) analyze animal food self sufficiency. This research was conducted by using retrospective and prospective design. The primary data was collected by conducting interview and giving questionnaire to the chosen sample. The secondary data was processed by using Food Balance Sheet (FBS) software to measure animal food supply including the number and the energy and protein content. Food self sufficiency was analyzed by production-supply and import-supply ratio. The average animal food supply in 2005, 2006, and 2007 is 21 g/capita/day or 7.66 kg/capita/year, still lower than ideal supply 60 g/capita/day or 21.90 kg/capita/year. Protein supply of animal food is 2.86 g/capita/day, lower than ideal supply 4.8 g/capita/day.</span></p>

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sumber dan ketersediaan pangan di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dusun Bahrul Ulum, Dusun Lam Ue, dan Dusun Ujung Krung Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner oleh 34 orang responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber pangan masyarakat di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015 secara lokal sebesar 26,3% yang lebih kecil daripada sumber pangan masyarakat secara non lokal, yaitu 73,62%. Ketersediaan pangan di Kecamatan Dewantara Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015 secara lokal sebesar 57,7% dibandingkan dengan ketersediaan pangan secara non lokal, yaitu sebesar 42,3%.Identification of Sources and Availability of Food in Dewantara District North Aceh RegencyAbstract - This study aims to analyze the source and availability of food in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. The data used are primary data that were obtained from questionnaire by 34 respondents and secondary data. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results show that food source in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh regency in 2015 locally amounted 26,3% which is smaller than non local, which amounted to 73,62%. The food avaibility in Dewantara Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency in 2015 locally ammounted to 57,7% compared to non local food availability, hich is ammounted to 42,3%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji preferensi konsumen terhadap ikan menjelang hari natal dan tahun baru. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pelaksanaannya dengan teknik survey. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di Kota Medan dan Kota Manado berdasarkan dominasi penduduk kristiani dan dominasi produksi perikanan serta aksesibilitas menuju lokasi. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pilihan konsumsi ikan dalam bentuk segar mengalami pergeseran menjadi bentuk olahan seiring dengan meningkatnya pendidikan konsumen. Preferensi masyarakat terhadap ikan secara umum menunjukkan pola preferensi yang homogen.Title: Analysis Of Fish Consumption Preference to Face Christmas 2015 and The New Year 2016This study aims to assess the fish consumer preferences towards the Christmas and New Year days. The method in this research use descriptive method and its implementation by survey techniques. Locations were selected intentionally (purposive) that is in the city of Medan and Manado based on dominance of the Christians population, fish production and accessibility to the location. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Preference of fish consumption was shifted from fresh to processed along with increasing of the consumer education. Public preference to fish demand generally show the homogeneous preference pattern.

Today's development requires young people in Bandung to follow a lifestyle. Cigarettes are one product that can show a person's lifestyle. Although it has been socialized that cigarettes are not good for health, but because of the demands of lifestyle and influenced by relationships, many young people in the city of Bandung smoke. Many cigarette companies in Indonesia are famous for producing cigarettes that have a distinctive taste. In the research, the level of consumer satisfaction was measured by analyzing the marketing mix indicator on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products among young people in the city of Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive method that using primary data in the form of interviews, observation and questionnaires, and also used secondary data. The smpling technique used is purposive sampling, which is a sample of young people over the age of 20 years. The results show that the level of consumer satisfaction in the city of Bandung on Djarum Super MLD cigarette products is at a good level or it can be stated that consumers are satisfied with product of Djarum Super MLD cigarette.

<p>The background of this research on Syariah banking is based on the opinion and supposition that the interest given by conventional banking is a usury. As can be seen on the national and regional development on Syariah Banking, it is shown that the public interest in Syariah Banking is very high. This research is conducted mainly in the city of Pekanbaru on Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru Branch. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors often influencing the public interest in saving their money on Bank Riau Syariah. There are primary and secondary used in this research. The primary data is directly acquired from the main resources through the use of questionnaire. The secondary data used in this research is gathered with the help from Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru Branch, and the organizational structure of said bank. The method used in analysing the data of the research is a descriptive method which is done by following the procedure of solving the problem being investigated and by describing the state of the object of the research at the time of the research, based on the fact and reality. Then, the data collected is organized and arranged in the form of tables to be later elaborated and analysed. The result of the research shows that the dominant factors in influencing the public interest in saving their money in Bank Riau Syariah Pekanbaru Branch is to avoid act of committing usury. The other factors are profit and the belief that saving in a Syariah Bank is one form of confirming the Islamic Syariah. Moreover, there are also other factors influencing the public interest in saving in a Syariah Bank, such as accessibility, security, and other non-related factors such as the good service provided by the bank in serving its customer.</p><p> </p><p>Key Words- Syariah Bank, Saving, Customer</p>

The purpose of this study, namely: (1) evaluating leadership style in increasing employee work motivation in the City of Education and Culture Office of Bima; and (2) evaluating the leadership style in improving the professionalism of employees working in the City of Bima City Education and Culture Office. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis. The type of research data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Sources of research data are the head of the department, the head of the ministry of education, the head of the education sector, the head of the PNFI division, the heads of sections, and employees / staff. To get the data source (informant), the researchers used snowball sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While analyzing qualitative data analysis data, which includes: (a) data reduction; (b) data display; and (c) verification (drawing conclusions). Based on the results of the study, the leadership style of the head of the department in increasing the work motivation of Bima City Education and Culture Department employees uses a participative leadership style, which is demonstrated by: understanding the needs of employees at work, giving encouragement work, establish good working relationships, and provide incentives for work performance. Such a leadership style is believed to increase employee motivation in the Bima City Education and Culture Office. Meanwhile, the leadership style of the head of service in improving the professionalism of the employees of the City of Education and Culture (Dikbud) Office of the City of Bima uses a consultative and delegative leadership style, which is demonstrated by way of division of employee work in accordance with the area of expertise, setting measurable work standards, creating a work climate conducive, as well as providing reward and punishment. The applied leadership style can improve the professionalism of employees working at the Bima City Education and Culture Office.

Sumbawan Cultural Village is one of the cultural village in the city of Pekalongan. Sumbawan Cultural Village has an icon that is known by the wider community namely Lopis giant cakes that exist only during the celebration of Syprefix, so that this giant lopis pastry Carnival is one of the cultural attraction for the city of Pekalongan. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristic of the symbolism of giant lopis cakes at the celebration of Syawalan in Sumbawan Cultural village of Pekalongan. This activity has received MURI Award in the year 2000. The research method was used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to describe the characteristics of a giant lopis symbolism. Data collection was collected in 2 ways, namely primary and secondary data. The primary Data was obtained from the observation, interviews and dissemination of the questionnaire to 100 respondents who were the committee and participants of the Syprefix celebration in Sumbawan Cultural village and performed in June 2019. The result of the research above was stated as below: 1) culinary as a symbol; Has an average value of 4.46 that’s means a good afforts; supported by togetherness between residents of Sumbawan Culture village had involved the celebration of Syawalan each year, 2) culinary as a sign of fellowship; Having an average value of 4.31 can be seen from the community that always serve Lopis to the guests when they cross into the village culture Sumbawan, 3) culinary as a status marker; Has an average value of 4.27 as a form of reverence and also an expression of gratitude to Allah SWT, 4) culinary as an icon; Has the highest average total value of 4.50 signifying a giant lopis not only popular in Sumbawan Cultural village itself even to the outside of Pekalongan and registered as a MURI record in 2000.
