Nong Darol Mahmada said that fiqh is a collection of classical ulama's ijtihād results on al-Qur’ān and al-īadīts as the daily basis of Muslims in every context of life. Based on the direction, the fiqh map can be classified into 2 major groups: ibādāt and mu’āmalāt. The direction of the discussion of the ibādāt group is the relationship between humans and Allōh (ḥablun min Allōh), while mu'āmalāt is a group whose direction addresses the relationship between humans and something else (ḥablun min al-nas and ḥablun min al-‘ālam). The goal of this cross-sectional survey research was to find the validity and reliability of assessment instrument of financial literacy for fiqh mu'āmalāt learning based on kitab kuning. To reveal validity is assessed based on obtain judgement expert and reliability measured by internal consistency. It was gained that the validity is 7 items very feasible and 5 item quite feasible with reliability’s value is 0,763. This finding shows that assessment instrument can be used to analyze difficulties of students for designing a learning program to guide students in pondok pesantren on achieving financial literacy throught fiqh mu’āmalāt learning that is based on kitab kuning (classical book).

The development of Virgin Beach which has not been maximized has caused many complaints from tourists, both aspects of completeness of facilities, accessibility. Tourist preferences and satisfaction are important factors in developing Virgin Beach to make it better in the future. This study aims to find out the preferences and satisfaction of tourists in Virgin Beach, Karangasem, Bali. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, the number of samples of 40 visiting tourists taken using incidental sampling techniques. Questionnaires that are distributed using a Likert scale have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics with the assessment categorization method based on the average score and IPA (importance performance analysis) with a method of looking for gaps between expectations and performance. The results of this study conclude that tourist preferences in Virgin Beach are good, have an average value of 3.6 in the interval of 3,5 - 4,2. While tourist satisfaction shows from 5 variables, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible evidence, only responsiveness and assurance variables that have performance in accordance with tourist expectations and are able to satisfy tourists while physical evidence and reliability variables have lower performance from the expectations of tourists so that they have not been able to support the satisfaction of tourists on Virgin Beach and the empathy variable is not too expected by tourists to support their satisfaction at Virgin Beach. And it is necessary to develop from the aspect of tourist facilities, and improve service performance.

There is ambiguity of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, which are applied on a scientific research paper. First ambiguity: Is it appropriate to apply 2 types of statistic in a research? And the second ambiguity: whether inferential statistics can utilize non-probability sample data? Those 2 questions motivate me to write this paper.  The aim are to find answers of the ambiguity; by based on research behavior phenomenon, which are referring to research theory and research theorem. At the eventually, the conclusion, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics are need to be joined in a study to shake of the research output in terms to describing data of population or sample, then followed by data testing and data analyzing to draw conclusions. While the next ambiguity concerning of using non probability sampling by inferential statistic; it have been done by some researchers, with the excuse of result achievement closer to actual condition.

Here, we’ll attempt to provide an introduction to what statistics are, some key concepts, and some of the more common tests used in clinical research. It is not a definitive chapter — whole books exist detailing just one of the tests we’ll talk about here and it’s not likely that you have the time or inclination for that! Rather, it is an attempt to help you think about the uses and limitations of statistics and how they might fit into the overall process of your research design. In clinical research much of the data you will collect will be numerical. Collecting the data is, however, just the first stage — then, you have to make sense of it. This is where statistics come into play. The science of collecting and interpreting numerical data, statistics can be used to describe data, such as by calculating averages and distributions ( descriptive statistics) or to draw inferences by analysing patterns and relationships within the data ( inferential statistics). Inferential statistics will usually form the main part of any analysis. Statistical analysis hinges on the use of sampling. In clinical research it is rarely possible to examine whole populations and as a result a sample is drawn from the relevant population. The difficulty with this is that one can never be certain that the sample is representative of the population as a whole and so that some form of bias is not operating. Good experimental design can minimize but not eliminate this possibility; consequently there will always be an element of doubt as to whether a genuine effect is being observed or if we are simply witnessing random variations in a data set. Statistics allow us to analyse patterns within the sample data and to draw inferences about the wider population. One must always bear in mind that statistical tests are used to determine if a prediction we make can actually be supported. They do not provide actual proof that we are correct; if our theory holds up statistically, we are less likely to be incorrect. Equally, if our theory were incorrect the statistics would be unlikely to support it.

This research aims to measure the level of Islamic financial literacy among students by reviewing 2 dimensions, 8 variables, and 33 indicators obtained from literature studies and experts. This study applied  mix method to qualitative and quantitative data with a total sample of 273 respondents. The data were obtained from interview and online FGD and then processed by word similarity analysis as well as validity  and reliability tests, the results of which are used as reference and conclusion. The analysis shows that the level of understanding of financial literacy among students remains significantly low, proven by the value of the interpretation of respondents reaching below 40% despite valid and reliable variables and indicators. Meanwhile, the analysis of the relationship between each variable that consists of supporting indicators shows that each variable affects one another. This study generates a financial literacy index serving as a measuring tool in bridging the SDGs of Islamic Finance. It implies the necessity of increasing the understanding of Islamic finance with the concept of literacy for students as an agenda to achieve a demographic bonus.
