The problems of the present and future perspectives change IAIN Sunan Kalijaga be UIN will undoubtedly bring new problems, namely how to formulate the curriculum and implementation of education. In the global scale of the problem is always related to the issue of “ten educational issues of the future” as a result of changes in the field of science and technology, economic and demographic, social, cultural, and religious. By way of putting this issue will be developed research that questioned whether functionally-paedagogis UIN could produce improved inter-generational and intra-generational Muslim personality, the ability of science, technology and art, as well as spirited interpreneurship (skills for independent living).Religion and character education seems to be the cornerstone of this program of education and the learning process in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Changes that occur in the real UIN Sunan Kalijaga is a change in the college of the Institute into a university. The changes are made to declare a new paradigm and conducted a study of the religious sciences and general sciences, ie interconnect integration paradigm. This paradigm requires the effort to dialoging openly and intensive educational development Qur’anic perspective, the program and the whole educational process between the study of Scripture (hadlarah an-nas), scholarly study (hadlarah al-ilm), and are concerned with the territory implementation, real praxis in reality and ethics (hadlarah al-falsafah).

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa yang dikembangkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam memberikan pengalaman ilmu, teknologi, seni dan agama yang dilakukan dalam waktu kurang lebih 40 hari. Pengabdian masyarakat dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berinteraksi dengan dunia luar kampus secara nyata yakni bisa berhadapan langsung dengan masyarakat. Mahasiswa sebagai Agent Of Change atau agen perubahan juga dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan dan wawasannya dalam menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Sukagalih untuk melakukan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang diperlukan dalam meningkatkan peran dan pemberdayaan masyarakat dengan tujuan mencerdaskan dan mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sukagalih yang sesuai dengan lingkungan tauhid melalui berbagai bidang antara lain bidang pendidikan, bidang keagamaan, bidang kesehatan & lingkungan, bidang ekonomi kreatif, dan bidang sosial. Kata kunci: pengabdian masyarakat.  COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENTD BASED ON TAWHEEABSTRACTCommunity Service is learning process for student developed through community service activities in providing experience science, technology, art and religion, conducted within approximately 40 days. Community service can improve the ability of students in interacting with the real world outside the campus that is able to deal directly with the community. Student as an Agent Of Change can also develop their knowledge and insight in facing various problems that exist in Sukagalih Village community to do sustainable development that is needed in improving role and empowerment of society with aim to educate and realize prosperity of society of Sukagalih Village which is suitable with tauhid environment through various fields such as education, field of religion, health & environment, creative economy, and social field.

The article deals with the problem of the harmonious development of schoolchildren in the city of Khabarovsk. The key components for the harmonious development of the personality of a modern student are shown theoretically. The survey data of schoolchildren of grades 6-11 on the subject of their satisfaction with the organization of the educational process have been presented. The analysis of the respondents’ answers revealed a complete discrepancy between the real conditions of teaching modern schoolchildren to those components that are necessary for the harmonious development of the child’s personality in the system of lifelong education. In the studied educational institutions of Khabarovsk priority is given mainly to the learning process. The educational process is often implemented in only one direction to the detriment of other areas of education. The results obtained define the problem of determining the causes of such stagnation, as well as the conditions conducive to the development of active, harmoniously developed people.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) profil acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (2) sinopsis jalannya acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways; (3) cakupan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam tayangan Mario Teguh Golden Ways; dan (4) pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pendidikan karakter melalui tayangan Mario Teguh Golden Ways. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis isi (content analysis). Unit analisis pada penelitian ini adalah episode “Pancing Cinta” yang ditayangkan 13 September 2015. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Profil acara Mario Teguh Golden Ways yang ditayangkan oleh Metro TV menunjukkan bahwa acara ini merupakan salah satu bentuk nyata kepedulian media televisi melaksanakan fungsi edukasi dalam pembinaan karakter masyarakat. (2) Cinta itu harus diperjuangkan. Cinta itu harus dipancing. Kadang-kadang perlu pengorbanan. Memancing cinta identik dengan cara memancing ikan oleh pemancing hebat. Siapkan perangkatnya: lanjeran, senar, kail, dan umpan. (3) Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam tayangan MTGW episode “Pancing Cinta” mencakup: (a) disiplin, menaati norma dan peraturan; (b) santun, hormat, baik dan rendah hati; (c) cinta Tuhan dan mensyukuri pemberian-Nya; (d) kemandirian, tanggap (peka), tatag (tahan uji), tanggon (dapat diandalkan), niat baik, dan tanggung jawab; (e) kejujuran; (f) dermawan, tolong menolong, kerjasama, mendatangkan kebahagiaan. (4) Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam proses pendidikan karakter melalui tayangan MTGW adalah pendekatan holistik (holistic approach). This study is a content analysis. The analysis unit in this study is the episode "Pancing Cinta" which aired 13 September 2015. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The profile of the program Mario Teguh Golden Ways broadcasted by Metro TV, showed that this program is one of the real form of television media's concern to carry out the education function in character building in society; (3) The character education values contained in the program MTGW episode "Pancing Cinta" includes: (a) Discipline, obey norms and regulations; (b) Polite, respectful, kind and humble; (c) Love God and grateful for His gifts; (d) Independence, responsive (sensitive), Tatag (resilient), tanggon (reliable), good intentions and responsibility; (e) Honesty; (f) Generous, mutual help, cooperation, bring happiness; (4) The approach used in the character education process through the program MTGW is a holistic approach. The article examines the main trends in education, including legal education. The authors studied the Federal Law “On Education”, educational standards, and a number of industry laws; identified the positive and negative sides of digitalization of education, and also separately studied the impact of distance learning in the conditions of coronavirus restrictions as a side of digitalization. It is concluded that the transition to a new paradigm of education corresponds to the constitutional values of Russia. The competency-based approach creates prerequisites for the creative development of a person based on his/her activity and involvement in the learning process. Digitalization in education makes it possible to optimize and improve a number of educational procedures; however, as the authors showed in the study, it also has negative sides in legal education. The distance learning mode as part of digitalization also received a mixed assessment. The authors concluded that universities should carefully comprehend the experience of digitalization and distance learning in the conditions of coronavirus restrictions in order to eliminate problems and improve the educational process.

Abstract: This research is based on the researcher's interest to know more deeply and then to describe the implementation of character education in a high school / vocational school. As one of the SMK "suburbs", SMK Tekom MBM has a heavier task compared to the favorite SMA / SMK / MA because of the condition early students in vocational "suburbs" in lower quality, lower discipline, less good character. Although there are some students who already have a positive character, but the conditions in general are very different. They also come from underprivileged economic conditions. Schools "outskirts should certainly try harder to help learners get better change during their educational process. In the context of this research is how SMK Tekom MBM conducts character education by developing character values ​​as outlined by the Ministry of National Education but inspired by the teachings of Islam. This research produces findings of character development based on religious values ​​in SMK Tekom MBM implemented by: (1) integrated with subject learning process; (2) integrated in extracurricular activities; (3) integrated in the activities of intra-school organizations (OSIS); (4) Integrated in extra-school organizational activities, ie IPNU-IPPNU; (6) integrated in school culture. This Community Service is carried out to socialize the importance of character education values ​​at SMP As-Syarifiyah Purwasari, Karawang Regency. This service to the community is also an embodiment of one of the dharmas of higher education, namely community service, which is interdisciplinary (interdisciplinary) and is an applicable component of science, technology and art to help people's lives. With Community Service it is hoped that it can help the community, especially the teachers at SMP Asy-Syarifiyah Purwasari Kab.Karawang in facing the difficulties faced both at school in the teaching and learning process or outside of school. In addition, students can also apply the values ​​of character education both at school and in daily life, so that this activity is not only ceremonial but actually provides benefits to the community. Through this Community Service, it can also help realize government programs in the context of implementing equitable development in rural areas.

There is new paradigm in higher education which could be described as competence based education. In this article, we explore the conditions in which this paradigm can lead to better results of the educational process. We first define the meaning of 'competences' and we then describe how they were developed in the Flemish context. We also explain our competence framework, the real basis for competence based education. Next we focus on the consequences of this approach and finally we describe a way to implement this approach in an educational organization. For this article, we rely on the findings and the insights we developed in a research project realized in co-operation with partners of our university association (Minne, 2008).
