Besides the tourism sector can increase economic growth, it also does not damage the environment and even stimulates environmental conservation. The tourism sector has become a global trend in the past three decades. World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) in 1998. Problems: 1) What is the urgency of tourism in the NTT region? And 2) How do you deal with the challenges of developing tourism in the NTT region? This research is empirical legal research. The urgency of tourism in the NTT region, among others: paying attention to tourism in the province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), which has the character of an archipelago, most of which consists of marine waters and is still lagging behind, it seems that the urgency of tourism in NTT is dominated by sea tourism or nature, such as national parks, Marine Conservation Areas, and Nature Parks (TWA). This is evident through the existence of 8 (eight) marine waters conservation areas owned by NTT Province. In addition, NTT Province also has a lot of potential in the marine sector, such as marine resources for capture and aquaculture; the potential for seaweed cultivation; potential of salt resources; and the potential for pearl cultivation, all of the marine potential is very supportive and influences the urgency of tourism for the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. Efforts that can be made in order to deal with these challenges include: first, make improvements in the infrastructure sector, for example there is good coordination between the central and regional governments and cities in the NTT Province with regard to policies on water conservation area management or marine tourism in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT); second, maximizing the tourism potential in NTT through professional human resource de-velopment, improved tourism management facilities and third, online tourism publications optimized so that tourists are interested in traveling to the NTT Province; and in addition, supervise/control the applicable laws and regulations in ALKI that cross the sea waters, so that the existence of the ALKI does not interfere with the conservation of waters in the Sawu Sea.

It has long been observed that tourism is a rapidly changing area of the economy. This applies to both types of tourism, and to tourist destinations. In this context, there is objective problem of reliable and comprehensive information support of tourists and travelers in relation to both the traditional tourism countries and new places. Based on the experience of majority of tourism advanced economies, we believe that geo-portal dedicated to the tourism can serve as such resource. It will have multifaceted importance. On the one hand, the geo-portal can visualize the research results of the territory´s tourism potential and to provide a basis for further scientific and educational works. On the other hand it gives the opportunity for tourists to understand the differences and peculiarities of destination, and for investors - to select promising areas for development. The author gives the example of the geo-portal for tourism created by him with the help of geographic information systems. One of the main distinguishing features of geo-portal is considerations of local differences, because every place has its own uniqueness. For the Republic of Armenia, country with a developing tourism sector, this resource will be useful and necessary. The mountainous terrain and the people living in this area for a long historical period are the main features of the tourism potential of the Republic of Armenia. Geo-portal will provide an opportunity to demonstrate not only a popular attractive tourist sites, but also other objects that may be of tourist interest. This will reduce the pressure on the several popular tourist destinations, as well as to develop tourism in the new parts of the country.

As one of the most interactive economic activities, tourism has improved significantly since the Internet allowed customers (travelers) to look for and create their trips without the need to go to a travel agency. Through the development of Internet marketing, tourists are able to receive information in real-time and view them on the screens of their devices (computers, laptops, mobile phones or tablets), and consequently they can create their own content and share it with others. Due to this development, we are witnessing a new phenomenon, so-called app capitalism, in which companies like Uber and Airbnb make money on services and goods they do not own and finding new business models in the tourism sector which enable customer-to-customer models. To be able to respond to these changes, the tourism industry needs to bring together knowledge, money, and technology for the purpose of creating new business models. The development of technology in all social spheres, including tourism, has provided a strong tool for consumers in terms of both acquiring and disclosing information to others. One of the rapidly growing technologies which is also one of the cutting-edge technologies entering tourism is blockchain. Blockchain technology captured worldwide attention in 2017 and its implementation has been revolutionizing various industries (e.g., retail, healthcare, tourism). The aim of this paper is to analyze the potential of the tourism industry in terms of blockchain implementation. Blockchain technology provides significant benefits to the tourism industry since its implementation can help increase competitive advantage, improve customer satisfaction and enhance performance. In this paper, the authors present the current situation in the Republic of Croatia and the Republic of Macedonia regarding the use of blockchain technology in the tourism industry. The main findings of this paper comprise the detection of key areas regarding why blockchain technology is not implemented in the tourist industry, and what processes should be handled. By presenting a case study of the implementation of blockchain technology in tourism, the authors analyze the potential of using blockchain technology in the tourism industry and discuss topics for further research.

In the context of such a strategic "definition" the fact is that: 1) correlation that is interaction of the above mentioned actors must be more transparent, and the participation of human resources in all areas of economic activities (and decision making) must be more engaged. Only on this premise is it possible to 2) expect a faster evolution and transformation of the organizational logic from "bureaucratic" to "entrepreneurial ".
