Pengelolaan Website dalam Meningkatkan Citra Positif Lembaga (Analisis Deskriptif pada Website Yayasan Pendidikan Al Ma'soem)

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penentuan masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh praktisi humas Yayasan Pendidikan Al Ma’soem dalam mengelola website guna meningkatkan citra positif lembaga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi dengan tiga informan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi humas Yayasan Pendidikan Al Ma’soem dalam pengelolaan website guna meningkatkan citra positif lembaga menggunakan empat tahapan proses public relations yakni pertama dengan menentukan masalah melalui koran, berita online dan layanan pengaduan masyarakat. Kedua perencanaan, yang dilakukan yakni ketika ada kegiatan, dibuat berita, dimasukan ke website yang diharapkan sampai kepada masyarakat. Ketiga pelaksanaan, dibagi menjadi tiga admin, yaitu admin informasi, admin pemberitaan dan admin informasi tekhnologi (IT). Keempat, evaluasi, yakni menilai keberhasilan program dari grafik, pusat informasi dan total pengunjung. Kata Kunci : Pengelolaan; Website; Citra This paper aims to determine the problem determination, planning, implementation and evaluation of Al Ma’soem Education Foundation's public relations practitioners in managing websites to improve the positive image of the institution. The research method used in this study is using descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview, and observation with three informants. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Al Ma’soem Education Foundation public relations practitioner in managing websites to enhance the positive image of the institution uses the four stages of the public relations process namely first by determining the problem through newspapers, online news and public complaints services. Both planning, which is carried out when there are activities, made news, entered into the website that is expected to reach the community. The third implementation, divided into three admins, namely information admin, admin reporting and information technology admin (IT). Fourth, namely assessing the success of the program from the graph, information center and total visitors. Keywords: Management; Website; Image

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan mengenai tahap membagikan, mengoptimalkan, mengelola serta mengikutsertakan pada  pengelolaan cyber  public  relations  dalam  membentuk  corporate  branding  di PT  Len Industri (Persero). Konsep  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep  model melingkar  untuk  sosial  media  menurut Regina  Luttrell . Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kualitiatif. Pengumpulan  data  yang  digunakan  yaitu dengan wawancara, dan observasi.  Hasil  penelitian dilapangan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa praktisi  humas  PT Len Industri (Persero) dalam pengelolaan cyber public relations guna membentuk corporate branding memiliki  empat  tahapan  yakni : 1) tahap  membagikan  konten terdiri dari: a) berpartisipasi  menggunakan  media  sosial , b) saling terhubung dengan publik, c) membangun  kepercayaan publik . 2) tahap pengoptimalan pesan  yang dilakukan  yakni  dengan : a) melakukan  pengecekan hashtag, b) melakukan postingan lima kali sehari, dan c) melakukan  postingan yang memiliki unsur teknologi. 3) mengelola dibagi menjadi tiga, yaitu : a) media monitoring, b) interaksi dalam waktu yang sebenarnya, dan c) memberikan respon cepat. 4) mengikutsertakan publik dengan tiga unsure yaitu : a) menjalin hubungan dengan para influencer, b) mengetahui dimana dan siapa audiens, serta c)  meraih target audiens. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan; Cyber Public Relations; Corporate Branding. ABSTRACT The  purpose  of  to  find  out and describe the sharingstage,optimize,manage  and engage in cyber public relations management in forming a corporate branding in PT Len Industri (Persero). The concept  used  in  this research is the concept of  The Circular model of Some to Regina Luttrell. The research method using  an  adaptive  method  with  a  qualitative  approach. Data collection used in this study is by interview,and observation. The results of the research in the field can be concluded that PT Len Industri (Persero) public  relations  practitioners  in  the management  of  cyber  public  relations  to  form  corporate  branding  has  four  stages : 1) The share stage consists of: a) participating  in  social  media  (participate), b) connect with public (connect), c) build  public  trust (build trust). 2) optimize phase messages that are carried out by: a) checking hashtag, b) posting  five time a day, c) do posts that have technological elements. 3) The  manage  divided  into: a) media  monitoring, b) interaction  in  real  time, c)  provide quick response. 4) engage  the  public  : a) establish  a  relationship  with  influencer, b) where and  who  is  the  audience, c)  reach  the target  audience. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of regional disaster management policies in Sukabumi City and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors of the successful implementation of regional disaster management policies. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of regional disaster management policies was not optimal. The conclusion is that the socialization activities are still lacking and equitable, human resources and infrastructure have not been added yet. The inhibiting factors are in terms of institutional, apparatus discipline, budget, resources, facilities and environment that are less conducive. Supporting factors are the existence of regulations or regulations on disaster management. for communication carried out by BPBD Sukabumi City in carrying out socialization activities or training on disaster management to the public is still lacking and uneven. This study entitled "Public Relations Of Bendahara Sector Police's Strategies In Creating A Positive Image In The Eyes Of The Public After The Death Of The Alleged Drug Abuse Perpetrator Case" with the aim of finding out the strategies carried out by the Bendahara Sector Police's Public Relations in creating a positive image in the public after the death of the alleged perpetrator of Narcotics abuse. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was done by using interviews with the head of Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police and the General Section Chief Public Relation of Bendahara Sector Police. The determination of informant was chosen using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were seven PR strategies used by the Public Relations of the Bendahara Sector Police, namely visiting victims' families regularly, approaching community leaders, counseling in turns to villages, saweusikula (visiting schools) activities, approaching Aceh Tamiang news journalists, uploading activities documentation to social media, and providing donations and assistance to local communities in need. There were several obstacles for the Public Relations of the Bendahara SectorPolice in carrying out the strategies that had been designed, namely the lack of facilities and the lack of personnel in charge of the Public Relations sector or department.

This study aims to determine how the role and function of Public Relations in LKBN ANTARA Bureau Lampung in maintaining a positive image in the eyes of the public. In order to examine this research, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection in the form of interviews, documentation and literature. The subject of this research is Public Relations practitioners in LKBN Anatara Lampung bureau. This study looks at the impact of technological advances that have disrupted conventional mass media, so that news channels are now converged into online channels. However, due to the convenience offered by online media, the information submitted cannot be filtered properly. The amount of information that is anonymous has resulted in the largest number of hoax news in online media. This reduces the credibility of an online news portal in the eyes of the public. Even some people doubt the accuracy of the news available on online channels. Public Relations at LKBN ANTARA Bureau Lampung acts as a Communication Technician, Communication Facilitator and Problem Solving Facilitator. And Public Relations here also acts as a management function and communication function.

PR Process in Managing Instagram @universitaspertamina. Instagram is a new media facilitate public relations practitioners in providing information to the public with the aim of providing a positive image. @universitaspertamina is a social media account used by public relations in reaching its external public where the public target is students and academic community which has a range of usage under 40 years. @universitaspertamina is a means of public relations in shaping the image of the organization in front of the public. In Indonesia there are 45 million active citizens using instagram. In practical terms, the instagram function is relevant to the public relations-related external public function. Instagram is a new media facilitate public relations practitioners in providing information to the public with the aim of providing a positive image. @universitaspertamina is a social media account used by public relations in reaching its external public where the public target is students and academic community which has a range of usage under 40 years. @universitaspertamina is a means of public relations in shaping the image of the organization in front of the public.

Public relations in this study is a way of interaction and communication between the school and the community in building trust and how the school promotes the school. The purpose of this study is to obtain in-depth information related to the principal's public relations strategy to increase public trust. The research method used a qualitative approach through surveys. Data were taken from observations, interviews and documents. The research participants were teachers, education staff, and the public relations team. Data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion making. The results of data analysis show that the principal already has a public relations strategy through media such as websites, social media (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube channels).

The interactive communication in the artificial environment has widened its limits with the usage of the social media tools and has become an inevitable element of the digital era. The usage of the tools such as social network sharing sites, blogs, e-mail usage, intranet, video conferencing, forums, video sharing sites such as Youtube, music sharing sites, business network sites, cooperative web sites, instant message, vikis, podcasts, training materials sharing, social bookmarking, bookmarking sites ensuring its users to make online news, stories, music, personal publication which take place in the social media tools by the public relations practitioners gradually gains importance in terms of the public relations practitioners.In this study, the place and importance of social media tools with regards to public relations and their role in creating a new public relations process are discussed. Accordingly, an online questionnaire form was prepared and sent via e-mail to the public relations practitioners. These public relations practitioners were determined through the survey results of Turkeys Top 500 Industrial Enterprises 2011 which was conducted regularly by Istanbul Chamber of Industry ISO . An assessment intended to identify the trends and reasons of use of social media tools by the public relations practitioners who work in the biggest companies of Turkey and their perceptions of social media and traditional media was made.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

ABSTRAK Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dari mulai tahapan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan sampai dengan pengawasan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengetahui karakteristik  dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam mengenai sebuah program dan ringkasan yang digambarkan pada konteks di atas mendasari untuk menggali dan mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualittaif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan manajemen humas radio Rama FM Bandung dalam meningkatkan pemasang iklan dimulai pada tahapan pertama yaitu perencanaan pembuatan proposal, inovasi program, pengemasan iklan dan penyampaian iklan. Tahapan kedua yaitu pengorganisasian dengan komunikasi, membentuk team, pertimbangan tugas, dan persetujuan dari pimpinan. Tahapan ketiga yaitu pelaksanaan sesuai tugas, presentasi, pelaksanaan tugas sesuai susunan, pelaksanaan kegiatan. Tahap keempat yaitu pengawasan koordinasi, kinerja team yang bertugas, program yang berlangsung, dan pengawasan proses sebagai bahan evaluasi. Kata Kunci : Manajemen Humas; Meningkatkan; Pemasang Iklan. ABSTRACT This writing aims to determine radio public relations management Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers from the stages of planning, organizing, implementation to supervision, this research method uses a case study method to determine the characteristics by interacting directly and deeply about a case and summary illustrated in the above context underlying to explore and describe the activities carried out by radio Rama FM Bandung in improving advertisers. The analysis of this study uses descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the radio public relations management activities of Rama FM Bandung in increasing advertisers began in the first stage, namely the planning of making proposals, program innovation, packaging of advertisements and delivery of advertisements. The second stage is organizing with communication, forming teams, considering assignments, and approval from the leadership. The third stage is the implementation of tasks, presentations, implementation of tasks according to the arrangement, implementation of activities. The fourth stage is monitoring coordination, the performance of the team in charge, the ongoing program, and monitoring the process as an evaluation material. Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.
