The article considers the peculiarities of the use of volleyball in groups of sports improvement of students of higher education institutions. The current state of physical fitness of student youth is characterized. The need to improve the system of sports training of volleyball students in connection with changes in government, structural, logistical, economic conditions, the need to educate young people in a healthy lifestyle, one of the main factors of which should be daily exercise . It is established that the existing system of physical education of students on the basis of traditional provisions of current organizational and methodological programs does not provide fully effective rehabilitation, education and upbringing of students from the standpoint of conscious mandatory motor activity and personal needs in solving important tasks of personal development. The reforms carried out in the modern system of higher education have deeply affected the physical education of student youth. The most important role in the general and professional development of students of higher education institutions belongs to physical education, both as a discipline and as one of the subsystems of the holistic pedagogical process. One of the ways to solve this problem is to reorient the target programs of different types of physical culture to meet the needs of personal orientations, interests and personal goals of each student, more fully take into account the level of physical development and physical fitness, targeted use of training loads. It is for each of the cultivated types of sports activities in higher education institutions it is necessary to develop a goal, objectives, tools, forms and a comprehensive educational and training complex. This becomes possible only on the basis of the development and application of new educational and training technologies aimed at conscious motor activity of female students of higher education institutions in the chosen sport.

The results of the study and the data of Ukrainian and foreign scientists showed that children are passively involved in physical activity. School lessons of physical culture lose their priority among the preferences of students. The interests of younger students in physical education contradict with the curriculum. Physical development has a declarative and situational nature, since only about 20% of children engage in motor activity in the morning. In view of this, the author developed a method of forming a sustainable interest in physical education and sports during the extracurricular institution, which has been introduced from 2017 to the present at the University of Gifted Child (UGC), which operates at the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (Ukraine). Here, they have created a special educational, development and leisure environment of health-conscious content. The study confirmed the hypothesis that the effectiveness of this process is provided by a number of conditions: students have knowledge of physical culture and sports, health, well-known fellow countrymen; practical activity of children; valuable attitude of younger students to physical education, motivation for healthy lifestyle, emotional satisfaction from exercise, physical activity, sports, active rest; highly professional teaching staff who are well-known athletes, creative students; innovative methods and forms of learning, etc. It is proved that if significant attention is paid to the cognitive and value components, then it is possible to generate more intense interest in physical culture in children

The article describes the influence of motor activity on the physical condition of student youth. It is established that there is a tendency to decrease motor activity among modern youth. The positive effect of physical activity on physical fitness, health and psycho- emotional state has been studied. The importance of motivation for physical education classes and increase of motor activity is revealed. It was found that one of the valeological factors that contributes to the formation of the foundations of health and longevity of modern youth is physical activity; Excessive educational workload in higher education institutions has a negative impact on the process of students' recovery. In order to determine the level of physical health of student youth and motivation of physical education classes, a questionnaire and research were conducted according to the method of O. Pirogova. Harmonious development of personality provides adequate motor activity and cultural and aesthetic activities. Students of pedagogical specialties are not able to fully organize their motor activity. This is due to a fairly large mental load, low motivation to engage in physical education, non- adherence to a healthy lifestyle and insufficient efficiency of modern organization of physical education of students. One of the most common reasons is the deterioration of the diet, reduced efficiency of traditional preventive measures, reduced physical activity due to the rapid development of information and communication technologies.

In order to improve the educational process in the conditions of quarantine restrictions, it is important to assess the characteristics of students' reaction, depending on the specialty in which they receive education, to certain pedagogical methods and techniques characteristic of distance learning. The purpose of the work is to investigate the dynamics of students' attitude to distance learning and to identify the features of the educational process in the information and educational environment of higher education institutions depending on the field of study. The study from 2020 to 2021 involved 134 students of Kyiv National Economic University Vadym Hetman and 256 students of the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. During the research such methods as analysis and generalization of literature sources, questionnaires, statistical analysis were used. Results. It was found that regardless of the direction of study, a decrease in motor activity in 2020 was noted by a statistically significant (p <0.05) larger share of freelance students than in 2021, which indicates the adaptation of participants in the educational process to distance learning and stabilization of their motor mode . It was found that students of economic education have a statistically significant (p <0.05) more time on the PC compared to those seeking higher education in physical education. In contrast to students of the Economic Free Economic Zone, the share of students of NUFVSU who mastered the theoretical knowledge of health at work at the computer, statistically significant (p <0.05) increased by 15.4%. In 2020, the shares of students who control the working posture of a PC user and perform mini-sets of exercises when working on a PC depending on the direction of study statistically significant (p> 0.05) did not differ, and in 2021 statistically significant (p <0.05) most students of NUFVSU remembered the need to maintain the ergonomically optimal posture of the PC user and performed such sets of physical exercises than among KNEU students. It was found that among the students of NUFVSU statistically significant (p <0.05) a larger proportion is systematically engaged in health-improving motor activity and cares about health while working on the PC compared to students of KNEU. Also statistically significant (p <0.05), a higher percentage of NUFVSU students indicate the absence of discomfort in the spine after prolonged work on the PC.

The article substantiates the organizational and methodological support of physical education classes for students of higher education institutions by means of distance technologies aimed at the development of their physical activity in the school day. The article determines the didactic potential of such technologies in creating an experimental program of physical education of students. The purpose of the study is to analyze the state of psychophysiological functions of attention of students of the main medical groups under the influence of the experimental program of physical education by means of remote technologies. Research methods: general scientific methods of theoretical level: analysis and synthesis, and methods of obtaining empirical data: pedagogical experiment, pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The state of psychophysiological functions of attention of students of the basic medical groups in the course of practical introduction of the experimental program is empirically analyzed. Distinctive features of such a program are the gradual development of motor activity and differentiation on each means, methods of teaching; direction of physical activity; dosing of loads for each lesson; types and content of control, self-control. The program provided for the introduction of traditional and non-traditional forms of physical education and innovative modern means of physical activity. The use of the developed experimental program of physical education of students by means of remote technologies provided significantly (p from <0.05 to <0.001) higher result than obtained after using the traditional approach to the organization of physical education. Experimental verification showed the high efficiency of the proposed program for its implementation. at the end of the experimental verification of the proposed innovations, the students of the experimental group achieve significantly higher values in all studied indicators, compared with the students of the control group. Thus, the dynamics of mental capacity and cognitive functions during the course of classes in general demonstrated the advantage of students of the experimental group over the control in the development of psychophysiological functions. It is proved that rationally organized classes according to the experimental program of physical education in the conditions of distance learning allow to realize the educational process without negative consequences for the state of psychophysiological functions of students, but also contribute to the improvement of their condition.

The article reveals the features of physical education of students in terms of distance learning. The main effects of sedentary lifestyle of student youth on their body are revealed. There is a tendency to reduce the motor activity of students, as most of the time students spend on gadgets. Ways and methods of involving student youth in physical exercises in the conditions of distance learning are offered. The role, place and opportunities of distance learning in physical education for students and teachers are determined. The concept of "distance learning technologies" is revealed. Physical education is the only recreational discipline in high school that directly aimed at maintaining the health of the student during the assimilation significant amounts of theoretical material. Reasonably planned motor activity is available the key to gaining strong immunity and disease prevention. In conditions for withdrawal of the discipline "Physical Education" from the curricula of the Free Economic Zone, it is this factor that is often not possible for its quality. The education system, which has developed over the centuries, has undergone significant modernization in recent years connection with the development and practical use of new information and telecommunication technologies. Traditional communication between teacher and students in lectures, seminars and laboratories classes are largely beginning to be replaced by student-computer communication, teacher-telecommunications system. The above-mentioned changes are most concentrated in the system of distance education. They all note that the formation of personal beliefs regarding the importance of physical activity in human life is a leading factor education of a healthy generation.

The article reveals the peculiarities of the construction of rational modes of motor activity of student youth in the conditions of distance learning. It is established that the rational organization of physical activity has become especially relevant due to the imbalance between food consumption, exercise and human rest. A special role in this problem is played by the organization of the motor mode of student youth, whose training is associated with low motor activity in terms of distance learning. It has been found that chronic lack of physical activity in the regime of student youth becomes a real threat to their health and normal physical performance. Practice shows that two classes (four hours) per week in the first two courses of the university do not allow to ensure a minimum level of physical activity of students. So it is clear that the need for independent exercise in free time is objectively justified. Research shows that physical activity is an integral part of human behavior should ensure the proper functioning of body systems and health. Taking into account individual norms of motor activity is one of the essential factors in improving the system of physical education of students. Therefore, when researching the health of students and involving them in physical culture, special attention was paid to the problem of the relationship between physical activity and other aspects of student lifestyle. These problems became the subject of our analysis at the stage of the observational experiment, which preceded the development of a health training program to improve student health.
