Lactation Preparation In pregnancy is an effective activity to increase exclusive breast milk coverage and early breastfeeding initiation (IMD). Participants are prioritized pregnant women as well as posyandu cadre mothers. The success of exclusive breastfeeding depends heavily on lactation preparation during pregnancy, often found in the field, the fundamental reasons mothers do not give breast milk to their babies are, (1) Breast milk has not come out on the first day, so given Formula Milk while waiting for mother's breast milk, (2) Breast milk is still a little, and (3) Nipples sink. Some of the above reasons can be anticipated in pregnancy at the age of aterm pregnancy, namely by explaining to the mother about the lactation process, the baby's need for breast milk in the early stages of birth and breast care at the age of aterm pregnancy, as well as the provision of knowledge about balanced nutrition that can be consumed during pregnancy to help increase the production of breast milk in the nifas / or lactation period, However, this group is open to others who have similar interests, such as husbands, or families who will support and accompany the mother during pregnancy until the process of breastfeeding later. Through the extension of lactation preparation given, it is expected that pregnant women can prepare the lactation process since pregnancy as an effort to successfully breastfeed exclusively.

Breast care during pregnancy is one important part that must be considered as preparation for breastfeeding later. Breasts need to be prepared since pregnancy so that if the baby is born it can function properly immediately when needed. Breast care is also very helpful in the success of early breastfeeding, which affects exclusive breastfeeding. Breast care (Breast Care) is a way of caring for breasts performed during pregnancy or the puerperium for the production of breast milk, other than that for cleanliness of the breast and the form of nipples that go in or flat. Nipples are actually not an obstacle for mothers to breastfeed well by knowing from the beginning, mothers have time to make it easier for nipples to breastfeed. Besides that it is also very important to pay attention to personal hygiene. Current problems faced by partners include the lack of knowledge of pregnant women regarding the importance of breast care during pregnancy, so it is considered necessary to provide counseling to provide knowledge to pregnant women to prepare pregnant women to give early breastfeeding at the time of delivery and provide exclusive breastfeeding to infants up to 2 years. Community service activities are carried out at the Puskesmas Putri Ayu Kota Jambi. Time of implementation in January 2019. The target is pregnant women. Community service methods survey approach, lecture, discussion, demonstration / simulation. The results obtained are pregnant women able to understand about the benefits of breast care during pregnancy. It is recommended for health workers, especially in Puskesmas to give more information about breast care to pregnant women by participating in activities carried out in the village and RT so that pregnant women get information about breast care and can prepare for early breastfeeding to infants properly.

Background: Efforts to help the success of government programs related to exclusive breastfeeding must be done as early as possible from 36 weeks of gestation. Massage done in the area around the spine in pregnant women will help the secretion of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. The oxytocin released after the massage process will stimulate labor contractions and prepare for the breastfeeding process, so it is hoped that regular stimuli given in the form of oxytocin massage will affect the production of milk produced. So it is important to introduce oxytocin massage from an early age to cadres, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Through cadres, pregnant and lactating mothers will always be reminded to prepare for milk production from pregnancy. The purpose of this activity are to optimize the production of breastmilk in post partum mothers through mentoring health cadres. Methods: Method this study is used oxytocin massage intervention and health education. Results: Of this activity are health education and oxytocin massage intervention can increase knowledge cadre skills to help post partum mothers succeed in exclusive breastfeeding. Conclusion: Oxytocin massage can be an intervention alternative to optimize the production of breastmilk in post partum mothers.
