Kabupaten Cirebon is one of regencies in West java has tourism potential can be relied, and the one of destination is Kawasan Objek Wisata Belanja Batik Trusmi. Kawasan Objek Wisata Belanja Batik Trusmi is a shopping tourism area that offers a variety oftypicalCirebonanbatikcollection. The number of tourist visits on Kawasan Objek Wisata Belanja Batik Trusmi has decreased from 2007 to 2010. The most drastic decrease of tourist visit happened in 2010. Shopping experience is one of marketing strategy that can be used to increase the number of visit. In connection with these to research studies conducted on the influence shopping experience toward brand image Kawasan Objek Wisata Belanja Batik Trusmi. The purpose of this research is to find shopping experience influence brand image to Kawasan Objek Wisata belanja Batik Trusmi. Promotion mix consists of price, characteristics ofdestinations, merchandising, authenticity, and staff service quality. Technique of sampling is simple random sampling.The method in that used in this research is explanatory survey by using ordinal scale.Analyze from this research use Path Analysis with a computer software tools SPSS 19.0. The result of this research is shopping experience influence significantly 71,48% and the rest influence other factors. Based on the result of statistical test results were obtained, there were three variables of shopping experience which had an influence on brand image of price, merchandising, and authenticity and there was two variables that had no effect on brand image was characteristics ofdestinations and staff service quality.That it can be concluded that price, merchandising, and authenticity strong influence brand image on Kawasan Objek Wisata Belanja Batik Trusmi.

Taman Rekreasi Kota Bunga is a recreation area that offers a variety of tourist attraction with the unique feel for the tourist. The number of tourist visits on Taman Rekreasi Kota Bunga has increase from 2008 to 2010. Value based pricing is one of marketing strategy that can be used to increase the number of visit. In connection with these to research studies conducted on the influence value based pricing toward visiting decision Taman Rekreasi Kota Bunga. The purpose of this research is to find value based pricing influence visiting decisions to Taman Rekreasi Kota Bunga. Value based pricing consists of discounting, penetration pricing, value pricing, market segmen pricing. Technique of sampling is systematic random sampling. The method in that used in this research is explanatory survey by using ordinal scale. Analyze from this research use Path Analysis with a computer software tools SPSS 19.0. The result of this research is value based pricing influence significantly 86,6% and the rest influence other factors. Based on the result of statistical test results were obtained, there were four variables of value based pricing which had an influence on visiting decisions of discounting, penetration pricing, market segmen pricing and there was one variables that had no effect on visiting decisions was value pricing. That it can be concluded that direct discounting, penetration pricing, market segmen pricing strong influence the visiting decision on Taman Rekreasi Kota Bunga.

The method in that used in this research is explanatory survey by using ordinal scale. Analyze from this research use Path Analysis with a computer software tools SPSS 18.0. The result of this research is promotion mix influence significantly 86,3% and the rest influence other factors. Based on the result of statistical test results were obtained, there were four variables of promotion mix which had an influence on visiting decisions of direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations and there was one variables that had no effect on visiting decisions was advertising.That it can be concluded that direct marketing, sales promotion, interactive/internet marketing, and public relations strong influence the visiting decision on Alam Imajinasi Taman Bunga Nusantara.

Fluor albus is prone to occur in women of reproductive age. Ratus-V can be a non-pharmacological therapeutic choice for treating albus fluorine. They consider this treatment can prevent fluorine albus and maintain moisture in intimate areas so that the cleanliness and intimate health of the area is maintained. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Ratus-V on Fluor Albus. This research uses Pre-experimental. The research design used was the One-Group Pretest - Posttest Design, with a population of all women working in the cable assembly section at PT. SAI Ngoro Mojokerto sub-district was 180 respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling. Statistical test results value = 0,000 where value < less than 0.005 means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. meaning the influence of Ratus-V on fluor albus in women who work in cable assembly at PT. SAI Ngoro Mojokerto Regency. As for the conclusion of this study, working women who have entered childbearing age who have fluor albus can use Ratus-V as a natural vaginal treatment as well as an alternative non-pharmacological drug in dealing with fluorine albus. Brand image is the perception and belief held by consumers, such as those in association and embedded in consumers memories. While the notion of interest is the tendency of someone to pay attention to some activities or activities that are liked by individuals. Tonight Shows a program that has an interest in watching the influence of the appearance of the program, and the host of the Tonight Show. This study uses quantitative survey methods for respondents in Taman Royal 2, Tangerang City. The results showed the effect of brand image on the interest in watching the Tonight Show talkshow program, with the results of the correlation coefficient of 0.732. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, found the influence of brand image on the interest to watch the Tonight Show talkshow program has a strong influence that is equal to 53.5% and T test results obtained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Citra merek (brand image) adalah persepsi dan keyakinan yang dipegang oleh konsumen, seperti yang ada dalam asosiasi dan yang tertanam dalam ingatan konsumen. Sedangkan pengertian minat adalah kecenderungan seseorang yang memperhatikan beberapa aktivitas atau kegiatan yang disukai oleh individu. Tonight Show menjadi program acara yang memiliki minat menonton pada pengaruh tampilan acara, dan pembawa acara Tonight Show. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan metode survey terhadap responden di Taman Royal 2 Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil adanya pengaruh brand image terhadap minat menonton program talkshow Tonight Show yang kuat, dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,732. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, didapati pengaruh brand image terhadap minat untuk menonton program talkshow Tonight Show memiliki pengaruh yang kuat yaitu sebesar 53,5% dan didapatkan hasil uji T bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Promosi kesehatan pada sasaran remaja melalui tatanan institusi sekolah sangat efektif untuk pengembangan perilaku hidup sehat. Remaja usia sekolah berada dalam komunitas yang terorganisir yang melaksanakan proses terintegrasi dari pengembangan kemampuan intelektual, sosial dan personal. Penelitian ini dilakukan  2 tahap, tahap pertama metode research dan pengembangan media. Pada tahap kedua pre-eksperimen: The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Kenaikan rata-rata jawaban benar dari 25,07 menjadi 29,02 sehingga terdapat selisih jawaban  3,95. Berdasarkan uji statistic paired sample t-test didapatkan hasil p=0,000 (p< 0,005). Dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan sikap  sehat reproduksi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan  intervensi berupa pendidikan kesehatan dengan menggunakan  media edukasi simulasi TAHes. Pembelajaran dengan metode diskusi yang tidak didominasi oleh guru, siswa dapat mengingat 50%, bila belajar disertai dengan melakukan sesuatu kegiatan, dapat mengingat 75%. Praktik belajar dengan cara mengajar, mampu mengingat 90%, oleh karena itu permainan TAHeS diharapkan mampu mengingat 90% karena melibatkan aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Health promotion on adolescent targets through the order of school institutions is very effective for the development of healthy living behaviours. School teenagers are in an organized community that carries out an integrated process of developing intellectual, social and personal abilities. This research was conducted in 2 stages, the first stage was research method and media development. In the second stage was pre-experiment: The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.  The average increased in correct answers from 25.07 to 29.02 so that there was a difference of 3.95 answers. Based on a paired sample t-test statistical test results obtained p = 0,000 (p <0.005). Thus there were behavioural differences regarding reproductive health behaviour before and after the intervention in the form of health education using TAHes education media. The development of snake ladder game media TAHeS (Great and Healthy Child Stairs), was worthy of being a health promotion media to improve reproductive knowledge and healthy attitude of teenagers. Learning with discussion methods that were not dominated by the teacher, students could remember 50%, if learning was accompanied by doing an activity, could remember 75%. The practice of learning by teaching was able to remember 90%. Therefore the game TAHeS is expected to be able to remember 90% because it involves cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects.

ABSTRAKDyspepsia merupakan suatu kondisi medis yang ditandai dengan nyeri atau rasa tidak nyaman pada perut bagian atas atau ulu hati. Hal ini yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan rasa nyaman dan aman yaitu nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kompres hangat dengan WWZ (Warm Water Zack) terhadap nyeri pada pasien dyspepsia di RSIA Pala Raya Kabupaten Tegal Tahun 2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Pre-eksperimental dengan tipe the one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien yang didiagnosa dyspepsia sebanyak 15 pasien pada tanggal 12 - 14 Maret 2020, pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar ceklist dan NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) menggunakan metode Paired T-Test.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa intensitas nyeri sebelum dilakukan intervensi sebagian besar responden mengalami nyeri berat 7 - 10 (66,66%) dan intensitas nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi adalah sebagian besar responden mengalami nyeri ringan 1 - 3 (60%). Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 dan jika α = 0,05 maka p <α (0.000 < 0,05), yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara terapi kompres hangat dengan WWZ (Warm Water Zack) terhadap nyeri pada pasien dyspepsia Kata Kunci    : Terapi Kompres Hangat, WWZ (Warm Water Zack), Nyeri, Dyspepsia. ABSTRACTDyspepsia is a medical condition characterized by pain or discomfort in the upper abdomen or solar plexus. This can cause discomfort and safety, namely pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of warm compress therapy with WWZ (Warm Water Zack) on pain in dyspepsia patients at RSIA Pala Raya Kabupaten Tegal 2020.This study uses a Pre-experimental research design with the type of the one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all patients diagnosed with dyspepsia as many as 15 patients on March 12-14, 2020, sampling with an total sampling techniqueat. The research instruments were checklist sheets and NRS (Numeric Rating Scale) using the Paired T-Test method.The results is the intensity of pain before the intervention was done most of the respondents experienced severe pain 7 – 10 (66,66%0 and the intensity of pain after the intervention was that the majority of respondents experienced mild pain 1 – 3 (60%). Statistical test results obtained the value of p = 0,000 and if α = 0.05 then p <α (0,000 <0.05), which means there is a significant effect between warm compress therapy with WWZ (Warm Water Zack) on pain in dyspepsia patients.Keywords : Warm Compress Therapy, WWZ (Warm Water Zack), Pain, Dyspepsia.

To promote the competitiveness of 3C industries in Taiwan, the cold forging progressive die technology is still being developed. The technology can rapidly and steadily produce high quality and complex shape products. Moreover, it can reduce manufacturing costs and time, too. The design for the cold forging progressive die process for the slim type spindle motor case consists of three main stages. First, we arrange a reasonable and appropriate process planing for the case. Second, we use computer software to simulate the main forming processes. Third, we perform a simple forming test to check up the results of the simulation. According to the test results, the main forming of the slim type spindle motor case is similar to the results of the simulation. Consequently, we demonstrate that the one-piece slim type spindle motor case can be manufactured with a progressive die. The forming processes include piercing, coining, upsetting, ironing, sizing, and blanking. The results from computer simulation and forming test result indicate that a reasonable effective manufacturing process for the one-piece slim type spindle motor case is possible. The final conclusions will be introduced in the article. In addition, we also discuss the possible problem involving the production of the slim type spindle motor case.

Biduri plants (Calatropis gigantea) is a wild plant that is very difficult to destroybecause of rapid breeding. One of the toxins contained in Biduri is saponin. Therefore Biduriplants very well be used as a repellent for Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The researchobjective was to determine the effectiveness of the roots Biduri larvicides against Aedesaegypti larvae mortality.This research is True Experiments with posttest study design OnlyControl Group Design. Statistical test results obtained by the one way Anova sig. = 0.000 sothat ρ <α (0.05) means that there is a significant influence on differences in dosing solutionBiduri roots are used against Aedes aegypti larvae mortality. Further post hoc test to determinedifferences in average - average each treatment group using Multiple Comparisons Analysis,LSD (Least Square Difference) obtained sig. = 0.00 so that ρ <α (0.05) means that there aresignificant differences in the deadly Aedes aegypti larvae of the four doses were given.Control of Aedes aegypti larvae using Biduri root solution can be done by affixing the rootsolution with 38 ml of solution Biduri root Biduri every 1 liter of water for 24 hours ofexposure.

Abstract Advertising is to influence purchases. This research aims to analyze the influence of advertising and brand image of card simpati, either partially or simultaneous. The methods used in this research is quantitative with the survey. The number of samples is 97 respondents. Methods of analysis used was multiple linear regression. Advertising and brand image gives a strong influence of Simpati card purchases in the city of Jambi. The test results of the analysis that has been done, on the test simultaneously replied that the advertising and brand image simultaneously positive and signifivant effect against the purchasing decision. Then in partially test, two variables in this study partially equally influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Advertising, brand image, purchase decisions.

Partographs are guidelines for childbirth observations that will facilitate labor assistants in first identifying emergency cases and complications for mothers and fetuses. Preliminary survey at the Sigi Community Health Sub-Center (Pustu) of the 8 Pustu midwives found two midwives (25%) to complete a complete partograph, six midwives (75%) incomplete. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinant factors associated with the use of partographs in labor. The design of this study used observational analytic methods with a cross-sectional approach. 24 BPM survey results were obtained with 30 samples of midwives who met the research criteria and data completeness. The sampling technique was by the total population. Data analysis used logistic regression. The multivariate analysis results showed that APN training was the most influential factor in the use of partographs in labor by midwives. Statistical test results obtained a POR value of 37.7 (95% CI 12.1 - 60.2). This study suggests that midwives must have APN certificates to be valid in providing services.
