Science literacy is a human's ability to understand science and use that understanding to be applied in solving a problem in everyday life. Students' science literacy skills are low due to the student's response in answering a question to explain the phenomenon has not fulfilled the aspects of science literacy. This research aims to develop an interactive multimedia Mobile Learning that is valid, practical, and effective in making students practice their science literacy skills. Interactive multimedia research and development of the Mobile Learning model uses a Research and Development model that adapts the development model of William W. Lee and Diana L. Owens. The stages of development in the model of Lee and Owens are (1) Assessment/Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The results of this research and development obtained 97.8 percent validation value of media experts, obtained a validation value of 100 percent by topic experts, also earned an average of 94 percent value in the validation of expert assessment. So that based on the data results of this development research was very valid category the field-test results of research and development conducted with the researchers as a teacher for two meetings produced a practical test value by students of 84.42 percent, a very practicable category. The practicality test results (field practitioner) obtained a value of 100 percent, which was a very practical category. The value of effectiveness test in this study obtained an N-gain value of 16.74, which belonged to the low category (low effective).

Abstrak:: Penelitian ini bertujuan 1)mengembangkan multimedia interaktif menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 Profesional untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Kelas 4 SD. 2) pengembangan multimedia interaktif menggunakan Adobe Flash CS3 Profesional dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS Kelas 4 SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pengembangan dengan Model pengembangan ASSURE. Hasil validasi pakar materi 70% (tinggi) dan validasi pakar media 92% (sanggat tinggi). Kemudian Rata-rata nilai tahun 2017 dan tahun 2018 mengalami kenaikan  74 menjadi 81. Hasil uji T diperoleh taraf signifikansi α 0,017. Berdasarkan perolehan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan multimedia interaktif lebih tinggi dari sebelum menggunakan multimedia interaktif. Abstrak:: This study aims to 1) develop interactive multimedia using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional to improve learning outcomes IPS Class 4 SD. 2) development of interactive multimedia using Adobe Flash CS3 Professional can improve learning result of IPS Class 4 SD. This study uses a type of development research with ASSURE development model. Expert material 70% (high) material validation and media experts validation 92% (high conformity). Then the average value of 2017 and 2018 increased 74 to 81. T test results obtained significance level α 0.017. Based on the acquisition of student learning outcomes after using interactive multimedia is higher than before using interactive multimedia.

The development research aims to develop interactive multimedia-based learning media on valid, practical and effective animal tisue material. This development research refers to the ADDIE development model. Based on the data analysis obtained value of validity and media based on material expert got the value of o,92 with valid category while in terms of media diperolch value of validty for interactive learning media 0,94 with valid category, practice media obtained from the observation aheet of instructional media implementation with a value of 91,67 with good category meanwhile for the effectiveness aspect derived from 4 assessmet of student active with a value of 98,30 where the learning media is said to be effective in learning if the activities of learners in the lesson 75% the ability of teachers to manage learning with the acquisition value of 3,28 are included in the category of moderate, test results learners with completeness of individual acquisition of 21 people with mastery mask 95,5% and quistonnaire response of learners with the acquisition of 75,76 learners respond positively to interactive media learning

The research aimed to compile HOTS textbooks based on Bloom's Taxonomy dimensions for grade 4 students at MI Dwi Dasa Warsa. The development of this book is limited to thematic subjects, namely the theme of 8 sub-themes 1 class 4. This research is a Research and Development research with a 4-D development model approach to the Thiagarajan Model which has 4 stages, namely Define, Design, and Develop ( Development) and Disseminate (Spread). This textbook was validated by 2 material experts (subject matter expert lecturers and subject teachers), 1 media expert and 24 students who were the research objects. Textbooks were tested on 24 grade 4 students of MI Dwi Dasa Warsa. Data collection used interview techniques to subject teachers and grade 4 students. The results showed that this textbook as a whole was suitable for use as teaching materials. This is indicated by the results of the validation by the material expert lecturer with a total score (X) greater than the total comparison score (138> 104.95) and is included in the category A value (very good) and the validation results by the subject teacher with a total score ( X) is greater than the total comparison score (167> 104.95) and is in the category A score or very good. Meanwhile, the results of the validation by media experts got a total score (X) greater than the total comparison score (106> 72) which was categorized as A or very good. Validation by students with the calculation of SPSS Person Correlation shows that all scores have reached more than 0.05 and can be said to be valid

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang layak untuk memudahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang dikembangkan oleh Thiagaradjan. Model 4D terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu: 1) Define (Pendefinisian), 2) Design (Perancangan), 3) Develop (Pengembangan), 4) Disseminate (Penyebaran). Tahap penyebaran (disseminate) tidak dilakukan dikarenakan waktu serta kondisi yang kurang memungkinkan, dan pada tahap pengembangan (develop) tujuan penelitian telah tercapai dimana media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah diketahui sejauh mana kelayakannya untuk diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran diketahui dari hasil validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media. Dari validasi yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa ahli materi memberikan nilai sebesar 4,58 dan ahli media sebesar 4,57 dimana nilai tersebut mencapai indikator kelayakan Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian pengembangan media pembelajaran ini sangat baik dilakukan karena telah diuji kelayakannya oleh para ahli. Kata Kunci:  Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran, Model Pengembangan 4D, Lectora Inspire AbstractThe aims of this research is to develop a viable learning medium to facilitate teachers and learners in the teaching and learning process. This research is a type of research development (Research and Development) with a 4D development model developed by Thiagaradjan. The 4D model consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) Define (Defining), 2) Design (Design), 3) Develop (Development), 4) Disseminate (Deployment). The disseminate stage is not carried out due to time and conditions that are less likely, and at the stage of development (develop) research objectives have been achieved where the learning media developed has been known the extent of its feasibility to be applied in the learning process. The level of feasibility of learning media is known from the results of validation by material experts and media experts. From the validation that has been done, it was found that material experts gave a value of 4.58 and media experts of 4.57 where the value reached the excellent eligibility indicator. The study aims to determine the feasibility of local wisdom based booklet teaching materials in Maliran forest on biodiversity material for class X students. The type of research used in study is research and development research. The development model used is the Thiagarajan, dkk. (1974) which is limited to develop stage. The booklet is validated by a team of experts including material experts, media expert, and linguistic.. The results of the validation by the expert team get an average percentage of 75,3% with a decent category. The readability test results by class XI students get a percentage of 78% with a decent category. Based on the result of the validation that has been obtained, it shows that the local wisdom-based booklet teaching material in Maliran forest is worthy of being in biodiversity material for class X students.

Abstrak : Pengembangan Modul Biologi berorientasi literasi sains dibuat berdasarkan masalah yang ada di SMA Negeri 2 Sekampung yaitu bahan ajar yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang sekolah dan hasil belajar pada materi Komponen Ekosistem perlu adanya perubahan penyampaian materi tersebut secara literasi sains. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul biologi berorientasi literasi sains pada materi komponen ekosistem dan efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta didik kelas X. Pengembangan modul ini menggunakan motode pengembangan Research and Development model pengembangan ADDIE . Subjek penilaian yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa,  praktisi pendidikan, dan peserta didik kelas X. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tersusun modul Biologi berorientsi literasi sains pada materi komponen ekosistem untuk peserta didik kelas X. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kualitas modul diperoleh kategori baik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta didik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul biologi yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk peserta didik kelas X.   Abstract : Development of Biology Module oriented science literacy is based on the problems that exist in SMA Negeri 2 Sekampung namely teaching materials used are not in accordance with school background and learning outcomes in the Ecosystem Components material needs to change the delivery of these materials in scientific literacy. Based on these problems, this study aims to produce biology modules oriented towards science literacy on ecosystem component materials and effectively improve the understanding and awareness of class X students. The development of this module uses the development model of the Research and Development ADDIE development model . Subjects of assessment are material experts, media experts, linguists, education practitioners, and class X students. The instruments used were questionnaires and test results for learning. The results of this study are arranged a Biology module oriented in science literacy on ecosystem component material for class X students. Based on the results of the module quality assessment, it is obtained a good and effective category in increasing the awareness and understanding of students. So it can be concluded that the biology module developed is suitable to be used as an independent teaching material for grade X students.

This research is a research and development (Research and Development) with a prototype development model. The research objective is the development of the CIKUR application for blind students, knowing the appropriateness of the application, and knowing the user's response to the application development. Research data obtained from interviews, observations, and questionnaires by respondents. Application test results are obtained by analyzing aspects of functionality and usability based on ISO 25010 standards. The results of the CIKUR application development are in the form of two main components namely the scan menu and the about menu. From the results of testing the functionality obtained eligibility of applications with a percentage of 100% with a category acceptable. The usability test results obtained a percentage of 90% with a frequency of 18 and included in the category of strongly agree. Then the percentage of 10% with a frequency of 2 and included in the agreed category

Abstract This development research generally aims to (1) develop interactive multimedia-based learning media for Private Vocational School Imelda Medan, (2) to know the assessment of media experts and material experts on learning media, and (3) to know the feasibility of learning media based on the assessment of media experts and material experts. The method used in this research is Research and Development. This research was conducted at Imelda Private Vocational School Medan. Research and Development Results: (1) This development research process is carried out with several stages adapted from the borg and gall version development research model simplified into 4D. There are stages such as: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Define stage includes definition, design stage includes storyboarding, development stage includes development of interactive multimedia-based learning media, validation of media experts and material experts, as well as revision of learning media from media experts and material experts and disseminate stage covering the trial stage. The target of this research is the Expert Lecturer of Medan State University. Testing of interactive multimedia by material validators showed that multimedia learning resulted both in material validation with an average score of 4.52 and for media validation with an average score of 4.59. Hasil Penelitian  dan Pengembangan : (1) Proses Penelitian pengembangan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yang diadaptasi dari model penelitian pengembangan versi borg and gall yang disederhanakan menjadi 4D. Adapaun tahapan tersebut yaitu : Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Tahap define meliputi pendefenisian , tahap design meliputi pembuatan storyboard, tahap development meliputi pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif ,validasi ahli media dan ahli materi, serta revisi media pembelajaran dari ahli media dan ahli materi dan tahap disseminate meliputi tahap uji coba. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah Dosen Ahli Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengujian terhadap multimedia interaktif oleh validator materi menunjukan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran  yang dihasilkan baik pada validasi materi dengan skor rata-rata 4.52 dan untuk validasi media dengan skor rata-rata 4.59. Maka diperoleh kesimpulan media yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan. Kata kunci : Media Interaktif, Multimedia Interaktif

Abstract: This study aims to; 1) identifies the eligibility ladder snake game in Islamic learning IPA; 2) know the response of the students against Islamic ladder snake game in learning the IPA as a learning resource that will be developed. Methods in this study using the method of research and development (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall that have been developed through dimodifiksi; 1) potential and problems; 2) data collection; 3) product design; 4) validation of the design; 5) revision of the product; 6) free trial products; 7) revision of the product. Taken only up to seven steps because of the limitations. The research data was collected by using the sheet validation, the now and the response of the learners. The results of this research are; 1) game development ladder snake islami in IPA is well worth learning is used in learning based on the results of validation experts, namely 93.5% material experts, 80.5%, media expert and expert religion 100%; 2) on the response of the students performed at the three schools earn a percentage of the feasibility of an average of 93% with a very worthy category.Abstrak: Penelitianini bertujuan untuk; 1) mengidentifikasi kelayakan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA; 2) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sebagai sumber belajar yang akan dikembangkan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) model Borg and Gall yang telahdimodifiksi yang dikembangkan melalui; 1) potensi dan masalah; 2) pengumpulan data; 3) desainproduk; 4) validasidesain; 5) revisiproduk; 6) ujicobaproduk; 7) revisiproduk. Langkah yang diambil hanya sampai dengan tujuh langkah karena keterbatasan. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, angket dan respon peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) pengembangan permainan ular tangga islami dalam pembelajaran IPA sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli, yaitu ahli materi 93,5%, ahli media 80,5%, dan ahli agama 100%; 2) pada respon peserta didik yang dilakukan di tiga sekolah mendapatkan persentase kelayakan rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori sangat layak.

This study aims to determine the level of product validity testing in the form of Interactive Multimedia Learning Media Based on Macromedia Director MX for Class X in SMK-SMAK Padang. This research uses research and development research and development (R&D) methods. Validation is carried out by validators, media experts, material experts and multimedia experts. Evaluation from validator for Learning Media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX in terms of aspects (1) Content worthiness is obtained by an average of 90.4%; (2) the linguistic component is obtained an average of 91.00%; (3) Presentation Components obtained an average of 89.5%; (4) The components of the graphics are 90.3% on average. . Overall validator test assessment of Interactive Multimedia Module Learning Media Based on Macromedia Director MX obtained an overall average of 90.35%, so that the level of validity can be interpreted very validly used so that Learning Media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX for Class X in Padang Vocational High School is interpreted to be very valid in use. Based on the assessment along with expert input and the results of the field testing of learning media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX, it can be concluded that the feasibility has been tested.
