The aim of this research is focused on the code-mixing used in the mids of covid-19 pandemic by luwuk societies’ conversation. The purposes of this research were investigated the kinds of code-mixing, the dominant kind of code-mixing, and the factors of code-mixing. This research used descriptive qualitative approach as the research method. Observation and interview were chosen as the collecting data technique. This research result showed that there were three kinds of code-mixing namely intra-sentential code-mixing, intra-lexical code-mixing and involving change pronunciation. The dominant kind is intra-sentential code-mixing. Moreover, there were attitudinal factors and linguistic factors as the causative factor. Attitudinal factors which is included of new culture introduction and social value. Linguistic factors included of popular term, code limited, speaker personal, conversation topic, conversation purpose, humor sense, and listener. The implication of this research was researchers’ and language observers’ contribution about the development of language variety among the societies of Luwuk City, Banggai Regency.

This research aims to find the philosophical foundation of the article "Principles of Education of Tamansiswa at the Beginning of Its Establishment" in the book of "Ki Hajar Dewantara's Thought and Struggle" which is published by The National Awakening Museum of the Directorate General of Culture Ministry. This book consists of six parts, which discusses about some topics related to KHD. The researcher chose the second part to be analyzed because it discusses the teachings of KHD which is interesting and is relevant in recent education. The research method uses inferential content analysis. The researcher comprehend and interpret the symbolic message in the article. The research procedure used are the procurement of data, data reduction, inference, and data analysis. Construct analysis is done using qualitative approach with conceptual domain. Data validity was measured by using semantic validity and test retest reliability. The research result shows that there are philosophical basis on education principles of Tamansiswa, philosophy of essentialism and humanism, which is values ​​issued in cultural or social heritage that have existed since human civilization, for example in the among systems and trilogy leadership slogan Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodho, Ing Madyo Mangun Karso and Tut Wuri Handayani implemented in Tamansiswa education.

The purposes of this research are; (1) to explains the education of majlis ta’lim Assakinnah Bidayatus salam in improving spirituality and religiosity . (2) to explain the efforts of majlis ta’lim Bidayatus salam in improving spirituality and religiosity(3) to explain the implication of majlis ta’lim Assakinnah Bidayatus salam in enhancing spirituality and religiosity. the research method used in this study is qualitative approach.  Date collection method used were interview observation and document. This research  result  indicates  that the  implementation of  majlis ta’lim Assakinnah Bidayatus salam according to conditional of those pilgrims, there were a learning contract between presenters and learning pilgrims with various materials as aqidah, fiqih, fiqih munakahat, also qur’an and hadits/plantation and agriculture. With spirituality that is before the majlis ta’lim strengthens faith and aqidah, sakinah education, empower the poor, the development and implementation of da’wah. While from religiosity of the efforts made by majlis ta’lim is a good example, the movement of prayer , reciting the Qur’an together and an it is together. The implication of the spirituality and religiosity for pilgrims/comunity in increasing the value of rituals in carrying out obligations, the growth of social attitudes , and mutual cooperate to help and and intellectual developmentof the community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaknai nilai kesenian Kuda Renggong dalam upaya melestarikan budaya daerah di Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kesenian Kuda Renggong antara lain: spiritual/religius, interaksi antar makhluk Tuhan, teatrikal, estetika, kerja sama, kekompakan dan ketertiban, kerja keras dan ketekunan, dan sosial. Kesenian ini secara tidak langsung membentuk karakter manusia/masyarakat menjadi lebih baik. Hal ini ditunjukkan lewat tindakan kerja bersama, saling menghargai satu dan yang lain, kebersamaan, ketekunan, ketertiban, dan semangat religius yang tinggi sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Pelestarian kesenian ini didukung oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang, seniman, dan masyarakat. Interpreting the Art Value of Kuda Renggong in Preserving the Local Culture in Kabupten Sumedang. The research aims to interpret the art value of Kuda Renggong in preserving the the local culture in Sumedang. The research uses qualitative approach with a case study as the research method. The subject of research covers the Local Government of Sumedang, PASKURES and society. The data collection techniques use the observation, interviews, and documentation. Kuda Renggong contains some values such as: spiritual/ religious values, the value of the interaction among the God’s creatures, theatrical value, universal value, aesthetic value, cooperative value, cohesiveness and order value, hard work and perseverance value, and social value. Kuda Renggong indirectly forms human or social character better. It can be shown through out the team-work action, mutual appreciation,to getherness, perseverance, discipline, and high religious spirit as the expression to thank to God the almighty. The preservation of Kuda Renggong is supported by the government of Sumedang Regency, artists, and the society.

Abstract This research aim to analyzing student’s difficulty in solving statistic problem. This research using qualitative method with qualitative approach. Population in this research is whole student junior Highschool at Kabupaten Bandung Barat with using samples 24 student SMP Cendikia Cililin. Data collection technique using documentation method are student test result based on question instrument in main course of statistic which contain indicator of competence achievement; 1) Determine median value of even number; 2) Determine average from a data; 3) Determine median value of odd number; 4) Analyzing data; 5) Determine modus value from some data. Based on research result and discussion, student difficulties in solving problem are on the indicator determines average values of data with percentage of eror 83% which is in the high category. The causative factor is the student can not understanding the basic concept of statistic. To communite problem by modeling mathematics, how to manipulated statistic, and collect conclution.

Srimpi Sangupati dance has beauty which is visualized by smooth move and in flow. The Process of Srimpi Sangupati dance creation is created based on devotion to life experience, that is why Srimpi Sangupati dance is full of education value. This writing is for analyzing kinds of benefits in learning Srimpi Sangupati Dance in Kasunanan Style. This research analysis process uses qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research method is done by study book, observation and interview. The research result concludes that learning Srimpi Sangupati in Kasunanan Style has benefits for ethics education, social, religious and cognitive  source.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

Batam City, which is one of the cities whose rules are slightly different from other cities inIndonesia, is about administrative procedures for land ownership registration, but for permits toallocate land, it is still held by the Batam Entrepreneurs Agency, abbreviated as BP Batam. InBatam City, the provision of KSB is actually given to residents due to various things. To get KSBthe community needs to fulfill the procedure first. This is what makes the writer interested intaking the title of Juridical Review of Ready-to-Build Courts in Batam City. The purpose of thispaper is to find out that the Ready-to-Build plot can be owned by land users (general public) inBatam City. The legal research method used in this study is normative legal research. Normativeresearch in it is also permitted to use scientific analysis of other sciences (including empiricalscience) to explain the legal facts examined by scientific work and juridical thinking (dankenjuridical). Retrieval Data used is by using secondary data, where documentation and recordingtechniques are through the file system. Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

Leadership style is important in an organization, if a leader can adapt his leadership style to the existing situations and conditions, it can affect the performance of his subordinates. In Tanggamus Regency currently led by a woman leader, namely Dewi Handajani, different from previous periods in this period the first time Tanggamus Regency was led by a woman. Therefore, this study aims to determine the leadership style of Tanggamus Regency regional leaders and whether this leadership style affects the performance of employees in Tanggamus Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection is done using interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership style used by the local leaders of Tanggamus Regency, namely the feminine leadership style tends to be transformational and the style applied is able to influence the improvement of employee performance in Tanggamus Regency.

Generally, every one ever felt an anxiety, the anxiety was normal experienced by people. However, might not let the heart and mind in anxiety, even less anxieted anything not yet happen. In addition, if talked about anxiety could not free from counseling.Therefore, than viewed in this skripsi are how the describe in Quran about anxiety trhougt the verses related conseling? and how the interpretation of the interpretator about these verses?Research method design in skripsi was maudhu’i, in which the research only discusses one topic of discussion and then collected the verses that have meaning, theme or content of the same relating to anxiety. Then the researcher arranged chronogically the verses based of Asbabun Nuzul, where the research would make systematically.The research result showed that the anxiety could same with khauf, because same was a part of fair or fair emotion of unpleasant or the fair of the situation not yet happen. Looked the interpretation from the interpretator and psychology expert, could know than the anxiety had overcome, expecially the Quran was very prompt with surrender of Allah Swt.From the conclusion was gotten than anxiety disease can lost, in opinion of the researcher than overcome anxiety was heart grateful. Grateful of heart would calm feeling because everything is handed to God.
