<p>The high capability for managing Higher Education (HE) is necessary which include adopting of modern management principles that focus on quality, continous improvement and customer satisfaction. Globalization era is competation era, so HE must based quality in any of its processed. The students of HE that still studying need a product of motivation and double communication that are; science, academic title, skill, experience, belief and good behaviour on the contex of balance. All of them need to work in workplace expected a better life in this world is systematic attempt to increase human resources quality. There are four points on education field, namely; average and opportunity of education, relevancy with development, quality and efficiency. Therefor HE needs to support a certain aim to increase their level lecturer qualification with next educational level or non-degree course in order to enhance a quality of human resources resulted automatically will support a quality of education at HE.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>:  Gap, Pendidikan, Dunia Kerja, SDM</p>

Quality assurance is an important part of the higher education system which ensures that the effort to achieve quality is in accordance with the quality standards set by the government. The problem of the low quality of human resources of a nation is a manifestation of the inability of the quality assurance system to work effectively. Application of a model that is less effective in quality assurance, will have an impact on achieving the quality of Education. In Indonesia, various changes in the regulation of the quality assurance system began in 2006 - until now, basically both conceptually but not optimally in implementation. Internal and external quality assurance of higher education (HE) institutions has not produced satisfactory results, with the still low competitiveness of HE graduates and the competitiveness of the nation's human resources.

The paper presents outcomes of an empirical study aimed at exploring parents’ notions about the quality of education their children get in Moscow and their attitudes towards controlling the child’s learning process and life. Our hypothesis was that perceptions of the quality of Moscow school education in parents correlate with their control over the child’s education and life. In the study we used a specially developed survey. The sample included 434 subjects. Approximately one third of the respondents expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality of their child’s education. Notably, extracurricular activities received higher rates as compared to the regular curriculum. In the parents’ opinion, the study load is so large the children almost have no free time left. As for their children’s future, most parents still relate it with getting higher education. The majority of parents associate success with educational level and therefore place demands on the quality of education. Also, the study revealed a significant positive correlation between the parental evaluations of the education quality and the attitudes towards parental control over the child’s education at all stages of schooling.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

In recent years, higher educational institutions of the Baltic countries have become more and more popular among Russian youth wishing to get higher education (or take a certain course of professional training) abroad. The article, covering the period before the onset of the coronavirus epidemic, highlights the education of Russian students in universities in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. It is noted that a significant part of the students from the Russian Federation come from the Russian regions bordering on the Baltic states. The appendix presents the opinions of Russian students about the learning process and the quality of education received in Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian universities.

Distance learning is currently one of the most topical problems at the intersection of technical and pedagogical disciplines. The widespread introduction of distance learning in secondary and higher education has revealed a significant layer of problems that should be addressed by information technologies specialists, teachers, scientists, psychologists in cooperation with officials. The article discusses the main problems that arose during the transition to distance learning, the solution of which will raise the quality of education to a new level, including after the end of the new type of coronavirus pandemic. The authors highlight the organizational, technical and social problems in the process of organizing distance learning, the totality of which can be considered as a challenge to the education system.

The quality of education is influenced by the managerialization of the universities, which refers to the introduction of substantial changes in the decision-making processes of the academic institutions, and the application of renewed information systems along with new managerial methodologies to restructure the organisational strategic relationships with stakeholders. This paper proposes a questionnaire to assess the importance of facilities in universities according to their financial budget consumed value. Semi Structured Interviews were conducted with the heads of logistic and financial departments in Egyptian universities, twenty public universities and twenty-three private universities, in order to identify criteria for the most significant university's facilities and appealing infrastructure that contributes to the quality of education.

This article presents a study of an important attribute that influences students' perception of quality of education – their own study results. The influence of this attribute on the perceived quality of education is examined by formulating hypothesis and statistical processing of data acquired by menas of a survey among graduates. The hypothesis consisted of two researched attributes – study results of students, and graduates' satisfaction with their studies. Questions concerning the second attribute were formulated using methods for calculation of the customer satisfaction index. Statistical examination proved dependence of these two attributes.

AbstractThe problem of Human Resources (HR) in Indonesia is becoming increasingly complex, this is reflected in the large number of formal education graduates from various levels who are not absorbed in the world of work. Many factors cause this to happen, including the mismatch between HR competencies and the labor market, the growth of the workforce is greater than the availability of available employment and population distribution between regions is not evenly distributed. If you look at the achievements of Indonesian tertiary education graduates, many of Indonesian tertiary education graduates are slow to get jobs, this shows that there is a broken link between higher education and the world of work. Higher education has not been able to produce graduates with high selling prices armed with the knowledge they have learned even though in general higher education graduates have greater employment opportunities than high school or lower level graduates. Many realities on the ground show that the quality of Indonesian people as a potential resource still does not meet expectations. This happens because of the low quality of education in Indonesia. By fulfilling good educational needs, the students will get benefits and can improve the quality of life of the knowledge they have, so that after completing their education, they can get decent jobs or create quality jobs. Indonesia's education world must start to build links with the world of work, so that the world of work responds to graduates produced in accordance with what the world of work wants; this paradigm must be understood and built by the Indonesian government. Education transformation is needed so that education is able to produce reliable and resilient human resources; education and educators must be improved.
