Behavioral-based madrasa headship leadership can foster the performance of teachers in East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah. Every task entrusted to the teachers is done well. The focus of the study in this study includes (1) Madrasa head's visionary leadership style in strengthening performance in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. (2) Madrasa head specific behavior in strengthening teacher performance in East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, and (3) Implications of behavior-based visionary leadership style of madrasa heads in strengthening teacher performance in Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, East Lombok. This study uses a qualitative approach, while the methods used in this study are observation, interviews / interviews, and documentation. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is a study in which data is expressed in verbal form and analyzed without using statistical data. The data validity checking technique is done through continuous observation and triangulation of data. The results of the study show that: (1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster at the East Lombok Madrasah Ibtida'iyah in leading the teachers in the madrasah is based on their characteristics, behavior, situation, and acceptance. Through the leadership of the headmaster, the teachers accept and acknowledge the headmaster's leadership. (2) The performance of teachers in Madrasah Madrasah Ibtida'iyah, East Lombok State is quite good. The teachers carry out tasks with discipline, dedication, and high responsibility. (3) Behavioral-based visionary leadership style of madrasa heads in strengthening the performance of teachers in East Lombok Ibtida'iyah State Madrasahs, including exemplary, discipline, independence, Through the behavioral-based madrasa head visionary leadership style, teachers carry out their duties properly according to their respective fields of work -mind.     Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dapat membina kinerja para guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. Setiap tugas yang dipercayakan kepada para guru dikerjakan degan baik. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini mencakup (1) Gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah dalam penguatan kinerja di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. (2) Perilaku spesisif kepala madrasah dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur, dan (3) Implikasi gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni observasi, wawancara/interview, dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang datanya dinyatakan dalam bentuk verbal dan menganalisis tanpa menggunakan data statistik. Teknik pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan terus-menerus dan triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur dalam memimpin para guru di madrasah didasarkan pada ciri-cirinya, perilakunya, situasinya, dan penerimaannya. Melalui kepemimpinan kepala madrasah tersebut, para guru menerima dan mengakui terhadap kepemimpinan kepala madrasah. (2) Kinerja guru di Madrasah Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur tergolong baik. Para guru melaksanakan tugas-tugas dengan kedisiplinan, dedikasi, dan tanggung jawab tinggi. (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku dalam penguatan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtida’iyah Negeri Lombok Timur, mencakup keteladanan, kedisiplinan, kemandirian, Melalui gaya kepemimpinan visioner kepala madrasah berbasis perilaku tersebut, para guru melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik sesuai bidang tugasnya masing-masing.

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of the study was conducted in MTs Asy-syafi’iyah Pinggir, Bengkalis Regency, Riau. The subjects of this research are leadership directing and teacher performance. The objects of research are the teacher and the principal. In this case the researcher took a sample of 1 principal and 17 teachers. The researcher uses a total sampling technique or takes all subjects as a sample. To capture the data in this study, the researcher use several techniques, namely observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The results showed that the implementation of leadership style influenced the quality of education in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir. The leadership style is often used by principals in MTs Asy-Syafi’iyah Pinggir is democratic leadership. Democratic leadership style is the style of leader who gives broad authority to subordinates. Whenever there is a problem always include subordinates as a whole team. In a democratic leadership style the leader provides a lot of information about the tasks and responsibilities of his subordinates. Teacher performance in MTs Asy-Syafi'iyah Pinggir that the performance of a teacher can be improved if there is a match between work and his expertise, as well as the placement of teachers in their assignments.

One of influencing factors in improving the teachers performance is organization culture. This study aims to know the discipline training pattern, the assumption of the importance of organization culture in improving the teachers performance and motivation, and inhibiting factors in improving the teachers performance at SMAN 1 East Simeulue of Simeulue sub-district. This study is qualitative descriptive approach. The technique of the data collection were through observations, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were head master of the school, teachers, and school committee. The analysis of the research shows that (1) Fostering discipline in improving the teacher performance at SMAN 1 East Simeulue is by referring to the decided rules, whether both statutory regulations and school rules. The discipline approach was being conducted gradually started from decided job description, conducted persuasive approach, supervised the teaching-learning process, and guiding the teachers’ task, and giving impose sanctions in accordance with the offense level. (2) A system of giving motivation to the teachers in improving their performance is being conducted through giving the unbinding, good service, career promotion, training opportunities, providing services on safety and convenience of the teacher task . (3) The inhibiting factor in improving the teacher performance is the lack of the school rule socialization, lack of coordination , in effective communication amongst personnel, and lack of involvement of the school committee in deciding the school policy.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the Principal's Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 11 Jambi and the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Principal's Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 11 Jambi. This study used a qualitative descriptive study type case study. The subjects in this study were the Principal and Teachers. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and document study. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, the data validity test used triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Principal’s Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance in SMA Negeri 11 Jambi is quite good at coaching teacher performance, monitoring teacher performance, providing motivation and evaluating teacher performance. Meanwhile, teacher performance is also quite good in preparing lesson plans, managing learning activities, and conducting learning evaluations. (2) The supporting factor is strong support and motivation from the principal. The inhibiting factors are the lack of LCD projector and internet network, the lack of the ability of teachers to manage classrooms and use various learning methods and the lack of teacher discipline. Based on the research results it is recommended that the principal make improvements and affirmation to the teacher so that the principal leadership process in improving teacher performance can then be carried out optimally. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dan Faktor pendukung dan penghambat Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SMANegeri 11 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikankesimpulan. Sedangkan uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 11 Kota Jambi cukup baik dalam melakukan pembinaan kinerja guru, pengawasan kinerja guru, pemberian motivasi serta evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru. Sedangkan untuk kinerja guru juga cukup baik dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran, mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran, dan melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran. (2) Faktor pendukungnya ialah adanya dukungan serta motivasi yang kuat dari kepala sekolah. Faktor penghambatnyaialah kurangnya proyektor LCD dan jaringan internet, kurangnya kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas dan menggunakan berbagai metode pembelajaranserta kurangnya kedisiplin guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian direkomendasikan agar kepala sekolah melakukan perbaikan dan penegasan kepada guru agar proses kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru selanjutnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan maksimal

Abstract. This study was designed using a qualitative descriptive approach correlational manifold. Collecting data using three types of questionnaires about managerial skills, leadership models, and teacher performance. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that (1) A description and the principal forms of managerial skills very well belong to the category, as well as the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto classified as either category. This means that managerial skills with ability to approach the conceptual, technical, human relations affect the performance of teacher MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, (2) there is a significant positive implications in terms of principal leadership managerial skills to the improvement of teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto, this is explained by a score of 70 -85 % range, which means simultaneous principal leadership in terms of managerial skills in improving teacher performance MA Al-Falah Arungkeke Jeneponto entry in the category of good value. Based on these results, it is suggested to the principal in general, and a principal in the district in particular to pay attention and improve managerial skills and leadership models and with regard to other factors that affect the performance of teachers. Suggested for teachers to further optimize performance in accordance with the duties and responsibilities.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi kesenian Barongan Setyo Budoyo di Desa Loram Wetan Kecamatan Jati Kabupaten Kudus.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah kesenian Barongan Kudus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah ketua kesenian barongan Setyo Budoyo, penari barongan, dinas kebudayaan dan pariwisata, serta perangkat desa Loram Wetan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro Tourism is one of those affected by Covid-19 pandemic. Due to that condition, the manager has to change the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The purpose is to analyze Tirto Arum Baru Kendal Agro-tourism marketing strategy employed in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic using the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process and Physical Evidence) and a SWOT analysis. This research used qualitative descriptive approach, analyzing managers, employee and visitors as research subjects. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used triangulation to compare the results of data collection. The data analysis technique uses data reduction and data presentation to draw conclusions. ABSTRAK Devisa terbanyak bagi daerah disumbangkan oleh bidang pariwisata. Hal ini disebabkan karena Indonesia memiliki keanekaragaman Potensi wisata. Salah satunya di Tulungagung terdapat Pantai yang sudah dikenal oleh wisatawan dan wisatawan sudah banyak yang berkunjung,yaitu Pantai Gemah. Destinasi tersebut dikelola oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata “Lejar Misuwur” yang bertugas mengelola dan mengembangkan Potensi Wisata Pantai Gemah Tulungagung sehingga menjadi Destinasi Wisata yang Layak Jual. Dengan adanya Pokdarwis ini diharapkan mampu menambah minat wisatawan baik lokal maupun nasional untuk mengunjungi pantai Gemah karena objek wisata sudah dikelola dengan sangat baik oleh kelompok Pokdarwis Lejar Misuwur tersebut. Bagaimana pengembangan obyek wisata di pantai Gemah Tulungagung melalui pembentukan Pokdarwis dan 1Faktor pendukung dan 1penghambat apa saja dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan pariwisata di pantai Gemah Tulungagung merupakan 1rumusan masalah yang akan diteliti 1dalam penelitian ini.1Tujuan penelitian ini 1adalah untuk menganalisa dampak pembentukan kelompok sadar wisata bagi pengembangan pariwisata di pantai gemah beserta faktor pendorong dan penghambat di dalamnya. Dari sisi pengelolaan juga sudah mulai baik dan meningkatnya pengetahuan dan ketramplan masyarakat disekitar pantai Gemah. This is because Indonesia has a diversity of tourism potential. One of them in Tulungagung there is a beach that is already known by tourists and many tourists have visited, namely Gemah Beach. The destination is managed by the Tourism Awareness Group "Lejar Misuwur" which is in charge of managing and developing the Tourism Potential of Tulungagung Gemah Beach so that it becomes a Tourism Destination Worth Selling. With this Pokdarwis, it is hoped that it will increase the interest of both local and national tourists to visit Gemah beach because the tourist attraction has been managed very well by the Lejar Misuwur Pokdarwis group. How is the development of tourism objects on Gemah Tulungagung beach through the formation of Pokdarwis and what 1supporting and inhibiting 1factors in the implementation of tourism development on Gemah Tulungagung beach is 1the formulation of the 1problem that will be examined 1in this study. The purpose of 1this study was to analyze 1the impact of forming a tourism awareness group for tourism development in Panati Gemah 1along with the driving and inhibiting 1factors in it. To analyze the research results, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. Where 1data collection is done 1by interview, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were administrators, members of the Lejar Misuwur Pokdarwis, the people of Keboireng Village and, visitors to Gemah Beach. Proof of data validity using source triangulation technique.1Analysis of the data used is a 1qualitative analysis with data reduction steps, data display, and drawing conclusions. With the formation of Pokdarwis on Gemah beach, the impact is that Gemah beach tourism has become famous on a national scale. In terms of management, it has also started well and the knowledge and skills of the community around Gemah beach have increased. The principal as the pinnacle of leadership with a visionary leadership model must be able to improve the performance of Paramount Palembang Elementary School teachers. This visionary leadership can have a significant effect on improving teacher performance because the principal can provide a clear vision and can implement the vision he has made for the teacher's future, thereby providing motivation for improving teacher performance. The principal must be able to increase the strategic and technical role in improving the quality of learning and teaching, he is not only a learning leader but more than that the overall leader which includes leadership functions in a school institution such as planning, career coaching, coordination and evaluation. His leadership pattern is very influential and even determines the progress of education.The hypothesis in this study is that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of working motivation together on the performance of Paramount Primary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis carried out is the correlation analysis of t-test and F test. The results of data analysis from the questionnaire show that there is an influence of Visionary leadership style on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. There is an influence of work motivation on the performance of Paramount elementary school teachers in Palembang. There is an influence of Visionary leadership style and work motivation together on the performance of Paramount Elementary School Palembang teachers. (significant level 5%).

The purpose of this study is to identify the verbal form and function of students' speech acts in the classroom, using the ethnographic approach Hymes communication in order to express the way they interact in class. Data was gained from the speech acts of students and teachers during the learning process. Furthermore, this study applied a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of the study, it is found that the verbal form and function of directive speech acts in classroom were questioning, commanding, and advising.

This study aims to find out the Problems of Implementing the 2013 Curriculum in Elementary School Islamic Education Subjects, as well as to find out the school strategy of SDN Mojokampung Bojonegoro in overcoming the problems of learning PAI Curriculum 2013. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentary. The data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation and drawing a conclusion. While the data validity technique uses observation, triangulation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed that: The problems of learning Islamic religious education K-13 at SDN Mojokampung Bojonegoro were not too prominent due to the application of appropriate learning methods, and supported by competent human resources. The success of PAI learning can run effectively if there is a synergy between all lines, both teachers, students and the local community.
