Introduction Biological changes that occur in the elderly can affect nutritional status including reduced muscle mass, increased fat mass, decreased intestinal mobility, number of missing teeth, decreased sense of sight and reduced kidney capacity to excrete large amounts of water (Hutapea, 2015). As compensation for the decline in physiological functions, adequate nutrition must be provided to suit the activities of the elderly. Balanced nutritional intake is very necessary for healthy and sick elderly to maintain their quality of life and is needed in the healing process and prevent further complications from the disease (Siti, 2015). The family has an important role in maintaining the health status of the elderly through the fulfillment of balanced nutritional needs because the family is the closest party to the elderly.Methods:The research design used is a correlation research type because this study aims to determine the existence of a relationship between the role of the family and the nutritional status of the elderly with a Cross Sectional approach. The population is the elderly aged 60-90 years and over in Klinterejo Village, Sooko District, Mojokerto Regency as many as 52 samples with simple random sampling technique. Variable measurement instruments use questionnaires and KMS sheets. The statistical test uses Chi-Square with a value of = 0.05. Result: The results showed that almost half of the respondents (44.2%) had less family roles as many as 23 respondents and as many as 36 respondents (69.2%2 with poor nutritional status). Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the optimal role of the family in providing a balanced menu according to the needs of the elderly so that the nutritional status of the elderly is not in poor condition.

Introduction: The role of the family is the specific behavior expected by someone in the family member. Anxiety is a fear that is not clear and is not supported by the situation. Objective:  To Know the Relationship of Family Role to the Level of Anxiety in the Elderly in Hamlet 01 Kukusan Beji-Depok Method: The research method uses analytics with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was 288 people with a sample of 81 respondents using the Slovin formula. In the sampling technique using cluster sampling. Results: The results showed that the respondents with a bad family role as many as 41 (50.6%) anxiety levels of the middle aged were 59 (72.8%). The results of statistical tests using the chi-square test indicate that there is a significant or significant relationship between the role of the family and the level of anxiety of the elderly with a value of p-value 0.01. Conclusion: It was concluded that there was a relationship between the role of the family and the level of anxiety of the elderly in the Hamlet 01 Kukusan Beji District Depok City.

  Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. Descriptive Correlational Research Design uses a cross sectional approach, Sampling Stratified Simple Random Sampling technique with heterogeneous characteristics, from the population has the same right to be selected as a sample lottery technique Retrieving data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Test Chi-square statistics, with a significance level of 5% the number of samples in this study 70 samples on the Family Caregiver from 213 populations. Results of the Study Of 70 respondents found the role of Family Caregiver was not good with poor quality of life 33 (47.1%) , while the role of the Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of a good elderly 3 (4.3%). For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu. Background: Worldwide the elderly population gradually increasing and that will definitely pose several challenges. Malnutrition is one of the major but neglected problem in elderly. They are at risk of malnutrition due to physical, psychological, social, dietary and environmental risk factors. Malnutrition in elderly is associated with adverse health effects. Hence to study the nutritional status of elderly.Methods: The study was carried out between January 2016- June 2017. 545 elderly were included in the study. Out of the 6 subcentres, 1 subcentre (Uchagaon) was selected by simple random sampling technique and house to house survey was carried out to select eligible elderly participants in the villages of selected subcentre. Data was collected from eligible elderly by using mini nutritional assessment (MNA) tool.Results: Majority of the participants (65.1%) were between the age group of 60-69 years. 55% were females. 23.5% were malnourished, 49% were at risk of malnutrition and 27.5% had normal nutritional status.Conclusions: The present study concluded that majority of the elderly were at risk of malnutrition. There is a need of actions to improve the nutritional status of the elderly.

Anemia can cause a risk to adolescent girls both long term and in the short term. One of the factors influence anemia in adolescents is nutrition status. This study aims to determine of anemia in adolescent with nutritional status in adolescent girls The Design of this study is cross sectional. The sample of this study is 84 adolesent girls, people was selected by simple random sampling technique from all student at class x ech high school on 2-3 August 2016. hemoglobin levels was checked by a digital, nutritional status examination of weight and height. Data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate chi square. The results of the study shows that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent is 45.2%, nutritional status underwieght is 14,3%. There is no relationship between anemia with nutrisional status (p-value=0,649). The conclusion of this research is the prevalence of anemia is still high,and there was no significant association between anemia and nutritisional status.

Community Health Nursing (PERKESMAS) is about scope with unification with nursing and public health with support active. This activities kinds of promotion and preventif in a manner of continuty without disregard service currative and rehabilitative all of and integrated. Direction for individually, family, human and publik the first of unity whole from the proses of nursing. Based on the first study at Puskesmas Lubuk Tarok, it’s knew that strata of outonomy family is KM II 96 KK (66,2%), and KM III is 49 KK (33,8%). The purpose of observeris for know related roles of nurse,tool and infrastructure with outonomy family it do at Puskesmas Lubuk Tarok district Sijunjung regency at 2016. This reseach the kind of deskriptive and analitic to approach cross sectional study, the methode chi-square. The way of sample with use simple random sampling. The reseach of population about 171 KK and sample 63 peoples. The tool of using is quiz and checklist. The product reseach can be role of nursing PERKESMAS minus (60,3%), the tools and infrastructure PERKESMAS is not enough from (85,70%), and level the family low (68,3%). Based on chi-square can be related about role of nurse the higher level family the value (<em>p</em> = 0,025). Kind of tools and infrastructure with level higher family with value (<em>p</em> = 0,023). So the value is <em>p</em> &lt; ɑ (0,005). So, can make summary related based on role of nurses and tools and infrastructure PERKESMAS  with level higher family in this program PERKESMAS.The for it is can summary responden can make message healthy from nurses of PERKESMAS in our daily life and useful for nursing and healthy.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an endemic disease commonly found in tropical and subtropical regions. Community behavior and the role of health workers in DHF prevention significantly influence DHF incidence. This study purposed to determine the relationship between community knowledge and attitude and the role of health workers with DHF prevention in the working area of the Bakunase Public Health Center in 2020. The study design was descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional study approach. The research sample was 99 respondents, taken by simple random sampling technique. Analysis of research data used the chi-square test. The results showed that knowledge (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.004) were related to DHF prevention. Most respondents had poor knowledge but showed a positive attitude towards DHF prevention. Intensive counseling on DHF prevention is essential to ensure active community participation in DHF prevention activities.

The family is the smallest unit in society consisting of father, mother and child. In a family, there are five functions to be performed, such as affective function and coping, socialization function, reproductive function, the function of the economy, and health care function. There are several factors that can affect the function of the family, including employment, education, and economics. An agitated state of the mother and occurs after delivery characterized by feelings of sadness, crying, fear of taking care of the baby is called postpartum blues. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between family function with postpartum blues in the sub-district Puskesmas Tladan Kawedanan Magetan. The study design used is cross sectional analytic study, which means that the data collection is done in the period. The population in this study are pregnant women primigravida birth day forecast in April. These samples included 30 maternal postpartum with simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used to measure the Family APGAR questionnaire family function and EPDS questionnaire to measure postpartum blues. The measurement results were tested using the chi-square and p values obtained 0,024. P value less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a correlation between family function with postpartum blues in the sub-district Puskesmas Tladan Kawedanan Magetan.

Introduction: Education and behavior (knowledge, attitudes and actions) about healthy living are important things, especially applied in life, so as not to fall sick so that they can carry out activities properly. Worldwide, there are more than 2500 species of mosquitoes, although most of these mosquito species are not associated with disease. Larva eradication practice can be done with 3M plus. The role of the community in eradicating mosquito nests is prioritized by housewives because they are generally responsible for taking care of the household including household hygiene problems. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between education and knowledge with the behavior of housewives in eradicating mosquito nests. The method used was cross-sectional analytic, the sampling technique used simple random sampling and inclusion criteria in order to obtain 50 respondents. Data analysis used Chi-Square with a significant level of 95% with a significance value of 5%. Results: Respondents with higher education and good behavior were 73.1%. Respondents with low education and bad behavior were 70.8%. Respondents with good knowledge and good behavior were 75%, respondents with bad knowledge and bad behavior were 77.3%. Conclusion: There is a relationship between education and the behavior of housewives in eradicating mosquito nests, and there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of housewives in eradicating mosquito nests. This research begins with a phenomenon that occurs in Air Hangat Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency, which shows that a lack of interest to do sport in the middle age group (45-59 years old). This study aims to find out how interested this age group is in exercising. This type of research is a cross-sectional survey research that is describes a particular situation or situation as it is with the process of taking data only takes place at one time. The subjects in this study are the elderly who are in the middle age category, namely the elderly who are in the age range of 45 - 59 years who do sports in the Air Hangat subdistrict of Kerinci Regency (N=33). The sampling technique used in this research is sensus sampling which mean making the entire population as a sample. The data in this study was collocted using a Guttman scale questionnaire. The data is analysed using descriptive statistics. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that the interest of the elderly in the middle age group to exercise is in the sufficient category. This is due to the lack of knowledge and role of the family, so their interest needs to be increased again with the hope that in the future this age group will be healthier.

Background: Nutrition is an important part of the body needs for growth and development of children. Childhood, especially toddler is a period of growth and development of the most rapidly. Toddler nutritional adequacy is depend on the child's mother. Lack of knowledge about nutrition will reduced ability to apply in everyday life, this is one of the causes of malnutrition in toddler. In addition, nutritional problems in toddler is also due to breastfeeding practices and complementary feeding was not appropriate in terms of both quantity and quality. Purpose: Objective of this research is to determine correlation between mother’s knowledge, exclusive breestfeeding and patterns time of complementary feeding with nutritional status of toddlers at Kembaran village, Kembaran district, Banyumas regency. Method: The research design use descriptive correlation with cross-sectional approach. Population in this study were all mothers who have toddlers age 6-24 months at Kembaran village as many as 148 people. Sampling technique use simple random sampling with 66 samples. Data analyze with Chi Square test. Instrumental research use questionnaires and nutritional status with weight/aged indicators. Result: There was significant correlation between mother’s knowledge (p value = 0,012), exclusive breastfeeding (p value = 0,039) and patterns time of complementary feeding (p value = 0,039) with the nutritional status of toddlers at Kembaran village. Conclusion: There was correlation between mother knowledge, exclusive breestfeeding and patterns time of complementary feeding with the nutritional status of toddlers. It is recommended to the toddler's mother to improve the quality of breastfeeding, complementary feeding and give breesfeeding to their babies up to 2 years in order to maintain the nutritional status  who have been good status.
