Permasaalahan yang di hadapi oleh mitra/guru-guru SMKN 1 Banjarmasin adalah masih banyak guru yang belum memiliki pengetahuan mengenai cara mengembangkan bahan ajar, minimnya keterampilan guru dalam menulis bahan ajar, dan rendahnya motivasi guru untuk menulis bahan ajar. Oleh karena itu tim pengabdian masyarakat Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan FKIP ULM membantu guru-guru SMKN 1 Banjarmasin dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar elektronik (digital), melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru dalam menulis bahan ajar baik dalam bentuk fisik maupun elektronik (e-book). Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah, diskusi-informasi, pendampingan, demonstrasi, dan percontohan, serta desiminasi terbatas atau hanya sebatas uji kelayakan e-book. Hasil pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar elektronik (e-book) yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Peserta pelatihan dapat menerapkan proses pengembangan bahan ajar melalui proses yang sistematis meliputi analisis kebutuhan dan telaah kurikulum, merancang layout dan tupoksi bahan ajar, menulis bahan ajar dengan menguraikan konsepnya, produksi dan konversi bahan ajar dalam bentuk elektronik (e-book), serta menguji kelayakan bahan ajarnya.The problems faced by the partners/teachers of SMKN 1 Banjarmasin are that many teachers do not know how to develop teaching materials, the lack of teacher skills in writing teaching materials, and the low motivation of teachers to write teaching materials. Therefore, the FKIP ULM Educational Technology Study Program's community service team helps the teachers of SMKN 1 Banjarmasin in developing electronic (digital) teaching materials through training activities. This training aims to increase teachers' knowledge and skills in writing teaching materials in both physical and electronic form (e-books). This training's implementation methods include lectures, discussion-information, mentoring, demonstrations, demonstrations, and limited dissemination or only limited to e-book feasibility testing. The result of this training is that the training participants have increased their knowledge and understanding in developing electronic teaching materials (e-books) according to students' needs. Training participants can apply the process of developing teaching materials through a systematic process including needs analysis and curriculum study, designing layouts and principal tasks and functions of teaching materials, writing teaching materials by describing the concept, producing and converting teaching materials in electronic form (e-book), and testing feasibility teaching materials.

The website can be a center of information and communication for them. It is accelerating the flow of information and communication on oil palm growers. The purpose of this service activity is to create an android-based KUD website which contains information about cooperatives and information about oil palm plantations. Community service activities are carried out in Bukit Lingkar Village, one of potential villages in oil palm. In this village, an oil palm village cooperative with the name KUD Milik Bersama has also been established which is a partner in this activity. Activities are integrated with the Student project. Implementation of training activities is socialization and discussion activities. then practice making websites, assistance and coaching. The technical implementation of the activity is a combination of offline and online meetings. It is because Covid 19 pandemic. The implementers in the field are students. The results of this activity include the formation of a cooperative website with the name http: //www.koperasi kudmilikbersama.com, increasing farmers' knowledge and skills regarding media use, including a website with information related to oil palm farming. The establishment of a website manager, which is equipped with a website module.

The Sei Beduk Farmers Group of Batam City has not conducted simple farm records. Community service activities aim to improve farmers' knowledge and skills in conducting simple financial reports. The method used the form of training with material in the form of examples of making financial reports. Participants' participation was considered very good as indicated by the activeness of the farmers in conducting discussions. Training activities show that farmers have started to understand simple financial reports and will apply them in farming activities

[Bahasa]: Program PKM  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan: (1) keterampilan guru merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif; (2) keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan dan respon guru SMP N 8 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya  melalui kegiatan ini yang meliputi penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah adalah metode deskrptif. Langkah-langkah yang digunakan yaitu sosialisasi, ceramah, latihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi. Pelaksanaan dilakukan sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan, dimana pertemuan pertama berupa penyajian materi, dan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan pembuatan media hingga selesai, dan terakhir dilakukan evaluasi berupa peserta mempresentasikan media yang telah dibuat dan respon peserta terhadap pelatihan melalui pengisian angket. Hasil yang diperoleh peserta dapat membuat media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif menggunakan software sothink swf easy. Hasil respon peserta  melalui wawancara diperoleh hasil 100% peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pernyataan positif yang dimintai tanggapan. Selain itu, 75% peserta memberikan saran untuk terus melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan ini secara berkala. Kata Kunci: media, multimedia, interaktif [English]: The purposes of this community service program are to improve: (1) teacher skills in designing and developing interactive multimedia-based learning media; (2) the skills of teachers in the implementation of training and response of teachers in Sungai Nap Middle School 8 N Kubu Raya District through this activity which includes the use of interactive multimedia-based learning media. The method used is descriptive method. The steps used are socialization, lecture, training and mentoring, evaluation. The implementation was carried out in the five meetings. The first meeting was in the form of material presentation, and continued with assistance in making the media to completion, and finally an evaluation in the form of participants presenting the media that had been made and participants' responses to the training through filling out questionnaires. The results obtained by participants can make interactive multimedia-based learning media using Sothink Swf easy software. The results of the participants' responses through interviews showed that 100% of participants responded positively to the positive statements asked for responses. In addition, 75% of participants gave suggestions to continue to carry out these training activities regularly. Keywords: media, multimedia, interactive

AbstrakSalah satu wujud pengembangan keprofesianalan guru adalah menulis artikel ilmiah dan publikasi artikel ilmiah. Oleh karena itu, hendaknya guru terus belajar menulis artikel ilmiah untuk diseminarkan maupun dipublikasikan di jurnal. Kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru belum mampu menghasilkan dan melakukan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan pengaabdian ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi dan kemampuan guru dalam menulis artikel ilmiah dari hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu persyaratan pengajuan kenaikan pangkat sehingga berdampak juga terhadap profesionalitas guru. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Kegiatan pelatihan penulissan artikel ilimah yang telah dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru untuk menulis artikel ilmiah; guru memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan memilih tempat publikasi yang sesuai; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara mencari sumber refrensi mutakhir melalui google scholar; guru memiliki pengetahuan tentang trik untuk publikasi artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian; guru dapat mengetahui bagaimana membuat draft artikel ilmiah hasil penelitian sesuai dengan tamplate jurnal yang dituju; seluruh peserta pelatihan memiliki pandangan positif terhadap pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan memandang tingkat kebermanfaatan pelatihan pada tingkat bermanfaat dan sangat bermanfaat.AbstractOne form of teacher professional development is writing scientific articles and publishing scientific articles. Therefore, teachers should continue to learn to write scientific articles to be disseminated or published in journals. The reality on the ground shows that most teachers have not been able to produce and do scientific publications. The purpose of this service activity is toincrease the motivation and ability of teachers to write scientific articles from the results of research that can be used as one of the requirements for submission of promotions so that it also impacts on teacher professionalism. Abstrak: Media pembelajaran berperan penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran. Terlebih, adanya pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan bentuk pembelajaran berubah menjadi pembelajaran jarak jauh (daring). Untuk itu, guru perlu memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran untuk menunjang hal tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajarn dengan menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder. Melalui kegiatan PkM dalam bentuk pelatihan ini guru-guru diharapkan, 1) memiliki motivasi dalam menggunakan media pembelajran; dan 2) memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran. Peserta pelatihan yakni sebanyak 22 orang guru-guru Yayasan Al-Ansor Kota Ambon yang terdiri dari guru MI. MTs, dan MA. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi interaktif dan demonstrasi. Pelatihan ini menunjukan hasil yakni, 1) meningkatnya motivasi gugu-guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran, 2) guru-guru memiliki keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran (video) menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder. Kegitan pelatihan yang dilakukan berjalan dengan lancar dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Dari 22 peserta, tercatat 20 peserta telah berhasil membuat video pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi AZ screen recorder.Kata Kunci: pelatihan guru; video pembelajaran; AZ screen recorder; pembelajaran daring; pandemi covid-19Abstract:  Learning media plays an important role in supporting the learning process. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic has caused the form of learning to change to online learning. For this reason, teachers need to have skills in making learning media to support this. The implementation of this Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve teacher skills in making learning media using the AZ screen recorder application. Through PkM activities in the form of this training, teachers are expected to 1) have motivation in using learning media; and 2) have skills in making learning media. The training participants were 22 teachers from the Yayasan Al-Ansor in Ambon City, consisting of MI, MTs, and MA teachers. This training activity is carried out through lecture methods, interactive discussions, and demonstrations. This training shows the results, namely, 1) increased motivation of teachers in using learning media, 2) teachers have skills in making learning media (video) using the AZ screen recorder application. The training activities carried out ran smoothly and in accordance with the expected goals. The community in Kertosono Subdistrict has an average farming and trading livelihood. Almost all of the people who work as farmers have livestock that are kept as a side business or livelihood. Livestock that are kept include beef cattle, goats and sheep. The problems that arise include: The community has not fully understood how to obtain meat from the sacrifice of qurban animals with good quality. The public does not know of zoonotic diseases, and there are still not many people who know how the procedures for slaughtering livestock are good . The main objective in this community service activity is to be able to increase the knowledge and skills of the community regarding the criteria for ASUH meat (Safe, Healthy, Whole, and Halal) and appropriate handling and restraint on livestock.Abstrak

The purpose of this community partnership program were to provided the knowledge and skills of duck breeder communities in Maros Regency, especially in the hatchery aspect. Community service activities begin with a socialization stage to identify problems under supervision, observe training and mentoring, and post achievement activities. Through the stages of training activities, the service provider together with the breeders implements good hatching egg selection, applies the hatching of eggs using a hatching machine and is followed by handling post-hatch ducks. The level of participation in activities is quite high, with the participation of all breeders during service activities. It is hoped that this activity will increase the livestock population so that the income of breeders can be improved and improve the welfare of the community. In addition, community service activities that have been carried out support local government programs in developing duck livestock populations in the Simbang District, Maros Regency.

ABSTRAKPermasalahan utama yang dihadapi kelompok pengrajin Airnona dan Sikumana adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengerjakan finishing pada produk olahan kaju jati yang mereka geluti. Mencermati permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang berbagai metode finishing pada produk hasil kerajinan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan mengasah keterampilan para pengrajin tentang proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi dilanjutkan dengan praktek finishing produk yang difokuskan pada jenis aplikasi milamin. Setelah Kegiatan pengabdian ini selesai dilakukan, diharapkan peserta pelatihan mengetahui salah satu metode finishing yang baik dan mampu mengaplikasikanya. Ada empat tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini, yaitu: kegiatan persiapan yang meliputi diskusi kebutuhan pengrajin, kegiatan manufacturing yaitu mempersiapkan modul produk yang akan difinishing, kegiatan pelatihan finishing produk yang berhubungan dengan aplikasi milamin, dan kegiatan pelatihan manajemen yang meberi wawasan kepada pengrajin tentang tata cara pencatatan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Dari hasil evaluasi terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan terlihat bahwa pengetahuan peserta pelatihan terhadap proses finishing produk olahan kayu jati semakin meningkat dan telah mampu mengaplikasikan jenis finishing milamin pada produk olahan dengan baik dan benar. Dari hasil pencatatan keuangan terlihat ada kenaikan penghasilan pengrajin setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini. Pengrajin berharap ada kesinambungan kegiatan seperti ini dimasa yang akan datang. Kata Kunci : kayu jati; finishing; pelatihan. ABSTRACTThe main problem faced by the Airnona and Sikumana craftsman groups is the lack of knowledge and skills in finishing the processed teak products they are involved. Observing these problems, it is necessary to conduct education and training on various finishing methods on handicraft products. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and hone the skills of artisans about the process of finishing teak wood products. This service activity uses the lecture and discussion method followed by product finishing practices focused on melamine application. After this service activity is completed, it is hoped that the trainees will know one suitable finishing method and apply it. There are four stages carried out in this service activity, namely: preparation activities which include discussing the needs of artisans; manufacturing activities, namely preparing product modules to be finished, product finishing training activities related to melamine applications, and management training activities that provide insight to artisans about procedures for recording and managing finances. From the results of the evaluation of the service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the trainees' knowledge of the finishing process of processed teak wood products is increasing, and they have been able to apply the type of melamine finishing to processed products correctly and adequately. From the results of financial records, it can be seen that there is an increase in the income of artisans after implementing this service activity. The craftsmen hope that there will be continuity of activities like this in the future. Keywords: teak wood; finishing; training.

Logging activities at Perum Perhutani are one of the determinants of the quality of wood produced. Mistakes in felling and errors in dividing the stems will greatly affect the quality of the wood produced. Therefore it requires operator knowledge and skills in carrying out these activities. This activity was carried out at the Tasikmalaya KPH Urug TPK which is part of the Tasikmalaya Forest Management Unit (BKPH). The activity was carried out on September 1, 2020. The activity began with an in-room presentation of chainsaw, usage theory, and logging techniques which was continued with practice in the field. The community service activity undertaken is to offer solutions in the form of training activities for chainsaw operators and logging techniques. The hope is that by knowing the types and parts of chainsaws as well as the proper felling techniques for operatots in the field, forest harvesting activities will run properly and correctly with optimum results.Kegiatan penebangan di Perum Perhutani menjadi salah satu penentu kualitas kayu yang diproduksi. Kesalahan dalam penebangan serta kesalahan dalam pembagian batang akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas kayu yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan operator dalam melakukan kegiatan tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di TPK Urug  KPH Tasikmalaya yang termasuk pada Bagian Kesatuan Pemangkuan Hutan (BKPH) Tasikmalaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Tanggal 1 September 2020. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemaparan di dalam ruangan mengenai chainsaw, teori penggunaan, serta teknik penebangan yang dilanjutkan melakukan praktek di lapangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada  masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah menawarkan solusi berupa kegiatan pelatihan bagi operator chainsaw dan teknik penebangan. Harapannya adalah dengan mengetahui jenis dan bagaian-bagian chainsaw serta teknik penebangan yang tepat bagi para operatot di lapangan maka kegiatan pemanenan hutan akan berjalan dengan baik dan benar dengan hasil yang optimum.

AbstrakPerubahan paradigma dalam pembelajaran merupakan keniscayaan. Perubahan terjadi dalam desain, proses dan dan penilaian dalam pembelajaran. Perubahan menuntut guru mempersiapkan diri dengan berbagai ketrampilan, salah satunya ketrampilan pengembangan sumber belajar. Sumber belajar yang dikembangkan guru tentunya memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan dengan sumber belajar yang sudah tersedia seperti buku paket. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi, pengetahuan dan ketrampilan guru dalam pengembangan sumber belajar yang dapat digunakan dalam belajar mandiri. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode experiential learning dengan pendekatan participant-centered melalui teknik case study, dan simulasi, dilanjutkan dengan praktek pengembangan sumber belajar dengan pendampingan oleh tim pengabdian pada Masyarakat. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan motivasi, pemahaman dan ketrampilan guru-guru IPA MTs se Kabupaten Bogor dan berhasilnya guru mengembangkan produk sumber belajar yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: experiential learning; keterampilan guru; sumber belajar.AbstractThe change in paradigm in learning is a necessity. Changes occur in the design, process and assessment of learning. Change requires teachers to prepare themselves with various skills, one of which is the development of learning resources. Learning resources developed by teachers certainly have advantages compared to learning resources that are already available such as textbooks. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the motivation, knowledge and skills of teachers in developing learning resources that can be used in independent learning. This community service uses the experiential learning method with a participant-centered approach through case study techniques, and simulations, followed by the practice of developing learning resources with mentoring by the community service team. The output of this activity is increasing motivation, understanding and skills of MTs IPA teachers in Bogor Regency and the success of teachers in developing learning resource products that are used in learning.Key Word: experiential learning; learning resources; teacher skills.
