Analisis Bentuk Perkembangan Wilayah Kecamatan Kartasura Sebagai Kawasan Strategis Cepat Tumbuh

Regional development based on spatial will form a pattern due to the character that develop in it. The pattern can be formed by the network, hierarchy, and so forth. The influence of policies that encourage development to bring new activities in the region is also capable of bringing changes. As a rapidly growth strategic area established by the district government, Kartasura District has variety of new activities. This research is used to know how the development on regional form of Kartasura District as a rapidly growth strategic area. It uses longitudinal development method with analytical approach used is deductive and quantitative descriptive research type. The compilation and analysis techniques used are primary data collection (observation) also secondary; Descriptive statistics, GIS and overlay, breaking point. The result of this research are the development of Kartasura sub-district as rapidly growth strategic area which is formed pattern based on the network also the limitation of development as a result of supporting policy causing the difference internal development on Kartasura District.

This research was conducted to find out how far the competence of employees in the field of hospitality, especially in 4 star hotels in Berastagi city and to know how big the role of Karo district government in increasing the competence of employees working in hotel in Berastagi. The method used in this research is qualitative method with descriptive research type which explain the actual condition that happened in the field with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of the research can be in the know that employees who work at hotels in Berastagi have never followed the certification of competence and management of 4 star hotels in Berastagi has not conducted a competency test for employees who work in hotels and Karo district government also has not done activities related to training or competency tests as a form of government support.

Abstract. This research aims to know how the implementation of maintenance conducted by PT X and how maintenance by PT X used the preventive and breakdown maintenance methods to minimize engine maintenance cost. The research method used in this study is care study whereas this type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Technique of collecting data in this research by obsererving, interviewing and collecting documents related to research. Data analysis used by using preventive and breakdown maintenance methods. The result of this research is PT X performs maintenance of the engine by using preventive maintenance such as routine maintenance, semi-overhaul forecast maintenance and annual maintenance and breakdown maintenance are usually performed when the machine is fully damaged or dead. PT X should implement preventive maintenance because it is more efficient at 13,2% than the company’s maintenance. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pemeliharaan mesin yang dilakukan PT X dan bagaimana pemeliharaan mesin yang yang dilakukan PT X dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance untuk meminimumkan biaya pemeliharaan mesin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini studi kasus sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan metode preventive dan breakdown maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah PT X hendaknya melakukan pemeliharaan mesin dengan menggunakan preventive maintenance seperti perawatan rutin, perawatan semi overhaul dan perawatan tahunan dan breakdown maintenance biasa dilakukan saat mesin mengalami kerusakan atau mati total. PT X hendaknya melaksanakan preventive maintenance karena lebih efisien sebesar 13,2% dibandingkan pemeliharaan yang dilakukan perusahaan.

Abstract The article of this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations, ownership and governance.Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga, dan mengetahui kepemilikan serta susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi Bank Agroniaga yang sedang mengalami keterpurukan. Kepemilikan Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan

The background of this research is the importance of the attitude of caring for the environment that is planted early on starting from the elementary school level. The purpose of this study is to find out how the attitude of caring for students' environment in 184 Pekanbaru Elementary School. This research is quantitative descriptive research type. This research was conducted at 184 Pekanbaru Elementary School. Based on the results of research assessed from 6 indicators, namely cleaning toilets, cleaning trash cans, cleaning the school environment, beautifying classrooms and schools with plants, participating in maintaining parks in schools and participating in maintaining environmental cleanliness. Based on the results of the study showed that 184 Pekanbaru Public Elementary School students have a very caring attitude towards the environment with an acquisition value of 89.02 in the very caring category

This research was conducted in PDAM Tomohon City which has the purpose of this study to: 1) knowing the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 2) knowing the influence of work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees; 3) knowing the motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Tomohon City employees. Where employees are required to have knowledge and skills must also have experience of motivation and discipline as well as performance, but basically PDAM Tomohon City employees ignore motivation and discipline as well as existing performance. This type of research is a type of associative and quantitative descriptive research. The sample used was 60 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaire and library methods. To examine the influence of motivation and discipline on performance by using multiple linear regression test analysis techniques. The tools used in testing data instruments are validity and reliability tests; classic assumption test (normality test, multicellularity test, and heteroscedasticity test). The results of this study show that motivation variables and work discipline simultaneously influence the performance of PDAM Tomohon city employees, while partially motivation has a significant effect on performance, and discipline does not affect the employee performance of PDAM Tomohon City.

The Village

The tourism village is one alternative tourism that is currently growing in the Bali tourism industry, and one of them is the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village. Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba is a tourism village that has just been established by the Regional Government of Tabanan Regency, so that currently Kaba - Kaba Village is still preparing itself to become a tourist attraction, so this research is important to know how the management that takes place in the Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba so that the village is ready to promote itself as one of the tourist attractions in Tabanan Regency. In this study using primary data sources obtained directly by observation and interviews, and data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative analysis by reducing the data which is then presented and concluded. The results of this study note that the management of the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village is fully managed by the Pokdarwis. Market performance in the form of marketing efficiency is the result of a good marketing system which then affects consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted to analyze: 1) satisfaction of marine fish consumers at fish auction PPN Muara Angke, 2) influence of market performance on consumer satisfaction, 3) differences in marketing efficiency between fishermen and traders, 4) differences in satisfaction of fishermen and merchant’s consumers. The research method used is a qualitative and quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study are ship owners or fishermen, auction participants which include wholesalers, wholesalers, processors, and retail traders. Sample determination technique using purposive sampling and snowball sampling with a sample of 42 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive, simple linear regression, and one-way ANOVA real difference test. Based on the results of the study that marine fish consumer satisfaction in Muara Angke it can be said to be satisfied and market performance affects consumer satisfaction. The marketing efficiency of fishermen and traders is equally efficient but more efficient marketing of fishermen and the satisfaction of fishermen and traders are equally satisfying but more satisfied by fishermen consumers.

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

Good supervision is needed at the Office of PT. PLN (Persero) in the South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions so that employees can work effectively and produce optimal work. The purpose of this study, is to analyze the supervisory function carried out at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi Regions. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that the direct supervision conducted was quite good, while the direct supervision was quite good.
