This study aims to determine the relationship between teachers’ efficacy with information literacy skill on high-school teacher. This reaserch used qualitative approach with correlational research method. Population in this study was high-shcool teachers whom teached with curriculum 2013 in DKI Jakarta. Samples that used was 100 teachers using quota sampling technique. Measurement of information literacy used adaptation instrument made by Tisa Lina Putri (2013) based on The Big6 Model with instrument reliability was 0.94. Teachers efficacy was measured by Teacher Sense of Efficacy Scale from Tschannen-Moran and Woolfolk Hoy (2001) with reliability of 0.70. Based on the results of data analysis, obtained the results there is a relationship between teacher efficacy with information literacy on the teacher. The result correlation value is 0.369 with a significance of 0.000 at a significance level of 5%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive relationship between the teachers efficacy with information literacy.

Conventional learning model with lecture method that teacher- centered was still dominating and usually used by teacher in learning process at high school. Teacher needed learning model that can increase student cognitive retention. This research aims to determine whether there is influence of the cooperative learning Jigsaw-type model on retention of cognitive. The design is Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The population in this study were all students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 5 Wajo which consisted of 3 classes. The research sample was selected by random sampling technique, namely X MIPA 2 as an experimental group with 23 students and X MIPA 3 as a control group with 26 students. Data collected by using a multiple choice test totaling 20 numbers. The collected research were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that there was an effect of the application of the cooperative learning Jigsaw-type model on retention of cognitive of students in SMA Negeri 5 Wajo. Teacher can use this model in other lectures considered with the material characteristic. Keywords: Jigsaw-type, Retention of Cognitive, Biology Learning

This study determined the effect of Visionary Leadership and orgazitional culture on the performance of Vocational High School Teacher in Prabumulih City. This research uses quentitative approach with Survey Method. This study population of 125 people, namely vocational High School teacher in Prabumulih city. The research sample of 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is random sampling. Data collectional technique using documentational and questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple regression techniques and Multiple regression techniques. The result showed that: (1) visionary leadership had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City; (2) organization culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City, and (3) visionary leadership and Organization culture jointly have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Vocational High Shcool Teachers in Prabumulih City.

<em>This study aims to analyze the correlation between interpersonal intelligence with indepence of students aged 5-6 old in RA Madinatussalam, Percut Sei Tuan District. This study is a quantitative correlational research that aims to examine correlations through numbers. Determination of the sample of researchers used total sampling technique because the number of samples was less than 30, namely 24 children aged 5-6 old in RA Madinatussalam. Data analysis was performed by testing the prerequisites for the analysis of the validity test, which is that all data are valid because r count&gt; r table. Reliability test results are variable one 0.954 and variable two 0.937 with the acquisition of a score greater than 0.6, it can be concluded that the test is reliable. The normality test results with the Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0,200 greater than the significance level, which is 0,05. This means the assumption of normality. And the results of hypothesis testing using Pearson product moment correlation test with a value of 0.776 which is included in the interval of the strong relationship category. If r count (0.776)&gt; rtable (0.423) then the item is said to be valid or Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and the independence of children aged 5-6 old.</em>

The implementation of the learning process cannot be separated from the existence of the teacher. The creation of an effective learning atmosphere requires a close relationship between teachers and students. The reinforcement given by the teacher affects the level of student activity and participation in the learning process. In schools, there are still teachers who are not appropriate to implement reinforcement. This can be seen in the poorly educated treatment of teachers towards students, such as yelling at students in public, and negative labeling of students.The purpose of this study was to describe the level of reinforcement of subject teachers in Padang City Junior High School. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of 149 students who were taken using the purposive random sampling technique. The instrument used was the "Teacher Reinforcement Scale" with a reliability value of 0.714. The results of this study reveal that the reinforcement of subject teachers in schools is in a low category. The results of the study generally show that the reinforcement of subject teachers is in a low category and needs to be improved in order to encourage students to be more active in participating in the learning process. The results of this research can be used as a basis for school counselors or Guidance and Counseling teachers in providing guidance and counseling services in schools by involving subject teachers.

This research is intended to determine senior high school teacher readiness in the implementation of Learning from Home in Covid-19 adaptation period. This was a policy evaluation research which used a mixed method approach in analyzing the data. Primary data was obtained from interviews via telephone and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) through Zoom. Sample’s data were taken using purposive sampling technique in Banten and Gorontalo. The data analysis technique of this research was Miles and Huberman model. The results show that during the pandemic, all schools carried out learning from home. The average of lesson duration in a week is 1 to 3 hours. Learning carried out by some teachers is still pursuing the completeness of the curriculum for all subject matter. Assessment in learning used qualitative assessment. The conditions and facilities owned by the school are that most of the teachers face problems on the weak Internet connection disturbing the implementation of the teaching and learning process.

Study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the discovery learning method and the results of learning to draw shapes.The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pollung who took shape drawing lessons with a total of 288 students and a sample of 40 people, namely each The class consists of 5 students with sampling using the Quota Sampling technique. This research method uses correlational research. The findings of this study indicate that there is a correlation between the ability to draw shapes with the discovery learning method (X1) with the results of learning to draw shapes (Y) = 30.20 for DK = n-2 = 38 α = 0.05 ttable = 1.684 turns out that >  (30.20> 1.684), the ability to draw shapes using discovery learning method (X2) with the result of learning to draw shapes (Y) t _count = 3.46 for DK = n-2 = 38 α = 0.05  = 1.684 turns out that >  (3.46> 1.684). The magnitude of the relationship between the ability to draw shapes (X_1) (X_2) with learning outcomes to draw shapes (Y) has a correlation of 0.98 and 0.49, and the contribution is 96% and 24%.

AbstrakKetika mahasiswa kebidanan memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap profesi bidan, maka mereka akan termotivasi untuk belajar guna membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang baik sehingga menjadi lulusan bidan yang profesional. Secara tidak langsung prestasi belajar juga ikut meningkat. Desain Penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional yang dilakukan di Program Studi DIII Kebidanan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan analisis pearson product moment dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,560 dengan signifikansi 0,00 lebih kecil dari α=0,05 yang bermakna korelasi antara kedua variabel signifikan dengan arah korelasi positif. This study was conducted in DIII Midwifery Studies Program Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University University of March Surakarta. Sample in this study was amounted to 48 respondents. The sampling technique was total sampling. Measuring instrument using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Pearson product moment analysis with significance level of 5%. The results of analysis correlation coefficient of 0.560 with a significance of less than 0.00 α = 0.05 significant correlation between the two variables with significant positive correlation direction. Abstract: Transfixion Point Zusanli (St 36) and Taichong (Lr 3), Melasma. The effectiveness of Transfixion Point Zusanli (St 36) and Taichong (Lr 3) in the case of Junior High School Teacher Motherland of Melasma III Colomadu, Karanganyar. Melasma is a skin hyperpigmentation disorders face in the form of macula/patch symmetrical hyperpigmentation in the region of the forehead, around the nose, around the mouth, around the eyes, cheeks, and Chin with yellow-brownish or dark brownish to blackish, without subjective complaints of patients. Factors of the incidence of this disorder are ultraviolet radiation, hormone MSH, sex hormone imbalance and the contraceptive pill. Stabbing point Zusanli (ST 36) and Thaichong (Lr 3) can be per peran in the body's hormonal balance. The purpose of this study to the effectiveness of Zusanli and Taichong point stabbing on the case of melasma. the design research of using "One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The technique of data analysis with the Wilcoxon test and using a Purposive sampling technique of Sampling a number of 26 respondents. Wilcoxon Test on against darkness level melasma before and after stabbing point Zusanli and Taichong obtained that the value of significance p = 0.05, 0.014 < is no difference color darkness level melasma before and after stabbing Zusanli and Taichong point, in other words, the use of points Zusanli and Taichong effective for lowering the level of the dark color of the melasma.

The ability of young people in foster independence behavior may be influenced by the social interaction of its peers. Phenomenon in the field most of the students like friends mocked when conveying ideas, some students lacked the courage to speak in front of friends and most difficult students convey their ideas to friends. The research aims to reveal how the relationship between social interaction with peers independence teenage behavior. Quantitative research methods to the type of correlational research. Student population SMP Negeri 1 Padang Panjang 703 people. Proportional sampling technique is random sampling with sample 88 people. The data analysis technique Pearson Product Moment formula with the program Statistical Product and Service Solution for windows release 17.0. There is a significant relationship between social interaction with peers independence adolescent behavior Pearson correlation of 0.389 significance level of 0.000, the relationship enough. Recommended for guidance counselor in order to improve counseling services and a facilitator to develop peer social interaction and independence behavior.
