This study aims to determine the effect of Accountability and Transparency on Budget Performance with Value For Money concept in Malang City Government. This research was conducted using quantitative methods, using explanatory research type explanatory research. The sampling method used was Purposive Sampling Technique, which was carried out on 50 Local Financial Staffs with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires or questionnaires with the amount. While the data analysis technique in this study uses the classic assumption test technique and multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous and partial Accountability and Transparency has a positive and significant effect on Budget Performance with a Value For Money concept. Accountability of financial statements in the City Government of Malang must be maintained and information relating to the results of the Government's budget performance is maintained or accountability is stated through the mass media honestly and openly so that the public can assess whether it has been effective and efficient results of Government performance. Budget Performance with the concept of value for money must be able to implemented and implemented well in order to improve the welfare of the community and the community will believe in the results of Government Performance, because public trust can also sustain the government to compete to become a good government. For further researchers, it is expected to add research variables other than that it is expected to use other methods besides distributing questionnaires such as interviews and observations so that the data obtained can be increased or more transparent.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

The purpose of this research is to see the soundness level of Bank Syariah Mandiri with the method of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The research method uses quantitative methods. Production factors in the RGEC method are the risk profile using credit risk (NPF), liquidity risk (FDR), income (ROA, ROE and BOPO) and capital (CAR). On the results of Good Corporate Governance using data processed and obtained from PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The object of this research is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research period is 2013-2017. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive and using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Car), as for the benchmarks to determine the soundness level of a bank after each examination, namely by determining the results of the study classified into the bank's health rating. The results showed that the health of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri which uses the Risk Profile approach, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital as a whole can be said that Bank Syariah Mandiri is a fairly healthy bank.

This research is intended as an effort to analyze the budget performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations in South Sumatra Province with a value for money concept approach. This study consisted of the dependent variable, namely the performance of the regional apparatus organization budget, while the independent variable consisted of transparency, accountability, and supervision. The data used in this research is the result of distributing questionnaires to selected respondents in 21 Regional Apparatus Organizations. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, while the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis and discussion of hypothesis testing show that partially transparency, accountability, and supervision have a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, including simultaneously also showing a positive and significant effect on-budget performance, but it is necessary to increase budget performance, this shows that the R2 value is 0.446. or 44.6%.

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The correlation between self esteem and bullying behavior, (2) The correlation between conformity and bullying behavior, (3) The correlation between self esteem and conformity towards bullying behavior. The subjects of this research were 86 students on VIII grade of SMP Barunawati Surabaya, who are selected using population sampling technique. Data were collected using likert scales of self esteem, conformity, and bullying behavior. Data analysis technique of this research using multiple linier regression analysis. Results of this research are: (1) self esteem has a significant correlation towards bullying behavior with a negative correlation, can be seen from the significance value 0,000 and regression coefficientt -0,526, (2) conformity has a significance correlation towards bullying behavior with a positive  correlation that is shown from the significance value 0,003 and regression coefficientt 0,321, (3) Rsquare value 0,301 means that 30,1% variations on bullying behavior is influenced of self esteem and conformity, the other variable that has a value of 69,9% is caused of other variable that is not measured in this research. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Hubungan antara harga diri dengan perilaku bullying, (2) Hubungan antara konformitas dengan perilaku bullying, (3) Hubungan antara harga diri dan konformitas dengan perilaku bullying. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Subjek pada penelitian ini ialah 86 siswa kelas VIII SMP Barunawati Surabaya yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampel populasi. Data skala harga diri, skala konformitas dan skala perilaku bullying diperoleh menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) harga diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan yang negatif, dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan koefisien regresi -0,526. (2) konformitas memiliki hubungan yang signifiksn dengan perilaku bullying dengan arah hubungan  positif yang dapat dilihat dari signifikansi sebesar 0,003 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,321. (3) nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,301 artinya sebesar 30,1% variasi pada perilaku bullying dipengaruhi oleh harga diri dan konformitas, sisanya sebesar 69,9% disebabkan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of regional levies and regional taxes simultaneously and partially on the value of local revenue in Badung Regency in the period 2008-2018. The sample of this research is Regional Retribution data, Local Tax and Local Revenue data in Badung Regency for the period 2008-2018. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample method, namely the method of determining the sample with the entire population used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that regional levies, and regional taxes simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on the Original Local Revenues in Badung Regency. These results give the sense that, increasing revenue from taxes and levies will lead to an increase in local revenue that will be received by the government of Badung Regency. The struggle of women to actualize themselves in the political arena is very difficult since the situation that always accompanies is even an obstacle for them to move freely. Meanwhile, political reform which occurred in Indonesia has certainly given great opportunity to women to participate. In this study, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is using interactive model analysis. The results of the research are vote casting the most basic of political participation which women are already involved in general election to vote for governor of East Kalimantan. They have realized that their vote determines the future of their region. For this the simplest form of political participation, most of the women in East Kalimantan have performed their right.The role of the participation of women activists is important in inviting women in East Kalimantan to participate in general elections. To increase activist women's participation is not only the responsibility of one party. Political education for women needs to be held more widely, not only for certain groups. Efforts to increase women's participation in politics certainly need systemic collaboration from various parties from the government, political parties, and community organizations.

This study aims to analyze how ICT can change the mechanism of public service innovation and see the success indicators, with an empirical study on the Among Warga application in Batu City. Basically, ICT is a technology that can help reduce government performance, thus making a demand for the dynamics of public service delivery at the regional level. The method used in this research is a qualitative paragraph with a descriptive model in which the researcher looks for key informants or data sources based on facts in the field, and is supported by literature studies.. Referring to the results of the data that have been processed, the researchers found research results that show that the Among Warga application is an online-based complaint service facility which is shown for the people of Batu City in submitting public complaints such as infrastructure damage, fallen trees and natural disasters. However, the Among Warga application's journey has stopped for only one year since it was created in 2017. Meanwhile, the Batu City government is not ready to take advantage of ICT, this is due to the absence of innovative organizational capacity and transformational leadership. Therefore, in this study the authors would like to provide advice to government organizations in building ICT-based innovation concepts, the government is not a single actor, but requires cooperation with the private sector and participation from the community as an indicator..

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ialah bagaimana Sistem  dan Prosedur Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah di Kota Bitung sudah dilaksanakan sesuai Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor  13  tahun  2006  tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah sebagaimana yang telah diubah dengan Permendagri No. 59 Tahun2007 dan Permendagri No. 21 Tahun 2011 tentang perubahan kedua atas permendagri no 13 Tahun 2006. Bagaimana hambatan  pelaksanaan Sistem dan Prosedur Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah di Kota Bitung. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Data yang dikumpulkan selanjutnya diolah dan kemudian dianalisis secara Deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis data komparatif. Hasil penelitian  Sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan keuangan daerah pada Pemerintah Kota Bitung, khususnya penatausahaan penerimaan, penatausahaan pengeluaran dan penatausahaan pertanggungjawaban, dokumen-dokumen yang digunakan serta batas waktu pengajuan SPP, penerbitan SPM, penerbitan SP2D, penolakan penerbitan SPM, penolakan penerbitan SP2D serta penyampaian laporan pertanggungjawaban (SPJ) dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bitung. Sistem dan prosedur penatausahaan pengeluaran tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 sebagaimana yang telah diubah dengan Permendagri No. 59 Tahun 2007 belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan pada Pemerintah Kota Bitung. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang penatausahaan pengeluaran yaitu prosedur, dokumen yang digunakan dan batas waktu penerbitan SPM, dan SP2D oleh Pejabat Pengelola Keuangan, mengakibatkan proses penerbitan SP2D terlambat sehingga memperlambat juga proses pencairan dana. Kata Kunci : Sistem  dan Prosedur Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah ABSTRACT The research objective is how the Regional Financial Management System and Procedure in Bitung City has been carried out in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 of 2006 concerning Guidelines for Regional Financial Management as amended by Permendagri No. 59 of 2007 and Permendagri No. 21 of 2011 concerning the second amendment to Permendagri no 13 of 2006. What are the obstacles to the implementation of the Regional Financial Management System and Procedure in Bitung City. The analysis technique used is the data collected then processed and then analyzed descriptively using comparative data analysis. The results of the research system and procedures for regional financial management in the Bitung City Government, especially administration of revenues, administration of expenses and administration of accountability, documents used and deadlines for submission of SPP, issuance of SPM, issuance of SP2D, rejection of SPM issuance, refusal of SP2D issuance and submission of reports accountability (SPJ) carried out by the Government of the City of Bitung. The system and procedures for expenditure administration are not in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 13 of 2006 as amended by Permendagri No. 59 of 2007 has not been fully implemented in the City Government of Bitung. Lack of knowledge and understanding of expenditure administration, namely procedures, documents used and the deadline for issuing SPM, and SP2D by Financial Management Officers, resulted in the issuance process of SP2D being too late, thus slowing down the process of disbursement of funds. Keywords: Regional Financial Management System and Procedure

This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was conducted on 100 respondents spread across the Solo Raya area, namely Solo, Sukoharjo, Karanganyar, Sragen, Wonogiri, Klaten and Boyolali. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, data collection methods by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate a simultaneous and significant effect of product quality, service and brand image on consumer interest in PO. Rosalia Indah with a value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (90.065 ≥ 2.70) and a significance of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Partially product quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest with ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 4.311) on product quality and ttable value ≤ tcount (1.984 ≤ 2.576) on brand image, while for service variables, ttable value ≤ tcount ( 1,984 ≥ 1,094) and a significance value of 0.277 ≥ 0.05 so that the service variable does not have a positive effect on consumer interest in PO. ABSTRACT e-Governement in Indonesia is a must this time. Good E-Governments certainly have the ability to provide good information to the public and fulfill aspects of confidentiality, integrity and availability, Kediri in East Java is one of the government that use e-Government. To measure these three aspects the system must be measured. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) is an application that is used as a tool to analyze and evaluate the level of readiness (completeness and maturity) for implementing information security in an organization in accordance with SNI ISO / IEC 27001 criteria. Government of Kediri the score for the electronic system category was 20, for the governance assessment the score was 75, risk management score 18, the information security framework was 58, asset management 74, and the application of security and information technology had a value of 83, and the results measurement says the City Government of Kediri needs to improve the system management.<br />Keywords: Index, KAMI , Security, Information Technology<br />ABSTRAK Penerapan e-Governement dalam tata kelola Pemerintahan di Indonesia saat ini merupakan sebuah keharusan. E-Governement yang baik tentu memiliki kemampuan untuk memberikan Informasi yang baik kepada masyarakat dan memenuhi aspek kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability), Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kediri adalah salah lembaga pemerintah yang menggunakan e-Government. Untuk mengukur ketiga aspek tersebut sistem haruslah diukur. Indeks KAMI (Keamanan Informasi) merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk menganalisa dan mengevalusi tingkat kesiapan (kelengkapan dan kematangan) penerapan keamanan informasi di sebuah organisasi sesuai dengan kriteria pada SNI ISO/IEC 27001. Untuk Pemkot Kediri didapatkan skor kategori sistem elektronik (SE) adalah 20, untuk penilaian tata kelola skornya adalah 75, pengelolaan resiko skornya 18, kerangka kerja keamanan informasi nilainya 58, pengelolaan asset 74, dan penerapan teknologi keamanan dan informasi memiliki nilai 83, dan hasil pengukuran menyebutkan Pemkot Kediri perlu meningkatkan system pengelolaan system yang dimiliki.<br />Kata Kunci : indeks, KAMI, keamanan, teknologi informas
