The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.

It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. This study aims to determine the sound errors that researchers witnessed in Luqman al-Hakim Surabya school students. This study uses descriptive and qualitative methods for field research. The source of the data consists of primary data (samples of class II A students) and secondary data found from references related to research. While the method for collecting research data is using observation and interviews. After conducting research at the Luqman Al-Hakim School in Surabaya, the researcher found a sound error, namely the mention of letters that are similar to Tatwiriyah errors and errors in the mention of sounds in Arabic that are not found in Indonesian, namely the Prayer of Blessing. the cause of errors in the mention of the sound of Arabic in class II A students at Luqman Al-Hakim Surabaya School is ignorance and lack of application of rules in terms of sound also because of the influence of mother tongue, namely Indonesian.It is unthinkable that errors in the pronunciation of Arabic voices can hinder understanding and lead to ambiguity and ambiguity in meaning. The purpose of this study is to explore how is the mediation process in the Sragen District Court ta in Sharia economic disputes. It also seeks to determine the suitability of the mediation process in terms of the Maslahah Mursalah. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. The data source of this study consists of primary data and secondary data. The location of this study is in Sragen District Court. Data collection techniques in this study were using documentation and interviews. This study shows that the mediation process in Islamic economic disputes is not much different from other disputes. This research also reveals that there is a non-compliance with the existing regulations, i.e that peace which is carried out by the parties occurs outside the court and there is no Peace Act. Based on this, it will lead to a different legal effect

ABSTRACT This study influence of tax evasion and the interaction with the tax authorities on the tax compliance of taxpayers. The population in this study is the individual taxpayer (WPOP) in Bogor district. Sampling was done by the method of proportional sampling. The number of samples is determined 200. Primary data collection method used was by questionnaire (questioner). Data analysis tool used in this study is SEM with Lisrel 8:54. Results show that, the factors that significantly affect tax evasion on Tax compliance, interaction with the tax authorities Taxpayer significant effect on Tax compliance. Factors tax authorities of tax evasion and interaction with taxpayers collectively significant effect on tax compliance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor penggelapan pajak dan interaksi fiskus dengan wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP) yang ada di kabupaten Bogor. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional sampling. Jumlah sampel ditentukan 200 orang. Metode pengumpulan data primer yang dipakai adalah dengan metode kuesioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling dengan Lisrel 8.54. Hasil analis menunjukkan faktor penggelapan pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak, interkasi fiskus dengan wajib pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan pajak. Tourism is the fastest growing foreign exchange earning subsector and the increase is almost happening in all regions, Merangin regency has a great potential in tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of visitors or tourists, identify factors that affect the interest of tourists to visit again, and how important is the participation of the community around the tourism object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 35 people. The sampling method used is convenient random sampling. The data analysis tool used is quantitative with multiple liner analysis used Eviews 9 software. Merangin garden tourist characteristics in Merangin district are known that the average age of the visitors is 39. The sex of visitors or tourists is male, education is high school / equivalent, the number of dependents of visitors is 4 people where visitors live are Merangin and surrounding communities. The distance between visitors to the Merangin Garden attraction is 30 km on average.

Contextual Meaning

The Rationality in interpretation that tends to be disputed can be used as an instrument to provide the contextual meaning of the Qur’an. Rationality equipped by science can actualize meanings that are more relevant to the development of society. The actual meaning has an impact on easier understanding for the community. This study aims to reveal the function of rationality in contextual interpretation without having to be fixated on the significance of a verse. This study uses primary data sources from Terjemah dan Tafsir al-Qur’an bahasa Arab dan Latin by Bachtiar Surin. This interpretation is used, aside from being abandoned by many researchers, it is also used as another way to actualizing meaning. This study uses a qualitative method with content analysis as a data analysis tool. This study finds the significance of rationality in interpretation through the inseparable relationship of reason with the Qur'an. Intellect as a gift from God can be used to explain God's language. In its application, Rationality can provide contextual meaning in two forms. First, the actualization of meaning with terms that are relevant to a modern context. Second, rationality functions as scientific reasoning to provide factual evidence for the meaning of the Qur'an. The actualizing of the Qur'an meaning can be achieved by rationality so that the contextual device in interpretation does not only emphasize significant meaning on the verse. Rasionalitas dalam penafsiran yang cenderung diperselisihkan dapat dijadikan sarana untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap al-Qur’an secara kontekstual. Rasionalitas yang dilengkapi oleh ilmu pengetahuan dapat mereaktualisasi makna yang lebih relevan dengan perkembangan masyarakat. Pemaknaan secara aktual berdampak pada pemahaman yang lebih mudah kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan fungsi rasionalitas dalam penafsiran kontekstual tanpa harus terpaku dengan signifikansi pesan yang terkandung dalam sebuah ayat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dari Terjemah dan Tafsir al-Qur’an bahasa Arab dan Latin karya Bachtiar Surin. Tafsir ini digunakan, selain ditinggalkan oleh banyak peneliti juga didasarkan pada penggunaan cara lain dalam mengaktualisasi makna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan content analysis sebagai perangkat analisa data. Penelitian ini menemukan signifikansi rasionalitas dalam penafsiran melalui hubungan akal dengan al-Qur’an yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Akal sebagai anugerah Tuhan dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan bahasa Tuhan. Dalam aplikasinya, akal dapat memberikan penafsiran secara kontekstual dalam dua bentuk. Pertama, reaktualisasi makna dengan istilah yang relevan dengan keilmuan modern. Kedua, rasionalitas berfungsi sebagai penalaran ilmiah dengan bentuk memberikan bukti faktual atas kebenaran kandungan makna al-Qur’an. Keberhasilan rasionalitas dalam mereaktualisasi makna dengan dua bentuk tersebut membuktikan bahwa penafsiran kontekstual dapat ditempuh dengan menggunakan rasionalitas yang bersifat subjektif, sehingga perangkat kontektulitas dalam penafsiran tidak hanya menekankan pada penemuan pesan makna sesuai dengan penggunaannya di masa al-Qur’an turun.

<p>This study aims to examine the quality of teller service which consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy of member satisfaction by saving at Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires' distribution to BMT members. The data used are primary data which are distributed through questionnaires to BMT members. This study used 100 members of the BMT Polidana as a sample. The data analysis tool used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21. The results showed that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness and assurance had a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana State Polytechnic Semarang while empathy (empathy) does not have a significant effect on member satisfaction in saving at BMT Polidana Semarang State Polytechnic</p>

ABSTRACT   In Bengkulu Province, especially at Lebong Regency is one of the regions which has various potentials that support the national economy, both agriculture, plantation, fisheries, livestock and forestry potential. In agriculture, it is an area that suitable for developing various types of horticultural crops such as gerga oranges, because it is supported by loose and fertile soil conditions and also supported by altitudes ranging from 800-1000 masl. One of the gerga oranges producing areas in Lebong Regency is Rimbo Pengadang Village, Rimbo Pengadang District. Gerga oranges cultivation run by farmers is in accordance with the existing production factors, with the hope that they will get a profitable revenue for their families. This study aims to determine the revenue of oranges farming in Rimbo Pengadang Village, to determine the effect of land area, age, education, and number of family dependents on oranges farming revenue in Rimbo Pengadang Village and to know the development of gerga culture in Rimbo Pengadang Village in the last 5 years. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis tool used PD = TR - TC, where: Pd = Agricultural revenue (Rp / Ut). TR = Total revenue (Rp / Ut) and TC = Total cost (Rp / Ut). The method used to determine the efficiency of sawn oranges farming used in the formula: R / C Ratio. To examine the factors that influence agricultural revenue, multiple linear analysis was used, with the following formula: From the results of the study, it is known that the average revenue of the orange saw farming business is Rp. 59.759.158,52  per year / UT. With an average revenue of Rp. 80.425.000 per year / UT. For Gerga oranges farming activities, the average cost is Rp. 20.665.841,48 per year / UT. And it found that of the 4 independent variables tested, the land area has a significant effect on revenue with t table> t count, amounting to 2,394. Meanwhile, if the F test carried out together, then the fcount <ftabel was obtained, then Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. Means together with independent veriabel there was no significant effect on the dependent variable in the revenue case. Keywords; Farmer Business,  Gerga oranges, Rimbo Pengadang

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan pengalaman terhadap produktivitas jamu pada masyarakat Argomulyo di tengah pandemi. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif. Populasi dari penelitian adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Argomulyo. Sampel sejumlah 35 pedagang jamu tradisional dengan pengambilan sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dihasilkan dari penelitian lapangan. Data dikumpulkan lewat angket dan proses pengamatan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, motivasi memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Kedua, displin memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Ketiga, pengalaman memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas.  Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, the discipline and experience on the productivity of herbal medicine in the Argomulyo community during a pandemic. This research is of an explanative type. The population of this research is the people in Argomulyo Village. The sample was 35 traditional herbal medicine traders with a purposive sampling technique. The data used are primary data generated from field research. Data were collected through questionnaires and observation processes. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, motivation has a significant effect on productivity. Second, the discipline has a significant effect on productivity. The three, experiences have a significant influence on productivity.

Small and medium enterprises are one of the leading drivers in the world economic development. Small and medium enterprises are one of the fields in absorption very significant workforce. At this time is a period of globalization where competition is getting tougher, many companies will go bankrupt or out of business if the company does not prepare the company inside current competition. The goal to be achieved is to increase market orientation and product innovation towards competitive advantage in the Gedong Weaving Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the City of Bima. The data used is primary data. Research sample amounting to 90 respondents. The data analysis tool in this study uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Market orientation positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in UMKM Weaving Gedogan in Bima City, product orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in Gedogan Weaving Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Bima City and there are the positive and significant influence of market orientation and product innovation has been reduced Competitive advantage in UMKM Weaving in Bima City. So that it is higher market orientation is carried out, and the higher the level of product innovation, then Increasing competitive advantage in Gedogan Weaving Small and medium enterprises (UMKM)  in Bima City.Keywords: Market Orientation, Product Innovation, Competitive Advantage

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational justice and religiosity on employee fraud mediated by whistleblowing intention. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees who work in Islamic banks in the DKI Jakarta area. Sampling was done using the purposive sampling method. This study used sample of 71 respondents. The data analysis method that used as Partial Least Square (PLS)-SEM with the help of data analysis tool SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that religiosity shows significant effect on whistleblowing intentions. Organizational justice unable to contribute significantly to whistleblowing intention. Whistleblowing intention have a significant effect on employee fraud. Organizational justice and religiosity unable to contribute significantly to the employee fraud. Furthermore, religiosity significantly influence on employee fraud through whistleblowing intentions. Organizational justice unable to contribute significantly to employee fraud through whistleblowing intentions
