The purpose of this research to analyze the effect of financial literacy, risk, investment psychology, and social media on the investment interest of the people of Jakarta in Islamic stocks. The sample used in this study uses one hundred people who will represent the entire population. Data collection in this study was carried out using a questionnaire distributed by the purposive sampling technique. The statistical methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, validity and reliability, and hypotheses using SPSS Statistics 23 application as a data processor. The results of this study are the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks. However, in a partial test, only financial literacy, risk, and investment psychology factors have a significant influence on interest in investing in Islamic stocks, while social media factors do not have a significant influence on interest in investing in Islamic stocks.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, risiko, psikologi investasi, dan media sosial terhadap minat berinvestasi masyarakat Jakarta pada saham syariah. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah seratus orang yang mewakili seluruh populasi. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, validitas dan reliabilitas, serta hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa aplikasi SPSS Statistics 23 sebagai pengolah data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersamaan terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah. Akan tetapi pada pengujian secara parsial, hanya faktor literasi keuangan, risiko, dan psikologi investasi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah, sedangkan faktor media sosial tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi saham syariah.

In the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, many companies are using social medias as one of their promotional tools, especially Instagram. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of Instagram advertising and consumer perception on purchase intention in local building material stores. As this research is using a quantitative approach, the data are collected using questionnaires. The population of this research is the customers who have done several purchases and have followed the stores’ Instagram accounts. Out of the whole population, a number 100 respondents are selected through a purposive sampling technique. The collected data are processed using a SmartPLS program, with the results of no significant influence between Instagram advertising and purchase intention. However, the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on purchase intention through customer perception as the Instagram advertising has a significant influence on customer perception. Therefore, customer perception acts as the intervening variable in this research.

In carrying out its role as a family planning instructor, the duties and functions of family planning instructors are also influenced by the people around them who can support their performance and hinder their performance. Family planning extension workers often interact with the community as program targets, either directly or indirectly. This research is intended to see how much influence the social environment has on the performance of family planning instructors. The research method used is quantitative. The data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for its validity and reliability. The population in this study were the Palembang and Prabumulih family planning instructors with a sample of 30 people and were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the social environment has a significant and positive influence on the performance of the extension workers by 75 percent. This means that the better the social environment, the better the performance of the family planning instructors.

The aim of this reserch is to find out how much the level of financial literacy in Universitas Putera Batam students and to find out whether or not the influence of the level of financial literacy and promotion strategies through social media to the interest of using technology financial products. The type of this research is a quantitative research using probability random sampling technique, the respondents are the students of accounting, management, others study program. The data collection in this study used a questionnaire method with a Likert scale model and distributed to 100 respondents. In this study the data analysis that used is descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0.The results of this study showed that (1) the level of financial literacy in the fourth student of the study program belongs to the category of sufficient literate or is still fairly categorized with a percentage of 81.12 percent. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy variables on the interest in using technology financial products. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of promotional strategies through social media on the interest in using technology financial products. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy variables and promotion strategies through social media on the interest in using technology financial products. This illustrates that the interest of students of Universitas Putera Batam to use financial technology products is very satisfying category. The purpose of the study was to investigate mismanagement of county resources in Trans Nzoia County. The objective of the study is to determine the causes of mismanagement of resources for service delivery in Trans Nzoia County, establish the effects of redundancy in growth and development in county government on service delivery. Organization and management theory (Fredrick Taylor, 1961), was applied by researcher. The theory states that resources are to be managed effectively and efficiently. The researcher employed mixed research method that included qualitative and quantitative methods that led to triangulation design. The target population was 3000 people which gave a sample size of 900 people after the application of Greg and Morgan 1979 formula. The researcher employed purposive sampling technique and simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by use of questionnaires and document analysis. The researcher also applied purposive sampling technique where data was collected from the people who had knowledge on what the researcher was conducting the study on. The researcher conducted a pre test and a post test of the research instruments to establish the validity and reliability of the instrument in the collection of data. Data was collected using questionnaires and document analysis. The findings indicated that the county resources were not well utilized and recommended that the people to handle finances should have the right qualifications and experiences.

Abstract This study aims to describe purchasing decisions and word of mouth communication and the influence between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative with causal associative methods. The population in this study were all consumers who had made a purchase at the Pizza Hut of Padang City where the amount was unknown. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the researcher focused the sample of consumers who bought Pizza Hut in Padang City. Collecting data using a questionnaire based on the Likert Scale that tested its validity and reliability. F count is 35,111 with sig. 0,000 <0,05, the word of mouth communication variable has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.. Keywords: Purchasing Decision, Word of Mouth Communication

This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) direct influence of promotion via social media on eWOM at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (2) direct influence of promotion via social media on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (3) direct influence of eWOM to repurchase intention on RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu. Type of research is quantitative. The population consists of people who have been exposed information about RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais  in social media, and had visited RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais or become followers @radjapenyetmasfais instagram. Sampling technique is purposive sampling, with total sample of 100 respondents. Data collecting method using online and offline questionnaires that have been tested for their validity and reliability. The analytical method using path analysis. The results show that: (1) there is direct influence of promotion via social media on eWOM at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (2) there is direct influence of promotion via social media on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu, (3) there is no direct influence of eWOM on repurchase intention at RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais in Palu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa: (1) Pengaruh langsung promosi melalui media sosial terhadap eWOM di RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu, (2) Pengaruh langsung promosi melalui media sosial terhadap repurchase intention RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu, (3) Pengaruh langsung eWOM terhadap repurchase intention di RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat umum yang pernah terpapar informasi mengenai RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di media sosial, dan sudah pernah bersantap di RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais atau yang menjadi followers akun instagram @radjapenyetmasfais. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan offline yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung promosi melalui media sosial terhadap eWOM pada RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu, (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung promosi melalui media sosial terhadap repurchase intention pada RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu, (3) Tidak Terdapat pengaruh langsung eWOM terhadap repurchase intention pada RM Radja Penyet Mas Fais di Kota Palu.

Abstrak — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Bogor.      Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriftif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 86 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 item pertanyaan yang dinilai dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik meliputi koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian parsial dapat disampaikan sebagai berikut : (1) Pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, yaitu 4,917 > 2,025 (nilai koefisien regresi 0,572 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000),  maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. (2) Pengaruh kualitas layanan (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh nilai thitung  lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, yaitu 2,675> 2,025 (nilai koefisien regresi 0,324 dan nilai signifikansi 0.009), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk.  (3) Pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas layanan  (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh Fhitung = 49,573 > F tabel 3,109 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi dengan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,550 maka dapat diartikan bahwa 50,5% kualitas produk dan layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Bogor. This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality on purchasing decisions on savings products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor branch. The method used is a survey method using descriptive analysis techniques and verification. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique of 86 respondents. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire of 30 question items which were assessed with a Likert scale of 1-5 and tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis includes correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test. Based on the results of partial testing can be conveyed as follows: (1) The effect of product quality (X1) on product purchasing decisions obtained tcount value greater than ttable , ie 4.917> 2.025 (regression coefficient 0.572 and significance value 0.000), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the product quality variable partially has a positive and significant influence on product purchasing decisions. (2) The effect of service quality (X2) on product purchase decisions obtained tcount greater than ttable, ie 2.675> 2.025 (regression coefficient value 0.324 and significance value 0.009), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on product purchasing decisions. (3) Effect of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on product purchasing decisions obtained Fcount = 49.573> F table 3.109 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the influence of product quality and service quality simultaneously significantly influences the decision product purchase. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an adjusted R Square value of 0.550 can be interpreted that 50.5% of the quality of products and services influence the decision to purchase savings products at the Bogor branch of Syariah Bank Mandiri.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesadaran logo halal dan iklan media sosial Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kosmetik.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen wanita yang menggunakan kosmetik Wardah di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran logo halal, dan iklan media sosial Instagram berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial maupun silmultan terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Kehalalan dapat menjadi branding yang semakin kuat, jika didukung dengan promosi melalui media sosial, yang mampu menjangkau segmentasi pasar yang lebih luas terhadap produk lokal.   ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Awareness of the Halal Logo and Instagram Social Media Ads on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. This type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is female consumers who use Wardah cosmetics in Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. The data was obtained from a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of this study explain that Awareness of the Halal Logo, and Instagram Social Media Ads significantly influence Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneous testing results showed that Halal Logo Awareness and Instagram Social Media Ads had a significant effect on Wardah Cosmetics Purchasing Decisions.

The purpose of the research is to determine the effect of the promotion mix, service quality, and company image toward satisfaction of Al-Shahba Malang pilgrims through the pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable. Population of this research is based on consumer who choosing and using Al-Shahba Malang’s umrah package in 2016-2018 as many 276 people. Sample used in this research covers 163 consumer using purposive sampling technique. In this research, the data collection techniques is by questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentations. The data gained from questionnaires was analyzed by using instrument test, path analysis, hypoteshis testing and the coefficient of determination with SPSS 21.0 version. The research proves that the three independent variables : promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image, has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ trust. The promotion mix, service quality, and corporate image has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. The pilgrims’ trust has a positive and significant influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction. And the promotion mix, service quality, corporate image has a positive and significant indirect influence on the pilgrims’ satisfaction through pilgrims’ trust as an intervening variable.
