Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya, baik sumber daya manusia seperti kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan wali murid, maupun non manusia yang meliputi pemerintahan dan kurikulum dalam pengaruh peningkatan mutu pembelajaran kelas IX di SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar, guru kelas IX, siswa kelas IX, dan orang tua atau wali siswa kelas IX. Dalam penelitian ini prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara observasi serta wawancara.Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan smartphone sebagai alat perekam dan dokumentasi. Dari data hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa aspek-aspek yang berpengaruh dalam peningkatan mutu kelas IX pada masa pandemi COVID-19 dibagi menjadi lima aspek, yaitu dukungan pemerintah, kepala sekolah yang efektif, kinerja guru, kurikulum, serta dukungan dari wali siswa yang dari keseluruhan aspek saling bekerja sama. AbstractThis research aims to find out the management and utilization of resources, both human resources such as principals, teachers, students, and students’ parents, as well as non-human who include government, and curriculum in the influence of improving the quality of learning grade IX in SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach type. The subjects in this research are the principal of SMP Negeri 2 Nglipar, grade IX teachers, grade IX students, and parents or guardians of grade IX students. In this research, the data collection procedure used is by observation and interview. Research instruments in this research are researchers (human instruments), observation sheets, interview sheets, and smartphones as recorders and documentation. From the data of the research, it was concluded that the aspects that influenced the quality improvement of grade 9 during the COVID-19 pandemic were divided into five aspects, namely government support, effective principal, teacher performance, curriculum, and support of parents with all aspect cooperate with each other.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peningkatan Mutu Sekolah TK Melalui akreditasi se-kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif peningkatan mutu sekolah melalui akreditasi di kecamatan Pucuk Rantau Pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan khususnya Pendidikan bagi anak usia dini perlu dilaksanakan dan dibenahi secara sungguh-sungguh. Sebab secara umum berdasarkan dari seluruh standar penilaian TK di Kecamatan Pucuk Rantau  belum begitu baik. Hal Ini terlihat dari berbagai hambatan seperti Kegiatan akreditasi yang dilakukan belum dipahami secara penuh oleh seluruh TK yang ada di kecamatan. Sosialisasi yang masih kurang sehingga berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan kepada anak didik. Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana yang ada serta keterbatasan pengetahuan administrasi di sekolah menjadikan hasil akreditasi tidak sesuai dengan harapan. Masih terbatasnya biaya operasional sekolah sehingga gerak percepatan perubahan akreditasi juga lambat. Oleh sebab itu seluruh aspek harus diberdayakan  baik sumber daya manusia maupun sumber daya lainnya yang merupakan kunci utama dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan kualitas pendidikan.      Kata kunci : Mutu Sekolah, Akreditasi Abstract This study aims to determine the quality improvement of kindergarten schools through accreditation in the Pucuk Rantau district of Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the results of research conducted through descriptive methods with a qualitative approach to improving the quality of schools through accreditation in Pucuk Rantau subdistrict Management of educational institutions, especially education for early childhood needs to be implemented and addressed in earnest. Because in general, based on all the standards for the assessment of kindergarten in Pucuk Rantau District, it has not been so good. This can be seen from various obstacles such as the accreditation activities carried out not yet fully understood by all kindergartens in the sub-district. Inadequate socialization that has an impact on the quality of service to students. The limitations of existing facilities and infrastructure and limited administrative knowledge in schools make the accreditation results not in line with expectations. The limited operational costs of the school so that the acceleration of changes in accreditation is also slow. Therefore all aspects must be empowered both human resources and other resources which are the main keys in improving and developing the quality of education. Keyword: School Quality, Accreditation

Quality human resources will affect the quality of an Islamic educational institution. One of the influential human resources in the development of Islamic educational institutions is the teacher. The principal as the leader of an educational institution is tasked with conducting an assessment of teacher performance. This article aims to explain the importance of teacher performance supervision activities in Islamic education institutions and how the results of teacher performance supervision in developing Islamic education institutions. This research is included in the research with a qualitative approach. It was concluded that the results of supervision of teacher performance are very important in an Islamic educational institution, and the results of supervision of teacher performance can develop the quality of Islamic education institutions.

This study was motivated by a phenomenon that appears in madrasa, namely: 1) the low quality of graduates, in MAN 1 with an average result of UAN 58.5 and MAN 2 57.8 from a maximum score of 100; 2) inconsistency in planning, implementing, evaluating programs to improve quality. The purpose of this study was to identify: work programs, program implementation, evaluation of program implementation, program impacts, and supporting factors inhibiting the improvement of the quality of madrasa. The approach of this study was qualitative-naturalistic, with a descriptive research type. This research method was a case study, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used the interactive Miles model. The results of this study showed: evaluation of quality improvement which is carried out through an evaluation of needs assessment, assessment of input, assessment of processes and assessment of results.

In this study, one important thing will be discussed, namely about what is performance, its services, especially for the state civil apparatus (ASN). Since personnel are so important from both the employee and organizational point of view, an efficient evaluation orders related evaluations to the organization. The main objective of this research is to assess the importance of evaluating the performance of the civil service to increase public efficiency as a special type of human capital. This concludes with the steps necessary to ensure the efficient use of the capacity of the civil service of the state. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method to explain the performance of the State Civil Apparatus as a development of the quality of human resources.

Abstract This study intends to explain the portrait of educational institutions fostered by Muslimat Education Foundation (YPM) NU in Kediri Regency, and try to describe the effectiveness of Muslimat NU in Kediri Regency in improving quality. This study seeks to describe in depth the problems in accordance with the data obtained in the field and on the interpretation of researchers. Muslimat NU is one of the organizations of many organizations in the community. Muslimat NU is a community organization and is an autonomous body of Nahdlatul Ulama whose task is helping to implement policies on women members. Among YPM's work programs in order to improve the quality of education in the district of Kediri are improving the quality of Al-Qur'an Kindergarten and play group, including on managerial aspects, facilities and infrastructure, administration, curriculum and Human Resources (teachers, managers and employees). This study aims to find out the strategies implemented by the principal in order to improve the quality of tahfizh education in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga. This study is a field study with a qualitative approach. The location of this study is in SD PTQ Annida Salatiga, Central Java. Data collection techniques are through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study include the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are 3 aspects that are targeted from improving the quality of tahfizh education. First, the improvement of the quality of human resources in this case is reserved for teachers who support the tahfizh program. This improvement in the quality of human resources is implemented through teacher self-training, learning supervision, lesson study and peer assessment, as well as the construction of recitations. Second, the implementation of standard operating procedures (POS) implemented by tahfizh teachers in teaching. Third, improve communication and good cooperation with parents.

This research provides strategic implications for benchmarking institutions in order to meet the complexities of the demands of the community in Islamic boarding schools to equalize those of high schools outside the pesantren. The study was to uncover the concept of quality improvement, the supporting and the inhibiting factors within the quality improve and the quality improvement in the early childhood mentoring institutions/kindergarten. The study was a qualitative research. The subjects in the study were kindergarten principals, kindergarten teachers and parents. The data were gathered by means of observation, interview and documentation. For the data analysis, the researcher selected the qualitative descriptive data analysis method. The results of the study were as follows. First, the concept of educational quality improvement in the early childhood mentoring institutions/ kindergarten has been improveed from the vision, the mission and the objectives and the concept includes the aspects of planning, process and output which has synergy from one to another. The planning has been formulated in the curriculum, the syllabus and the daily activity plan. Second, the approach, the strategy and the technique of quality improvement has maximized the well-qualified schools’ resources, have been supported by the sufficient facilities and have been funded by the sufficient budget. Third, the supporting factors within the quality improvement of early childhood mentoring institutions/kindergarten have been the increasing awareness within the society toward the significance of early childhood mentoring institutions, the massive socialization conducted by the Office of Education through the provision of training programs in relation to the early childhood mentoring institution/kindergarten management and the human resources empowerment toward developing the quality of early childhood mentoring institutions. Fourth, the inhibiting factors within the quality improvement of early childhood mentoring institutions have been the lack of society care and participation, the less quality human resources that early childhood mentoring institutions have, the fund limitation, the facility limitation and the lack of program management effectiveness.Keywords: development, educational quality, kindergarten

Education is the foundation of a country's progress. In this case, education has a very important role to improve the quality of human resources to support and meet personal needs or even the needs of a country. Education will run well and structured if there is a directed education system. One of them in the education system is the curriculum as an implementer and reference in the movement of education. Indonesia itself currently uses the 2013 curriculum as its educational curriculum. The 2013 curriculum replaces the old curriculum, namely KTSP (Education Unit Level Curriculum) or the 2006 curriculum. It is necessary to analyze the 2013 curriculum in order to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the 2013 curriculum. Because the curriculum will continue to evolve with the times. This 2013 curriculum analysis uses a qualitative approach research method with interview and observation instruments to convey experiences. The results of this study are expected to be used as study material for students, schools, and academics.

The purpose of this research is to know the quality mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 when viewed from aspects of logical validity, empirical validity, reliability, difficulty, differentiation and distractor problems. This research is a descriptive research with two approaches that is qualitative approach and quantitative approach. Qualitative approach is used to find out the logical validity of the problem, while the quantitative approach is used to determine the empirical validity, reliability, difficulty level, distinguishing power and distractor problems. The results of this study indicate that the quality of items in terms of the analysis of logical validity about mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 there are 2 invalid questions, 7 questions have medium validity and 31 questions with high validity. The quality of empirical validity about mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 is 0.49 with interpretation of empirical validity is moderate. Quality of reliability about mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 is 0.63 with the interpretation of reliability is quite enough. Levels of difficulty about mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in padang at study year 2016/2017 of 40 problems there are: 6 problems are relatively easy, 30 questions are classified as moderate, 4 the problem is quite difficult. The different power of mathematics mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 from the 40 item is classified into; 14 items of the test have low power different, 13 items of the test have middle power different, 4 items test have high power different, and 9 items of the test have very good power different. From the distractor of mathematics mid term of math class VII SMP Negeri in Padang City academic year 2016/2017 can be as much 30% distraktor can't yet function and needs to be revised, because is still qualified bad and very bad, meanwhile 70% another distraktor can function.Keywords: validity, reliability, levels of difficulty, different power, distractor.
