Recently, numerous   web-based applications with attractive user interface, brand-new and advanced features, and friendly operation are rapidly developed and widely used, particularly in education context. This study aims to produce web-based learning media that are feasible for delivering materials of web programming subject. The course material of this subject is Hypertext Markup Language (HTML).This study is located at Manado State University, at the study program of information and communication technology. The method of this study employs the research and development model. The data were obtained by four questionnaires, including (1) the feasibility testing by the lecturer, (2) the media expert feasibility testing, (3) the materials expert feasibility testing, and (4) the students’ feasibility testing. Based on the experimental results, it can be stated that the developed web learning is considered useful. It can be concluded that the web-based learning media is feasible to be used and effectively improve the quality of learning.

This study aims at obtaining empirical data about student perceptions on the facilities of Indonesian web based learning at www.courses.web-bali.net developed by the Study Program of Educational Technology, School of Education, State University of Jakarta, and providing input to administrators and policy makers in its development. This study used survey methods of descriptive type. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to 36 students selected as samples of 2008 academic years students who used www.courses.web-bali.net in semester 091 for Management of Information System course. Based on the data and analysis the study concluded that the student perceptions of Web Based Learning is catagorized good.

The aim of this research is to develop web-based learning media using the blog and the feature of information and communication technology which is combined with discovery learning model to teach English lecture in non-English class in STKIP PGRI Trenggalek. The research design used is research and development invented by Borg and Gall which is modified with ASSURE method. The instrument used are interview and questionnaire. The collected data then be analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result of the development is a learning blog with 5 menus, they are Home, Site guide, Chapter, Forum dan Credit. Within the use of media, students will experience learning which utilizes discovery model namely 2W3L. The final product of this learning media has been validated by blog-basis media expert with the score of 83 which means the media is good and there is no revision, meanwhile, the expert of learning content gives 88.8 points which means the learning steps of discovery and the material are very good and no revision. This valid and proper media is also accepted by the students very well.

Internet-based educational facilities can be used as a means of delivering learning that relies on practical aspects and is easily accessible anywhere and anytime. In addition, this learning media enables distance learning or the delivery of information between lecturers and students. Western Bridal Make Up is a compulsory subject in an education program. This study aims to a) develop web-based learning media products on database materials for the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education at Universitas Negeri Padang through the process of developing media, b) obtain information about the feasibility of web-based learning media products on database materials used as support in database learning in the Department of Makeup and Beauty Education, Universitas Negeri Padang.This research uses alpha testing method (alpha testing). The research subjects in alpha testing were 2 media experts and 2 material experts, while the research subjects in beta testing were 20 students majoring in Makeup and Beauty Education, Padang State University. Data obtained by using test instruments to test the effectiveness and non-test instruments to test the validity and practicality in the research process. Based on the results of the developed learning media produces valid media in terms of media (design) with a value of 0.918 and valid from the material side with a value of 0.875 by media experts and material experts and from the practical side of the media developed has a practical level of practicality with a percentage of 95%, from the beta test obtained 100% very feasible. The implications of the application of this media can increase the use of instructional media as teaching material that is independent, mobile, and interactive by lecturers, thus helping lecturers in delivering learning material.

Abstract: The advancement of information and communication technology (ICT) has affected the educational practicesincluding instructional process. In Indonesia, ICT has been benefitted for instructional purposes, one of themis social net Facebook. This research aimed at revealing how facebook can be used to improve the students’ learningachievement in the course of Innovation and Deffusion in Education (IDE) at The Curriculum and EducationalTechnology Departement, School of Education, State University of Jakarta. The research was conducted in the EvenSemester of 2012 apllying survey method with all of IDE students as respondents. The data were collected andanalyzed focusing on instructional design, prosess, and evaluation. The research findings concluded that facebookcan facilitate learning to improve the students’ learning achievement. This research aims to determine the results of the development of web-based learning media for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) which is valid and practical. This learning media development model refers to the 4-D development model (Four D-Model). This research was conducted at Unismuh Makassar Junior High School with research subjects 30 students and 1 teacher Islamic Education. The instruments used were validation sheets, student activity, teacher response and students. The data collection techniques used observation sheet instruments and student and teacher response questionnaires. The analysis used is descriptive qualitative statistical analysis. Based on the results of research and development shows that the media developed after validation is declared valid and reasonable for testing. The results of testing practicality show that the web-based learning media is practical because it has fulfills the criteria with the results: 1) students' activities in learning are carried out as expected, 2) teachers give excellent responses and, 3) students provide good response to the learning media. So it can be concluded that in the development of learning media activities fulfill valid and practical criteria used in the learning process especially in PAI subjects in class VIII.

The use of technology in learning is essential for developing students' ICT literacy. However, the application of technology as a learning media remains limited. The purpose of this study is to develop a learning media to enhance students' ICT literacy. This research is conducted using a 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This learning media is developed based on ICT literacy indicators. The study participants are 33 of 10th-grade students at one of the public vocational schools in Jember, East Java. Data collection methods consist of validation sheets, tests, questionnaires, interviews, and observations.  The expert validation is used to validate the media, while the students' response questionnaire determines the practicality. The validity result shows that the media can be used to measure ICT literacy. Moreover, the practicality of media also shows that it can be easily applied. Furthermore, the effectiveness of learning media is obtained from the N-Gain average of test and ICT literacy questionnaire. The observation data also support the effectiveness of the media during the implementation. The result shows that the media confirmed to be effective as it can improve the students' ICT literacy. To sum up, the Schoology web-based learning media with GeoGebra is useful to improve ICT literacy on quadratic functions

Learning media is one of the things that can help the process of learning activities, but the media can also be a tool that does not support the smooth learning process, internet-based learning media is one of the infrastructures that can be used especially with today's era where everything is very easy to access. especially internet-based media which at this time have been widely used as learning materials or media that can support teaching skills for teachers or prospective teachers during the current COVID-19 pandemic, where teachers are required to be as creative as possible in providing media that will be used in teaching and learning activities. learning activities, the purpose of this research is to find out from the implementation of learning media in learning skills for students who are taking courses in Media and Learning Technology in which students especially prospective teachers must be able to adapt to the times with developments and technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative media, where this method is to determine the extent of student knowledge in implementing a learning media on teaching skills, for the presence of researchers in this study is as an observer who designs learning activities or actions taken together with the team. The research model is a member of the research team, namely the lecturer of Islamic Religious Education. The research was carried out at the State University of Jakarta during the even semester lectures for the 2020/2021 academic year from March to July 2021. The subjects of this research were students in the PAI study program. The focus of this research is to find out the implementation of the usefulness of learning media during the covid-19 pandemic in teaching skills.

Zidan Jaya Motor is a company that serves the sale and purchase of used motorcycles, from various brands and types of motorcycles. The problem that is often encountered is the ineffectiveness of sales services in terms of time and effort because they still use manual data collection in the company's parent book. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based used motorcycle sales application. This sales information system planning uses the SDLC (system development life cycle) development method with the PHP (hypertext markup language) programming language. This sales application makes it easy for Zidan Jaya Motor to manage goods data, sales reports, optimize services and maintain company data security. In this study “media” which has different meaning from basic media tools of communications industry such as named newspaper, journal, magazine and television broadcast as a printed and electronic media has defined for education. This definition basically has used to express in the field of computer-supported training and web-based distance education tools including today's developments in technology. This research study was conducted Istanbul University Hasan Ali Yucel Faculty of Education students who were pre-service teachers. The research was carried out in three stages. In the first stage; a computer-aided application which was prepared in game format had been selected to be use as training material. In the second phase has been investigated how it is understood by the target audience of these prepared course materials. Finally; to put forth candidate teachers' media literacy ability during their preparing phase of course material as well as preparing the assessment using qualitative and quantitative studies have been conducted. In the conclusion, the deficiencies have been revealed and presented suggestions for solutions.

The past decade has seen significant improvements in the design and development of information and communication technologies (ICT). The Internet, for instance, has become more efficient, more affordable and more accessible. While the availability of these technologies in classrooms has created new opportunities, it has at the same time presented new challenges for teachers. Teachers have to find innovative methods of implementing these technologies in lessons that are not only effective and efficient but also fair to both sexes.
