This study aims to determine what marketing strategy implemented by PT. Prudential Life Assurance Malang City Branch in marketing PRUlink Syariah Assurance Account. Selection of PT. Prudential Life Assurance Malang Branch as a place of research is based on developments on the world of insurance, and PT. Prudential Life Assurance Malang Branch is one of the fastest growing insurance companies. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative approach, that is researcher analyze data based on information obtained from interview result, observation, and other source. While for data analysis using qualitative analysis. From the results of this study can be concluded that the marketing strategy implemented by PT. Prudential Life Assurance Malang Branch On PRUlink Syariah Product Assurance Account is using internal marketing strategy that is strategy conducted by company related to the company itself and external marketing strategy that is indirect influence where is outside of power or control of marketer.

Tujuan dari peneliti ini yaitu untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (3) hasil pola bimbingan orang tua asuh dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif, pemilihan subjek dan informan dengan cara acak dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap enam orang anak asuh dan tiga orang tua asuh. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa anak sebelum memperoleh pengasuhan dari orang tua asuh di RPSAA memiliki karakteristik kecerdasan emosional rendah. Pola pengasuhan yang diterapkan di RPSAA kepada anak asuh adalah pola asuh demokratis. Sedangkan hasil pengasuhan dalam menumbuhkan kecerdasan emosional remaja di RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung menyimpulkan bahwa anak asuh usia remaja telah memiliki kecerdasan emosional yang cukup baik, yaitu terlihat dari bagaimana cara mereka mampu mengendalikan segala perasaan yang pada dirinya, meskipun ada remaja yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi aspek kecerdasan emosional.   The goal of these researchers is to figure out (1) characteristics of the emotional intelligence of teenagers in RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung; (2) foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in adolescents; (3) results foster parents guidance pattern in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung in teens. This research used the qualitative approach with descriptive research method, the selection of subjects and informants by means of random and data gathering techniques through observation, interview and documentation against six people and three foster care parents foster care. The research results obtained by researchers concluded that child before obtaining care of foster parents in RPSAA has the characteristic of low emotional intelligence. Parenting patterns are applied in the RPSAA to foster care parenting is democratic. While parenting results in fostering emotional intelligence RPSAA Ciumbuleuit Bandung teenager in concluding that foster care teens have had a pretty good emotional intelligence, that is visible from how they are able to control all the feelings on him, even though there are teenagers who do not yet fully meet aspects of emotional intelligence.

This final project is a study which analyzes translation techniques used in the translation of novel I am Number Four by Pittacus Lore. The translation techniques introduced by Molina and Albir (2002) is the theory I use in this study. The object of the study is to explain the techniques used by the translator in translating I am Number Four. This research is classified into descriptive research. It is the study in which I need to collect and analyze data to get conclusion. However, I also find out that it is essential to combine the qualitative approach with the quantitative one. The data are gained by reading novel, comparing the novel, identifying, classifying, counting, and conclusion. The result of the study shows that there are 12 techniques found in the data. They are, namely, adaptation, amplification, borrowing, calque, discursive creation, established equivalent, generalization, linguistic compression, literal, particularization, reduction, and transposition. The total data are 671 direct speeches of I am Number Four. The total techniques of the data found are 671. The percentage of each techniques are as follows: (1) borrowing occurs 132 times and represents 19.7%, (2) literal occurs 119 times and represents 17.73%, (3) generalization occurs 97 times and represents 14.46%, (4) established equivalent occurs 94 times and represents 14.01%, (5) amplification occurs 76 times and represents 11.3%, (6) particularization occurs 52 times and represents 7.75%, (7) linguistic compression occurs 43 times and represents 6.41%, (8) reduction occurs 35 times and represents 5.22%, (9) transposition occurs 12 times and represents 1.79%, (10) adaptation occurs 5 times and represents 0.74%, (11) calque occurs 3 data and represents 0.45%, (12) discursive creation occurs 3 times and represents 0.45%. Finally, the conclusions above lead me to provide the following suggestions. First, for translator: it is important to explore different translation techniques to make the translated text clear and try to give an explanation such as footnote in the novel in order to make the reader understand the text. Second, for further researcher: A further research can give knowledge that can be beneficial for the readers and can be the next related research to be reviewed. The tourism industry is one of the largest industries in the world, including Indonesia. Bagus Trans Wisata has used new media as a channel in promoting its travel products. Abstract. Visual impairment is a problem experienced by many children in developing countries. Uncorrected refraction disorders, cataracts, glaucoma, and visual disturbances that have been experienced since childhood are some of the things that cause a person experiencing visual disturbances. This study aims to find out the description and explanation of the implementation of low vision rehabilitation carried out by the Low Vision Layak Foundation Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. While data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. For the selection of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique, the sample is taken intentionally. The results of this study indicate that the attitude shown by the officer has made the client feel confident and the services provided are right on target. In terms of facilities and infrastructure have met the standards of the institution but there is one room that is considered too small and requires another room for counseling. It would be nice to have a review conducted by the Layak Foundation related to these obstacles. And until now there are some children who are rarely evaluated. In the future, client evaluations should be carried out routinely. Abstrak. Gangguan penglihatan merupakan permasalahan yang banyak dialami oleh anak-anak di negara berkembang. Kelainan refraksi tidak terkoreksi, katarak, glaucoma, dan gangguan penglihatan yang dialami sejak masa kanak-kanak merupakan beberapa hal yang menyebabkan seseorang mengalami gangguan penglihatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan penjelasan mengenai pelaksanaan rehabilitasi low vision yang dijalankan oleh Low Vision Yayasan Layak Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sementara teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling, yaitu sampel yang dimbil dengan sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sikap yang ditunjukkan oleh petugas telah membuat klien merasa yakin dan layanan yang diberikan sudah tepat pada sasaran. Dari segi sarana dan prasarana telah memenuhi standar lembaga akan tetapi ada ada satu ruangan yang dianggap terlalu kecil serta membutuhkan satu ruangan lain untuk konseling. Alangkah baiknya ada peninjauan kembali yang dilakukan oleh pihak Yayasan Layak terkait kendala tersebut. Dan sampai saat ini ada beberapa anak yang jarang di evaluasi. Untuk kedepannya mungkin evaluasi klien harus rutin untuk dilakukan.

This research was conducted with the aim to find out the role of bhejingan in the election of the village chief in Pamekasan. Based on data from Police Resort Pamekasan, utilization of bhejingan also in hardness, coloring election allegedly the head of a village in Pamekasan. In addition to votes may give rise to insecurity, involvement of bhejingan in the election of the village chief in value can reduce democratic values ... This study used a qualitative approach to the types of descriptive research. Source data obtained through interviews, participant observation and documentation. Based on the research results obtained information that role of bhejingan’s role in the selection of village chief political strategy performing various functions to help the village chief candidate's victory, among them: developing intercultural communication fellow bhejingan, charting the direction of the voice of the supporters, keeping the voice directions as well as mobilizing votes (money politic).

This research is motivated by the pros and cons of applying calistung learning in kindergarten. Calistung's activities caused much criticism from observers of early childhood. That the world of children is playing and having fun and the most important thing that must be developed in kindergarten is socializing and ethics. But there are opinions that assume that early childhood is a golden period where it is easy to absorb all kinds of information. This study includes a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The subject of this research is the teacher kelas B TK Angkasa Tasikmalaya. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis using the Milles and Huberman model and data validity testing using source and technique triangulation. The results showed that the learning that was implemented in TK Angkasa had largely followed the idealism of calistung learning according to existing theories. Children's cognitive aspects generally develop well according to the stages of cognitive development at the age of 5-6 years. Calistung learning in TK Angkasa Tasikmalaya has positive and negative effects on children's cognitive.

This research is about the marketing communication audit of Otomotion FM that re-branding into Motion Radio by analyzing Media Organizational Model through SOSTAC method, Situation-Objective-Strategy-Tactics-Action-Control. This research is also to see the contribution of Reputation Marketing Strategy to achieve the goals of re-branding, This is a descriptive research with qualitative approach by using in depth interviews by using marketing communication audit format that operates Media Organizational Model and SOSTAC. The result of Marketing Communication Audit shows the effectiveness, strength and weakness of the previous and ongoing marketing communication as a guide to make marketing communications plan and as an input to the marketing communication study because increasingly competitive media business.

Even though the term zakat has been widely known by the people of Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in the world, awareness of paying zakat seems to be not optimal. This is suspected by the problem of the administrator and the management, namely that in practice there are two attitudes of the zakat payer himself. This study aims to analyze the administration of zakat management in empowering the people. In conducting this research, a qualitative approach was used with this type of descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that there are at least three ways to improve the professional administration of zakat management so that it can have an impact on empowering people more optimally. This research can be concluded that the actual economic weakness of the Ummah lies not in the absence of potential, but the weakness in processing the economic potential towards being productive and also in processing the economic potential of the Muslim community, not having no Islamic institution, but the existing institutions have not yet been fully trusted.

The purpose of this research is to know the licensing mechanism to install billboards, to knowwhat constraints faced by the Office of Integrated Licensing Service (KPPT) in licensing to installbillboard and to know the strategy of supervision on the implementation of advertisement byKPPT in West Aceh regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research methodwith qualitative approach. Selection of informants in this study carried out by purposive samplingmethod is a technique of sampling data sources with certain considerations. The informants inthis study were Head of Program and Information (KPPT), Petitioner of License (Public),Regional Financial Management and Wealth Official (Additional Informant) and Satpol PP(Additional Informant) with total of informant ie 7 people who made sample in this research .Based on the results of research indicate that the service procedure at KPPT when viewed fromthe aspect of simplicity, clarity and certainty of requirements as well as details of retribution fee(Tax), legal certainty, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure and ease ofaccess. Obstacles faced by the KPPT, among others, due to the large number of people who takecare of the billboard permit and the society did not complete the requirements requested so thatthe process of issuing the permit to establish a billboard become obstructed. Strategy ofsupervision on the implementation of advertisements is to follow up unlicensed billboards.Keywords: Analicys, Installation Permit Mechanism Billboards, KPPT.
