Statistics are studied in many fields of study including in Governmental Science, University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). However, in reality, many UMM Government Science students do not understand the material and still have difficulty applying statistical methods, so it is necessary to provide mini research-based learning and analysis of interpretation abilities. The purpose of this research was to analyze students’ interpretative abilities in mini-research on research-based learning. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 1 student who carried out mini research-based learning. The results of student’s reports were analyzed according to the indicators of interpretation ability. The result of the research indicated that the application of research-based learning in statistics subjects has a positive impact on students’ mathematical interpretation abilities can be seen from the achievement of the mathematical representation indicators found in the mini-research conducted by subject 1 in class. However, several things need to be improved in the mini-research conducted by subject 1, namely presenting problems and solving them in other forms. The descriptor wrote the notation in other forms and communicates the notation according to the idea.

Effectiveness of Education and Training in Increasing Auditor Performance at the Lamongan Regency Inspectorate of East Java Province. This study aims to find out and analyze education and training to be the driving factors for improving the performance of auditors at the Inspectorate of Lamongan Regency, East Java Province. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with an inductive approach. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of education and training carried out through technical training programs held by the Lamongan District Inspectorate and the implementation of functional training and technical training outside which aims to improve the performance of the Lamongan District Inspectorate auditors, including being effective. This can be understood from the results of the overall study through interviewing the author with sources and direct observations. The indicators of effectiveness of auditor participation to carry out technical training carried out by the Inspectorate and functional training and technical training held outside of stating that, every implementation. Education and training can have a positive impact on the auditor of the Lamongan District Inspectorate in improving performance to carry out their duties and functions as internal government supervisors.

As one of the products of culture, oral literature has inntimate connection with the life of the communities whereoral literature existed, related to the society in the past, present, and future. The relationship can be seen throughvarious signs and symbols that appear. It’s interesting to study or explore the inter-sign relationship. Therefore,this paper examines how problems of semiotic expression legendary figure which appear in The Tale of RajeBeikor? This study aims to describe the form of the appearance of a legendary figure in the saga Raje Beikor. Byusing a qualitative descriptive method, this research goal is expected to be achieved. Based on the result of dataresearch analysis found some behaviors that imply the expression of semiotic figures depicting the life cycle ofliving things beginning with the birth, childhood to adulthood, until became a king to death. There are manylegends in the Bangka Belitung Islands who need more in-depth assessment both in terms of the semiotic andother fields of study.

This study aims to find out how to be wise in instilling Pancasila-based economic values ​​in elementary school students and implementing their economic learning. The qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. The research participants were teachers at SD Negeri Kampungdalem I, SD Negeri Bungur I, and SD Negeri Ngentrong, who teach in grades 1-5. Data collection was carried out by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, data analysis reduces data, displays or displays data, and finally. The data triangulation method was used to test the validity of the data before dis. The results of the study as a whole show that elementary school teachers make efforts in applying the economic value of Pancasila to students. These efforts have a positive impact in shaping students' character based on the economic values ​​of Pancasila. Even so, the application of Pancasila economic values ​​for early childhood in elementary schools needs improvement. Schools also provide more support and attention to these efforts.

Physical inactivity is considered one of the health problems associated with many types of chronic diseases. The level of physical activity is often used as a parameter for monitoring and evaluation of public health. This monitoring is very important because it helps prevent various illnesses, inactivity and decrease mortality rates for the elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical activity and BMI of the elderly in Serang City. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, involving 84 elderly from Serang and Cipocok Jaya districts in Serang City, Banten Province. The level of physical activity was obtained through the International Physical Activity Questionnaires (IPAQ) questionnaire. The results showed that the elderly in Serang City had low physical activity with a METs value of 438.6 and had a BMI of 26.4 which was in the obese or obese category. the elderly in Kota Serang have low physical activity and are in the category of obesity or overweight. This research can be used as initial data for related institutions regarding the condition of the elderly in Serang so that it can create activities that have a positive impact on the elderly in Serang City.

The hospitality industry is one of the most significant contributions to the Indonesian economy. Bandung City is one of the areas in West Java that has quite a lot of hospitality companies. One of the hospitality companies in Bandung is Hotel Grand Asrilia. However, lately, it has been found a new type of virus that originated in Wuhan, China which caused the COVID-19 pandemic and brought enormous impact on the Indonesian economy even to the rest of the world. The purpose of this research is to find out the right strategy for Hotel Grand Asrilia in marketing its products during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with the technique of observation data retrieval, interviews, library studies also interpret and outlines the existing data in conjunction with the current situation. The result of this study proved that the application of marketing through digital marketing has a positive impact on Hotel Grand Asrilia where the use of digital marketing in the think is necessary especially in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic so that business activities can continue to run and generate economic value.

The development of the economic potential of Islamic boarding schools can have a positive impact on improving the national economy. As an educational institution, Islamic boarding schools have the potential of human resources which are also large for high fighting ability, which supports accompanied by capabilities that become a great potential that can become the basis of Indonesia's new economic flows through strengthening boarding schools (kopontren). This paper aims to examine the ecosystems in Islamic boarding schools which have to do with changes in the lifestyle of its members to apply halal values. The research using this qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the analysis, the role of kopontren as the driving force of the boarding school is an important diversion as a determinant of how to turn on the halal value chain in every part of the environment in the Islamic boarding school ecosystem with halal values in production, distribution for consumption needs goods or services.

This study focuses on the analysis of functional delayed echolalia towards an autistic individual in   Life, Animated documentary. The obtained data were derived from Owen Suskind's utterances and words in the aforementioned documentary, which the researchers manipulated and structured to fall into two categories of functional delayed echolalia. The study used qualitative descriptive method in analyzing the functional delayed echolalia of Owen Suskind using interactive and non-interactive functional categories of delayed echolalia theory proposed by Vicker (1999). The findings show that there are 8 (eight) out of 9 (nine) types of interactive delayed echolalia were discovered namely   Turn taking, Verbal, Completion,   Providing information, Labelling,   Protest,   Request,   Calling and Affirmation. Meanwhile, the non- interactive   delayed echolalia consists of three types namely   non-focused,   situation association, and   rehearsal.   The findings of this study are expected to give   a positive impact on both readers who are dealing with children with autism who have echolalia. It will provide information on their language development in order to later determine the ideal method to handle them with care.

Mining activities not only cause impacts that occur at the mine site but also the surrounding environment, so that reclamation is needed. This study aims to describe the community's perception of the existence of Kampoeng Air Jangkang Reclamation and to describe the socio-economic impact of the community on the existence of the Jangkang Water Reclamation Kampoeng. This research was conducted from September 2019 to September 2020 in Riding Panjang Village, Merawang District, Bangka Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. Meanwhile, the sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 93 samples from the people of Riding Panjang Village. The analytical method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a Likert scale. The results showed that the community's perception of the ex-mining land as Kampoeng Reclamation was strongly agreed with an index number of 82.4 percent covering the pre-reclamation stages, 81.4 percent covering the implementation of Kampoeng Reclamation development and an index figure of 88.8 percent covering the success of Kampoeng development. Reclamation. The social impacts that occur include positive impacts both on environmental conditions and the safety of the communities around the reclamation area. The resulting economic impact is a positive impact on people's income and employment.

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

Abstract             The main fuction of the Bank as an funding and lending activities by offering various types of financial transaction services an attractive choice for people who do money laundering to hide money proceeds of crime. Because of that the government and Indonesian Banks make regulations related prevent money laundering that contains Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence. Bank Mandiri Syariah has implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence as an effort to prevent money laundering. This analyze aims for knowing implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence that has been applied by Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. Data retrieval is done by observation, interviews and documentation to three sources of informants Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur and one sources of informants that specifically handles money laundering prevention program that is SKAP( Satuan Kerja APU PPT) Bank Mandiri Syariah. Data analysis will be done by doing three steps, they are; data reductions, data display, and verification.The observation result shows that implementation Customer Due Dilligence done at the time prospective customer open the account and the Bank doubt information customer by doing identification and verification. implementation Enhanced Due Dilligence is done to customers Politically Exposed Person/ High Risk open the account, but in practiceat Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bekasi Timur done when there is suspicious transaction or there is a case. Reporting process suspicious transaction through the system SIAP (System Aplikasi APU PPT) to Satuan Kerja APU PPT (SKAP) Bank Syariah Mandiri then SKAP reports to PPATK (Pusat Pelaporan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan). From implementation Customer Due Dilligence and Enhanced Due Dilligence Bank Mandiri Syariah has been prevent money laundering enter the financial system at Mandiri Sharia Bank.
