This study examnes the effctiveness of early childhood curiosity through edutainment using simple scientific methods. The goal to be achieved by researchers in this study is to find out and analyze how effective the use of simple scientific methods in increasing early childhood curiosity. This research was caried out using a quasi-experimental method with the sample of 15 students from group A of Harapan Makiyyah Kindergarten that divided into two groups. The data collection process is carried out by interviewing the relevant teacher and observing the children. The of use simple scientific methods through edutainment for the effectiveness of early childhood curiosity is done as much as 8 (eight) meetings. The results obtained through observation and calculation of the pretest and posttest scores with the average value of the two groups showed that the experimental group had an influence on the effctiveness of early childhood curiosity through edutainment with simple science methods with a percentage of 84.8% Besides that, the process learning that using ordinary methods or lecture method in the control class get a percentage of 25.9%.Penelitian  ini mengkaji tentang keefektivitasan kuriositas anak didik dibawah usia 8 tahun melalui edutainment dengan menggunakan metode sains sederhana. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa efektifnya penggunaan metode sains sederhana dalam meningkatkan kuriositas anak usia dini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan sumber datanya adalah anak – anak kelompok A TK Harapan Makiyyah yang berjumlah 14 orang, dan dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Pengumpulan  data dilakukan dengan cara mewawancarai  guru yang terkait serta mengobservasi anak – anak. Penggunaan metode sains sederhana melalui edutainment untuk keefektivitasan rasa ingin tahu anak usia dini dilakukan  sebanyak 8 (delapan) kali pertemuan. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui observasi serta perhitungan nilai pretest dan posttest dengan nilai rata-rata kedua grup menunjukan bahwa grup eksperimen memiliki pengaruh terhadap keefektivitasan kuriositas anak usia dini melalui edutainment dengan metode sains sederhana dengan persentase 84.8% dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang menggunakan metode biasa atau metode ceramah pada kelas kontrol dengan hasil persentase 25,9%

Early childhood development is important and needs to be developed especially in education. Oneaspect that needs to be developed in early childhood education is the ability to recognize the conceptof numbers. Therefore, it takes a strategy in learning to introduce the concept of numbers. This studyaims to develop students ability in recognizing the concept of numbers 1-10 by using a number card.The type of research used is quasi experimental design (quasi experiment). The quasi experimentaldesign used in this study is a non-equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The results of thisstudy were analyzed by the T test conducted using the help of SPSS program. Based on the results ofresearch conducted obtained with sig (0,000) <0.05 which means there is a difference between the experimental group with the control group in recognizing the concept of numbers by using a number card. So it can be concluded that the number cards have an influence in improving the ability torecognize the numbers in children group A.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the dictogloss method in teaching listening to students' listening skills. This research was designed as a quasi-experimental. This study aims to investigate whether a material or treatment yields a different outcome for participants. There are two classes in this study, namely the experimental class (which is a sample to be treated with the dictogloss method) and the control class (using a method other than dictogloss). The results of this study are the results of data analysis showing that the results of learning skills in listening to the experimental group obtained the average value for the initial test of 60.33 and 71 for the final test score. While the control group using conventional methods has a mean value for the initial test of 60.1 and 70 for the final test. T test results also indicate that the significance value is 0,000. The significance value states smaller 0.05, it can be stated that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an influence of the dictogloss method in improving listening skills in students

The quest for better strategies in teaching is a never-ending process. This scenario is heightened more by the myriad online instructional materials fit for classroom use. The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of video lecture materials for statistics proficiency of first year students of Davao Doctors College.The researchers employed quasi-experimental design that involved purposively chosen 31 students for the control group and 26 students for the experimental group. The control group received traditional instruction while the experimental group utilized video lecture materials as the instructional tool. The questionnaire consisted 50 multiple choice items and established a reliability index of .82. This investigation used t-test analysis to establish the same level of statistics proficiency among the students before the conduct of the study. The study concluded that both learning strategies were effective in teaching students the basic concepts of statistics as indicated by the significant improvement of their pre-test to posttest scores. Although the posttest results of the students who were taught using video lecture materials were higher than those supervised using lecture method, the significance of this difference was never established. In the context of logical thinking the child will know about classifying objects based on function, shape or color or size, recognize patterns of ab-ab / abc-abc and repeat them. Increasing the ability to think logically with the puzzle media mental children will also be accustomed to being calm, diligent and patient in getting things done. So this research focuses on the implementation of the use of puzzle media in learning logical thinking in RA Nurul Yusro with the research title "Improving the ability of logical thinking in early childhood by using number puzzle media". This study aims at naturalist intelligence and logical thinking skills through puzzle media in group A aged 4-5 years. The use of instruments in this study was in the form of an observation sheet, in the form of a checklist of developmental achievement scales compiled based on a numerical scale assessment of 1-4. While the method used is a quasi-experimental method. The study sample was 10 children aged 4-5 years in group A RA Nurul Yusro. The results showed that the ability to think logically children aged 4-5 years in group A RA Nurul Yusro reached 35% of the minimum percentage of 65%. This shows that the ability to think logically children aged 4-5 years in group A RA Nurul Yusro is still low.

This study aimed to determine the effect of applying the flipped classroom model to students’ learning outcomes in oxidation-reduction reactions. It was conducted in SMAN 47 Jakarta. Research method is quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design. The sample consisted of 72 students were taken with purposive sampling. Independent variables are the flipped classroom model and direct instructional. Chemistry learning outcome became a dependent variable. The flipped classroom model is invers of the traditional learning model. Students learn the instructional material at home through videos and discussions in class. Analysis of the requirement’s test showed that the data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variances. Hypothesis testing showed different results in a significant level of 0.05. The differences of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is 12.50. While the differences in the control group was 7.17. It can be concluded that the difference of average value between pretest and posttest of the experimental group is higher than the control group. The flipped classroom model can improve students’ learning outcomes in the oxidation-reduction reaction.

Salah satu aspek perkembangan kognitif yang dapat dikembangkan oleh anak usia dini adalah kemampuan berpikir logis pada anak, untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis pada anak, salah satunya adalah melalui metode bernyanyi. Melalui metode bernyanyi, kemampuan berpikir logis anak akan meningkat. Dengan bernyanyi serta melakukan gerakan sesuai lirik lagu yang dinyanyikan, maka anak akan berimajinasi dan kemampuan berpikir logis anak akan meningkat dengan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian  control group desain dengan menggunakan dua kelas yang terdiri dari B1 kelas eksperimen dan B2 kelas kontrol di RA Multazam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, data yang diperoleh adalah bahwa rata-rata nilai gain kelas eksperimen 2,05 sedangkan rata-rata nilai gain kelas kontrol yaitu 0,44 yang artinya bahwa setelah diberikan treatment bernyanyi di kelas eskperimen, kememapuan berpikir logis pada anak meningkat dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan treatment. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada para pendidik anak usia dini, untuk menerapkan metode bernyanyi kepada anak agar perkembangan berpikir logis anak dapat meningkat.One aspect of cognitive development that can be developed by early childhood is the ability to think logically in children, for that we need a learning method that can improve the ability of logical thinking in children, one of which is through the method of singing. Through singing methods, children's logical thinking ability will increase. By singing and moving according to the song lyrics, the child will imagine and the child's logical thinking ability will improve properly. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design involving children in the B age group which is made into two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Based on the results of the study, the data obtained is that the average value of the experimental class gain is 2.05 while the average value of the control class gain is 0.44, which means that after being given treatment, namely the method of learning singing in the experimental class, the ability of children to think logically is increased compared to the control class that was not given treatment. Therefore, the method of singing can be used as an alternative learning method to improve the ability to think logically early childhood.

Early childhood learning motivation requires guidance and encouragement from older people as a driving motivator. Learning activities in schools are less innovative and interactive, so learning media is needed to increase children's learning motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of learning video media on the learning motivation of children aged 5-6 years. This research refers to experimental quantitative research using a nonequivalent control group design model. Data collection techniques using observation instruments, as well as documentation. Data analysis used SPSS 22 with paired samples test. The subject of this research was carried out at RA Asy Syifa for testing the instrument grid with a total of 30 children with the division of RA AR Ar Rahman class RA B as the experimental group totaling 15 children and RA Daarul Mukhlisin class RA B as the control group totaling 15 children. The results showed that the effect of learning video media on experimental group children before getting treatment (pre-test) got an average value of 33.87, and after getting treatment (post-test), the score was 36.80. The use of learning video media has a good influence in increasing the learning motivation of children aged 5-6 years. In addition, computer-based learning videos make children feel happy and interested, developing aspects of child development. The findings of this study contribute to knowledge about the importance of developing learning videos in early childhood education.

Objective: To determine the effect of play-based learning on developing logical reasoning in early childhoodeducation in Islamabad.Study Design: Quantitative quasi-experimental study and the pre-and post-experimental paradigm was used.Place and Duration of Study: The population of the current study included the students from Headstart Schoollocated in Islamabad from March 2020 to September 2020.Materials and Methods: The population was selected through cluster sampling technique. Sample size of 80students with 40 each of control and experimental group were considered le. Both the groups were taught acourse 'classification of vertebrates' in Science either through play-based (experimental group) or conventionalmethod (controlled group) in a 45 minutes session, 5 days for four weeks. A pictorial self-developed testconsisted of 6 questions based on understanding by design (UbD was used. Descriptive (percentage andfrequency) and inferential statistics were used for the analysis of data.Results: The control condition (Pre & Post) for the logical development and experimental condition (Pre & Post)was positively correlated. No effect of gender by the play-based learning in developing logical reasoning amongstudents was found in both the control and experimental group at early childhood education.Conclusion: The relationship between experimental and control conditions for the logical development byusing play-based learning was significant. The play-based activities based on the curriculum should be designed to ensure meaningful learning and long-term knowledge retention in children as it ensures a child's interest and fun factor.

In the process of playing children in early childhood education institutions, of course, various media are needed to support the activity process. One who develops the development of symbolic thinking influences children's intelligence, where children can recognize, announce, present and differentiate symbols of letters, numbers, and images. The purpose of this research is to be able to know the impact of the use of visual media in improving the ability to think symbolically in early childhood. A letter, picture and number cards are learning media that use visual or the five senses of vision. 
Symbolic development in children is of course very influenced by the pattern of learning activities while playing in children, the extent to which the success of learning given gets encouragement from adults, both teachers and parents at home. Each teacher has his teaching approach technique so that children want and enthusiasm for learning. The method used is a quasi-experimental research method using statistical test analysis. Based on the results of the study, the results before treatment were 20,76923, whereas after treatment in the experimental group the results were 33,30769. The data obtained from the study is that the process of playing with visual media in the form of letter cards, numbers, and images given by the teacher for the learning process is a visual learning pattern in developing the symbolic thinking ability of early childhood.Dalam proses bermain anak di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini tentu memerlukan berbagai media untuk menunjang proses kegiatan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah mengembangkan perkembangan berpikir simbolis memiliki pengaruh terhadap kecerdasan kognitif anak, dimana anak dapat mengenal, menyebutkan, mempresentasikan dan membedakan lambang-lambang huruf, angka dan gambar. Tujuan penelitian dalam ini adalah untuk bisa mengetahui dampak penggunanan media visual dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir simbolis pada anak usia dini. Kartu huruf, gambar dan angka adalah media pembelajaran yang pemakaiannya menggunakan visual atau panca indera penglihatan. Perkembangan simbolik pada anak tentu sangat dipengaruhi oleh pola kegiatan belajar seraya bermain pada anak, sejauh mana keberhasilan pembelajaran yang diberikan mendapat dorongan dari orang dewasa, baik guru dan orang tua di rumah. Setiap guru mempunyai teknik pendekatan mengajar tersendiri agar anak mau dan semangat untuk belajar. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan analisis uji statistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil sebelum treatmen adalah 20,76923, sedangkan setelah dilakukan treatmen pada kelompok eksperimen hasilnya adalah 33,30769. Data yang didapat dari penelitian adalah bahwa proses bermain dengan media  visual berupa kartu huruf,angka dan gambar yang diberikan guru untuk proses pembelajaran merupakan pola pembelajaran visual dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir simbolis anak usia dini.

This study aims to prove that there is an influence of the use of video media on the development of religious and moral values by introducing polite behavior. This research uses a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest controlled group design model. Learning in the control group using a conventional model teacher-centered media storybook while the experimental group using the medium of video. This research was conducted in kindergarten TRI DHARMA sub-district Sukapura districts Probolinggo in group A with research subjects 20 children to group control and 20 children to experiment. From the results of this study indicate that the influence of experimental class children who use video media has an average higher when compared to the control class that uses conventional models that are centered on the teacher with the storybook media. The average score of the experimental class is 82.25 and the average number of the control class is 75.5. Based on the analysis of data that has been done that t arithmetic > t table, which is 2.163 > 2.08387. Thus it can be concluded that video media influences the development of religious and moral values of early childhood.
