Педагогически целесообразными действиями в части позитивного личностного становления является оптимизация взаимодействий участников образовательного процесса (детей, родителей, педагогов, социальных партнеров). The results of a long-term study of the level of aggressiveness of adolescents and youth are presented. It is noted that violations in the sphere of interpersonal relations of adolescents play a priority role in the development of deviant behavior; communication forms a specific model of behavior, sometimes influencing the performance of actions that are not always constructive; the formation of positive communication skills is in the field of influence of subjects of educational practice and is the most important factor in preventing adolescent aggression. The authors point out that pedagogically expedient actions in terms of shaping positive development in adolescents is to optimize interactions between all participants in the educational process (children, parents, teachers, social partners). Recently, the discipline "Physical Education" is losing its popularity, position, prestige among pupils and students. The younger generation uses all the opportunities in order to avoid physical exertion within the framework of the subject matter both in schools and in higher educational institutions. There are enough reasons for such behavior: attitude to physical education and sports in the family, outdated scheme of conducting and stereotyped lessons, insufficient practical qualifications of teachers, lack of creative teaching and modern directions in the educational process. In this situation, young people have extremely few motives for regular, conscious attendance of physical education classes and effective work on it. Taking into account all the above, the task of physical education teachers is to raise the prestige of the discipline “Physical Education” and give motives to students to get physical activity both within the academic discipline and outside educational institutions. In this work, we tried to identify ways to increase student motivation in this matter.

Autonomy and reformation in education is an improvement effort in the field of education. Educational reform has two basic characteristics: programmed and systemic. Programmed educational reform refers to the curriculum or program of an educational institution. Included in this programmed educational reform is innovation. Innovation is the introduction of new ideas, new methods or new tools to improve some aspects in the educational process. There are three education centers that are responsible for the implementation of education. They are family, school, and society. In the documents reflecting the modern Russian Federal policy in the field of education, one of the main tasks is defined as the well-being of the family and the formation of trust in the family as a social institution. In the article, the social institution of the family is considered as a leading factor in the aspect of managing the social situation of a child's development. The partnership of the family with the systems of General and non-formal education of children is presented as an effective practice of social and ped-agogical interaction, focused on the social and mental development of children. The fea-tures of social and pedagogical interaction of institutions of General and non-formal education of children with the family as a subject of designing an individual educational trajectory are revealed. It is shown that in the modern conditions of modernization of Russian education, there is a tendency of alienation between the family and the school. The school implements the main directions of work with parents, which reflect its lead-ership and guiding role in this process: increase of their psychological and pedagogical knowledge; involvement in the educational process of the school; involvement in public administration of an educational institution. The family manifests itself as a social part-ner of the institution of non-formal education of children, whose activities assume a fo-cus on matching the interests, inclinations, abilities of children. The implementation of social and pedagogical partnership is based on the establishment of links between the family and the educational environment, in the creation of which it actively participates. The interaction of n-education with the family creates conditions for the motivated par-ticipation of children in the implementation of their educational routes. There is an in-crease in the importance of such educational practices, which can include the family in various types of pedagogical activities as an equal subject, along with children.

The safety and comfort of the digital educational environment in the professional training of future officers are interdependent parameters determining the psychological impact on both individuals and groups. For the development of a safe and comfortable educational environment, it is required to determine how the educational environment affects the personality, as well as how the personality determines the educational environment in higher education. The educational environment is a combination of material factors, interpersonal relations and specially organized psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of a personality. The essence of the educational environment is represented as the interaction of its subsystems (local educational environments) and the creation of sustainable structure characteristic of a particular educational institution or educational system as a whole, which, on the one hand, influence the subjects of the educational environment, and on the other, are formed by them. The development of the educational environment is determined by both structural changes, such as changes in concepts, regulations and management, and personal changes in the participants of the educational process, in particular teachers and students. In practice, the educational environment consists of many local educational environments, which coexist, influencing each other.
