Tolerance is one of the values that is becoming more and more important in different world agendas, especially at a time when theories of conflicts between cultures, civilizations and religions are being furiously propagated, and when the world is facing a multidimensional crisis. Today, tolerance is needed as air. Its spirit should be distributed in all dimensions of life, it must "be applied as a principle in education; we need to build generations in conjunction with this crucial value. (Yilmaz, 2004: 109) Religious tolerance implies the generosity that one shows to another religion, outside of their own; it is a moral determination to keep the supporters of that religion calm in practicing their spirituality in private and public life, although they may absolutely disagree with it and consider it false faith. (Pohle, 1912) Religion and tolerance are related in both theoretical and practical terms. It has been shown by numerous examples in history, close and distant, as well as by the current situation in global terms. Religious tolerance implies that a person does not discriminate another person’s religious beliefs even though he may think that they are or can be wrong. The tolerant way of thinking based on dialogue reduces the number of dogmatic people among the wits, fanatics and extremists among the believers, and tyrants among the politicians. (Šušnjić, 2004: 1, 7-16) The majority of citizens consider religion as a driving force in the way of creation of a tolerant, multiultural and cohesive society. This paper deals with binom spirituality and tolerance in the North-Macedonian Context. Methods use in the research are descriptive, content analysis, case study etc.

Abstract Religious tolerance has always been an interesting topic of study. The relations between religions in various parts of the world make the study has an important position. Many religious leaders try to explain the meaning of tolerance based on the verses of the Koran. The contemporary scholar who gives serious attention to tolerance is Wahbah al-Zuhayli. Methodologically, his interpretation tends to follow the approach of classical Ulema scholars. The problem of tolerance that he explained is based on the current social reality of religious communities. The idea of tolerance offered by al-Zuhayli begins with an explanation of the concept of wasatiyyah al-Islam. Furthermore, the interpretation of al-Zuhayli's tolerance has four main points: First, the union of Islam with the Abrahamic Religion. The existence of several roots of the same teachings in Abrahamic Religion is a way to form a moderate and tolerant attitude. Second, the principle of freedom in choosing a religion. Third, the prohibition of spreading hatred and terror. Fourth, the recommendations prioritizing justice. Al-Zuhayli's interpretation revealed a pattern of harmonious and tolerant relations between religious communities. This is, at the same time, a scientific criticism of the doctrines of violence that are echoed by radical groups. The article deals with problems, main directions and methods of studying modern childhood in the humanities. The phenomenon of childhood is characterized as a special sociocultural phenomenon that requires an interdisciplinary methodology for its understanding, as well as implementation of a subjective approach to study rather than a traditional object one. The peculiarity of the research based on the phenomenological approach lies in the formulation and solution of both research and project tasks. Research tasks: fixation, description and interpretation of modern childhood markers based on the material of "Samara childhood"; project tasks: creation and distribution of a methodological product - "Encyclopedia of Modern Childhood" (manuals for adults, created by children), addressed to teachers and parents. The development of the encyclopedia was carried out by the project team of Samara branch MCPU students based on a sample of 2158 Samara schoolchildren. The concept, tools and product of the project "Encyclopedia of Modern Childhood" are characterized. The structure of the empirical content served as the basis for the sections of the manual: "Childhood: associations, thoughts and more", "Growing up, adults, addressing adults", "World of childhood", applications "Incomprehensible words for adults". The interpretive part of the research is represented by a selective content analysis of concepts "childhood", "adult" based on the secondary processing of the results. The analysis of the results reveals the following conclusions: the timeless archetype of child's consciousness maintains the dichotomous opposition of the "world of adults" (boring, problematic) and the "world of children" (carefree, sunny, positive); despite intensification, informatization of the way of life and transformation of the growing environment of a modern child, the perception of childhood as a special, inimitably happy chronotope is inherent in children.

This article examines the limits of Heidegger’s ontological description of emotionality from the period of Sein und Zeit and Die Grundbegriffe der Metaphysik along the lines outlined by Lévinas in his early work De l’existence à l’existant. On the basis of the Lévinassian concept of “il y a”, we attempt to map the sphere of the impersonal existence situated out of the structured context of the world. However the worldless facticity without individuality marks the limits of the phenomenological approach to human existence and its emotionality, it also opens a new view on the beginning and ending of the individual existence. The whole structure of the individual existence in its contingency and finitude appears here in a new light, which applies also to the temporal conditions of existence. Yet, this is not to say that Heidegger should be simply replaced by Lévinas. As shows an examination of the work of art, to which brings us our reading of Moravia’s literary exposition of boredom (the phenomenon closely examined in Die Grundbegriffe der Metaphysik), the view on the work of art that is entirely based on the anonymous and worldless facticity of il y a must be extended and complemented by the moment in which a new world and a new individual structure of experience are being born. To comprehend the dynamism of the work of art in its fullness, it is necessary to see it not only as an ending of the world and the correlative intentional structure of the individual existence, but also as their new beginning.

The religious tolerance and harmony is something necessary to develop due to the need of global security and peace today. For this purpose, all religions have to be fairly “tolerant” to others. Islam as a revealed religion, whatever its motive, is often perceived and accused as the religion of intolerance and violence. Some political and ideological questions, for example raised to this context: "Can Islamic faith tolerate other faiths, religions or groups?”, What’s actually the Islamic teachings on tolerance and peace or harmony?” and the likes. This article attempts to unpack and elaborate of how far at Qur’an –as the first and primary source of Islam– has a teaching on tolerance and peace. Using a hermeneutical approach the writer understands and analyses what is actually taught by al Qur'an on the concepts and practices of the tolerance. Based on the analysis, he highlights any conclusions of which al-Qur’an (Islam) teaches the followers to respect and implement the doctrine of tolerance and peace. The Muslim world is imperatively to tolerate others, or respect the differences for strengthening the world security and peaceful life amongst nationwide.

Wars and conflicts have caused millions of people to seek asylum outside their homelands and the issue of refugee camps has become a pressing subject in international policy discussions. Conflicts continue to escalate in different parts of the world, especially in Middle Eastern countries. In 1948, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict forced displacement of many Palestinian people. The resulting camps have developed into cluster camp shelters of three to four stories in the West Bank, Gaza, and other regions around historical Palestine; some are perceived to be like gated communities. Being self-sufficient environments, refugee camps have rarely been approached from the perspective of urban psychology. This research deals with sensory perceptual analysis of Balata, the largest refugee camp in the West Bank of Palestinian Territories. Balata is situated in Nablus and has raised four generations of refugees since its establishment. In order to explore the spatial characteristics of such specific environmental experiences, the research adopted a mixed-method approach – systematically evaluating the related literature on sensory perceptual spaces and applying content analysis methods. The study modified the sensory slider tool of Malnar and Vodvarka according to the framework matrix based on the content analysis. Moreover, the case study analysis consisted of observation of the chosen area and 30 in-depth interviews with refugees who were forced out of their homes and settled in the camp as well as some who were born in the camp. The research results show that investigating what camp residents perceive of the five senses can capture meaningful sensory perceptual experiences and can generate a holistic mental image of the refugee camp. Particularly, perceptions of the built environment reflect the difficulty of life experiences. The study concludes that the characteristics of camps in this seventy-year-old conflict environment may not be found in other parts of the world.

PurposeThe aim of this article was to analyze how the presence of the elements that constitute organizational links are related to sensemaking in a cooperative system of medical work.Design/methodology/approachA content analysis was conducted following interviews with the managers of the cooperative, which is a member of the Brazilian cooperative system and one of the largest in the world. This analysis enabled the systematization of the categories that were identified through the coding of responses, aided by Atlas.ti 8.0 software.FindingsAfter the analysis, it was possible to resize the constitutive elements identified in the specialized literature into three categories: identification, cooperation and recognition. The proposed resizing does not preclude the presence of the constitutive elements identified in the analysis, but it evidences the presence of these elements in a contextualized manner, suggesting a model of an organic organizational link that is dependent on the relationship between subject–object (organization), in which the different perceptions of meanings affect identification, and this can strengthen or weaken the link in a constant process of resignification.Originality/valueWith regard to its theoretical relevance, the work helps to bring concepts related to organizational links and sensemaking closer together as a process in the realm of intersubjectivity. This provides evidence of the presence of constituent elements of ties in a contextualized manner, demonstrating that the interpretation of managers aids sensemaking in a process of circularity and resignification.
