Partners in Service community in Payo Solok District of Lubuk Sikarah are housewives and teenagers drop out of school. The problem faced by the people in the District of Lubuk Sikarah Payo Solok is a lack of knowledge and skills of the communities in the field of fashion, especially in decorating the veil and make accessories. The method used in accordance goals in training. The results of the implementation of the training activities create various accessories that housewives and teenagers (PKK) in Kanagarian Payo Solok, it has the ability and skill in making accessories in various forms by 75%, and the participants have to understand and have base makes a wide range of accessories by 80%. This can be seen from the shape hijab accessories and brooches generated sufficient quality. This is because the participants were seriously and earnestly to follow and activities make hijab accessories. The capacity of the hijab accessories making techniques, participants also have the skill by 85%. Keywords: Hijab Embroidery Training and Accessories

Siswa MTs Miftahul Ulum sebagian besar berasal dari latar belakang petani dan peternak bebek. Siswa kurang mendapat dukungan keluarga tentang pentingnya pendidikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan banyak siswa yang putus sekolah atau bahkan menikah dini. Berdasarkan permasalahan diperlukan solusi yaitu mengenalkan siswa tentang wirausaha dan manajemen melalui pelatihan pembuatan telur asin sebagai bekal kecakapan hidup. Tim pengabdi melakukan pendampingan pada saat pelatihan pembuatan telur asin. Kegiatan pembuatan telur asin didukung oleh latar belakang keluarga siswa sebagai peternak bebek. Pengasinan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengawetkan telur agar lebih tahan lama. Telur asin diawetkan dengan bubukan abu dapur. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan siswa antusias dan senang dengan kegiatan pelatihan. Diharapkan pelatihan ini akan menambah uang saku siswa dan menjadi bekal siswa setelah lulus.   Kata kunci: Jiwa Wirausaha, Manajemen Produksi, Telur Asin ABSTRACT Most of the students of MTs Miftahul Ulum come from a background of duck farmers and breeders. Students lack family support regarding the importance of education. This is shown by many students who drop out of school or even marry early. Based on the problem, a solution is needed, namely introducing students to entrepreneurship and management through training in making salted eggs as a provision for life skills. The service team provides assistance during the salted egg making training. The activity of making salted eggs is supported by the student's family background as duck breeders. Salting is one way to preserve eggs to make them more durable. Preserved salted eggs with kitchen ashes. The results of the dedication showed that the students were enthusiastic and happy with the training activities. This study aims to analyze policy of Padang city administration in overcoming and developing street children. This qualitative descriptive research is located in the city of Padang, West Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The findings of this study indicate that street children activities around Padang’s Bagindo Azis Chan Street lasted on average six to twelve hours per day. The street children sell brooms, clean the windshield during rainy days, clean windshield using feather dusters, and sing. Most of the street children are no longer in school. Those who do not live with their parents tend to drop out of school. The average street children in the area confirm to have families with permanent residence in Padang area, but not all of them settle down with their family. The Padang city admnistration have trained and provided capital assistance for street children and their parents but is not yet sustainable while the funding can not afford to start adequate business.

Keberadaan Rosella belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal padahal tanaman ini memiliki manfaat yang sangat luas dalam bidang pangan dan kesehatan melalui berbagai produk olahan (diversifikasi) karena minimnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat khususny dalam hal pengolahan. Tujuan program ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan, bimbingan, serta pendampingan dalam memanfaatkan bunga rosella menjadi berbagai produk olahan sehingga memiliki nilai ekonomis guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Balongbendo. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam program ini adalah penyuluhan, penanaman tanaman Rosella, pelatihan pembuatan produk olahan bunga rosella, pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran produk bunga rosella, serta pendampingan pada pameran produk olahan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: (1) Meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra tentang manfaat, budidaya tanaman, dan diversifikasi produk olahan Rosella (2) Meningkatnya keterampilan mitra dalam mengolah bunga Rosella dengan berbagai produk, (3) Terciptanya produk-produk olahan bunga rosella yang telah dipasarkan dalam bentuk Teh Rosella, Sirup Rosella dan Es Krim Rosella (4) Meningkatnya daya saing msyarakat Desa Balongbendo se-kebupaten Sidoarjo.Kata kunci—Produk Rosella, Teh Rosella, Sirup Rosella, Es Krim Rosella Abstract The existence of Rosella has not been optimally utilized even though this plant has very broad benefits in the field of food and health through a variety of processed products (diversification) because of the lack of knowledge and skills of the community specifically in terms of processing. The purpose of this program is to provide knowledge, guidance, and assistance in utilizing roselle flowers into various processed products so that they have economic value in order to improve the welfare of the people of Balongbendo Village. The method of implementation carried out in this program are: counseling, planting Rosella plants, training in making processed Rosella flower products, training in packaging and marketing of rosella flower products, and assisting at the exhibition of processed products in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this activity are: (1) Increased knowledge of partners about the benefits, cultivation of plants, and diversification of processed Rosella products (2) Increased partner's skills in processing Rosella flowers with various products, (3) Creation of processed rosella flower products that have been marketed in the form of Rosella Tea, Rosella Syrup and Rosella Ice Cream (4) Increasing the competitiveness of Balongbendo Villages throughout the Sidoarjo Regency.Keywords—Rosella Products, Rosella Tea, Rosella Syrup, Rosella Ice Cream

Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam mengolah buah jambu mete menjadi Nata de Cashew. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Menggala sebanyak 17 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu (1) Persiapan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan bahwa implementasi konsep bioentrepreneurship melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Cashew efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil observasi yaitu: (1) penguasan materi dan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat Nata de Cashew dikategorikan Baik; (2) kualitas Nata de Cashew yang dihasilkan dikategorikan Baik; (3) Motivasi, minat, dan kerjasama peserta selama pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan  dikategorikan Sangat Baik; (4) Motivasi peserta untuk produksi Nata de Cashew secara mandiri juga dikategorikan Baik. Implementation of the Local Potential-Based Bioentrepreneurship Concept Through Training on Making Nata de Cashew The aim of this activity is to increase the knowledge and skills of farmers in processing cashew nuts into Nata de Cashew. The participants of this activity were the people of the village of Menggala as many as 17 people. The training activities are carried out in three stages, namely (1) preparation, (2) implementation, (3) evaluation. The result of the training was that the implementation of the bio entrepreneurship concept through training and mentoring in making Nata de Cashew was effective in increasing the knowledge and skills of the participants. This is evidenced by the results of observations, namely: (1) the mastery of the material and skills of the participants in making Nata de Mete is categorized as Good; (2) the quality of the Nata de Mete produced is categorized as Good; (3) Participants' motivation, interest, and cooperation during the training and mentoring implementation were categorized as Very Good; (4) Participants' motivation for independent cashew nut production is also categorized as Good.

Implementation of animation and design training activities in Sekolah Master (Master School) aims to enhance knowledge and skills in the field of design. The method used in this training is the practice of computer directly in the computer lab. Expected result from the implementation of this activity is that each trainee has the ability to design and have the opportunity to work in the field of design when they graduate or out of school.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, good immunity was needed to avoid the corona virus infection. One of the efforts to prevent corona virus infection was to increase the body's immune status. High body immunity can be obtained from eating healthy foods, getting adequate rest and avoiding stress / mental stress. One local wisdom of the people in Indonesia to increasing immunity level was the habit of consuming herbal drinks which were believed to increase immunity level because there were several very useful ingredients. One of the herbal drinks made from ginger and lemon was JASULE (Jahe Susu Lemon), which was a ginger milk drink with lemon added. In this training, the participants were given material about the importance of the herbal drink JASULE  (Jahe Susu Lemon). The importance of growing ginger and lemon as a medicinal plant in the yard. Also given training in making JASULE  drink until all participants can make it themselves. The training activities for making herbal drinks JASULE to increase body immunity level during the Covid-19 Pandemic were held in Pangkalan Jati Cinere, Depok. This activity was well received by all participants with enthusiasm and the questions asked. Participants gained additional knowledge and skills in making herbal drinks JASULE, which can be seen from the increasing in post test scores after counseling and training in making herbal drink JASULE to increasing body immunity level during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Pangkalan Jati Cinere, Depok was 42.4% ie from 47.9% to 90.3%.

The training activities are targeted at Youth group in Daru Village, with the main problem is a lack of knowledge about forest plant nursery techniques. The target to be achieved is to increase the knowledge and skills of young people in the supply of plant seeds. The method used is counseling and training aimed at improving youth skills in forestry seedling nursery techniques. The results of the implementation of the activities show that the training activities have been able to produce the expected output that is to provide knowledge and skills for youth, as well as have encouraged youth in Daru Village to replant forest areas independently.

Implementation of the service was conducted in the village ofSekarpuro Malang. Activity focused on the environment RW9 because has some excellent potential that crops ofvegetables and spices. Each house is required to havevegetables and spices for minimal ten kinds, peppers,tomatoes, cabbage, basil, kale, spinach, mustard greens, beansand eggplant. While these types of spices are grown include:turmeric, saffron and white, kencur, ginger, white ginger, redginger, galangal, lemon grass andothers.The problems faced by partners are: (1)lack of knowledge inthe healthy beverage processing and medicinal herbs, so thatproduct quality standards and the sale price hasn‘tcomptetive.(2) Lack of knowledge and skills of members in the field ofmarketing that they are pessimistic to sell to a wider marketProgram execution method of empowerment that carried thepotential members of the group and the potential of the naturalresources of the area environment. Based on the targetaudience who have been in service activities, it can be formedof two businesses that making herbal drinks such as cidertoga, passion fruit syrup and traditional herbal medicinemanufacture that produces fresh herbs and herbal instant. Inthe field of production has developed into six types ofproducts from only two types of products. While in thegeneral field of business licenses has been done so that theproduct is expected to be accepted by the market. In the fieldof marketing has made the introduction of products with avariety of activities and models of traditional marketing is stilldone through leaflets, door to door and exhibits SMEs.Besides, available change over hygienes packaging andlabeling. Administration and finance training activities hashelped entrepreneurs in setting records with good activity, andcan be used to determine accurately the costofproduction.

Abstract: Cubadak Air and Sikapak Barat villages are two villages from many villages affected by the earthquake that hit West Sumatra in 2009. The impact is still felt today. More than eighty percent of the houses and economic facilities of the people in this area were destroyed, so there was a lot of unemployment in this village. The purpose of this activity was to train groups of out of school youth in Cubadak Air and Sikapak Barat villages about welding techniques and the manufacture of neon box advertising boards. The method used in this activity is the provision of theories about the science of materials, welding, workshop management, welding practice techniques, and the manufacture of billboards. The results of this activity were the completion of the signboard of the Al-Abrar Great Mosque and the "Piaman Saiyo" Community Training Center in Cubadak Air Village.Key words: Workmanship, Billboards, Neon boxes, Skills Abstrak. Desa Cubadak Air dan Sikapak Barat adalah dua desa dari banyak desa yang terkena bencana gempa yang melanda Sumatera Barat pada tahun 2009 lalu. Dampaknya hingga kini masih terasa. Lebih delapan puluh persen rumah dan fasilitas perekonomian masyarakat di daerah ini hancur, sehingga di desa ini banyak terjadi pengangguran. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk melatih kelompok pemuda putus sekolah di Desa Cubadak Air dan Sikapak Barat tentang teknik pengelasan dan pembuatan papan iklan dari neon box. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemberian teori tentang ilmu bahan, las, manjemen bengkel, teknik praktek las, dan pembuatan papan iklan. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan ini adalah telah selesainya papan nama Masjid Raya Al-Abrar dan Pusat Pelatihan Masyarakat “Piaman Saiyo” di Desa Cubadak Air.Keywords: Tuna karya, Papan iklan, Neon box, Skill

Problems faced by the society in Lambanan village are the lack of knowledge and skills of farmers in managing the maintenance goat, the unability of utilizing and processing goat milk and most societies work as goat breeder and farmer. Purpose of this community dedication is to provide skills and the knowledge for the farmers in the Lambanan village about techniques and milking ways as well as handling and processing milk of goat. Method used is partisipative elucidation followed by demonstration and practice. Te training activities which are conducted on 25—26 June 2016 in main hall of Lambanan village ofce, began with in-class learning about maintenance management, handling, processing and marketing management the goat of PE, then followed by demonstrating outside about technique of milking and processing milk of goat pasteurization. Te products of pasteurized goat milk were packaged in glass that was commercialized with label Suke. Te conclusion of this activity shows that the training activities looked very enthusiastic to join this training and actively ask about goat milk processing.
