Penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif kausal. Sampel yang digunakan non probability sampling yaitu sebanyak 35 orang karyawan yang berada pada departemen room division, melaluii kuesioner_dengan skala likeert yang validitasdan reliabilitasnya telah diuji. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) Produktivitas kerja karyawan room division departemen di Hotel Axana Padang diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 85,7% dikategorikan sangat baik. (2) Komunikasi Interpersonal room division departemen di Hotel Axana Padang diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 82,9% dikategorikan sangat baik. (3) Hasil penelitian_ini_menunjukkan_bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh yang_signifikan_antara_variiabel X_dan_Y dengan nilai koefisien regresi. sebesar 0,265 dengan nilai sig. 0,064 < 0,05.Kata Kunci : produktivitas kerja karyawan, komunikasi interpersonalABSTRAKBased on this study to determine the effect of interpersonal communication on the work productivity of room division department employees the.Axana.Hotel_Padang. The.result obtained.from.this.studyare asfollows: (1) Work productivity of room division department employees at the Axana Padang Hotel obtained an average score of 85.7% categorized as very good. (2) Interpersonal room division department communication at the Axana Padang Hotel obtained an average score of 82.9% categorized as very good. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between the qualification of selection toward work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi. The Type of research is clausal assosiative.The sampling technique is probability sampling by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Sample in this research are amounted to 53 people. Data collecting using questionnaires based on likert scale that has been tested of validity and reliability. Based on the result of thereresearch concluded that in general about qualification of selection in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is als good 38,62 %. Work productivity employee in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is also good 66,7 %. The result also indicate that are significant influence between qualification of selection and work productivity in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is 51,2% and 48,8% another factor on a 0,000 < 0,05 significant.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information about student discipline development by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency as seen from 1) student disciplinary guidance by teachers through discipline, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance, 3) coaching student discipline by the teacher through guidance, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision.This study was a descriptive study. The total population in this study was 236 people. Samples were taken with Simple Random Samplingtechniquewith 70 people. The data collection tool used is a Likert scale model questionnaire with 5 alternative answers Questionnaires have been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using the average formula.The results of the study show that: 1) student discipline development by teachers through discipline is stated to be good with an average score of 3.69, 2) student discipline development by teachers through exemplary governance is stated to be quite good with an average score of 3.52, 3) student disciplinary guidance by the teacher through guidance expressed either with an average score of 3.65, 4) student discipline development by the teacher through punishment expressed both with an average score of 3.75, 5) student discipline development by the teacher through supervision expressed well with an average score 3.75. Overall, Student Discipline Development by Teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is 3, 76 in the good category. This indicates that the discipline of student discipline by teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Gunung Tuleh, West Pasaman Regency is good, but it still needs to be maintained and improved again so that it increases in the excellent category.

This research is based on the author’s observation at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung about student discipline that is still less than optimal. This study aims to obtain information about: 1) the elements of the discipline that are applied. 2) the teacher’s strategy of applying student discipline. 3) what stages the teacher does in instilling discipline. 4) efforts to perevent student behavior who are less disciplined. Descriptive quantitative is a type of research. With a population of students of SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung as many as 956 students. To find out the sample in this study is proportionate stratified random sampling, a sample of 109 students was obtained. This research instrument is a Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that: 1) student discipline in the SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung school was still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 2,85. 2) student discipline regarding the application of discipline at SMKN 1 Lubuk Basung is still categorized as sufficient with an average score of 3,07. 3) student discipline about what stages

This study aims to determine how appropriate the results of school accreditation are with the existing reality as seen from the students' perceptions. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 480 class XI students at the Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping, with a sample of 90 people who were determined using the Slovin formula. Sampling using proportional incidentil sampling technique. The research instrument used was a Likert Scale model questionnaire consisting of 36 items with alternative answers to Strongly Agree (SS), Agree (S), Disagree (KS), Disagree (TS), Strongly Disagree (STS). Before being used, the questionnaire is tested for validity and reliability first. The collected data is processed by looking for the average score and the average achievement level (TCR). The results showed that in general according to the accreditation students of Vocational High School (SMK) Negeri 1 Lubuk Sikaping, it was only in the appropriate criteria (not very suitable) between the rankings obtained and the existing reality, with a TCR of 81.18%. However, if it is observed per the measured aspect, then there is one aspect, namely the facilities and infrastructure, the accreditation according to the students is not very suitable or does not match the rank obtained with the existing reality, with a TCR of 79.33.

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on the lifestyles of Muslim consumers Artomoro stores in Ponorogo. Methods- A total of 97 Muslim consumer respondents at the Artomoro store in Ponorogo were sampled. Sampling uses the Purposive Sampling method, then the data is processed using SPSS 16.0. Data collection instruments using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested and has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The analytical method used to determine the magnitude of the effect is a simple linear regression. Findings- The results of the study concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between religiosity on lifestyle. The results showed that there was a significant influence of religiosity on the lifestyle of Muslim consumers in Artomoro shops in Ponorogo by 9.9% and the remaining 90.1% was influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

This study aims to determine the relationship between 1) the supervision of the work ethic, 2) communication with work productivity, and 3) monitoring and communication together with the work ethic. This research was conducted in BLKPI Pasar Rebo, conducted from April to May 2012. The methodology of this study using survey methodology. The study used samples of 92 employees BLKPI Pasar Rebo, and 20 employees on a trial were selected based on a random sample technique (random sampling) to the employee BLKPI Pasar Rebo Jakarta. Data collection techniques using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire.This instrument calibration by using the tool test the validity and reliability coefficients. Test test valliditas using Pearson Product Moment correlation, while the coefficient of reliability was calculated using Cronbach Alpha formula. Results of research in showing that: First, there is a positive relationship between the supervision of the work ethic; Secondly there is a positive relationship between communication with work ethic, and; Thirdly there is a positive relationship between surveillance and communication together with the work ethic. The implication of this study is an effort to improve employee work ethic can be done through monitoring and communication. Keyword: Supervision, Interpersonal Communication, Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara 1) pengawasan dengan etos kerja, 2) komunikasi dengan produktivitas kerja, dan 3) pengawasan dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama dengan etos kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BLKPI Pasar Rebo, dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai dengan Mei 2012. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan methodology survey. Penelitian ini memakai sampel 92 pegawai BLKPI Pasar Rebo, dan 20 pegawai sebagai uji coba yang dipilih berdasarkan tehnik sample acak (random sampling) terhadap pegawai BLKPI Pasar Rebo Jakarta. Tehnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan instrument dalam bentuk kuesioner. Kalibrasi instrument ini dengan menggunakan alat test koefisien validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji test valliditas dengan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment, sementara untuk koefisien reliabilitasnyadihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Hasil penelitian in menunjukkanbahwa: Pertama, terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengawasan dengan etos kerja; Kedua terdapat hubungan yang positif antara komunikasi dengan etos kerja, dan; Ketiga terdapat hubungan yang positif antara pengawasan dan komunikasi secara bersama-sama dengan etos kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah upaya untuk memperbaiki etos kerja pegawai dapat dilakukan melalui pengawasan dan komunikasi. Abstract This study aims to describe purchasing decisions and word of mouth communication and the influence between the two variables. This type of research is quantitative with causal associative methods. The population in this study were all consumers who had made a purchase at the Pizza Hut of Padang City where the amount was unknown. The sample in this study amounted to 96 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the researcher focused the sample of consumers who bought Pizza Hut in Padang City. Collecting data using a questionnaire based on the Likert Scale that tested its validity and reliability. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of venture capital , length of business , and entrepreneurial attitudes on the income of batik craftsmen partially (2) the effect of venture capital , length of business , and entrepreneurial attitudes on the income of batik craftsmen simultaneously , (3) the effect of income on the welfare of batik craftsmen , and (4) the influence of venture capital, business duration, and entrepreneurial attitude towards the income of batik craftsmen through income variables . This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population is batik artisans in Danau Teluk Jambi city with 74 batik craftsmen. Data were collected with a questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of venture capital on the income of batik craftsmen, with a significance of 0.0 00 <0.05; and regression coefficients of 0, 905; there is a positive and significant influence of business duration on the income of batik craftsmen, with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05; and a regression coefficient of 0.990; there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial attitudes on the income of batik craftsmen, with a significance value of 0.0 34 <0.05; and a regression coefficient of 0.286 and (2 ) there is a significant influence of joint venture capital, length of business, and entrepreneurial attitude towards the income of batik craftsmen , with a significance value of 0,000 <0.05; and R 2 amounted to 89.4 %. ; (3) The effect of income on family welfare is positive at 0.005 but not significant because the significance value is 0.223 <0.05, this means the income variable is not an intervening variable; (4) The effect of business capital on welfare through income is 0.0045, the effect of business profits on welfare through income is 0.00495, the effect of entrepreneurial attitudes on welfare through income is 0.00143.

Abstrak — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Bogor.      Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriftif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 86 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebanyak 30 item pertanyaan yang dinilai dengan skala Likert 1-5 dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik meliputi koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t, dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian parsial dapat disampaikan sebagai berikut : (1) Pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, yaitu 4,917 > 2,025 (nilai koefisien regresi 0,572 dan nilai signifikansi 0.000),  maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. (2) Pengaruh kualitas layanan (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh nilai thitung  lebih besar dari nilai ttabel, yaitu 2,675> 2,025 (nilai koefisien regresi 0,324 dan nilai signifikansi 0.009), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk.  (3) Pengaruh kualitas produk (X1) dan kualitas layanan  (X2) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk diperoleh Fhitung = 49,573 > F tabel 3,109 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi dengan nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,550 maka dapat diartikan bahwa 50,5% kualitas produk dan layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tabungan pada Bank Syariah Mandiri cabang Bogor. This study aims to determine the effect of product and service quality on purchasing decisions on savings products at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Bogor branch. The method used is a survey method using descriptive analysis techniques and verification. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique of 86 respondents. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire of 30 question items which were assessed with a Likert scale of 1-5 and tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis includes correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test. Based on the results of partial testing can be conveyed as follows: (1) The effect of product quality (X1) on product purchasing decisions obtained tcount value greater than ttable , ie 4.917> 2.025 (regression coefficient 0.572 and significance value 0.000), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the product quality variable partially has a positive and significant influence on product purchasing decisions. (2) The effect of service quality (X2) on product purchase decisions obtained tcount greater than ttable, ie 2.675> 2.025 (regression coefficient value 0.324 and significance value 0.009), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on product purchasing decisions. (3) Effect of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) on product purchasing decisions obtained Fcount = 49.573> F table 3.109 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that the influence of product quality and service quality simultaneously significantly influences the decision product purchase. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an adjusted R Square value of 0.550 can be interpreted that 50.5% of the quality of products and services influence the decision to purchase savings products at the Bogor branch of Syariah Bank Mandiri.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance
