AbstractThis research aims to describe the form of a Kasidah Rebana presentation in a wedding party in Jorong SarohaTamiang, Lembah Melintang District, West Pasaman Regency. This research is a qualitative research which focuseson getting issues related to the topic. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The development of sophisticated era and the cultures and arts developed in community give positive and negative effects. However, the art of Kasidah Rebana in the Jorong Saroha Tamiang still exists and is the choice of the community to be presented in a wedding party.The presentation form of Kasidah Rebana in the wedding party now has undergone many changes towards a more modern direction in accordance with the times. This can be seen from the sound system and formations, which neatly arranged by the group on stage, provided by the committee. Based on the composition, the rhythm pattern played is in accordance to the rhythmic musical instrument as well as the keyboard melody combined with chord harmonization and sound distribution. The vocalist sings the song according to the structure of the song's form and the expression according to the song's verse. These are combined to produce a beautiful tambourine blend.Based on the results of the study, to be more creative is an advice the author gives to the group. Song references, music compositions and costumes can be differently arranged, for instance. Thus, it is more interesting and more demanded by the community. The form of a Kasidah Rebana presentation is a mixed ensemble played by 12 players consisting of two vocalists, two tambourine players, two rhythm players, two bass players, three ketipung players, and one keyboard player.Keywords: form of presentation, kasidah rebana, wedding party

Waqf is a philanthropy with the highest position in Islam. Apart from being of worship value, waqf is also related to legal, social and economic aspects. The times demand waqf not only in the form of immovable objects such as land and buildings, but also in the form of money. Cash waqf in its development can have a wider impact that can be felt by the community. To optimize the collection of waqf funds, the role of e-payment as a resulting technological innovation needs to be studied more deeply. This study uses a qualitative research type with a literature study model in answering these problems. Data is obtained from various reading sources such as books, previous studies, journals and trusted websites. This research shows that e-payment is proven to help optimize the collection of waqf funds. E-payment can facilitate wāqif in waqf both in terms of mobilization and the amount of funds to be donated. In addition, e-payments are proven to be safer, more convenient and efficient.

AbstractThis study aims to describe or find out the inheritance of the Krilu musical instrument in Sanggar Ratau Agung in Tunggang Village, Lebong Utara District, Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province. This research is a qualitative research. The research instrument was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery, voice recorder, and camera. The type of data in this study was primary and secondary data. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis was conducted by collecting data, classifying data analysis, and making conclusions and suggestions. The results show that the inheritance of Krilu in Sanggar Ratau Agung in Tunggang Village, Lebong Utara District, Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province uses an open and enculturation system. This inheritance system does not use a closed one due to the fact that there is no family from Krilu artists that can inherit the Krilu art. The open inheritance system carried out by artists is by teaching individual studio members who are interested and want to learn Krilu musical instruments. Meanwhile, the closed system is not found in the inheritance system. The research aims to reveal, describe, and analyze the development of the Tampuruang Dance in Sabirullah Matador dance studio, KanagarianPasirTalangTimur, Solok Selatan Regency.This research is a qualitative research usinga descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is Tampuruang Dance in NagariPasirTalangTimur, Sungai PaguSubdistrict, SouthSolok Regency. The type of data was primary and secondary data. The main instrument was the research itself. The data collection techniques were conducted through literature study, observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by using interpretation techniques so that the truth can be obtained.The results show that the Tampuruang Dance Tradition had developed into creativeTampuraung Dance.This development can be seen from the motion management, dancers, floor patterns, accompaniment music, make-up and clothing, as well as time and venue. In its motion, there is a development of 4 motives. Inthe floor pattern, there is development of 17 floor patterns. In costumes, the colors and accessories used are also developed.In the musical instrument, there aresomeadditions of musical instruments: Bansi, talempong, andjimbe. Thus, the process of Tampuruang Dance development in NagariPasirTalang is supported because there is a desire from the Sabirullah Matador studio to maintainTampuruang Dance by turning it into an attractiveTampuruang dance creationso that it can be used by the community. This study aims to describe online instruction of Culture and Arts especially in Music subject matter in class VII.5 at SMP Negeri 17 Padang. This is a qualitative research using a descriptive analytic approach. The research instrument used was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing tools, cameras, and cellphones. The data were collected through literature study, interviews, and documentation.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation ofonline instructionin the subject matter of simple musical instruments in class VII.5 at SMP Negeri 17 Padang is using the Whatsapp Group media recommended by the Principal of SMP Negeri 17 Padang. This is a way to deal with online learning so that learning activities can be continued even though it is conducted in distance. The planning step for learning simple musical instrument is not optimally conducteddue to the fact that the teacher does not create lesson plans for online instruction.The implementation of online learning in the subject matter of simple musical instrumentcontinues to run smoothly even though the learning process faces various obstacles. The learning outcomes of Culture and Arts for grade VIIin the subject matter of simple musical instruments are less effective and less optimal. This is due to the fact that learning activities conducted do not pay attention to standards of preparing online learning materials.Key word: Instruction, Online, Simple musical instruments

This study aims to describe the existence of Talempong Kayu in Talang Maur Village, Mungka District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This is a qualitative research using a descriptive analysis method. The main instrument in this study was the researcher itself and was assisted by supporting instruments such as writing instruments and cameras. The data were collected through literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data, and making conclusions. The results of this study indicate that Talempong Kayu musical instrument is one of the traditional arts in Talang Village, Mungka District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. It is played by being hit (idiophone). Talempong Kayu is only used as entertainment for the players, and serves as an emotional expression, aesthetic pleasure, and entertainment. The form of its presentation does not require other people or audiences. In the past, people in TalangMaur village had good enthusiasts and appreciation on Talempong Kayu. However, due to the development of the times, the enthusiasts have decreased considerably. This is due to the fact that today generation replaces their games byandroid phones that can access many games. Furthermore, there has been no government attention in developing Talempong Kayu Art. Talempong Kayu is only played by local people and is not really considered by the government. This is due to the fact that the wood Talempong Art only serves as a substitute musical instrument for training before the metal one, so this is not considered too important for deeper development.Keywords: The Existence, Talempong Kayu, in Talang Maur Village

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

Ali Bin Abi Talib once said that children should be educated in accordance with the  development of the times. The Ali bin Abi Talib’s statement could be considered as his attention more to the development of human civilization. For that reason, there should be studies focused on the role of educational institutions in facing the challenges of the times. On this stand, the writer raises the existence of pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) for being considered to have been able to survive amid the onslaught of civilization increasingly obscuring cultural identity. In addition, this study also aims to identify and discuss the role of pesantren in the modern era. This is a literature study using a descriptive and exploratory approach. It can be concluded that pesantren are non-formal Islamic educational institutions. Pesantren have permanent and distictive methods and learning models. The purpose of pesantren education is the same as Islamic education in general, instilling a sense of virtue, familiarizing themselves with courtesy, preparing for a holy, sincere and honest life entirely. Pesantren could be seen from three aspects: (a) pesantren that are seen from facilities and infrastructures, (b) pesantren that are seen from disciplines taught, and (c) pesantren that are seen from the fields of knowledge.

Nepotism and cronyism are forms of favoritism towards certain people in the workplace. For this reason, they constitute a problem for organization managers, ethicists and psychologists. Identifying the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the increase of nepotism and cronyism may provide a basis for organizations to assess their extent and to take possible measures to prevent their negative effects. At the same time, the research presented in the article may provide a basis for further research work related to nepotism and cronyism at the times of other threats, different from the pandemic. The aim of the article is to examine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on growing acceptance for nepotism and cronyism in Polish enterprises. Qualitative and quantitative methods have been included in the conducted research. Qualitative study aimed at improving knowledge of nepotism and cronyism and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on these phenomena, followed by a quantitative study conducted in order to verify the information obtained in the qualitative study. This research has demonstrated that Nepotism and cronyism in the workplace, are phenomenon that are basically evaluated negatively. They adversely influences social and economic development, but the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on nepotism and cronyism is not significant.

Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. This research was conducted to find out how the branding activity done by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media account Instagram @ y2kstudio. This research would like to examine more deeply related to marketing activity such as what applied Y2K Music School and Studio in building brand Y2K Music School and Studio as a music school through its official Instagram. There is also a method used in this research is a method of narrative analysis which is a method in the field of qualitative research. The data were collected using literature study on textbooks, online data tracking, and in-depth interviews on key informants related to the study. The results of this study states that the form of branding activities conducted by Y2K Music School and Studio through social media accounts Instagram @ y2kstudio is a marketing communication in the form of delivering information with positive ambiance related Y2K Music School and Studio and also in the form of information delivery activities related promotions which is currently running at Y2K Music School and Studio.
