AbstrakPada tahun 2020 ini, Menteri Pendidikan, Nadiem Makarim, mengeluarkan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. Hal yang menarik perhatian dalam kebijakan ini adalah kegiatan belajar di luar kampus. Terdapat delapan contoh kegiatan pembelajaran di luar kampus, yang meliputi kegiatan magang atau praktik kerja, proyek di desa, mengajar di sekolah, pertukaran pelajar, penelitian, kegiatan kewirausahaan, studi/proyek independen, dan proyek kemanusisaan. Aktualisasi kegiatan ini memerlukan sebuah referensi nyata yang dapat dijadikan pedoman. Film “Sokola Rimba” menawarkan konsep kegiatan-kegiatan ini dalam penceritaan filmnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan penelitian secara mendalam terhadap film “Sokola Rimba”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sinopsis film “Sokola Rimba” dan mendeskripsikan konsep pendidikan yang memerdekakan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah film “Sokola Rimba”. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat tiga kegiatan yang divisualkan dalam film dari delapan contoh kegiatan kegiatan belajar di luar kampus, yaitu proyek kemanusiaan, proyek di desa, dan mengajar di sekolah.Kata Kunci: pendidikan, memerdekakan, film sokola rimba. AbstractIn 2020 the government issued a policy on “Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka”. The thing that attracts attention in this policy is learning activities off campus. There are eight examples of off-campus learning activities, internships or work practices, village projects, school teaching, student exchanges, research, entrepreneurial activities, independent studies / projects, and humanitarian projects. Actualization of this activity requires a real reference that can be used as a reference. The film "Sokola Rimba" visualizes the concept of these activities in the film's story. Then research is needed on the film "Sokola Rimba". This study aims to describe the synopsis of the film "Sokola Rimba" and describe the concept of liberating education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of this research is the film "Sokola Rimba". Data collection methods used are the method of observation and study of literature. The results of this study indicate there are three activities visualized in the film from eight examples of activities outside the campus learning activities, such as humanitarian projects, projects in villages, and teaching in schools.Keywords: education, liberation, sokola rimba films.

In this article the author discusses the analysis of the experience of construction and the subject of experiencer (dative) in Hokkien. In Semantic studies, experiential construction is a process or method used to form meaning that has experiencer as a human participant who accidentally experiences a mental or physical state. The concept of experience explains 5 subdomains of experiential verbs, namely bodily sensations (thirst, hunger, pain, itching), emotions (anger, pleasure, fear), desire (want), cognition (thinking, knowing, remembering), and perception (see, feel, hearing), as well as forms of experiential adjectives, namely curious, clever, forgetful, and confused. Each language has terms that are bad, good, and neutral emotions and can be described through symptoms outside the body, such as red and pale. This research is a qualitative descriptive study and was compiled using the Natural Semantic Metalanguage (NSM) theory. The author analyzes the data in this article by using data collection methods from respondents with referring, engaging, and proficient techniques. The research data is taken from written and verbal sources. The experiential construction in Hokkien may use both transitive and intransitive experiential verbs in experiential assignment as object and or subject datives. In Hokkien, subject experiencer is taking the position of direct subject, while the object experiencer is taking the position as dative subject.

Early childhood education (PAUD) is the provision of efforts to stimulate, guide, nurture, and provide learning activities that will produce children's abilities and skills. How is the Application of Audio Visual Media in Improving the Appropriate Final Grade Early Childhood Learning in PAUD Tsabita Kalianda, South Lampung. This study aims to see the application of audio-visual media in improving late grade early childhood learning. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive study, with the subject of the study were 20 final grade early childhood students in PAUD Tsabita Kalianda, South Lampung, while the object in the study was Improving Late Class Early Childhood Learning through Audio-Visual Media in PAUD Tsabita. Kalianda South Lampung. Data collection was carried out by observation, interview, and documentation. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation, the application of audio-visual media in improving late-grade early childhood learning at Tsabita Kalianda PAUD, South Lampung can improve late-grade early childhood learning. Abstrak Pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) adalah pemberian upaya untuk menstimulasi, membimbing,mengasuh, dan pemberian kegiatan pembelajaran yang akan menghasilkan kemampuan dan keterampilan anak. Bagaimanakah Penerapan Media Audio Visual Dalam Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Kelas Akhir yang Tepat Di PAUD Tsabita Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat penerapan media audio-visual dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran anak usia dini kelas akhir. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik anak usia dini kelas akhir di PAUD Tsabita Kalianda Lampung Selatan sebanyak 20 Anak , Sedangkan Objek dalam penelitian adalah Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Kelas Akhir Melalui Media Audio-Visual di PAUD Tsabita Kalianda Lampung Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi, Interview, dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil Observasi, Interview dan Dokumentasi tersebut bahwa Penerapan Media Audio-Visual dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Kelas Akhir di PAUD Tsabita Kalianda Lampung Selatan dapat Meningkatkan Pembelajaran Anak Usia Dini Kelas Akhir . The objectives of research include; first, to describe what local Islamic working ethos are as the basis for the resilience of songkok, whip and slap handicraft businesses in Serah Panceng Gresik Village. Second, to describe the resilience of the songkok, whip and slap handicraft business in the village of Serah Panceng Gresik. This study is a qualitative-descriptive study with the aim of understanding the phenomena experienced by the subject of research including behavior, perception, motivation, and action holistically by utilizing various scientific methods. Data collection methods include; Observation, In-depth Interview or Focus Group Discussion, Documentation. Data analysis techniques include: processing and preparing data for analysis, reading the entire data, analyzing in more detail by coding data, considering detailed instructions that can help the coding process, giving descriptions that will be presented in the report, interpreting and interpreting data. The results showed that in Serah Village local Islamic working ethos were preserved by the community, such as alms giving, reading dziba', reading tahlil, attending haul akbar, and reading sholawat together every Friday. Although in the tradition it does not involve songkok, whip, and slap directly, there is a good impact to support the resilience of songkok, but not whip, and slap production. Religious rituals by praying together asking Allah to facilitate and carry out business in production songkok, whip, and slap are an expression of gratitude for what God gave to the people of Serah Village. All economic activity done by Serah community is meant to get God’s willing. Keywords: Islamic Working Ethos, Handicraft Businesses

At present the development of technology and information has reached a very rapid level. Technology and information are used as a service media in the government environment which is also known as e-Government, one of which is the service of public information disclosure. The central government through Law No. 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information, encourages all Public Agencies including the Sleman Regency Government to make transparency in the administration of the state by utilizing information technology. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which aims to describe the reality that occurs. The object of research in this study is the official website of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of Sleman Regency with the domain https://ppid.slemankab.go.id then the Sleman Regency Communication and Informatics Office as the organizer of the public information disclosure program. The data collection technique itself is carried out by means of interviews, documentation studies, and field observations (observations). After collecting and presenting data, then the data will be reduced first then analyzed and concluded. From the results of the study, in general the researchers concluded that the Sleman Regency PPID website had reached the level of qualification to become a quality website, however there were still some improvements and evaluations that had to be done by the relevant agencies in order to be better, namely (i) the website was still being assessed as a one-way service (ii) There are still many OPDs that are not ready to implement PPID (iii) data and information are still not updated (iv) lack of responsiveness of services in requests for information.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the mathematics literacy skills of high school students in terms of gender, especially in the material linear program. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data Collection was carried out on the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Meraksa Aji. The subject was 31 students which consisted of 14 females and 17 males. The data was collected using tests and interviews and analyze use method triangulation. The results showed that female students' literacy skills were better than male students. Female students find the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems, formulate problems systematically and use concepts, facts, procedures, and reasoning in mathematics. Meanwhile, male students have only fulfilled the indicators of interpreting mathematics to solve problems.

This study discusses the Performance Allowance in the perspective of al-'Adl in the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. This type of research is a type of qualitative descriptive study with a phenomelogical approach that explains the phenomena and their meaning for individuals by conducting interviews with a number of individuals and the location of the study was conducted at the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, Gowa Regency. Sources of data obtained consisted of primary data sources of 12 informants, as well as secondary data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the process of receiving performance allowances in the manner of payment and giving, addition, and reduction of performance allowances is in accordance with government regulations. In addition, the value of Al-'Adl is an imbalance in the receipt of performance benefits with employee performance which is assessed through employee performance appraisal. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is no equality in providing training opportunities and infrastructure for employees. The value of Al-'Adl is that there is a mismatch in the receipt of performance allowances based on the time of payment, employee workload, and employee obligations.

This study aims to form the characters of Indonesian students through the implementation of Value-clarified Techniques with the help of folklore. The implementation of this lesson is based on the dynamics and problematics of characters that occur today in primary schools and intends to bridge the issues. The research design used is the type of action research with the subject of the study of grade V of Pontianak Elementary School Pontianak amounted to 32 people in the first semester. Data collection methods are observation and interview, while to analyze the data with qualitative descriptive. From the analysis of the results of research and discussion obtained the conclusion that the implementation of Value-assisted Clarification Technique folklore can improve the formation of the character of Indonesian students in primary schools.

Aim:  to  know  the  meaning  of  humanization  in  prenatal  care for pregnant women. Method: Qualitative descriptive study, to be developed with pregnant women in prenatal care services linked to the Primary Care services of a city in Southern Brazil. For the production of data, the Almanac creativity and sensitivity technique will be used  associated  with  semi-structured  individual  interviews.  The  analysis  will  use  the operative proposal as reference. Expected results: to produce more knowledge about the subject  and  promote  discussions  and  reflections  that  allow  the qualification  of  prenatal care,  as  well  as  to  provide  support  for  health  professionals  and  make  them  agents  of change in the reality of prenatal care services humanization.

Not all teachers utilize ICT in organizing learning activities although they have understood that such learning strategies which really support or help level the learners mastery of the subject matter. Constraint the use of ICT by teachers are: no access, no adaanya means of ICT, learning does not integrate ICT, teachers have no knowledge of ICT, and no lack of willingness of teachers to utilize ICT. So the solution of problems utilization of ICT are: conducted socialization constantly about the potential, the benefits and importance of ICT in learning activities so that there is policy support, not only from the central government, local government, private agencies but also from the head school, (2) conducted more intensive training with a more lax or inadequate so it is possible for teachers to put into practice the results of training in the classroom, (3) the teachers responded to the advancement of ICT positively by action through the use of ICT in learning activities be a professional duties, and (4) implemented the procurement of ICT tools in schools gradually and berkelajuta, either through the government, the private sector and the community. AbstrakBelum semua guru memanfaatkan TIK dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan pembelajaran yang diampunya walaupun mereka telah memahami bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang demikian ini sangat menunjang atau membantu tingkat penguasaan peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran. Kendala pemanfaatan TIK oleh guru adalah: tidak adanya akses, tidak adaanya sarana TIK, pembelajaran tidak mengintegrasikan TIK, guru tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang TIK, dan tidak adanya kemauan guru untuk memanfaatkan TIK. Sehingga solusi dari kendala pemanfaaatan TIK adalah: dilakukan sosialisasi yang terusmenerus tentang potensi, manfaat, dan pentingnya TIK di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga ada dukungan kebijakan, tidak hanya dari pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, instansi swasta tetapi juga dari kepala sekolah, dilaksanakan pelatihan yang lebih intensif dengan waktu yang lebih longgar atau memadai sehingga dimungkinkan bagi guru untuk mempraktekkan hasil pelatihan di dalam kelas, para guru merespons kemajuan TIK secara positif dengan tindakan nyata melalui pemanfaatan TIK di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang menjadi tugas profesionalnya, dan dilaksanakan pengadaan perangkat TIK di sekolah secara bertahap dan berkelajutan, baik melalui pemerintah, pihak swasta maupun masyarakat.

This study aims to describe the implementation of education character policy at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram, the proponent and the resistor factors, and the effect of education character policy implementation on students. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved: the principal, the student head deputy, the homeroom teacher, the religion teacher, and the counseling teacher. The observation, interview, and documentation are used as data collection methods. Furthermore, the result of this study showed that (1) the implementation of education character policy at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram was implemented by school residents with teaching and learning activities.(2) the proponent factors were an internal factor (student awareness) and an external factor (the cooperation among teachers, employees, conducive neighborhood, and programmed activities). (3) the resistor factors were an internal factor (the student character diversity, the teacher limitedness on education character implementation), the external factor was (the lack of parent supervision on problematic children). (4) The effect of education on character implementation creates self-confidence and discipline. Keywords:Implementation, education character policy
