Empirically proving the relationship between intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills to work readiness in "X" college students is the aim of this study. The method used in this research is survey. The population in this study were all "X" college students. The sample used in this study was "X" college final semester students. Purposive sampling with accidental sampling is a sampling technique used in this study. Multiple linear regression in the SPSS 15.0 version program is used as a data processing tool. Obtained 185 respondents in this research. Simultaneous test results show that intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills significantly affect work readiness for "X" college students. Partially intrapersonal skills and interpersonal skills, both of them significantly affect the work readiness of "X" college students. The implication of this research is the importance of education related to soft skills because this greatly contributes to students preparing themselves when joining the workforce.

Intelligence is the ability to apply the knowledge and experiences that have been gained into the effort tasks are challenging and flexible book. Behaviour is an action that involves aspects of affective, cognitive, and psychomotor. Goal: This study aims to determine the relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Method: This study uses correlation with cross sectional design. The study population was all students / i Ners Level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan as 65. The samples used were 65 respondents, the sampling technique in this research is using purposive sampling. The instrument of this study using questionnaire and observation sheets by using product moment test person. Result: Intelligence students as many as 30 people (46.2%) classified as having an average level of intelligence. A total of 32 people (49.2%) classified as well-behaved students. Person product moment test results obtained p value = 0.172 where a significant level of p> 0.05 so that this value proves that the absence of a relationship between the behavior of student nurses intelligence level II STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan. Conclusion: Recommended for institutions, motivating students in balancing the behavior and intelligence.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

<p><strong>Abstract</strong>. Good parenting produces a good mutual relationship between parent and child. Fathers have a role in parenting. A father is involved in nurturing by interacting with children and utilizing his resources, including physical, cognition, and affection. To that end, this study aimed to investigate the relationship between authoritative parenting and secure attachment to fathers among adolescents in Pidie-Aceh, Indonesia. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 200 teenagers. Data collection techniques were performed by using authoritative parenting scale and secure attachment to father scale. The Pearson correlation test results showed that authoritative parenting was positively related to secure attachment to father. The analysis proved that authoritative parenting was significantly related to adolescents’ attachment to their fathers</p><p><strong>Keywords: </strong>authoritative parenting, secure attachment, father, adolescent</p>

Nipple blisters can be caused by trauma to the nipple during breastfeeding, but it can also cause cracks and the formation of a gap - a gap. The incidence of sore nipples caused by several factors including improper feeding techniques and lack of breast care. This study aims to investigate the relationship between breastfeeding and breast care techniques with incidence of sore nipples. This research was conducted in June 2017 and BPS BPS Meiyuni Siti Hotijah Bangkalan. This research uses a checklist approach Sectional Cros. Subjects studied were maternal postpartum primipara 1-40 day total of 36 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Statistic test used lambda. The results showed breastfeeding technique in the category of pretty 16 respondents (44.4%) and treatment of breast category fairly 18 respondents (50%), while the incidence of sore nipples in the category were 18 respondents (50%). Statistical test results showed the value of breastfeeding technique p Value (0.019) <α (0.05) means that there is a correlation technique of breastfeeding on the incidence of sore nipples, while for the treatment of breast statistical result p value Value (0.047) <α (0.05 ) means that there is a relationship to the incidence rate of breast care sore nipples. This research is expected to provide knowledge to prevent the incidence of sore nipples in a mannerappropriate feeding techniques and treatment of breast good.

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of eWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) Trust and Purchase Intention on Students in the English village of Pare-Kediri. The population in this study were those who took courses at the Pare-Kediri English village course institute in January-March 2019 which obtained a sample of 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and library studies. The test results partially show that there is a significant and significant effect on the trust variable on Purchase Intention as evidenced by a significant value of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0,05). The partial test results show that there is a significant and significant effect between eWOM variables on Purchase Intention as evidenced by a significant value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.005 <0.05). Based on the calculation results obtained a significant value is 0,000. This shows that the significant value of the test is the trust variable F and eWOM <0.05, which means that the results of this simultaneous test are trust and eWOM has an effect on Purchase Intention. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepercayaan Dan eWOM ( Elektronik Word Of Mouth ) teradap Purchase Intention pada Pelajar di kampung inggris Pare-Kediri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah yang mengambil kursus di lembaga kursus kampung inggris Pare-Kediri pada bulan Januari-Maret 2019 yang  diperoleh sampel sebanyak 96 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, obsevasi, wawancara, dan Studi kepustakaan. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh dan signifikan antara variabel kepercayaan terhadap Purchase Intention yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa berpengaruh dan signifikan antara variabel eWOM terhadap Purchase Intention yang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,005 dimana lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,005 < 0,05). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai signifikan adalah 0,000. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan uji F variabel kepercayaan dan eWOM <0,05 yang berarti hasil dari pengujian simultan ini adalah kepercayaan dan eWOM berpengaruh terhadap Purchase Intention.

This study investigates the relationship between teachers’ interpersonal skills, teachers’ teaching efficacy, and teaching performance as perceived by the teacher, peers and students. The data on teaching efficacy, teachers’ interpersonal-intrapersonal skills were generated through the different scales which were developed and validated by the researcher. The self-report of teachers on their efficacy was utilized to know more the samples’ perception on teaching and their attitude in the teaching- learning process. The data on teaching performance were generated from the peer and student sample through the teaching performance instrument. Descriptive statistics, item analysis procedure, Pearson correlation coefficient, using the SPSSPC-DOS program were basic tools for data evaluation. T h e following results was derived from the data generated: Teachers’ interpersonal skill is directly related to the teaching efficacy scores. This study aims to examine the relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a positive relationship between loneliness and selfie-liking among college students. This research used correlational quantitative methods. Participants in this research was 64 students, which was taken by purposive sampling technique, with inclusive criteria: like to do selfie and in the last month post the selfie photos to social media as much as 4-6 times. Data were collected using the Loneliness Scale from UCLA Version 3 and selfie-liking measured by Selfie-Liking Scale.  The correlation was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation Test with SPSS 23 for Windows. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship between loneliness and self-liking (r=.297; p=.009) which means the higher loneliness, the higher selfie-liking.

Objective: Explores in depth the learning experience of students in SCL “student center learning” model in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Methods: This research use qualitative method with descriptive approach, executed on June until August 2016 in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Informants in this study were selected by purposive sampling technique of convenience sampling. The informants involved in this research are 6 informants, where the researcher has obtained the data saturation in gathering information and has reached redudancy. Interviews were conducted once for each participant, lasting approximately 60-90 minutes for each participant. Data analysis method used in this research is method of analysis from Colaizzi. Result: There are 12 themes perceived by Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Students about SCL learning model that is role of student, the role of lecturer, learning process, student expression with SCL learning model,  the number of group members, student activeness in learning, improvement of student soft skills, means of learning, lecturer relationships with students, relationships between students, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors Conclusion: There are three perceptions of students about SCL learning, namely the role of lecturer as facilitator and mediator, scheduled learning process, and student perception on SCL learning model. The advantages of learning perceived by the students is seen from the number of group members, the activity of the students in learning and the improvement of the soft skills of the students. Lesson in the SCL learning model perceived by the students, the learning facilities, the relationship of lecturers with students, and the relationship among students. There are two factors that play a role in student learning in SCL learning model in Nursing Program Stikes General Achmad Yani Yogyakarta is the driving factor (self, family and friends)

Background: Infectious diseases that are still of concern to many circles, namely HIV / AIDS. This is confirmed by the reason that there is still an increase in the number of cases. In addition, this disease makes sufferers or people who are often known as people living with HIV / AIDS (PLWHA) experience both physical and psychological problems. The physical problems experienced by PLWHA, of course, depend on the stage of the patient's disease. PLWHA who experience physical problems may experience stress due to their illness. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between HIV stage and stress levels. Method: This type of research is a quantitative observational study with a correlation analytic design with consecutive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire with the number of respondents as many as 38 people. The data obtained were processed statistically using the Spearmen Rho statistical test. Results: based on the data, it was found that from 38 research respondents, most of them were 20-60 years old (76.3%). The majority of people with HIV / AIDS were male, namely 23 people (60.5%) with most of the occupations of HIV / AIDS sufferers being private (63.2%). Respondents' HIV was at stage II (50%) and III (50%). The level of stress experienced by HIV / AIDS sufferers is quite good, namely: at level I (31.57) and II (68.43). r = -174, p-value = 0.283. Conclusion: there is no correlation between HIV stage and stress level.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between significance or know the academic efficacy and procrastination academic with achievement students academic of project study guidance and counseling, Teaching and Education Faculty University PGRI East Nusa Tenggara. The number of samples used in the study as much as 92 students drawn from population 1180 includes force 2009 as much as much as 102 students 2010 force 205 students, 2011 as much as 368 students, and force as many as 505 2012 student. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Tool collecting data using a detailed questionnaire with Likert scale, which consists of a detailed questionnaire for academic procrastination and academic efficacy. While the achievement of student learning is measured based on the CPI. The analysis used in this study is the technique of correlation of Product Moment with the help of SPSS Version 18.0. The first hypothesis test results showed that the relationship between academic procrastination and academic achievement, known (r) correlation coefficient between academic procrastination and academic achievement of 0.015 with p 0.890 > 0.05 negative correlation, direction and with the guidelines of the wear level of significance of 5%, obtained p 0.890 > 0.0.5 then correlation between academic procrastination and academic achievement is declared not significant. The second hypothesis test results showed a relationship between academic efficacy with academic achievement, known coefficient of correlation (r) between academic efficacy and academic achievement -0.004 0.970 > with p 0.05, direction correlation negative and wear guidelines significance level 5%, obtained p 0.970 > 0.05 then correlation between academic efficacy with academic achievement is expressed is not significant. While the third hypothesis test results showed the absence of significant correlation between academic procrastination and academic efficacy simultaneously toward academic achievement with the retrieved R square (coefficient of determination) of 0000, and the coefficient correlation of 0.015 with 0.990 > p 0.05. Further, it is known from the Fcount of 0.010 of Ftable of 3.10, so that H0 is accepted and Ha was rejected.
