ABSTRAK Desa Cikuda merupakan desa yang bersebelahan dengan kampus Unpad Jatinangor berjarak sekitar 2,7 KM. Kurang sejahteranya masyarakat secara mandiri ditambah dengan jumlah angka pengangguran memunculkan peluang baru untuk beralih kepada pembentukan industry rumah tangga. Keberadaannya mampu memberikan ruang bagi banyak orang untuk tidak tergantung pada kerasnya persaingan dunia kerja. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada industry rumah tangga di desa tersebut adalah kualitas produk yang masih rendah, serta penampilan produk yang kurang menarik sehingga tidak berdampak pada kesejahteraan pelaku usaha. Perbaikan mutu produk dapat melalui penerapan teknologi pengemasan dan inovasi produk. Dengan adanya transfer pengetahuan pada masyarakat yang menjadi mitra dalam program ini yaitu pelaku IKM olahan pangan Desa Cikuda dapat menerapkan teknologi pengemasan dan inovasi produk, serta mendukung program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Kata kunci: teknologi pengemasan, inovasi produk, IKM ABSTRACT Cikuda is a village near to Unpad campus in Jatinangor is about 2.7 KM. The lack of prosperity of the community independently coupled with the number of unemployed numbers raises new opportunities to shift to the establishment of the household industry. Its existence is able to provide space for many people not to depend on the rigors of the work world competition. Problems in the household industry is the product quality was still low, and the appearance of the product that is less attractive so as not to affect the welfare of business actors. Improvement of product quality can be through application of packaging technology and product innovation. Transfer knowledge to the community that is a partner in this program is the perpetrator of IKM at Cikuda can apply packaging technology and product innovation, and support the government program in improving the economy of the community. Theoretical principles and history of study of eventful tourism, his classification, and also modern state of this sphere, are considered in the article. Progress of eventful tourism trends are analysed on Zakarpattia and it is set that during the last years there are positive tendencies in relation to their development, in particular: the specialized tour operators that offer corresponding tours and the new objects of eventful rest are opened appear. It is educed that Zakarpattia is extraordinarily rich in traditions and ethnic colour and has considerable advantages for development of eventful tourism, as here is considerable tourist-recreational potential. In villages and small towns Zakarpattia the most various and interesting festivals and holidays pass that, it is possible conditionally to divide into three groups-guilty, gastronomic and folklore. Lately large popularity was purchased by the tours of flowers on Zakarpattia. Eventful tourism is perspective on Zakarpattia, with inexhaustible resource potential, and the programs of festivals are saturated, original and interesting and profitable. They assist to socio-economic development of area, popularization of potential tourist resources among a population. Important pre-condition of organization of festival tourism is the timely informing and advertising of events, popularity to information about her and organization of her systematic realization. Most permanent festivals have own web-sites, on that there is information about realization and program of measures, tourist infrastructure, transport report. Forming of positive image of region and increase of amount of tourists is assisted by tourist-informative centers that accumulate information about tourist-recreational suggestions. Without regard to plenty of festivals international status is had only separate from them. Therefore, in order to attract the attention of tourists to Zakarpattia, it is expedient to create the government program of assistance and development of festival motion and distinguish the regional centers of festival tourism. Such regional centers can be cities that are selected on the principle of scale and the possibility of representation of an event. Such centers in the region can be Uzhgorod, Beregovo, Rakhiv, Mukachevo.

ABSTRACT  Islamic Religious Instructor has a quite strategic role in the midst of society. besides he is a preacher of Islam, also the Islamic Religious Instructor, according to his function as a guide, illuminator, and community builder with religious language. The role of religious counselors in addition to functioning as an impetus for the community to actively participate in development also plays a role in overcoming obstacles that build the course of development, particularly overcoming negative impacts. Religious instructors as religious leaders always guide, nurture, and move the community to do good and stay away from prohibited acts, inviting something that is needed by the community in fostering its territory both for the purposes of social facilities and worship. The Religious Instructor is a place to ask questions and a place to complain for his community to solve and resolve with his advice. Religious Instructors as community leaders act as priests in matters of religion and social problems as well as in matters of state by an effort to succeed the government program. The role of religious instructors in improving and creating the quality of sakinah families in the Muhajirin AL Muhajirin voluntary II Ta'lim Assembly group in Teluk Betung Barat Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, it can be concluded that religious counselors play an important role in improving the quality of sakinah families, one of which is in terms of worship , and also able to improve the quality of a new family and has long become a sakinah family.

The problem of accessibility for socially significant goods for the population, among which the most important place occupy medicines in Ukraine, is very acute today. In this regard, the need for specific state interference through regulatory processes becomes relevant. One of the priority directions for increasing the availability of medicines is the Government of Ukraine has recognized reimbursement. The mechanism of full or partial payment of the cost of medicines used to counteract most socially significant diseases. One of these diseases is bronchial asthma (BA), since it affects all age groups of the population, and with ineffective control of the disease, the quality of life of patients is significantly reduced. The aim of the work is to study the range of medicines for the treatment of BA, included in the Government program «Accessible medicines» for the period 2017–2019 years. From April 1, 2017 to July 1, 2019, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine issued five orders, which approved the Register of medicines, the cost of which is subject to reimbursement. In the study analyzed all editions of the Register and found that with each update, the number of trade names (TN) of the medicines increased: for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases – by 56%, diabetes – by 92%, and BA – by 133%. During the 2017–2019 years, the number of international non-proprietary names (INNs) for the treatment of BA also increased: 3 times Beclomethasone, Budesonide 3.5 times, and Salbutamol is almost 2 times. Also, found that 87% of TN are imported and only 13% – domestic. Total of medicines for the treatment of asthma, the value of which is refundable imports 6 countries, the main segment of which is formed by Spain (31%) and Sweden (23%). The analysis of the size and amount of rejection and the amount of the surcharge for packaging allows us to establish that the percentage of medicines without an additional payment is approximately up to 50%. At 75% of the medicines for the treatment of BA, the amount of packing surcharge with each edition of the Register of medicines subject to reimbursement was increased by 2 medicines (Beckhazon-eco 100 mcg/dose and 250 mcg/dose) and 1 medicine (Budesonide-inteli 200 mcg/dose) – decreased 1 medicine (Budesonide-inteli 200 mcg/dose) subject to partial compensation only once. The conducted studies allow us to conclude that there is a need to improve the assortment policy in order to provide the pharmaceutical market with the available and necessary domestic medicines, in accordance with the needs of the population and the standards for the treatment of BA.


The article presents a typology of rural areas in the Russian Federation in terms of the level and dynamics of socioeconomic development based on comparative statistical and comparative trend methods of analysis, which the authors have elaborated. The authors cover methodological approaches, as well as organizational and economic mechanisms of agriculture, which are stipulated in the government program “Integrated Development of Rural Areas” for 2020-2025, and their expected influence on the transformation of types of rural areas, which have arisen in the country.

<p style='text-indent:20px;'>In this paper, we develop a dynamic control model to investigate a monopolist's investment strategies in product innovation, process innovation and advertising-based goodwill. The significant features of our study are: (ⅰ) considering the effect of product quality on goodwill; (ⅱ) considering the instantaneous cost of producing a quality using machinery and/or skilled labour; (ⅲ) the customers' demand function depends on product quality, product price and goodwill in a separable multiplicative way between the state variables and control variables. Our results suggest that (ⅰ) the system admits unique saddle-point steady-state equilibrium under the monopolist optimum and the social optimum; (ⅱ) and the monopolist will have an underinvestment problem as compared with the social planner; and (ⅲ) although the product price is still determined by the monopolist under the social planner optimum, the product price is higher under the monopolist optimum than that under the social planner optimum.</p>

<p><em>This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, product innovation and promotion to product purchase decision of "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung". Data were collected by questionnaire distribution technique using Likert scale. The population in this study was obtained from the transaction data "Hi Jack Sandals Bandung" in January-July 2017  amounted to 3,033 transactions.The sample wasselected using purposive sampling obtained100 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study usingclassical assumption test, multiple linear regression with α 0,05, whichdetermine, fit test model (F test), and t test with SPSS Program version 24. The results of this study indicate that variables of product qualityand promotion have significant positive effectson purchase decision,while variable of product innovation has no significant effect on purchase decision. </em></p>

The implementation of the government program on reimbursement in Ukraine meets the requirements of WHO to ensure access to drugs, especially in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). The list of TN drugs included in the «Affordable medicines» program increased by 22.6% in 2017–2018, and the proportion of compensated TNs has increased completely from 16.2% to 29.1%, that is, every third drug is released free of charge, which provides increased availability for patients with CVD. The purpose of the study was to analyze and compare the list that are available in the State Register of Ukraine for the treatment of CVD, and the range of INNs under the trade name (TN) and producers, which are part of the government program «Affordablee medicines» in dynamics for 2017–2018 years.We conducted an expert evaluation of the demand for drugs and the prospects for expanding the list of drugs in the reimbursement program by questioning pharmacists working in pharmacies involved in a government project in the Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. The objects of the study were the Orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the CMU Decisions, the Drug Registry for CVD, the cost for reimbursement in the program «Affordable Medicines». Questionnaires for assessing demand and prospects for expanding the list of reimbursement drugs were conducted. We used methods of comparative and content analysis, as well as logical and graphical analysis. We identified the groups of drugs presented in the «Available drugs» program, mainly foreign suppliers, therefore, the introduction of generic preparations of carvedilol, losartan, simvastatin and spironolactone is promising for domestic production, in order to increase consumption and reduce reimbursement costs, which will ensure availability for consumers. It is advisable to include domestic preparations of isosorbide dinitrate, hydrochlorothiazide, enalapril and atenolol in a program that will expand the list of these drugs in the «Affordable medicines» program. According to the expert opinion of pharmacists from Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, it is expedient to include from the group of lisinopril in the list of available drugs such as Lisinopril-Teva and Enap, and from the combined preparations of Enap H, Vasar H and Co-Preneca, which are often prescribed by doctors and they are in demand by patients.

Based on data from UPPKH sub-district of Central Praya Year in 2017. The number of beneficiaries from the Government Program namely the Program Family expectations (PKH) and Beneficiary Families (KPM) is 3,425 which are spread throughout the villages in the Central Praya. The existence of the problems and constraints that have emerged is the difficulty the other escorts who are outside of the town would like to know the location and development of recipient PKH KPM. Extention Geoprocessing is a tool for processing spatial data in ArcView. The use of extension geoprocessing on the geographic information syste is one tool that can be used to assist in analyzing the condition and whereabouts of beneficiaries of government programs, especially the PKH KPM Program, especially in the Central Praya sub-district.The method used in analyzing data is the model SPIRAL method, the programming language used is PHP / MapScript, and criteria used are sourced from BPS. With the building of a geographic information system mapping the PKH KPM location, the community and the government will find it easier to know the development of poverty and can facilitate outside sub-district facilitators to find the location of PKH KPM in the central Praya sub-district.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Inovasi Produk dan Promosi Pemasaran terhadap Citra Merek. Objek penelitian ini adalah konsumen IKEA di Alam Sutra - Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dan menggunakan program SPSS 22.00 sebagai alat pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Kualitas Produk, Inovasi Produk, dan Promosi Pemasaran memengaruhi Citra Merek IKEA di Alam Sutra - Tangerang. Ini telah dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (F). Namun hasil (t) uji parsial menunjukkan titik signifikan pada salah satu dari tiga variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis. Oleh karena itu, asumsi yang diterima adalah, hanya ada pengaruh antara Inovasi Produk dengan Citra Merek IKEA di Alam Sutra – Tangerang</p><p><strong>Kata kunci</strong>: Kualitas Produk, Inovasi Produk, Promosi dan Pemasaran, Citra Merek</p><p> </p><p><em>This research aimed to analyze the influence of Product Quality, Product Innovation and Marketing Promotion to Brand Image. The object of this research is consumer of IKEA in Alam Sutra - Tangerang. This research was done to 100 respondents by using convenience sampling technique and using the SPSS 22.00 program as a data processing. The result of this research shows that simultaneously, the variable of Product Quality, Product Innovation and Marketing Promotion influence the Brand Image of IKEA in Alam Sutra - Tangerang. It has been proven from the result of (F) simoultant test.  However the result of (t) partial test shows significant point on one of three independent variables that supports the hipothesis.
