The internet in the business world have led to new promotion forms using social media known as customer engagement, a series of activities carried out by social media users to engage with brands or organizations. The Ministry of Education and Culture’s Library via Instagram @perpustakaandikbud as institutions that provide information services used social media in their promotional activities. This study aimed to determine the customer engagement’s correlation through Instagram @perpustakaandikbud with interest in visiting the library among active followers. This study used quantitative methods with a correlational approach with the research sample was 83 respondents, obtained by using a simple random sampling technique.  The researchers were collected research data using questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The inferential correlation test used a simple linear regression analysis using the product-moment formula. Results showed that customer engagement, based on the indicators of absorption, dedication, vigor, and interaction, had a significant relationship with interest in visiting the library. This was proven by testing the major hypothesis; namely, the calculation results obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.521. It obtained a tcount of 4,417 and ttable of 1,663. The tcount was more significant than the ttable, so the hypothesis was accepted. Customer engagement through Instagram @ perpustakaandikbud correlated with the followers’ interest in visiting the Ministry of Education and Culture’s Library. This research concludes that Instagram social media is an effective library promotion media in increasing user's interest.

The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of e-service quality, consumer trust and social media marketing on intention to use online transportation services. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection is executed by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Online Transportation Services. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek Online Transportation Services consumers whose numbers have not been identified with certainty. The questionnaire was distributed electronically using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the questionnaire returned were 180 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that E-Service Quality has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Consumer Trust has no effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services. Social Media Marketing has a significant effect on Intention to Use Online Transportation Services.

<p><em>To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. </em><em>The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased</em><em>. </em><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision</em><em> </em><em> at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.</em><em></em></p><p><em>                </em><em>The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed</em><em> </em><em> to the purchas</em><em>e</em><em> decision </em><em> </em><em>at the </em><em>Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (</em><em>t = 11.955 &gt; t <sub>table</sub> with a significance of 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770.</em><em> From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchas</em><em>e</em><em> Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision</em><em></em></p>

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of risk perception on household preparedness in dealing with landslides in Sukaraja District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The samples in this study were 30 people using purposive sampling technique. Based on the calculation results of a simple linear regression analysis can be obtained the equation Y = 16,308 + 1,006X. This shows the perception of risk has a positive effect on household preparedness in dealing with landslides in the District of Sukaraja, Bogor Regency. Meanwhile, the magnitude of the effect of risk perception on household preparedness is 47.1%, seen from the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.471.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi risiko terhadap kesiapsiagaan rumah tangga dalam menghadapi longsor di Kabupaten Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis regresi linier sederhana dapat diperoleh persamaan Y = 16.308 + 1.006X. Hal ini menunjukkan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapsiagaan rumah tangga dalam menghadapi longsor di Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Bogor. Sementara itu, besarnya pengaruh persepsi risiko terhadap kesiapan rumah tangga adalah 47,1%, terlihat dari koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,471.

This research aims to study and determine about the condition of customer engagement social media, the condition of brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo and effects of customer engagement social media to brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo. The research method that used is descriptive research and the design of research is survey. The sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling with 300 respondents. Meanwhile, data analysis that used is simple linear regression-analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The result of this study shown the condition of customer engagement and brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo has been good. Furthermore, there is significant effect from customer engagement social media to brand loyalty on Indosat Ooredoo at medium level. It is mean every increasing  from customer engagement will impact to increasing on brand loyalty.

The purpose of this study is to describe of social media and brand loyalty. In addition, to determine the effect of social media on brand loyalty. this type of research is descriptive and verifikatif, by using online survey method. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 235 people with object of this research is Teh Botol Sosro. Data analysis techniques in this study using a simple linear regression analysis. the results of this study show the social media and brand loyalty categorized high on the continuum line. The result of correlation calculation of social media variables have a significant influence on brand loyalty

 Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the leadership style, infrastructure, and work climate of the principal on teachers’ performance. With a descriptive approach, this approach involves quantitative methods. 105 participants consisted of the researh population. There were 79 people in the research sample. In this research, the sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The technique of using a questionnaire was used to gather data. Using a Likert Scale to weigh values. Validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis (prerequisite test and classical assumption test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis analysis (t test and F test) and determination coefficient analysis were used to analyze the results. The findings showed that the leadership style of the principal, infrastructure advice, and work climate had a substantial influence on teachers' performance of SMP Negeri in the Sembawa District partially and simultaneously.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media for the public. One difference between Instagram and other social media, is that instamam is more likely to be used to find information and share information with users than to interact directly with fellow users. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the motives and active user satisfaction in using Instagram social media and find out the relationship between the motives and satisfaction of Instagram social media usage. This study uses use and gratification theory which assumes that individuals have certain goals in using media. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The data collection tool is the questionnaire has been validated. The research sample was 70 people. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The statistic test that the researchers used was the Partial Correlation Test (Pearson Product Moment). Data is processed using SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate users want to get information and knowledge that is happening at the present time. Information satisfaction becomes the most obtained by Instagram social media users. Overall Instagram social media has given satisfaction to users and there is a significant relationship between motives and satisfaction.

This research was motivated by the high level of activity of the training participants in participating in the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's training at the Padang Industrial Training Center, presumably because the instructor used the demonstration method in learning well. This research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The population in this study were all participants of the 3 in 1 Junior Operator Custome Made Women's Training at BDI Padang, totaling 45 people. While the sample was taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, as many as 88% (40 people) because 12% of the population was used as a test instrument. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via the google form link https://bit.ly/AngketPenelitianArindhaSukma. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula and the product moment formula. The results of this study indicate that the training participants already have good learning activities, and there is a significant relationship between the demonstration method and the training participants' learning activities.
