This study aims to determine the effect of parenting program on the development of early child self-reliance at PAUD Paramata Bunda Palopo. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative expost facto model, which result is described in the form of percentage or number. The study population amounted to 172 people (160 parent learners, 12 teachers) parent sample of students taken 20% = 32 people (variable X). While the population as well as the sample of teachers as many as 12 people (variable Y). Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Further analysis of quantitative descriptive data in the form of percentage technique and mean score. The results showed that the implementation of parenting programs positively influences the development of child self-reliance in PAUD Paramata Mother of Palopo City. The implication of this research is that every parent has moral obligation to participate in the implementation of educational programs so that synchronization between parent and school side toward early child development stage.

This study aims to analyze the relationship of employee hospitality with soft skills in intrapersonal, intrapersonal, attitudes and behaviors related to improving the quality of hotel services in Makassar City and Parepare; and analyze the application of hospitality with gentle expertise, which is dominant in improving the quality of hotel services in the cities of Makassar and Parepare. This research is a quantitative descriptive study describing factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires through a direct collection of objects and interviews. The study population was hotel employees in the Food and Beverage Service (F&B) section, and a sample of 38 respondents based on purposive sampling techniques. Descriptive data analysis through frequency and percentage, and statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study are the hospitality of employees with intrapersonal, interpersonal, soft skills and attitudes that have been applied by employees and have a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on improving the quality of hotel services in Makassar City and Parepare. The results of the analysis also showed that all variables collected consisted of intrapersonal, interpersonal, attitudes and significant behaviors based on the value of tcount> ttable, and were found to be related to the hospitality obtained by soft skills consisting of attitudes (X3) which were dominant in Makassar and Parepare. A value of 0.862, which shows the same way as a hotel, is hospitality that refers to soft skills, which determine the quality of hotel services in Makassar City and Parepare.

This research is motivated by the high participation of parents in following parenting activity. This is due to the smooth program parenting program by parents. This study aims to illustrate the benefits of parenting programs by mothers who participate in parenting programs that include: childcare, childcare, parenting, and child care. This research includes quantitative descriptive research that describes the data as it is. The population numbered one hundred seventy one people and the sample amounted to fifty two people determined based on sampling technique that is random sampling technique. The data collection tool uses questionnaires and data analysis using the percentage formula. The results found that; 1) a description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting time of the parent looking good, 2) description of the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting material according to the parent looking good, 3) the benefits of the parenting program seen from the parenting parents who look good, 4) a picture of the benefits of parenting programs see from parenting by the parents look good. Suggestions for the motivation of parents to want to enter their children into early childhood and participate in activities held by early childhood.

Development of food security implemented to meet the human basic needs that provide benefits fairly and equitably based on self – reliance, and not contrary to public faith. Referring to the government regulation No 22 of 2009 concerning Food Consumption Diversification Acceleration (P2KP). However, it is not supported by the development of women farmers. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). The samples in this study is the purposive sample. Result of a study showed the amount of income earned from the group of women farmers in the one month is 150,000/ members. Proper development strategies used in the development strategies used in the development KWT Melati is a Growth Oriented Strategy is very profitable strategy to seize opportunities with the strength. Pembangunan ketahan pangan dilaksanakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar manusia yang memberikan manfaat secara adil dan merata berdasarkan kemandirian, dan tidak bertentangan dengan keyakinan masyarakat. Mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah No 22 Tahun 2009 mengenai Percepatan Penganekaragaman Konsumsi Pangan (P2KP). Namun, hal ini tidak didukung dengan adanya pengembangan kelompok wanita tani. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treath). Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan sampel purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukan besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh dari adanya kelompok wanita tani dalam satu bulan adalah Rp.150.000/bulan/anggota. Strategi pengembangan yang tepat digunakan dalam pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Melati adalah Growth Oriented Strategy.

Death and complication due to surgeries or surgical actions is a global health problem. The WHO estimates that at least half a million deaths that are caused by surgeries can be prevented. On 2008, the WHO released a campaign about safe surgery and the surgical safety checklist to improve the quality of our surgery cases and decrease the number of complication and deaths caused by surgeries. Hospital accreditation is used to improve the quality of hospital management, including in reducing numbers of death and complication due to surgeries.  This is a quantitative descriptive approach study. The study population used were all surgical safety checklist. Sample number of 75 surgical safety checklist, 15 surgical safety checklist each from June 2017, August 2017, January 2018, June 2018, and January 2019. Data analysis shown by statistic table and percentage. There was a change of number in completing compliance of the surgical safety checklist before and after hospital accreditation. It showed that nearing hospital accreditation, the compliance rate was almost 100% on all the items. This continued a month after, but some of the items had a lower rate of compliance further after the hospital accreditation. The number of completing compliance of the surgical safety checklist nearing hospital accreditation is higher than after hospital accreditation. The sign in item have the highest rate of completing compliance whereas the sign out item had the lowest number of compliance.

The purpose of this study is to identifying competences of students of Department of Pendidikan Guru Raudhatul Athfal in Tarbiyah and Teaching Faculty UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang that needed by users. This study using needs assessment approach for finding competences of student that needed by users. This study used a quantitative approach and the type of this study was a survey research (quantitative descriptive). Data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews. The result of this study are competences that need to be owned by the students based on priority needs. They are as follows: (1) Factor 1 consist of skills related to the skills intra-personal namely control emotions, affection, self confidence, work hardly, motivation, discipline, never surrender, diligent, initiative, creativity, adaptability, ability of IT, (2) Factor 2 consist of skills related to the skills of interpersonal namely the ability of Arabic, teamwork, ability 0f english, proficiency, leading a team, written communication, public speaking, verbal communication; (3) Factor 3 consists of skill related to technical skill that are praktik ibadah, hafalan surat pendek, skill of arts, baca tulis al-Qur’an, skill of music, skill of dancing, doa-doa harian.

Bullying is one of the phenomena that often arises in the world of education, including education in elementary schools, where this behavior is aggressive behavior that hurts others, both physically and psychologically. This bulliying problem needs to be addressed by schools through school programs that synergize with parenting programs through the whole-school approach. Therefore, there is a need for cooperation between schools, teachers and parents in overcoming this bulliying problem. The efforts that can be done by schools in synergizing school programs with parenting programs through the whole-school approach are as follows: (1) Activating the school committee which is a representative of the students' parents to design and implement collaboratively about the agreed school programs together, so regular meetings must be held. (2) Conducting a model teacher activity, where the teacher's representative simulates the learning process that is normally carried out so that parents can adjust teaching at home with at school. (3) Carry out activities between the school parties, students and parents of students so that there is a good relationship between various parties such as tourism activities, outbound and others.

In this research there is a quantitative descriptive methods were used with respondents, namely consumers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. This coffee shop has employees with disabilities. In this research aims to determine the condition of consumer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope is influenced by the service quality, location and facilities. The population in this study are customers of Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents by random sampling method. Data collection was done through the distribution of questionnaires with descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1). Has led to customer satisfaction Sunyi House of Coffee and Hope, 2). Service quality has been done well, 3). The location offered received very high attention, 4). Pendahuluan: Pola asuh orang tua sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, apalagi jika pada anak  mengalami autis. Umumnya orang tua yang memiliki anak autis mengalami stres, oleh karena itu bagaimana program pemberian parenting sangat penting dikaji agar orang tua dapat memperlakukan anak autis dalam mencapai perkembangan optimalnya. Systematic review ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh program parenting dalam mengurangi stres orang tua dengan anak autis.Metode: Pencarian jurnal dilakukan pada database Scopus dan Sience Direct, pembatasan jurnal pada 10 tahun terakhir mulai 2008-2017, area jurnal Nursing, Psychologi, Disabilitas, Child, dan Psychiatri dengan kata kunci Parenting, Parent Stress and Autism. Prosedur seleksi dan ekstraksi data menggunakan pendekatan PICOT.Hasil: Total keseluruhan partisipan dari seluruh penelitian yang diriview adalah 2107 dengan orangtua yang mengalami kecemasan atau stress akibat memiliki anak autis. Intervensi yang digunakan dalam semua penelitian adalah intervensi program parenting dan support parenting. Rerata durasi interfensi selama 3 minggu dengan rerata follow up 12 bulan. Efek signifikan ditemukan secara statistik dari program parenting atau support parenting untuk hasil pasca pemberian intervensi hingga follow up. Hasil yang signifikan ditemukan pada pemberian program parenting melalui media konseling peneliti di dampingi oleh terapis yang bersertifikat.Kesimpulan: Parenting memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam menurunkan stres pada orang tua yang memiliki anak autis. ABSTRACTIntroduction: Parenting is very influential in the growth and development of children, especially if the child has autism. Generally, parents who have autistic children experience stress, therefore how the parenting program is very important to be studied so that parents can treat autistic children in achieving optimal development. This Systematic review aims to explain the effect of parenting programs in reducing the stress of parents with autistic children.Method: The journal search was conducted on the Scopus and Science Direct databases, journal restrictions in the last ten years starting 2008-2017, the journal areas of Nursing, Psychology, Disability, Child, and Psychiatry with the keywords Parenting, Parent Stress and Autism. Data selection and extraction procedures use the PICOT approach.Results: The total number of participants from all studies reviewed was 2107, with parents experiencing anxiety or stress due to having an autistic child. The interventions used in all research were parenting program interventions and parenting support. The average duration of intervention was three weeks with a mean follow-up of 12 months. Significant effects were found statistically from parenting programs or parenting support for outcomes post-intervention until follow-up. Significant results were found in parenting programs through researchers' counseling media accompanied by certified therapists.Conclusion: Parenting has a significant effect on reducing stress in parents who have autistic children.

This research seeks to identify the development stage of the cooperation to manage the resources employed in the Rio Doce River Basin restoration, analyzing strategies for improving the results of such cooperation. This qualitative and quantitative descriptive research used semi-structured and structured interviews. The study applied a model of analysis of cooperative relations among agencies responsible for managing resources destined for the basin’s restoration, identifying the cooperation’s development stage.
