Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Perilaku Konsumen  CONSUMER BEHAVIOR TOWARDS PURCHASING DECISIONS IN SALES AND MARKETING DEPARTMENT(CASE STUDY AT Y JAKARTA HOTEL) ABSTRACTThe increasing number of tourists in Indonesia has made investments in tourism and hospitality sectors became more promising, this opportunity has been seen by the investors to build new hotels and another establishment. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of consumer behavior towards purchase decision at Hotel Y Jakarta. The analysis used in this study is the analysis of simple linear regression which can be used to predict the extent to which changes in the value of independent variable on the dependent variable and can also indicate the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of this study showed a significant influence between consumer behavior and purchase decision at Hotel Y Jakarta, the result is 51% and it means the 49% are influenced by other factors that not examined in this study. Among these two variables there is also a strong and positive correlation (0.714) which means there is a directional correlation between consumer behavior and purchase decisions. Wherein if the company are more concern about their consumer behavior, so it is expected that the purchase decision will also increase. Keywords: Consumer Behavior, Purchase Decision

The population in this study were all visitors of Chirurgie Cafe and Books Medan with sample size 100 people. The sampling technique in this research is done by using Non Probability Sampling technique with accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The result of this research shows that partially the result of store exterior variables is tcount (1,728)> ttable (1,6608) and probability value 0,087 <0,1, which means that store exterior (X1) has positive and significant effect to purchasing decisions). The general interior variables show that tcount (2.234)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.028 <0.1, which means that general interior (X2) has positive and significant effect to purchase decision (Y). The store layout variable shows that tcount (2.2072)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.041 <0.1, which means that store layout (X3) has positive and significant effect on purchase decision (Y). Exterior store variables show that tcount (0.397)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.692 <0.1, which means that interior display (X4) has positive but not significant effect on purchasing decision (Y). Simultaneously the independent variable (free) shows that the fcount is 7.011 with the significance level 0.000, while the ftable at the 90% confidence level (α = 0.10) is 2.00. Then fcount (7.011)> ftable (2.00) and probability value 0.000 <0.10, which means all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.

The results showed that emotional marketing had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Marketing strategy has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Emotional marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing strategy has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The effect of emotional marketing and marketing strategies on direct purchasing decisions is smaller than through customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is as follows: To analyze the influence of social variables on the decision to buy instant indomie noodle products. To find out the social influence and purchasing decisions used the regression formula. The accumulated results of respondents' answers showed that on average, all respondents' answers showed that the purchase decision variable was at a pretty good level with an average score of 320. The accumulated respondent's response to social variables was 325.8. This value is in a fairly good interval class. This means that social factors are considered by consumers to consume instant indomie noodle food. determination coefficient or (R Square) of independent variable regression (Social Variable) to the Decision to Purchase indomie instant noodle products 0.643. social variable t-calculated value of 2,003, because the t-count value (2,003) is greater than t-Table (1,684) then at the error rate 5% Ho rejected Ha accepted

This study uses quantitative methods, the instrument in this study is a questionnaire given to respondents in the study. As for the population in this study are Muslim Consumers Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. Probability sampling is the sampling technique used in this study, especially the simple random sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula, the researchers took a sample of 336 customers of Larissa Aesthetic Center Kediri Branch. The data were processed using descriptive data analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the regression equation formed was Y = 14.971 + 0.695X. According to the results of the t test it is known that the significance value of t (0.000 <0.05) with the results of t count 10.010 ≥ t table 1.6525 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that product quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the R square significance test that has been carried out, the results show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 0.530 or 53%.
