Performa sepeda motor dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah penggantian beberapa part pada sepeda motor. Salah satu bagian yang banyak untuk dimodifikasi adalah busi yang dipercaya dapat meningkatkan performa. Bahan bakar yang digunakan juga dapat mempengaruhi performa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh penggunaan variasi busi terhadap torsi, daya dan emisi gas buang. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis uji statistik one way anova untuk dapat melihat pengaruh dari variasi busi yang dilakukan. Dari hasil perhitungan softwere analisis statistik one way anova dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap torsi karena F value < F crit (0,031 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap daya karena F value < F crit (0,003 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap HC karena F value < F crit (3,48 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap CO karena F value < F crit (4,97 < 5,143253). Variasi busi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap , karena F value < F crit (1,207 < 5,143253). Variasi busi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap , karena F value > F crit (5,528 > 5,143253). Motorcycle performance is influenced by many factors, including the replacement of several parts on a motorcycle. One of the many parts to modify is the spark plug which is believed to improve performance. The fuel used can also affect performance. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of using variations of spark plugs on torque, power and exhaust emissions. The method used is to use one way ANOVA statistical test analysis to be able to see the effect of the variation of the spark plugs performed. From the results of software calculations one way ANOVA statistical analysis, it can be concluded that the variation of spark plugs does not significantly influence torque because F value < F crit (0.031 < 5.143253). The variation of the spark plugs did not significantly influence the power because the F value < F crit (0.003 < 5.143253). Variation of spark plugs did not significantly influence HC because F value < F crit (3.48 < 5.143253). Spark plug variation does not significantly influence CO because F value <  F crit (4.97 < 5.143253). Spark plug variation does not significantly influence , because F value <  F crit (1.207 < 5.143253). Spark plug variations significantly influence , because F value > F crit (5,528 > 5,143253).

This paper aims at investigating the relationship between the application of innovation and entrepreneurship system and the university competitive advantage in the Jordanian higher education sector.     To collect the required data, the number of some concerned individuals was surveyed through a carefully designed questionnaire that has become the main instrument to obtain the required data.A random sample of university managerial staff was withdrawn from five private Jordanian universities. The collected data was audited, reviewed and statically analyzed using the most relevant statistical test. The results of the statistical analysis have clearly pointed out that university adoption of innovation and entrepreneurship system has a significant effect on its competitive advantage.

As the level of Si-wafer surface directly affects device line-width capability, process latitude, yield, and throughput in fabrication of microchips, it needs to have ultra precision surface and flatness. Polishing is one of the important processing having influence on the surface roughness in manufacturing of Si-wafers. The surface roughness in wafer polishing is mainly affected by the many process parameters. For decreasing the surface roughness, the control of polishing parameters is very important. In this paper, the optimum condition selection of ultra precision wafer polishing and the effect of polishing parameters on the surface roughness were evaluated by the statistical analysis of the process parameters.

Grand Slam tennis tournaments are played on different surfaces. The aims of the present study were to analyse the technical differences in the Grand Slam tournaments (Australian Open or AO, Roland Garros or RG, Wimbledon or W, and the United States Open or US), as well as to establish differences between winning and losing players. A total of 580 sets in 248 matches played in Grand Slams between 2017 and 2018 were analysed. To observe differences between the tournaments, a one-way analysis of variance (Kruskal Wallis) with the Bonferroni post-hoc test was performed. Univariate (Wilcoxon test) analysis of data was carried out to show the differences between the winning and losing performances of sets. Players who had more aces, points won on the 1st serve, winning shots and net points won more matches in the AO, W and US than in the RG (p&lt;.05). However, in RG, players won more receiving points (43.56% of the points played) with chances to break the opponents’ service game. The results also showed that the winning players were superior in both service and receiving, and the most influential variables on the outcome of the match were percentage of receiving points won, break points won, and percentage of points won on the first serve. Such knowledge may have implications in the design of appropriate game strategies and specific training sessions to improve performance in professional women’s tennis.

The objective of this study is self-recorded BMI among 20-year-old female students in the context of their physical activity, weight, body height, parent’s education and the time factor. Statistical analysis of the data was based on anthropometric measurements and a survey conducted among female students (N = 1,394) from the first year of full-time studies at the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport (AWFiS) in the years 2003–2010. The relationship between variables and logistic models was analyzed (Student’s test, Duncan’s test, analysis of variance, logistic regression). Statistical analysis was conducted using Statistica 6.0 software. At the background of the research results it may be claimed that incorrect self-reported BMI favors sport (OR = 0.71), father’s elementary or basic vocational education (OR = 1.44), higher weight (OR = 0.90) and BMI (OR = 0.76) and lower height (OR = 1.07). 29.77% women did not evaluate their BMI correctly during the whole 8-year research process. The correct BMI was reported by 70.23% of the students; 26.76% overestimated their BMI and 3.01% underestimated it. A high percentage of women who practice sport and who incorrectly determined their own BMI (31.25%) is disquieting, including 8.82% of the students who underestimated their BMI, and 91.18% who overestimated it. Failure to correctly evaluate BMI may lead to nutrition disorders, low self-esteem and serious health consequences. It is reasonable to develop regular and skillful evaluation of BMI among young people by institutions and people involved in health promotion.

The Chicken broiler is a type of superior race chicken that has high genetic properties, especially in growth. The use of herbs as medicines in medicine is now starting to increase, which is evident from the many traditional drugs manufacturers on the market. One of the herbs that can be used as an antibiotic for livestock is basil (Ocimum sp). Basil contains beta-carotene (provitamin A), which supports the function of vision, improves antibody function (influences immune function), protein synthesis to support growth process and as the antioxidant (Adnyana and Firmansyah, 2006). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of basil leaves flour up to 12% level against broiler performance. The experiment was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (CRD). The results of statistical analysis showed that the addition of basil meal powder into the feed did not affect to feed consumption between levels (P> 0). The result of the statistical analysis showed that the addition of basil meal powder into the feed had no effect (P> 0,05) to the increase in body weight. The result of the statistical analysis showed that the treatment with the addition of basil powder into the feed had no effect (P> 0,05) to feed conversion. The result of this research can be concluded that the addition of basil powder into feed up to 12% level did not give significantly different effect on production performance such as feed consumption, body weight gain and feed conversion of the broiler.

Analysis method which used in this research quantitative descriptive method by using statistical analysis that is analysis of regresi doubled linear, Statistical test and classic assumption test. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara latihan terpusat dan latihan acak terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar bola basket. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang dilakukan terhadap dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen satu yang di beri perlakuan latihan terpusat dan kelompok eksperimen dua di beri perlakuan latihan acak. Penelitian dilakukan di Klub Basket Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu dengan sampel yang di pilih berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Analisis statistik yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t untuk menguji hipotesis bahwa “latihan acak memberikan pengaruh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan latihan terpusat dalam meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar bola basket”. Uji syarat statistik t telah memenuhi syarat homogen dan data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan perhitungan statistik dan pengujian kriteria uji statistic di dapat hasil bahwa latihan terpusat dan latihan acak memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil penguasaan teknik dasar bola basket. Hal ini diketahui dari data thitung = -5,11 > ttabel = 2,11 dengan taraf ?=0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dilihat dari hasil uji signifikan perbedaan peningkatan latihan kedua kelompok menunjukkan bahwa latihan acak memberikan pengaruh yang lebih signifikan terhadap hasil  penguasaan teknik dasar bola basket. Kata Kunci: Latihan terpusat, Latihan acak, Teknik Dasar Bola Basket.Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of centralized training and random exercise on the results of mastery of basic techniques of basketball. This study used experimental methods conducted on two groups, namely the experimental group one which was given the treatment of centralized exercise and the experimental group of two in the treatment of random treatment. The research was conducted at Club Basket Poltekkes Kemenkes Bengkulu with selected samples based on certain characteristics. The statistical analysis used in this study is t-test to test the hypothesis that "randomized exercise gives better effect than centralized training in improving basic basketball technique skills". Test statistic requirement t has complied with homogeneous requirements and normal distributed data based on statistical calculation and statistical test criterion test in can result that centralized exercise and random exercise have an effect on the result of mastery of basic technique of basketball. It is known from thitung = -5,11> ttable = 2,11 with ? = 0,05. The conclusions of this study seen from the results of significant test differences in the improvement of the two groups showed that the random exercise gives a more significant effect on the results of mastery of basic techniques of basketball. Stepper motors are wildly used in the many fields, such as CNC machine, motion robot, aeronautics and astronautics. To realize online precise measurement, error analysis and verification of control strategy, it is necessary to sample and analyze the driving signals of motors, and simulate mechanical motion in a computer. So a test, analysis and simulation system of stepper controllers was designed. Driving signals of stepper motors are synchronously sampled and analyzed by the unit of acquisition and analysis. A connecting Motherboard was used to link the various parts and finish the data transmission. The working states of motor divers under load were simulated by connecting motor driver to the simulation board of motor load. In the industrial computer, the control effects of multi-axis control system were displayed by 3D simulation. Test results show that the system is stable and reliable, and has a certain application value.

This study investigated the effectiveness of redundant color coding in multidimensional identification. Statistical analysis showed that redundant color in multidimensional identification did not necessarily improve performance and response speed might even deteriorate if subjects were not informed of the use of redundant color. Merely informing subjects of the use of redundant color might not benefit identification speed either; subjects had to actually use color in responding to facilitate response speed. Further, redundant color might be more appropriate to associate with the less-salient or the less-familiar stimulus attribute. Implications of the results for the design of multidimensional display and for human information processing were discussed.

ABSTRACT Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the importance of pullout location and clasp types in two different environments to dislodge the clasp. Materials and Methods: Mandibular test models with natural premolars and molar teeth were used to test four types of clasp (each 12) (Akers, Rest plate Akers, Half and Half, and Ring clasp) with three different pullout location for each type (ring on the rest, loop on the saddle, and wax arising from both rests) in dry and natural fresh saliva environment. Each clasp was pulled out 10 times with a crosshead speed of 10 mm/min, and the force required to withdraw each was measured. Statistical Analysis Used: A one-way ANOVA and Tukey test were used. Results: The ring on the saddle pullout location has the highest retention force while ring on the rest was the lowest. In addition, ring clasp has the highest retention force. Conclusion: Clasp type and pullout location had a significant effect on the retentive force.
